Abstract

Improving the quality of education is an important foundation in preparing Indonesia to face a competitive and dynamic future, one of which is by increasing the level of higher education. Several factors that influence the desire to continue to higher education are motivation, economic conditions and educational trends and technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze motivation, economic conditions, trends and educational technology on the interest in continuing to higher education as a marketing strategy for private universities in Karawang Regency. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach, the design of this study uses an observational type and cross-sectional research. The study uses primary and secondary data, the number of subjects is 107 subjects. The study was conducted during December 2024. Data analysis used the Chi-Square Test and the Logistic Regression Multivariate test. The results of the study showed that motivation, economic conditions, trends and educational technology have a relationship with the interest in continuing to higher education. The results of the multivariate test only showed that the economic conditions and motivation variables were related to the desire to continue to higher education, these two variables can be used as a proposal in making strategies in marketing private universities in Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become the key to organizational success in facing the disruptive era. This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting the digital transformation of Telkom Indonesia's business. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interviews with technology experts and key stakeholders at Telkom Indonesia, especially in mobile network management . The results of the study show that the implementation of AI has increased operational efficiency through network management, especially in better mobile networks, accelerated strategic decision-making and autonomous jobs , and created a positive impact on company performance in the form of efficiency and additional revenue and increased customer satisfaction. With this achievement, AI has proven to be one of the key factors in the success of the company's digital transformation. This study makes a significant contribution to understanding the implementation of AI as the main driver of digital transformation in telecommunications companies such as Telkom Indonesia. These findings are expected to be a reference for technology-based business strategies in the future.

Abstract

The development of the era that is increasingly moving towards the era of Internet of Things technology requires every aspect of life to be integrated with technology. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze how the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology can encourage innovation that has an impact on increasing work productivity in the construction industry sector. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a data collection method using secondary data, namely from scientific articles related to the object of research. The results of this study found that supporting skills related to the use of technology are something that must be possessed by employees, and company support in facilitating technology and employee capabilities are also driving factors in increasing employee work productivity. Therefore, the company in making one form of investment can provide technology and all forms of equipment and skills training that can support employee work productivity capacity.

Abstract

UMKM perempuan di Jawa Barat menghadapi tantangan berkelanjutan seperti akses pasar terbatas, rendahnya literasi digital, dan lemahnya manajemen usaha, sehingga daya saing di era digital masih rendah. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan anggota Sekolah Perempuan Jawa Barat (Sekoper Jabar) melalui pelatihan vokasional e-commerce untuk mentransformasi usaha konvensional menjadi bisnis digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan 15 pelaku UMKM perempuan, DP3AKB pemerintah daerah Jawa Barat, dan akademisi. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan e-commerce, pemanfaatan marketplace, pembuatan konten digital, sistem pembayaran daring, serta pemasaran media sosial. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan survei melalui kuesioner (pre-test dan post-test) untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam bidang e-commerce. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua peserta memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan terkait e-commerce, dan branding serta keterampilan pembuatan e-mail, foto produk, edit foto, pembuatan toko di marketplace, membuat Instagram, dan pembukuan sederhana

Abstract

Abstract The success of an organization in increasing employee work productivity will greatly support their ability to compete at work to be more productive so that goals can be achieved. The aim of this research is to explain the role of organizational culture in the influence of competence on work productivity. The population in this research is employees of Perumdam Tirta Bhakti, Majalengka Regency, totaling 45 employees. Sampling used a census/saturated sampling technique where the entire research population was used as the sample. The analysis method used is using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3. The results of this research show that competency does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, but it does have an effect on organizational culture. The main finding in this research is that organizational culture plays a full mediating role in the influence of competence on employee work productivity, meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity through organizational culture. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and compensation variables on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of Hotel Leuweung Geledegan Ecolodge Bogor. This sampling uses a saturated sample technique or non-probability sampling, with a total of 50 permanent employees except the General Manager. Measurement in the questionnaire using a 5-item Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study used the IBM SPSS v25 software application with the path analysis method. The analysis used in this study includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of determination test, F test, t-test, and Sobel test to determine the mediating effect. The results in this study indicate that 1) Career development and compensation simultaneously have effect and significant on job satisfaction, 2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) Career development, compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly on turnover intention, 5) career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 6) compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 7) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 8) career development has no indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction, 9) compensation does not have an indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and work interest (X3) on work motivation (Y) in PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale diagram. The sampling method used a purposive sampling technique totaling 70 respondents. This research is quantitative research using multiple linear analysis with the data analysis tool SPSS 23.The results of this research state that compensation has no effect on work motivation, the work environment has an effect on work motivation, and work interest has no effect on work motivation

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of organizational memory, knowledge recovery, knowledge visualization and knowledge transfer on improving the careers of lecturers at private universities in the West Java and Banten regions. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a survey approach with the method used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 211 lecturers. The data analysis technique for this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) with the research results showing that (1) organizational memory has a significant negative effect on improving lecturers' careers with a t statistic value of 2,000 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.046 < 0.05, with a relationship of 5.9% (2) knowledge recovery has a positive and significant effect on improving lecturers' careers with a t statistical value of 5.113 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a relationship value of 43.8 % (3) knowledge visualization has a positive and significant effect on improving Dodsen's career with a t statistical value of 6.236 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a relationship value of 49.9% (4) Knowledge transfer has a significant positive effect on lecturer career improvement with a t statistic value of 6.236 > t table 1.652 and a P-Value of 0.026 <0.005, and with a relationship value of 12.6%.

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan ujung tombak kegiatan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Strategi pemasaran akan menjadi efektif jika manajemen perusahaan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan dilakukan penerapan strategi pemasaran modern Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP) sebagai rencana dalam menggaet target pasar. Pada masa Pandemi COVID-19, membuat Klinik AMDC Tasikmalaya menjadi salah satu jenis usaha yang terkena imbasnya, meskipun klinik tetap harus berjalan. Setelah berakhirnya masa pandemi, Klinik AMDC perlu meninjau kembali strategi pemasaran modernnya yang meliputi Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat atau petugas yang dinggap paling mengetahui tentang kegiatan pemasaran di Klinik AMDC sebanyak 5 orang yaitu: Direktur, HRD, Sekretaris Klinik, Marketing dan Bendahara Klinik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara kepada informan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan & verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi segmentation, targeting, positioning pada Klinik AMDC Tasikmalaya: 1) Segmentasi yang dilakukan oleh Klinik AMDC Tasikmalaya menggunakan beberapa dasar, diantaranya yaitu Segmentasi geografis, segmentasi demografis, segmentasi psikografis dan segmentasi perilaku dimana segmentasi pasar klinik AMDC Tasikmalaya pada semua usia namun lebih difokuskan pada usia remaja dan dewasa; 2) Dalam menentukan strategi pemilihan pasar sasaran atau target pasar Klinik AMDC Tasikmalaya menggunakan strategi Penetapan Sasaran Terkonsentrasi (Concentrated Targeting Strategy) yaitu dengan memusatkan usaha pemasaran pada satu kelompok pembeli saja yaitu pada semua tingkat perekonomian masyarakat difokuskan pada tingkat perekonomian masyarakat menengah ke bawah; 3) Positioning yang dilakukan oleh Klinik AMDC Tasikmalaya yaitu memposisikan produknya sebagai produk kesehatan dengan kualitas baik, model stylish, dinamis dan mengikuti lifestyle/ trend pada produk tertentu yang ada di klinik seperti pelayanan gigi dengan harga terjangkau serta dengan fasilitas klinik yang memadai dan nyaman bagi pasien

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle on impulse purchases of fashion products among Shopee e-commerce customers partially and simultaneously. The survey was conducted on Shopee e-commerce customers in Cirebon City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and an indicator measuring instrument on a Likert scale of 1-4. Data collection using a questionnaire method distributed in the form of a google-form consists of 30 statements filled out by 150 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially hedonic shopping motivation variables had a significant effect on impulse buying with a value of 2.948 > 1.976 and a sign of 0.004 < 0.05 and a shopping lifestyle variable had a significant effect on impulsive buying with a value of 3.615 > 1.976 and a sign of 0.000 < 0.05 and the results of the study simultaneously that hedonic shopping motivation variables and shopping lifestyles had a significant effect on impulse buying with a value of 33.929 > 3.06 and a sign of 0.000 < 0.005. R Square value of 0.316 indicates that the percentage of the influence of hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying is 31.6% and the remaining 68.4% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study.
