Abstract

The development of reading skills needs to be stimulated from an early age through various media, starting with symbols. The media used must be able to stimulate children's interest in reading. The results of observations that have been made in Kindergarten/ Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al Falah Bogor, there is a low initial reading ability, which is characterized by the low ability of children to recognize letter symbols, syllables, and words. Most children cannot read their own names yet. The learning method used by the teacher has not varied, it is done conventionally, namely through writing written by the teacher on the blackboard. The purpose of this study was to improve early childhood reading skills through flashcard media in RA. Al-Falah Bogor. The methodology in this study is Classroom Action Research which is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews, or interview and documentation to obtain the necessary data. shows an increase in the ability to read beginners who can achieve success criteria, namely the acquisition of an average percentage of more than 75%. In the Pre-Action stage, children's initial reading ability obtained an average percentage of 36.09% with poor criteria and increased to 52.30% with moderate criteria in Cycle I, and to 79.86% with high criteria in Cycle II. Results of this study indicate that flashcard media can improve beginner reading skills.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini  (PAUD) di Kelurahan Cikutamahi, Kecamatan Cariu pada saat pelaksanaan  pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, prosedur pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetesi pedagogik guru pada saat pelaksanaan  pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang dilakukan guru melalui pengamatan karakteristik siswa. Teknik pembelajaran menggunakan Whats App grup, home visit serta berkoordinasi dengan orangtua. Pengembangan  kompetensi kepribadian dilakukan melalui disiplin dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan, siswa diberikan penghargaan dengan kata-kata positif, sabar dan gigih selama proses pembelajaran daring. Kepribadian semangat dan penuh keceriaan dilakukan oleh guru saat aktivitas mengajar. Kompetensi profesional guru PAUD terlihat dengan pemanfaatan media TIK. Refleksi dilakukan pada setiap akhir pembelajaran melalui dokumentasi foto atau video  hasil unjuk kerja siswa

Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) employs the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) methodology and VosViewer bibliometric analysis to investigate work stress and burnout. Data were extracted from Sciendirect, covering the period from 2021 to 2023. Initially identifying 118 journals, stringent inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied, resulting in a focused set of 31 journals for comprehensive review. The review reveals a prevalent experience of work stress and burnout among employees. This underscores the urgency of implementing measures to minimize these issues, as their persistence could lead to detrimental consequences for companies. Consequently, the study emphasizes the critical importance of proactive strategies to mitigate work-related stress and burnout, not only for the well-being of employees but also to safeguard overall organizational health and performance. Recognizing the significance of addressing these challenges, organizations are urged to prioritize interventions and initiatives that foster a healthier work environment and contribute to sustained employee satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

So far, many theories or styles of leadership have been developed, proposing different leadership styles. One of the most interesting leadership styles and possibly becoming a trend in the future is servant leadership. The philosophical foundation of the servant leadership style has been around for several years, but it is still not called the Servant Leadership style. Being a leader should be providing services or prioritizing or take good care of his team. The main purpose of this article is to examine the servant leadership style, want to know how this style of Servant leadership has developed over the last ten years (2013-2022)?, To find suggested facts related to servant leadership activities through Bibliometrics assisted with tools VOSviewer software for citation analysis, Coupling Bibliographic, Country Co-Occurence and top authors. This journal reviews Servant Leadership with the metadata of 44 scientific journals on Scopus and Lens.org. Jawad Khan was found as the most author reviewing Servant Leadership, as many as three scientific article documents (Zada, M et al, 2022), (Chen, M et al, 2022), (Zada, S, et al, 2022), and the United States as the highest state reviews servant leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this SLR research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and employee performance. The research method used is a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Item Method for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA), data sources were obtained from Google Sciencedirect and Google Scholar from 2019-2023, 285 journals were obtained, the journals were re-selected, the results were 90 journals out of 285 could be accessed. Then according to the title, 10 journals met the requirements. The results showed that leadership is closely related to organizational performance and also employee performance. leadership styles are divided into three types: transactional, transformational, and passive. Transformational leadership style is more often applied because it is associated with high levels of employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam bidang sumber daya manusia tentunya erat dengan kepemimpinan, atau suatu aksi untuk mengomando beberapa individu dalam kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Dalam praktiknya kepemimpinan dikaitkan erat dengan organizational performance dan juga kepuasan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan mampu berdampak pada kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review yang diambil dari tahun 2018-2023. Hasil temuan menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu transaksional, transformational dan pasif. Namun, terdapat tiga gaya kepemimpinan lain yaitu servant leadership, autocratic leadership dan shared leadership. Dalam praktiknya gaya kepemimpinan transformational lebih sering diterapkan karena memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, meskipun demikian gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan servant juga memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi. Hanya saja, pada gaya kepemimpinan servant motivasi karyawan sangatlah rendah. Sementara shared memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rendah. Dan autocratic leadership cenderung tinggi nepotisme.

Abstract

Semakin kompleksnya tantangan yang ada pada dunia bisnis pada saat ini menuntut suatu organisasi untuk terus lebih unggul dan responsive agar terus bertahan baik terkait perubahan maupun pengelolaan sumber daya manusianya. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai Perceived Organization Support atau persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap apa yang dilakukan oleh karyawan agar terjadi hubungan baik antara antara karyawan agar termotivasi untuk terus bekerja serta untuk meninjau variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan konsep mengenai kondisi psikologi, hubungan dan penererapan pengoptimalan Perceived Organization Support. Analisis literatur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga database yaitu Science Direct, Taylor & Francise dan Emerald untuk menyaring artikel yang diterbitkan tahun 2018-2023 melalui metode PRISMA untuk mendapatkan 30 artikel. Hasil dari pembahasan ini menemukan bahwa Perceived Organization Support berhubungan dengan kondisi bahwa karyawan memandang pekerjaan mereka sebagai hubungan timbal balik yang mencerminkan ketergantungan relasional yang melampaui kontrak formal dengan organisasi mereka, yang berarti bahwa baik karyawan maupun organisasi mendukung hubungan timbal balik. Karyawan melihat sejauh mana organisasi mengakui dan menghargai upaya mereka, mendukung kebutuhan sosial-emosional mereka, dan memperlakukan karyawan dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran manajemen sumberdaya manusia dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja lingkungan organisasi. Studi ini meneliti sekitar 31 artikel jurnal yang terbit pada periode 2019-2023 menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk menyaring topik, sub-topik dengan database dari sciencedirect dan wiley. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peran sumberdaya manusia terhadap kinerja lingkungan organisasi. Beberapa faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah Green Human Resource Manajemen (GHRM), Budaya Organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki peran yang dominan yaitu GHRM sebesar 55%, kemudian diikuti oleh budaya organisasi sebesar 32% dan terakhir kepemimpinan sebesar 13%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dan menarik minat akademisi, manajer, mahasiswa dan pemegang kepentingan lain yang ingin menguji tentang kinerja lingkungan suatu organisasi di masa depan.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant effect on various aspects of life, especially in education. Information technology is a technology applied to organise, store, and convert data into useful information through various methods. One of the technologies that helps obtain information is artificial intelligence (AI). AI is a technology that makes it possible to perform tasks that humans could only do in the past, such as human-machine communication, often called chatbots. One of the most advanced chatbots is Google Gemini. In education, Google Gemini can help students find answers to their questions and support independent learning. SMP Negeri 1 Kandangserang is a school in a mountainous area with poor road conditions. These road conditions cause many students to choose to study independently at home when the rainy season arrives. For this reason, community service was carried out by holding a Google Gemini workshop to help improve students' knowledge at SMP Negeri 1 Kandangserang when studying independently at home. 30 participants attended the workshop, and the presentation methods and hands-on practice were used at www.gemini.google.com. Pre-Test and Post-Test were conducted to measure participants' abilities before and after the workshop. The result of this activity is the increased ability of participants to use Google Gemini as a learning tool. This can be seen from the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires, which show an average increase of 21.67 participants or 72.22% of participants who previously stated that they could not use Google Gemini to do a command to be able to use it. Suggestions for participants are expected to continue exploring the capabilities of Google Gemini to help their learning process.

Abstract

This study investigates the outcomes of work-related stress resulting from a blend of WFC and increased workload amid the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in teleworking. The study employed a SLR as a means of data exploration, incorporating literature bibliometrics for data processing and subsequently subjecting the data to analysis through the VOSviewer program. The investigator examined citations from the Scopus database, evaluating 334 articles, among which 62 were published from 2020 to 2022. The VOSviewer program was leveraged to evaluate co-authorship, co-accuracy, and citations, promoting a more nuanced understanding of the results. This review furnishes a focused bibliographic viewpoint for prospective researchers, assisting them in navigating the evolving dynamics of work-family conflicts, particularly accentuated among individuals managing multiple roles or shouldering caregiving responsibilities during the pandemic. The study underscores the merits and challenges of teleworking, highlighting the intricacies of establishing boundaries between work and caregiving roles. Neglecting these boundaries may precipitate job stress for remote workers. In essence, this research illuminates the characteristics of pertinent articles and the ramifications of teleworking, WFC and Excessive workload on work stress during the pandemic. It advocates for further investigation to deepen comprehension of the intricate interplay between these factors.
