Abstract

Workload, organizational culture, work discipline, and job performance are some of the topics that this bibliometric review hopes to go into. The study finds trends, patterns, and gaps in the existing literature by using bibliometric analytic approaches. It utilizes co-citation and keyword analysis to uncover patterns of research collaboration and creates a publishing map according to year, author, journal, institution, and country. Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers can benefit from the analysis by better understanding the most recent breakthroughs and trends in organizational behavior, specifically related to employee performance. Furthermore, it addresses voids in the existing literature and pinpoints topics that require additional research. The results can help improve organizational policy initiatives and direct future research in the fields of human resource management and organizational behaviour. Job interview phrases and corporate culture were the subjects of an online poll that ran from 2019 through 2024. Beyond highlighting three ways these approaches could be enhanced to increase data quality, the research tries to demonstrate the benefits of online testing beyond its convenience. These recommendations for enhancing the quality of data can be applied to online organizational surveys and experiments.

Abstract

Maintaining the performance of a quality employee is the biggest challenge of the 4-star hotel industry in Malang City. The pandemic has caused hotels to experience a crisis due to a massive decline in occupancy. The economic crisis has made hotel management pay less attention to employee welfare during a hotel's recovery period. Employee welfare is a trigger for the expected performance instability. This study adopts an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The study includes 242 participants employed in three 4-star hotels in Malang City. A sample of 151 respondents is chosen through stratified random sampling. Path analysis is used for data analysis. The results indicate that affective commitment, non-physical work environments, and servant leadership substantially impact employee performance. The association between employee performance and servant leadership may be partly influenced by affective commitment. However, affective commitment does not mediate the relationship between worker performance and the non-physical work environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membawa perubahan mendasar terhadap paradigma pendidikan modern. Di tengah gelombang digitalisasi, teori konstruktivisme yang menekankan peran aktif peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya sendiri kembali diuji relevansinya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi pemikiran konstruktivisme dalam konteks era kecerdasan buatan dengan meninjau bagaimana interaksi manusia-mesin dapat menjadi medium baru bagi pembentukan kesadaran belajar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan analisis reflektif-filosofis terhadap teori konstruktivisme Piaget, Vygotsky, dan Bruner, dikaitkan dengan praktik pembelajaran berbasis AI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AI dapat memperkuat personalisasi dan efektivitas pembelajaran, peran kesadaran manusia tetap menjadi elemen esensial dalam konstruksi makna. Rekonstruksi pemikiran konstruktivisme menuntut integrasi antara rasionalitas manusia, etika teknologi, dan kesadaran reflektif dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual terhadap filsafat pendidikan masa depan, di mana manusia bukan hanya pengguna AI, tetapi juga subjek yang sadar dalam mengelola makna pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the issue of insufficient stimulation of naturalistic intelligence among children aged 4–5 years at Kober Majasari 1 Cibiuk. The purpose of this research was to enhance the naturalistic intelligence of children aged 4–5 years at Kober Majasari 1 Cibiuk through art activities using “stamp painting” with natural materials. This study employed a classroom action research (CAR) method consisting of two cycles. Each cycle included planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were 2 teachers and 13 students, consisting of 8 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that natural-material-based “stamp painting” activities were able to stimulate children’s naturalistic intelligence, as indicated by improvements in their ability to recognize, understand, and interact with their surrounding environment. This was reflected in a success rate of 46%. In the second meeting of Cycle I, children’s naturalistic intelligence increased by 15%, reaching a success rate of 61%. In the first meeting of Cycle II, naturalistic intelligence showed a greater improvement of 24%, reaching 85%. In the second meeting of Cycle II, naturalistic intelligence increased by a further 7%, rising from 85% to 93%. This study is expected to contribute to the development of art-based learning in early childhood education, particularly in stimulating children’s naturalistic intelligence.  Keywords: Stamp Painting, Naturalistic Intelligence, Early Childhood

Abstract

The role of women in improving the economy has often been echoed in relation to their work in doing business independently. However, so far, micro, small and medium enterprises managed by women have not been properly developed so that they are able to grow and develop and have optimal competitiveness. Is it true that businesses run by women are less profitable than businesses run by men? This study uses a systematic literature review method by analyzing the results of research in various places related to this, including factors that can be observed so that businesses managed by women can show maximum performance. The results of this study are expected to provide information related to improving performance, especially for women.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between da’wah and the condition of the Muslim community in the contemporary era, which is characterized by social change, advances in digital technology, and shifts in societal patterns of thought. The development of digital media has transformed da’wah from conventional methods into more open and flexible forms that extend into virtual spaces such as social media and online platforms. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and observation of emerging digital da’wah phenomena in society. The findings indicate that da’wah and the development of the Muslim community have a reciprocal relationship that mutually influences one another. Modern challenges, including information overload, changing lifestyles, and identity crises, require da’wah to be adaptive, dialogical, and contextual. At the same time, innovations in digital da’wah shape patterns of religious practice, particularly among younger generations. This study affirms that da’wah functions not only as a means of conveying Islamic teachings but also as a medium for fostering social awareness, strengthening Islamic identity, and providing moral guidance for Muslims amid global dynamics. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas keterkaitan antara dakwah dan kondisi umat Islam di era kontemporer yang ditandai oleh perubahan sosial, kemajuan teknologi digital, serta pergeseran pola pikir masyarakat. Perkembangan media digital telah mengubah wajah dakwah dari metode konvensional menjadi lebih terbuka, fleksibel, dan menjangkau ruang virtual seperti media sosial dan platform daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka dan pengamatan terhadap fenomena dakwah digital yang berkembang di masyarakat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah dan perkembangan umat Islam memiliki hubungan timbal balik yang saling memengaruhi. Tantangan modern, seperti banjir informasi, perubahan gaya hidup, dan krisis identitas, menuntut dakwah yang adaptif, dialogis, dan kontekstual. Di sisi lain, inovasi dakwah di ruang digital turut membentuk pola keberagamaan umat, khususnya generasi muda. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dakwah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana penyampaian ajaran Islam, tetapi juga sebagai media pembinaan kesadaran sosial, penguatan identitas keislaman, dan penuntun moral umat di tengah dinamika global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of student character development through participation in national activities, focusing on the involvement of SMK Sari Putra North Jakarta in the 80th Anniversary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) at the National Monument, Jakarta. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with school principals, supervising teachers, and participating students, as well as documentation analysis. The results indicate that character development management was implemented through systematic planning, coordinated implementation, and continuous evaluation. Student participation in national activities contributed positively to improvements in discipline, responsibility, leadership, and nationalism. The study concludes that national activities can serve as an effective medium for strengthening student character education when managed in a planned, participatory, and value-oriented manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' perceptions of TikTok as a learning medium and to analyze how those perceptions manifest in classroom practice at SDN 14 Lakudo, Buton Tengah Regency. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving two PAI teachers. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles et al., supported by source triangulation and member checking to ensure validity. The findings reveal that both teachers hold a positively critical perception of TikTok as a learning medium, recognizing its significant potential to enhance student engagement and learning motivation through short-form video content. However, this positive stance is consistently accompanied by heightened awareness of the risks posed by negative content that may undermine Islamic moral values. Consequently, teachers' perceptions directly shape their pedagogical practice through rigorous content selection, active supervision, and value reinforcement during every TikTok-integrated lesson. This study concludes that teacher perception, rather than institutional infrastructure, serves as the primary driver of effective and values-based digital media integration in Islamic religious education, contributing meaningfully to SDG 4 on quality education and SDG 16 on strong and accountable institutions.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has accelerated digital transformation across various aspects of educational management, including efforts to improve the quality of educational services in Vocational High Schools (SMKs). This study aims to analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence utilization on the quality of educational services in Vocational High Schools. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed involving 100 respondents consisting of teachers, educational staff, and students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) comprising 15 items for the Artificial Intelligence variable and 15 items for the educational service quality variable. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that the research instruments met the validity and reliability requirements, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.911 for the Artificial Intelligence variable and 0.897 for the educational service quality variable. The regression analysis produced the equation Ŷ = 31.536 + 0.473X, indicating that Artificial Intelligence utilization has a positive effect on educational service quality. The correlation coefficient (r = 0.462) demonstrates a moderate positive relationship, while the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.214) indicates that Artificial Intelligence utilization contributes 21.4% to the improvement of educational service quality. Hypothesis testing revealed that the calculated t-value (5.161) exceeded the critical t-value (1.984), and the calculated F-value (26.635) exceeded the critical F-value (3.94) at a significance level of 0.05. These findings confirm that the utilization of Artificial Intelligence has a positive and statistically significant effect on the quality of educational services in Vocational High Schools.
