Abstract

Pelatihan digital marketing adalah suatu pendekatan pendidikan yang krusial dalam era digital saat ini. Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dalam bidang ini. Pelatihan digital marketing memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang strategi pemasaran digital, alat, dan teknik yang dapat siswa terapkan di dunia nyata. Manfaat penting pelatihan digital marketing bagi siswa SMK mencakup peningkatan permintaan pekerjaan di bidang ini, peluang berwirausaha, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru, dan kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam proyek-proyek praktis. Pelatihan ini juga memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami pasar global, menyediakan rujukan akademis, dan mengurangi kesenjangan kompetensi di antara lulusan SMK. Metode pelatihan yang efektif mencakup kelas daring, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, kolaborasi dengan industri, pelatihan dalam kelompok kecil, mentoring, sertifikasi digital marketing, kompetisi, evaluasi, dan klub digital marketing. Semua ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa SMK agar siap menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di dunia kerja yang semakin digital. Pentingnya pelatihan digital marketing untuk siswa SMK adalah investasi dalam masa depan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam menghadapi dunia digital yang terus berkembang. Hasil yang dicapai pada pelatihan digital marketing adalah siswa memahami dengan baik strategi pemasaran digital lainnya. Selain itu, siswa telah memahami etika digital dan cara berinteraksi secara aman di dunia digital.

Abstract

Kemandirian buang air kecil dan buang air besar, merupakan aspek dasar yang harus dikuasai anak sebelum menguasai kemampuan bina diri lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kegiatan buang air kecil dan buang air besar adalah kegiatan yang selalu dilakukan manusia secara rutin setiap hari.  Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan karakter melalui kemampuan bina diri buang air kecil pada  siswa    dengan  memperbaiki  pembelajaran  bina  diri  melalui  metode latihan (drill).  Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD KB Tiara Cibinong Bogor.  Setting yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah di dalam kelas. Setting di dalam kelas  dan toilet untuk mengetahui kemampuan bina diri buang air kecil dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan  kemampuan  bina  diri  dengan  menggunakan  metode  latihan (drill). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD KB Tiara Cibinong Bogor , pada mata pelajaran keterampilan bina diri untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bina diri buang air kecil siswa  usia 3-4 tahun dengan sampel  sensus (sampel jenuh) jumlah siswa 10. Berdasarkan presentase pencapaian yang diperoleh subjek menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode latihan (drill) pada pembelajaran bina diri dapat meningkatkan kemampuan buang air kecil anak autis. Oleh karena itu, metode latihan (drill) dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif metode yang digunakan untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan buang air kecil anak sehingga karakter anak akan menjadi lebih teratur, disiplin dan rapih.  Guru diharapkan lebih intensif dalam memberikan pembelajaran buang air kecil dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ataupun tahapan buang air kecil dalam pembelajaran dan guru diharapkan lebih kreatif dalam mengembangkan metode latihan dengan pemberian reward yang bervariasi agar anak aktif dan tidak mudah bosan dalam belajar. Serta hendaknya guru selalu memberikan dorongan berupa pujian kepada siswa   agar   siswa   menjadi   lebih   memiliki   kepercaya   diri   dan bersemangat sehingga termotivasi untuk melakukan hal yang lebih baik Kata Kunci : Toilet Training, Metode Drill,Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan tentang konsep pengorganisasian dalam konteks dan pandangan pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek kritis seperti konsep dasar, jenis, proses, fungsi serta manfat/tujuan, struktur organisasi. wewenang dan keskuasaan, desentralisasi dan sentralisasi, hubungan dalam organisasi, serta analisis management pengorganisasian terhadap lembaga pendidikan di indonesia. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research yang bersumber dari media online akademik. Tujuan dari artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para praktisi pendidikan Islam dan pengambil kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pengorganisasian pendidikan mereka. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, pengorganisasian dalam pendidikan Islam dapat menjadi landasan kuat untuk membentuk generasi yang berintegritas, berwawasan luas, dan berkomitmen pada pembangunan masyarakat yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of experiential marketing and site quality on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, among GrabFood users at the International Student Dormitory Edelweis, State University of Malang. In today’s digital era, online food ordering services have become essential to daily life, especially for students. This research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing a purposive sample procedure, including 111 respondents who are foreign students residing in the Edelweis Dormitory of the State University of Malang and users of the GrabFood application. The research conducted using SmartPLS 4 indicates that experiential marketing and site quality significantly enhance the satisfaction of customers. Neither experiential marketing nor site quality has a direct significant effect on repurchase intention.  Customer satisfaction has a direct and significant impact on repurchase intention and serves as a strong mediator in the relationship among experiential marketing, site quality, and repurchase intention.  The findings have significant implications for developing digital marketing strategies and enhancing the quality and services of food ordering applications.

Abstract

This research examines the education and entrepreneurship model at Santripreneur Al-Utsmani, focusing on its impact on developing entrepreneurial skills among millennial santri. Using a field research approach, this study employs descriptive and evaluative case study methods. Data collection was conducted through triangulation, including participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, with data validity ensured through triangulation and member checks. The study highlights Al-Utsmani’s entrepreneurship programs tailored to its students’ unique abilities and interests. These programs foster creativity, competence, independence, and life and career skills while integrating religious and social values. Key initiatives include cooperatives, agricultural ventures, and educational businesses that are developed collaboratively and collaboratively. Findings show that these programs significantly enhance students’ entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to their mental and economic independence, preparing them to achieve academic and religious excellence.

Abstract

This study applies a bibliometric approach to evaluate publication trends related to "Workplace Diversity and Its Implications for Organizational Practices" in Scopus-indexed scientific journals from 2020 to 2024. The increasing urgency to address workplace diversity stems from globalization, evolving workforce demographics, and the growing demand for equitable and inclusive organizational practices. Diversity management is critical for enhancing innovation, improving employee well-being, and addressing social equity challenges in both developed and developing nations. Utilizing the VOSviewer software, this study analyzes publication patterns, author affiliations, and keyword distributions associated with workplace diversity topics. From the 60 articles reviewed, findings indicate that interest in workplace diversity fluctuated, with the highest number of publications recorded in 2024. The results also reveal that the United States is the largest contributor to publications on this topic, followed by India and the United Kingdom. Network visualization analysis highlights key terms such as "Diversity," "Workplace Diversity," and "Inclusion," underscoring diversity’s pivotal role in enhancing inclusion and driving organizational performance. This study provides insights into publication trends and identifies potential areas for future research in workplace diversity and its implications for organizational practices.

Abstract

In the changing working world, the perception of Person-Job Fit (fit between an individual and a job) plays a crucial role in improving employee performance and satisfaction. This fit involves an individual's abilities, competency/knowledge, interests as well as values with the demands, responsibilities, and work environment, which is the main focus of various studies related to person-job fit. This study aims to mapping out and provide a bibliometric overview of the topic of person-job fit, to identifying research trends by uncovering popular topics, identifying the relationship between concepts such as job satisfaction, organization commitment, and job performance, demonstrating commonly used approaches of methodology such as equation structural modelling, mapping the network authors, institutions, and countries that can build collaboration, and helping researchers quickly and systematically find relevant literature and lastly the result support the strategic development of Human Resource theory and practices. The research data was taken from articles published in the Scopus database between 2019 and 2024, and 63 articles were found using the VOSviewer application. The results showed that the most articles on person-job fit were published in 2022 (15 articles), with the journal “International Journal of Human Resource Management” as the most frequently published. The most affiliations came from the National Institute of Development Administration with 2 documents, while China was the country with the most publications. The topic is mainly covered in the area of business, management, and accounting. Keywords often associated with person-job fit include:Person-Organization Fit, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, Person-Environment Fit, Job Performance, Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Work Engagement, Job Involvement, and Structural Equation Modelling.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of price and quantity on sales mediated by promotions at PT The Univenus during the 2019–2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach as the research method, this study examines the relationship between independent variables (price and quantity) and dependent variables (sales) with promotion as a mediating variable whose data is processed by the SEM-PLS method. The results show that price and quantity have a significant influence on sales, and promotions reinforce this relationship. Competitive pricing increases sales volume, especially when products are promoted, as well as adequate quantities encourage larger purchases in a multi-unit promotional strategy. Effective promotions not only increase short-term sales but also help build brand loyalty. This study fills a gap in the literature on the interaction of price elasticity, promotion, and consumer response in the manufacturing industry. To increase sales and market position. From the results of this study, PT The Univenus is recommended to implement effective promotional strategies, such as multi-unit discounts and competitive prices.

Abstract

Pada pencapaian tujuan sebuah organisasi salah satu faktor pertama dan utama dan pembangunan adalah SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia). Sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai peran utama dari seluruh aktivitas dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Organisasi perlu mengelola, meningkatkan, mendayagunakan sumber daya manusia tersebut, sehingga sumber daya manusia tersebut berdedikasi dan bermotivasi tinggi, inovatif dan terampil dalam menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan trasformasional dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap retesi karyawan secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan proportionate Stratified Sampling dengan 40 orang responden. Penelitian ini dibantu oleh program IBM SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan trasformasional dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap retesi karyawan, maka dapat disimpulakan bahwa terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan trasformasional dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap retesi karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose – This systematic literature review aims to synthesize several studies related to the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Methodology/approach – This study was compiled using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis from research related to the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The data collection method uses the Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome methods using 2 accesses, namely Google Scholar and Wiley Online Library. A total of 259 data were filtered using data inclusion criteria so that 30 data were obtained that were by the eligibility standards. Findings – it was found that there were forty-five (45) hypotheses related to leadership style and employee performance. Based on the effect and function of the data variables, they are grouped into four (4), namely, a significant positive effect, no influence and mediating variables, and moderating variables. Novelty/value – Leadership style is a very important factor in the organization because as a vehicle leader in achieving organizational goals. organizational goals can be achieved when employee performance is good. From the many types of leadership styles and various types of organizations, it is necessary to classify various studies related to leadership styles and employee performance in the last 5 years starting from 2017 to 2022.
