Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan, mendampingi guru tentang perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, dapat meningkatkan softskill dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari bagaimana guru membuat materi pembelajaran berbasis media, video pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan AI, sehingga para siswa mudah memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh gurunya dan mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Dengan pendekatan yang teliti dan bijaksana, mulai dari pemaparan teori dan praktek langsung, pengembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan dapat membawa manfaat positif dan berkelanjutan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah guru SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Makassar sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tingkat kepahaman peserta sebanyak 54%, kurang paham 29 %, dan tidak paham 17%. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra dapat memanfaatkan AI dalam mendesain materi pembelajaran, mengelola dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this service activity is to provide training, accompany teachers about the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education. With this activity, it can improve soft skills in the teaching and learning process, starting from how teachers create media-based learning materials, interesting learning videos using AI, so that students can easily understand what is conveyed by their teachers and integrate AI in the daily learning process. It is hoped that following these activities will help create a learning environment that is more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of students and teachers. With a rigorous and thoughtful approach, starting from the presentation of theory and direct practice, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education can bring positive and sustainable benefits to all parties involved in the educational process. Partners in this activity are 18 teachers of SD Inpres Unggul BTN Pemda Makassar. The result of this service activity is that partners can utilize AI in designing learning materials, managing and evaluating the learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan loyalitas pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Propan Raya ICC Kendari. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (P = 0.000), tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (P = 0.963). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan (P = 0.000) dan loyalitas pelanggan (P = 0.000). Sementara itu, kepuasan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas (P = 0.760). Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan tidak memediasi pengaruh citra merek maupun kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (P = 0.988 dan P = 0.765). Secara keseluruhan, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, namun loyalitas pelanggan tidak berperan sebagai mediator.Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas PelangganABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction, with customer loyalty as a mediating variable at PT. Propan Raya ICC Kendari. The analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with the assistance of SmartPLS. The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (P = 0.000), but not on customer loyalty (P = 0.963). Service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction (P = 0.000) and customer loyalty (P = 0.000). Meanwhile, customer satisfaction had no significant effect on loyalty (P = 0.760). The mediation test showed that customer loyalty did not mediate the effect of brand image or service quality on customer satisfaction (P = 0.988 and P = 0.765). Overall, service quality and brand image had a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but customer loyalty did not act as a mediator.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh saluran distribusi, strategi pemasaran, dan kualitas produk terhadap pendapatan petani rumput laut di Kelurahan Palabusa, Kota Baubau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, yang berarti semakin baik kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, semakin tinggi pendapatan yang diperoleh. Variabel saluran distribusi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, menunjukkan bahwa semakin efektif saluran distribusi yang diterapkan, semakin besar peningkatan pendapatan petani. Sementara itu, variabel strategi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani dengan p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, menandakan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat mampu meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan nilai jual produk. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk, saluran distribusi, dan strategi pemasaran secara bersama-sama berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani rumput laut di daerah penelitian.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the influence of Advertising Services (ADS) and Celebrity Endorsement (CE) on Purchase Interest (PI) among students as active users of online shopping platforms. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a survey method distributed to the student population. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess both the measurement and structural models. The results revealed that Advertising Services had a statistically insignificant effect on purchase interest. In contrast, Celebrity Endorsement had a significant positive impact and was identified as the dominant driver of consumer interest in this study. The structural model demonstrated satisfactory explanatory power and established predictive relevance for the variables involved. These findings suggest that for the student segment, the presence of a credible public figure is more effective in stimulating purchase interest than traditional advertising services. Consequently, online shop operators should prioritize selecting highly credible endorsers who resonate with the target audience to optimize promotional effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Electrifying Agriculture marketing on electricity sales, customer growth, and power addition at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Lakawan. The Electrifying Agriculture program is a marketing strategy for the productive sector that is directed to increase electricity utilization in the agricultural sector through economic value creation and operational efficiency. This research is based on Marketing Management Theory which emphasizes the importance of value creation and demand management in generating market responses. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to customers in the productive sector, especially the agricultural sector. The sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that Electrifying Agriculture marketing has a positive and significant effect on all dependent variables. The influence on electricity sales has a coefficient of 0.819 with a t-statistic value of 13.001 and a p-value of 0.000. The influence on customer growth has a coefficient of 0.730 with a t-statistic value of 8.610 and a p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the effect on power addition has a coefficient of 0.802 with a t-statistic value of 10.057 and a p-value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study shows that Electrifying Agriculture marketing plays a strategic role in increasing electricity consumption in the agricultural sector, expanding the customer base, and encouraging an increase in customer power capacity at PLN ULP Lakawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership, work discipline, and work motivation to the performance of Gerindra Party Faction Experts within the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. The performance of experts is an important factor in supporting the implementation of the legislation, supervision, and budgeting functions of the House of Representatives, so effective human resource management is needed to improve the quality of this performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 86 experts from the Gerindra Faction of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Before the regression analysis was carried out, a validity, reliability, and classical assumption test was carried out. The results of the study show that leadership, work discipline, and work motivation partially or simultaneously contribute positively and significantly to the performance of the Experts of the Gerindra Faction of the House of Representatives. Among the three variables, leadership is the variable that has the most dominant contribution to the performance of experts. The results of this research are expected to be input for faction leaders in improving the performance of experts through strengthening leadership, work discipline, and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, motivation, and employee engagement on the performance of Experts of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, with the certainty of personnel status as a moderating variable. The research method is a quantitative, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 4.0. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Experts of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources, motivation, and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Experts of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the certainty of employment status has been shown to moderate the relationship between human resource quality, motivation, and employee engagement and performance, thereby strengthening the influence of these three variables. Theoretically, this study strengthens the Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) Theory, by showing that the quality of human resources as personal resources as well as motivation and employee engagement, as part of the motivational process, contribute significantly to performance. In addition, the certainty of employment status acts as a job resource that strengthens the relationship between individual resources and performance, thereby enriching the literature on performance determinants in the public sector. This research emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of human resources, strengthening work motivation, and increasing employee engagement in an effort to improve the performance of the Experts of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. On the other hand, the certainty of employment status is a strategic factor that can strengthen the effectiveness of these three variables in producing optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, supervision program management, and inter-agency coordination on the effectiveness of the supervisory function of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia in the agricultural sector. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents of Expert Personnel of Commission IV of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study show that leadership style, supervision program management, and inter-agency coordination have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the supervisory function, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, leadership style is the most dominant variable in increasing the effectiveness of the supervisory function. This study confirms that the effectiveness of legislative oversight is not only determined by formal authority but also by the internal capacity of institutions, particularly in aspects of leadership, program management, and coordination. Therefore, strengthening these three aspects is important in improving the quality of the supervisory function of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia in the agricultural sector.
