Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions and the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of herbal medicines at CV. Omar Smart Brain. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers who shopped for herbal medicines at CV. Omar Smart Brain with a sample size of 100 customers using the slovin method. In collecting data using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and coefficient significance test (t test and f test). The results showed that, partially the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by showing the results of the t-test = 4.657 while t-table = 1.98472 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.000. partially the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by showing the results of tcount = 3.632 while ttable = 1.98472 (tcount> ttable) with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, promotion and price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by showing Fcount = 60,461 which is greater than Ftable = 3,09 with a significance of 0,000. it can be said that promotion and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.555, it can be concluded that promotion (X1) and price (X2) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 55.50% while the remaining 44.50% is influenced by other factors not tested in this study. In this study, the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient of Y = 12,292 + 0,445X1 + 0,351X2+ e.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determind the effect of employees’ commintment and training to employees’ work performance in University of Budi Luhur, Jakarta either partial or simulatanious. Methodology applied to this research is quantitative with associative approach. Simple random sampling used to gather 70 respondents. Data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolineratiry test, linier regration test, multiple linier test, cooficient correlation test, determination coeficien test, tvalue and Fvalue. The research partially showed work commintment has a significant result to the employees’ productivity. This can be seen in a regetion formula Y = 17,894 + 0,551 X1. This hypothesis is supported by calculation of tvalue > ttable (3,855 > 1,995) and this is shown in ρ value < Sig.0,05 or significant value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). The result of this research showed a significant effect to employees’ work performance in University of Budi Luhur, Jakarta in value of < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Coeficient determination from comminetment variable and training show the result of 49,1% in University of Budi Luhur, Jakarta. So that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted this means that the variables simultantly have significant result amongst work commitment (X1), training (X2), and work performance (Y).

Abstract

This study conducted a grouping sample of the data of State Vocational High School students in Bogor Regency by utilizing the data mining process using clustering techniques. The method in this study uses the Cross-School Standard Process for Data Mining (CSISP-DM). While the algorithm used for cluster determination is a hierarchical and non-heirical algorithm (K-Means). The hierarchical algorithm is a method that does not specify the number of clusters so that the results or output of a dendogram with a certain number of clusters are determined by the distance until only 2 clusters are formed, while K-Means is a non-hierarchical clustering data method that can group student data into several clusters based on the similarity of the data, so that student data with the same characteristics are grouped in one cluster and those with different characteristics are grouped in another cluster. The attributes used are life and career skills (life and career skills), learning and innovation skills (learning and innovation skills) and information media and technology skills. The results of this study we can conclude that the percentage of 21st century skills in students with a sample of 10737 students at SMKN Bogor is life and career skills (life and career skills) 38% with a frequency of 4130 students, learning and innovation skills (learning and innovation skills) 46 % with a frequency of 4977 Students and information media and technology skills 35% with a frequency of 3796 Students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation together on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. This research method uses quantitative methods with a causal research design (cause and effect). The population of this study were all employees of PTSL Bogor as many as 130 employees and the determination of the number of samples using saturated samples so that the number of samples was 99 respondents. The results of the t test, the value of t count is greater than t table (-1.043 > 1.985). so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, that there can be no significant effect between leadership style on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. The results of the t test, the value of t arithmetic is greater than t table (9.105 > 1.985). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. F test results of leadership style and motivation on Employee performance obtained F count > F table (61,846 > 3,091) and sig value F < (0.000 < 0.05).So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Leadership Style and Motivation together on Employee Performance. Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) affect employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bintaro Resident di Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 42,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,809 > 1,989). Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 46,8%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,595 > 1,989). Kualitas produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,701 + 0,326X1 + 0,441X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (18,770 > 2,770).

Abstract

The performance of the managers of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in East Priangan faces various problems due to the external and internal demands of the organization.  Several factors include information technology, absorptive capacity and the competitive advantage of SMEs. The goals of this study are to analyze the effects of the function of information technology and absorptive capacity on competitive advantage and its impact on the performance of MSME managers in the East Priangan area of West Java. This study employs  a quantitative approach and survey method with the structural equation modeling as the analysis procedure. Based on the Slovin formula, 218 managers are selected as respondents from 505 MSME managers, originating from two clusters of proportional random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. In this research, it is obtained that the function of information technology, absorptive capacity, competitive advantage and performance are in a moderate category. Furthermore, it is found that competitive advantage is affected by the function of information technology and absorptive capacity both simultaneously and partially. Moreover, the performance of MSME managers is directly affected by the competitive advantage and indirectly is affected by the function of information technology and absorptive capacity through the competitive advantage.Kinerja para pengusaha Usaha Mikro dan Kecil menengah di Priangan Timur menghadapi berbagai permasalahan akibat tuntutan eksternal dan internal organisasi. Beberapa factor diantaranya adalah teknologi informasi, kapasitas penyerapan pengetahuan (absorptive  capacity) dan keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki UMKM. Tujuan kajian ini ialah  untuk menganalisis pengaruh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive  capacity terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja para pengusaha UMKM di wilayah Priangan Timur Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan structural equation modelling sebagai analisisnya. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin 218 pengusaha terpilih sebagai responden yang berasal dari 505 pengusaha UMKM, dengan two cluster proporsional random sampling dan purposive sampling. Dalam riset ini ditemukan bahwa fungsi teknologi informasi, absorptive  capacity, keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja dalam kategori cukup baik. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa keunggulan bersaing dipengaruhi oleh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive  capacity baik secara simultan dan parsial. Selanjutnya kinerja pengusaha UMKM secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh keunggulan bersaing dan secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive  capacity melalui keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Employees at a transportation service company in the city of Bandung feel that there is no balance between work and personal life, burnout from physical and emotional exhaustion, excessive workloads that must be completed on time and not using time efficiently and effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance, burnout and workload on employee performance at transportation service companies in Bandung City partially and simultaneously. Research with descriptive, verification and quantitative methods. The sampling technique was saturated sampling by 30 respondents. Data analysis is multiple linear regression with SPSS processing. The results of this study are based on descriptive analysis that work life balance, burnout, workload and employee performance are in fairly good condition. The verification analysis states that there is a significant effect between work life balance, burnout, and workload partially and simultaneously on employee performance at transportation service companies in Bandung City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Guru SMA Di Wilayah Kecamatan Parung Panjang dan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 142 responden dari populasi 220 dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. Pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,031 + 0,382X1 + 0,469X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,754 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (91,540 > 2,670). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Guru SMA Swasta  Di Wilayah Kecamatan Parung Panjang dan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1). Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen oto bento. 2). Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran terhadap minat beli konsumen oto bento. 3). Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan strategi pemasaran secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen oto bento. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey, sedangkan target penelitian ini adalah konsumen oto bento cilegon, dengan populasi yang tidak terbatas, jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden sesuai dengan pendapat malhotra Word. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hasil penelitian “Kualitas pelayanan  Dan Strategi pemasaran Terhadap Minat beli  Konsumen Di Oto Bento Cabang Kota Cilegon” dapat dilihat sebagai berikut: diperoleh bentuk persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu sebagai berikut:Y = 9,371 + 0,727 Nilai konstanta sebesar 9,371 mengandung arti bahwa nilai minat beli  konsumen adalah 9,371. Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan  bernilai 0,727. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien regresi X dan Y bernilai positif. Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dari tabel coefficient diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat beli. Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dari table coefficient diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan variable strategi pemasaran  berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat beli. Dan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan strategi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.
