Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Waroeng Special Sambal in Lippo Karawaci Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the quality of service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 45.5%. Hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t table or (9.051 > 1.984). Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 44.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8,902 > 1,984). Service quality and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10,473 + 0.363X1 + 0.382X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 54.5% and the hypothesis test is obtained by the calculated F value > F table or (58,155 > 2,700).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze research trends and mapping of price limits and stock prices in ASEAN 5. This type of research is qualitative research. The research variables are Price Limit and Stock Price. The data collection technique used was bibliometric analysis from the Scopus database from 1996 to 2022. The number of research samples was 52 samples. The data analysis technique uses bibliometrics with the VOS viewer software program. The findings of this study indicate that 52 articles have been selected, with the number of publications increasing every year. Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore have an important role to play in the article price limits and share prices on Scopus as well as price limits reducing the volatility of stock returns, overcoming overreactions and not disrupting trading activities. Abstract

Indonesia seeks to implement Universal Health Coverage to ensure that all people can access health services. The implementation of this program has an impact on the national health system. The pattern of health services has shifted both in terms of health services and health financing. Hospitals as one health care institution must adapt to these changes in order to remain able to provide the best health services. MAL Hospital as one of the hospitals providing health services faces the impact of decreasing income after implementation of Universal Health Coverage. Facing these conditions required the right business strategy for MAL Hospital to be able to increase its income in order to continue running health services as one of the hospital with social mission. This study uses qualitative methods with primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from reports, articles, journals, and books. In business exploration, this study analyzes and proposes business strategies for public private hospitals. Analysis begins by analyzing internal and external factors. Internal factors are analyzed based on financial, operational, human resources, and marketing aspects. External factors were analyzed using PESTLE Analysis and Porters Force. All factors are classified as Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT). The analysis is continued by calculating the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS). Obtained result value IFAS -40 with value EFAS 20. Position of MAL Hospital by using Cartesian diagram is in quadrant of weakness and opportunity. MAL Hospital should choose competitive strategy through differentiation focus by targeting the main target is the participants of Universal Health Coverage. Some alternative business strategies are prepared using TOWS Matrix. Alternative business strategies were analyzed using Analytical Hierarchial Process to obtain priority program sequence. Priority programs with the highest scores were selected and then continued by organizing activities. Estimated cost required and estimated increase in revenues are calculated to obtain Return on Investment value. MAL Hospital as one of the private hospital that has social mission is expected to do the best business strategy for health service can continue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas laporan kinerja pada instansi pemerintah pusat Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, Kementerian Perhubungan. Survey dilakukan kepada 32 satuan kerja di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 60 orang operator inputing E-Sakip Reviu. Pengukuran variablenya dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan kinerja, selanjutnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan kinerja dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan kinerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, semakin tinggi kualitas sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan sistem pengendalian internal maka kualitas laporan kinerja akan semakin baik sehingga mampu dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat dan efektif, serta terhindar dari kesalahan dalam mengelola data kinerja Satuan Kerja di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction with employee performance as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research, which is based on data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative interpretation. The data analysis technique used is PLS version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) software which is a variant-based structural equation analysis (Structural Equation Model) and can perform measurement model testing as well as structural model testing. The population and sample in this study were cooperatives in the South Tangerang area. The technique used in this study was the Simple Random Sampling Technique. And the sample used in this study were 191 employees in the South Tangerang Cooperative. With the results of the study that total quality management has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction because the t-statistic value is 19,056 1,652 while the latent variable on organizational culture has an effect on the contribution to the latent variable on employee job satisfaction with a statistical value of 14,351 1,652. While the latent variable total quality management has no significant effect on employee performance because the value is 1.281 1.652. And the organizational culture variable has an effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 4.214 1.652. And for the variable employee job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance with a value of 5.115 1.652.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh karakteristik inidvidu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di kantor cabang bank tabungan negara (persero)tbk. secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer untuk penelitian didapatkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 61 responden. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data pegawai cabang Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analasis regresi menggunakan software SPSS dan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik uji t dan uji f. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Krakteristik Individu mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dengan hasil signifikan secara parsial dengan arah hubungan negatif, kemudian lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dengan hasil parsial dengan arah hubungan negatif.kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh karakteristik inidvidu dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan menunjukan hubungan negatif, serta kategori hubungan yang kuat.

Abstract

Objectives of the research are to understand the influence of Branding Positioning, Value Delivery and Marketing Communication on Successful Business Long Term Growth. Quantitative approach using survey method is used in studying 30 SME business organizations in Bandung. Structural equation modelling based on covariance is used to analyse data. Results of the study are as follows: 1) Branding Positioning, Value Delivery and Marketing Communication affect significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth simultaneously; 2) Branding Positioning affects significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth partially; 3) Value Delivery affects significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth partially; 4) Marketing Communication affects significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth partially. Thus, business long term growth is important for the business organizations in order to gain competitive advantage and profit.

Abstract

In the digital era that continues to develop, the role of information technology and the internet increasingly dominates various aspects of life, including the business world. In particular, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cirebon City need to continue to adapt to these changes in order to maintain and improve their business performance. The three main strategies to focus on in this context are Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The aim of this research is to examine the influence of content marketing on digital literacy, social media marketing on digital literacy, search engine optimization (SEO) on digital literacy and digital literacy on business performance among MSMEs in the city of Cirebon. This research was conducted on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Cirebon City area by giving questionnaires to business owners and MSME managers. The West Java Cooperatives and UMKM Service said that there were 21,939 MSMEs in Cirebon City. The Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size for this study. The sampling limit percentage that can still be tolerated is (0.1). So there were at least 96 people who answered the survey. Partial Least Square (PLS) model analysis was used in this research. The results of this research are that content marketing has no effect on MSME business performance, digital literacy has an effect on MSME business performance, social media marketing has an effect on MSME business performance and search engine optimization has an effect on MSME business performance.

Abstract

Koperasi memiliki minat yang cukup besar di kalangan masyarakat. Kehadiran teknologi dan digitalisasi kemudian menyebabkan perlu adanya perubahan dan adaptasi yang perlu dilakukan oleh pihak koperasi. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat mengenai bagaimana pengaruh yang diberikan oleh aplikasi itQan Mobile bagi kepuasan anggota KSPPS BMT itQan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian korelasional. Hubungan korelasi yang akan dilihat adalah 4 subvariabel, yakni Speed (X1), Security (X2), Accuracy (X3), dan Trust dengan variabel kepuasan anggota (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa kecepatan dan keamanan yang dirasakan oleh nasabah memiliki pengaruh yang bersifat positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sementara itu ketepatan dan juga rasa percaya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif bagi rasa kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of changes in the business models within the entertainment sector. Companies such as Netflix and Spotify were selected as samples to support the theory and conduct real-world practice comparisons. The Business Model Canvas approach, developed by Osterwalder and Pigneur, was used to illustrate modifications in the business model. This study is based on an academic literature review and does not involve empirical investigation. Therefore, practical examples are considered as secondary data. The results of the literature review and responses to the research questions indicate that digital transformation significantly affects the components of the business model. This allows companies in the entertainment and media sector to gain sustainable competitive advantages. This research provides a deeper understanding of how digital transformation impacts a company's business model, particularly in the entertainment and media sector, and underscores the importance of continuous adaptation in response to rapidly changing business environments.
