Abstract

This study aims to determine the factor of women entrepreneurship and analyze publication trends by knowing the number of articles, citations, most authors, and network clusters. This research is the first step to looking at existing research and finding research themes related to women's entrepreneurship. The method used is bibliometric analysis. Data was obtained through a database search, google scholar, by using the software Harzing's Publish or Perish. Initial results obtained as many as 509 articles were then extracted by only taking articles from reputable international publishers, so 72 articles were used. The study results show that the most frequently cited authors are Fauzi et al. (2020). Words often appear: women, entrepreneurship, women entrepreneur, women entrepreneurship, and studies. Bibliometric mapping supports the scientific explanation between probability theory and proof. Women's research Entrepreneurship can be developed more broadly on themes that appear few and have yet to be widely included in research in the last five years. Therefore, this research is expected to be a reference for further research on problems, training, challenges, cases, and rural women.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work discipline, work motivation, work ethic, and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Tjiwi Kimia. In the competitive era of globalization, employee productivity has become a crucial factor for a company's success, particularly in the manufacturing sector. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method and survey through questionnaires distributed to a sample of employees using stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that work discipline, work motivation, work ethic, and work environment significantly affect employee productivity, both individually and simultaneously. Work discipline and motivation were found to have the greatest contribution to improving productivity. The study concludes that managing these factors is essential for the company to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. Tjiwi Kimia improve its programs on discipline, motivation, and creating a conducive work environment to achieve optimal productivity.

Abstract

Employee welfare is present as an important element for the sustainability and development of an SME. Employees who are well cared for physically and mentally will be able to feel comfortable and prosperous in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to find out more about how the welfare of employees in an SME can affect the sustainability of the SME . This scoping review aims to examine the literature regarding the most relevant and significant aspects of employee welfare, as well as the methods used in related research. This study searches for articles from several databases published between 2010 and 2021. The results show that employee well-being includes four dimensions, namely physical, psychological, social, and work environment. Several methods used in research include surveys, interviews, and observation. The results of the study show that the welfare of employees in a work environment will have a positive effect on various aspects, all of which will lead to the sustainability of SMEs. High morale from employees will be created if the employee is prosperous in the work being carried out.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Salah satu faktor yang mendukung kelancaran pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah proses menyusui yang lancar dan benar. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menjadi masalah yang dapat menghambat proses menyusui adalah masalah bendungan ASI.Tujuan Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap ibu postpartum terhadap pencegahan bendungan ASI di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gunting Saga. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan sampel sebanyak 34 orang dengan metode pemgambilan sampel secara purposive sampling.Metode: penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan sikap masing-masing 10 pertanyaan.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengetahuan ibu ada pada kategori baik sebanyak 16 orang (47,1%) dan minoritas pada kategori kurang sebanyak 3 orang (8,8%), berdasarkan sikap mayoritas ada pada kategori positif sebanyak 27 orang (79,4%) dan minoritas pada kategori negatif sebanyak 7 orang.Kesimpulan: Mayoritas ibu postpartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gunting Saga memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dan sikap positif terhadap pencegahan bendungan ASI, sementara sebagian kecil memiliki pengetahuan kurang dan sikap negatif. Knowledge and Attitudes of Postpartum Mothers Towards the Prevention of Breast Milk Damming in the Working Area of the Gunting Saga Health Center, Kualuh Selatan District, 2023Background: One of the factors that support exclusive breastfeeding is a smooth and correct breastfeeding process. One of the factors that can be a problem that can hinder the breastfeeding process is the problem of breast milk dams.Purpose: to determine the knowledge and attitude of postpartum mothers towards the prevention of breast milk dams in the Gunting Saga Health Center Working Area. The research design was descriptive analytic with a sample of 34 people with purposive sampling method.Methods: analytic descriptive research with a cross sectional approach, this study used research instruments in the form of questionnaires about knowledge and attitudes of 10 questions each.Results: The results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge was in the good category as many as 16 people (47.1%) and the minority in the poor category as many as 3 people (8.8%), based on the attitude of the majority in the positive category as many as 27 people (79.4%) and the minority in the negative category as many as 7 people.Conclusion: The majority of postpartum mothers in the Gunting Saga Health Center Working Area have good knowledge and positive attitudes towards preventing breast milk dams, while a small proportion have poor knowledge and negative attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Family Conflict and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is important because of the research gap in previous studies. This study uses nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a 5-point Likert scale answer. Sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents with data analysis using the SEM-PLS method SmartPLS4 software. according to Table 4. Abstract

Ecopedagogy education related to green campuses requires further innovation related to learning media. This study aims to develop a book on ecopedagogy education in a green campus based on environmental issues. The method of research and development in this study’s is based on the ADDIE approach with five stages. The first stage of this research is conduct an initial data analysis, which will be the basis for developing the Ecopedagogy. The second stage is design the educational media. The third stage is the development process and validation of media experts. The fourth stage is the implementation, and the last stage of developing this book media is to conduct an evaluation given by students; the form of an assessment of the book. This study’s results indicate that the ecopedagogy education media series on environmental issues on a green campus is categorized as very valid. Hence, it is suitable for use in learning activities. The results of this study indicate that the media series of ecopedagogy education can improve student learning outcomes based on the results of the pre-test and post-test. The development of learning media is essential to train students' skills in critical thinking. Suggestions for future research include implementing media on a broader scale.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of recruitment, selection, and training on employee performance. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review, where the author collects data from various related articles. The main focus of the study is to explore how these three aspects contribute to employee performance and provide in-depth insights into recruitment, selection, and training practices. The results of the study indicate that many companies still implement recruitment, selection, and training systems that are not fully mature. Therefore, companies must pay more attention to and develop these systems. With good implementation, it is expected to improve overall employee performance, which in turn will benefit the company. Abstract

Today's digital banking world is no longer an option, but has become the main requirement in banking transactions in the digitalization era. Customer needs have shifted to demands for easy, fast, and reliable services. Related to this, banks must have digital services such as customer service that is always on-time and a reliable back office in fulfilling various customer needs related to digital banking transactions. The use of ATM machine facilities, Internet Banking, SMS Banking and Mobile Banking as a form of the trend of the phenomenon of digitization of banking services can support the quality of service (service quality) of national banking. Through the presence of digital machines, users can enjoy banking services anywhere (banking everywhere) with the speed and convenience offered by digital products. BRI mobile as a mobile banking service that has been widely used by the public needs to maintain customer loyalty to get the maximum benefit from transactions made by its customers. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic service quality (KLE) and brand trust (KM) on customer loyalty (LN) through product image (CP) on BRImo users at PT.bank Rakyat Indonesia.Tbk Branch Office Probolinggo by answering 7 (seven) hypotheses. This study uses a quantitative approach using the partial least squares equation model (PLS-SEM). The sample in this study were BRI Savings customer respondents who used the BRImo application for less than 3 (three) years to more than 5 (five) years using non-probability sampling techniques. The results of the analysis show that KM has a positive and significant effect on LN, as well as CP has a positive and significant effect on LN. Meanwhile, KLE has no significant effect on LN. Furthermore, the results show that CP is able to mediate the relationship between KM and LN, although it cannot mediate the relationship between KLE and LN. The implications of these findings can provide a theoretical basis and reference for BRI to focus their attention on the importance of effectively utilizing brand trust in developing product image to influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memegang peranan vital dalam menentukan efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi. Era digitalisasi yang tumbuh dengan pesat, praktik manajemen SDM mengalami transformasi signifikan untuk menjawab tantangan dan kebutuhan organisasi yang semakin dinamis. Sebagai fungsi strategis, manajemen SDM bertujuan mengelola potensi dan kompetensi manusia secara efektif. Manajemen yang efektif tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, mendorong perkembangan individu dan organisasi. Meskipun konsep dan praktik manajemen SDM telah diterapkan di berbagai bidang, belum banyak penelitian yang secara mendalam mengidentifikasi ruang lingkup penerapannya serta tren implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hasil implementasi manajemen SDM dengan menggunakan data dari berbagai penelitian terkait yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang waktu 2015–2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), sebuah metode sistematis yang dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan menyimpulkan temuan-temuan yang relevan dari literatur yang telah diterbitkan. Melalui metode ini, penelitian dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai perkembangan implementasi manajemen SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen SDM paling dominan pada topik yang berkaitan dengan teknologi, dengan total 13 penelitian. Selain itu, manajemen SDM juga diterapkan pada topik lain seperti pandemi COVID-19, knowledge management, dan industri, masing-masing sebanyak 4 penelitian. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa fokus utama implementasi manajemen SDM cenderung berkaitan dengan inovasi teknologi dan tantangan global seperti pandemi. Secara temporal, penerapan manajemen SDM mencapai puncaknya pada tahun 2021, di mana banyak organisasi beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang disebabkan oleh pandemi global. Tren ini kembali meningkat pada tahun 2023, mencerminkan upaya berkelanjutan dalam mengintegrasikan praktik-praktik manajemen SDM yang adaptif dengan kebutuhan organisasi yang terus berkembang. Dalam penelitian ini memapaparkan manajemen SDM dengan menawarkan wawasan baru mengenai tren dan pola implementasinya. Selain itu, hasil temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi praktisi dalam mengidentifikasi peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut di bidang ini.

Abstract

Drying fish is one way of preserving fish by reducing the water content of fish so that the activity of microorganisms can be reduced. Preservation by drying is intended to extend the shelf life of fish. Many fish species have used the drying method for a long time. This study aimed to analyze the effect of drying on salted and unsalted fish to test the resistance and quality of fish. Making salted fish is the simplest preservation with low cost. The characteristics of fish that have a neutral pH, soft texture, and high nutritional content make fish a good medium for bacterial growth. Most Indonesian people manage fish to overcome the damage, including those processed into salted fish. Salted fish is one form of traditional fish processed products with drying and salting technology. Based on the study's results, it was concluded that salted fish that was dried for more than 12 hours of heating in the sun produced products that were acceptable to consumers, while drying under 8 hours produced products that consumers did not accept. There is a need for further testing on the shelf life and the need for the use of hygienic packaging. Based on the analysis, the concentration of salt and time of salting did not significantly affect the texture and aroma.
