Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran manajemen sumberdaya manusia dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja lingkungan organisasi. Studi ini meneliti sekitar 31 artikel jurnal yang terbit pada periode 2019-2023 menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk menyaring topik, sub-topik dengan database dari sciencedirect dan wiley. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peran sumberdaya manusia terhadap kinerja lingkungan organisasi. Beberapa faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah Green Human Resource Manajemen (GHRM), Budaya Organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki peran yang dominan yaitu GHRM sebesar 55%, kemudian diikuti oleh budaya organisasi sebesar 32% dan terakhir kepemimpinan sebesar 13%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dan menarik minat akademisi, manajer, mahasiswa dan pemegang kepentingan lain yang ingin menguji tentang kinerja lingkungan suatu organisasi di masa depan.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant effect on various aspects of life, especially in education. Information technology is a technology applied to organise, store, and convert data into useful information through various methods. One of the technologies that helps obtain information is artificial intelligence (AI). AI is a technology that makes it possible to perform tasks that humans could only do in the past, such as human-machine communication, often called chatbots. One of the most advanced chatbots is Google Gemini. In education, Google Gemini can help students find answers to their questions and support independent learning. SMP Negeri 1 Kandangserang is a school in a mountainous area with poor road conditions. These road conditions cause many students to choose to study independently at home when the rainy season arrives. For this reason, community service was carried out by holding a Google Gemini workshop to help improve students' knowledge at SMP Negeri 1 Kandangserang when studying independently at home. 30 participants attended the workshop, and the presentation methods and hands-on practice were used at www.gemini.google.com. Pre-Test and Post-Test were conducted to measure participants' abilities before and after the workshop. The result of this activity is the increased ability of participants to use Google Gemini as a learning tool. This can be seen from the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires, which show an average increase of 21.67 participants or 72.22% of participants who previously stated that they could not use Google Gemini to do a command to be able to use it. Suggestions for participants are expected to continue exploring the capabilities of Google Gemini to help their learning process.

Abstract

This study investigates the outcomes of work-related stress resulting from a blend of WFC and increased workload amid the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in teleworking. The study employed a SLR as a means of data exploration, incorporating literature bibliometrics for data processing and subsequently subjecting the data to analysis through the VOSviewer program. The investigator examined citations from the Scopus database, evaluating 334 articles, among which 62 were published from 2020 to 2022. The VOSviewer program was leveraged to evaluate co-authorship, co-accuracy, and citations, promoting a more nuanced understanding of the results. This review furnishes a focused bibliographic viewpoint for prospective researchers, assisting them in navigating the evolving dynamics of work-family conflicts, particularly accentuated among individuals managing multiple roles or shouldering caregiving responsibilities during the pandemic. The study underscores the merits and challenges of teleworking, highlighting the intricacies of establishing boundaries between work and caregiving roles. Neglecting these boundaries may precipitate job stress for remote workers. In essence, this research illuminates the characteristics of pertinent articles and the ramifications of teleworking, WFC and Excessive workload on work stress during the pandemic. It advocates for further investigation to deepen comprehension of the intricate interplay between these factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Aria Group Hotel to determine the application and influence of the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Work Motivation and Organizational Culture as mediating variables in Hotel Aria Group. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type. There are 4 types of variables in this research, namely Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance. The number of respondents in this study was 107 respondents. This sampling technique uses proportionate random sampling. The analysis techniques for this research are statistical analysis and Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style does not affect Employee Performance but has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation and Organization Culture. Work Motivation and Organizational Culture can mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. The contribution of these findings can help management map the problems that exist within the company so that they can carry out maximum evaluations. Leaders are advised to also develop programs that support their efforts to improve the competence of their employees, and leaders also consider using the good input that has been proposed. by its employees to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions around the world to shift to online learning. However, the impact of online learning on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in secondary schools is still poorly understood. This study aims to evaluate the achievement of student competence in online PAI learning. This study used a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data from teachers, supervisors, and students in several secondary schools. The results showed that online PAI learning tends to be more oriented towards text comprehension, ignoring students' affective aspects, and eliminating social interaction in the learning process. Independent individual learning, lack of teacher-student interaction, and time restrictions also have an impact on neglecting the affective dimension of students. The implication of this finding is that online PAI learning has not been able to achieve overall learning objectives, especially in the development of students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. It is necessary to adjust learning strategies so that online PAI learning can be more effective and meaningful for students in the future.

Abstract

This study is descriptive qualitative research. From the academic community's and stakeholders' viewpoint, this study identifies the critical areas for developing the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Sciences of K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid State Islamic University Pekalongan. To determine the answers to the issues with organizational development facing the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Sciences at K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid State Islamic University Pekalongan, as seen from the viewpoint of the academic community and stakeholders. In this study, documentation, interviews, and observation are the methods used for gathering data. The academic community and stakeholders of K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid State Islamic University Pekalongan's Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan Sciences are the subjects of this study. The study's findings show that organizational growth inextricably linked to the three pillars of higher education is among the top priorities for FTIK UIN KH Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan from the viewpoints of stakeholders and the academic community. In education and learning, research, publications, services, and supporting fields, organizational development refers to the development of research, publications, services, education and learning, and related sectors.

Abstract

Guru masih menekankan metode ceramah dan latihan siap dalam penyampaian materi. Para siswa cenderung pasif karena mendengarkan penjelasan guru, mengerjakan soal dan mengikuti pembahasan soal sehingga pembelajaran Matematika praktis masih berpusat pada guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan peningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran matematika materi geometri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. 2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi geometri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. 3) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi geometri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan suatu rangkaian pelaksanaan empat tahapan penting yang harus berulang pada tiap siklus. tahapan penting dalam penelitian tindakan kelas: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) pengamatan dan (4) refleksi. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran geometri melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, mengalami peningkatan. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 61,56 menjadi 69,22 pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar individual siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 64% atau 20 dari 32 siswa pada siklus I menjadi 77% atau 25 dari 32 siswa pada siklus II. Berdasarkan data tersebut, pencapaian hasil belajar siswa pada siklus kedua sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 75% siswa mengalami ketuntasan belajar individual ≥ 60.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct a systematic review of literature related to employee development in SMEs and to provide a deeper understanding of employee development in SMEs and identify best practices that can help employee development in SMEs. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. Data were taken from online databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest. The keywords used in the search were "employee development" and "SMEs." Subsequently, the researchers selected articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The novelty of this research is the application of SLR on the topic of employee development in SMEs, which has not been extensively researched before. In addition, this research can provide insights into best practices in employee development in SMEs. The results of this research indicate that employee development in SMEs can improve employee performance and company productivity. Best practices in employee development in SMEs include continuous training and development of employees, recognition of employee contributions, and career development programs.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai suatu miniatur kehidupan masyarakat yang memiliki paham dan ajaran islam, pondok pesantren Al-Muthmainnah harus mampu mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar dapat tercermin identitas santri sebagai manusia yang beragama sekaligus sebagai warga negara yang baik (good citizen). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan pengimplementasian nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari santri di pondok pesantren Al-Muthmainnah Cianjur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling serta pencarian data yang didasarkan pada observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulannya pondok pesantren Al-Muthmainnah Cianjur telah mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengamalan dan perwujudan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang dicerminkan santri pondok pesantren Al-Muthmainnah merupakan sublimasi dari kepribadian, habit, culture dan nilai ajar di pondok pesantren Al-Muthmainnah. Dan perilaku santri sebagai wujud dari nilai ajar di pondok pesantren Al-Muthmainnah berdasarkan pedoman Pancasila menjadi bukti bahwa Pancasila sebagai kristalisasi dari ajaran agama islam. Abstract

The purpose of this SLR is to examine how human resource development is implemented in the workplace. The PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome) handbook is used as the methodology for this study. Data sources for 2018–2024 are from Google Scholar, Connected Paper, Science Direct, and the Publish or Perish application. After 114 journal findings were collected, 30 journals were selected for evaluation after data reduction using inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings of this literature assessment show how important strategic human resource planning is to increase productivity so that both businesses and employees (HR) benefit from strategic human resource planning. The results of optimizing HR competencies have an impact on increasing work ethics which will drive the success of achieving company goals. For the reasons of increasing and optimizing HR competencies, companies need to carry out strategic HR planning. The Prism Diagram is used to illustrate the selection and filtering of previous studies. The PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) diagram is a tool used in research with a focus on systematic reviews and meta-analyses
