Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media that can be used as an alternative to help students learn independently outside of class hours, so that it is expected to improve their learning outcomes. The type of research used is development research (Research and Development) by applying the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at MTs Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Jambi, with the research subjects being students at the institution. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning outcomes tests, interviews, and observations of the process of using the media. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches to determine the effectiveness of the media and students' responses. The results showed that 57% of students were able to answer the questions correctly, indicating that the learning media developed was in the good category. Based on interviews, learners stated that this media is feasible and helps in the process of independent learning outside the classroom. This finding shows that the developed learning media has the potential to support the improvement of learning outcomes and strengthen students' learning independence.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance through knowledge sharing at RSPAU Indonesia. This research was conducted in RSPAU Indonesia, located in the Adi Sutjipto Air Base office complex in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all operational members of medical, nursing and other health personnel of RSPAU in Indonesia who are based on experience. At the same time, they are on duty, so they can assess OCB and measure knowledge sharing and performance. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, so the sample size was 167 samples of RSPAU Indonesia members from a population of 923. The data collection procedure in this research is to use a questionnaire, which will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research results show that voluntary Behavior is performed by members of an organization outside of specific tasks but contributes to the organization's overall effectiveness. Meanwhile, knowledge sharing is a process where individuals or groups share knowledge, experience and information with other people. The performance results are obtained by organizations or individuals when achieving organizational goals. Knowledge sharing as an intervening variable also mediates the performance of the OCB on staff. OCB has a significant influence on staff performance if met diated by knowledge sharing. I hope this research explains the success of RSPAU Indonesia in anticipating the dynamics of rapid changes in the world of health after the COVID-19 pandemic with its various complexities and problems. This research contributes to hospital leaders improving staff performance by looking at the influence of OCB on improving performance, both directly and indirectly, through knowledge sharing.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in optimally developing individual potential. In addition to enhancing academic abilities, education also aims to shape character and life skills, as emphasized by scholars such as Biesta (2015) and Zahro (2023). Physical Education (PE) contributes significantly to the achievement of holistic educational goals, not only in terms of physical development but also in instilling character values such as discipline, teamwork, and resilience. PE also has a positive impact on students’ cognitive function and mental health, supporting the overall learning process. The game-based learning model (PKK) is an innovative approach that can increase students’ interest and motivation in physical fitness education. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model to develop a learning model called "Fitness Card Station" which integrates physical exercises with cognitive questions. The trial results indicate excellent outcomes, demonstrating high levels of effectiveness and student engagement. This model is expected to be widely applicable to enhance students' physical fitness and learning motivation.

Abstract

Unemployment is a serious challenge facing many countries around the world, including Indonesia. The government plays a crucial role in addressing this issue by implementing effective welfare-to-work (WTW) policies. This study examines the implementation of Welfare-to-Work (WTW) reform in Indonesia through an examination of the Pre-Employment Card Program (PECP) and Job-Loss Insurance (JLI) on unemployment figures. This study examines the use of digitalization in the implementation of the two programs. The study was conducted using qualitative methods with semi-structured interviews with a total of 37 participants (14 policymakers from the Ministry of Manpower and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, 17 training providers related to the PECP and 6 participants). Secondary data was collected from previous studies with a total of 846 respondents. This study finds that digitalization can weaken jobseekers' motivation to access the full implementation of the WTW policy. The provision of helpdesks is beneficial for individuals who face difficulties in accessing digital services, especially those living in urban areas. However, digitization may not effectively support those who are geographically marginalized.

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the efforts made to digitalize the materials of the applied art of translation course by converting its materials into video clips and a printed textbook. The importance of this study is also because it reveals methods of teaching translation, as it combines science, art, practice, and application, in addition to the process of digitizing the material. This study followed the descriptive approach that focuses on describing the studied material, dealing with the general description, characteristics, teaching methods, and everything related to it in a complete scientific study. The researchers reached essential results, the most important of which is that the digitization of the materials is possible, and two things did it: digitizing the materials through video clips and issuing the printed textbook. As for the first, it consists of video clips according to the subjects prescribed in the study plan, and in total, there were 14 videos, which helped the learners to understand the materials well, in addition to their possibilities to refer to them when, how, and where they want. The second digitization was done by preparing a printed textbook distinguished by its theoretical and practical aspects, with a lexical witness for all the words used in the models presented, with reference to the extensive dictionary of the Indonesian language.

Abstract

This research examines the determinants of firm value: profitability, leverage, and corporate governance. In addition, the research examines dividend policy as a moderating factor in the determinants of firm value. The research was conducted on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022. The approach used is quantitative with an associative causality method. Sample collection was done using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 19 companies. The data obtained is unbalanced panel data with a total of 91 observations. Data analysis uses moderated regression analysis techniques. The research results prove that partially profitability, leverage, and corporate governance each have a positive and significant influence on firm value. Dividend policy moderates the influence of profitability, leverage, and corporate governance on firm value. Simultaneous testing shows that there is a goodness of fit of the model to explain the firm value.

Abstract

This paper explores the impact of the cancellation of electoral regulations, specifically PKPU No. 9 of 2020, on the stability of democracy in Indonesia. The decision by the Indonesian Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung RI) to annul this regulation has created significant legal uncertainty, potentially disrupting the simultaneous regional elections (Pilkada). This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the government and the General Election Commission (KPU) in responding to this decision, and to evaluate solutions that can be implemented to maintain democratic stability. Utilizing a qualitative analysis method, the paper identifies key issues such as regulatory changes, the potential delay of Pilkada, and increased administrative burdens. The findings highlight the importance of legal certainty and effective coordination among the government, election authorities, and the public to address these challenges. The study also proposes several solutions to enhance the electoral process and uphold democratic integrity in the future.
