Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of financial statements based on the application of accounting based on SAK EMKM to UKM Panglong Karya Pribumi Jln Besar Sengon Sari No 21 Dusun II, Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the application of recording financial statements based on SAK EMKM using primary and secondary data taken from UKM Panglong Karya Indigenous. The data collection technique in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques and the analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that Panglong Karya Indigenous UKM have implemented accounting but the recording of financial reports is still done manually and is very simple and its application does not follow the provisions in SAK EMKM. The financial statements made by UKM Panglong Karya Pribumi are only in the form of a profit and loss statement, while there is no report on financial position and notes on financial statements. The obstacle that caused the Panglong Karya Indigenous UKM to not implement was that they did not know and understand the preparation of business financial reports based on Micro, Small, Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika dan aktifitas peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran pada kelas VIII-8 MTsN Model Banda Aceh melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan software MATrix Laboratory (MATLAB) pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Tes hasil belajar diberikan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan belajar siswa, sedangkan Lemabar observasi aktivitas siswa untuk melihat keaktivan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu rumus persentase. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 63,89%, hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus II sebesar 72,22%, dan siklus III sebesar 83,33%. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus II dan III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan software MATLAB dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar meteri Sistem Persamaan Dua Variabel siswa kelas VIII-8 MTsN 1 Model Banda Aceh.

Abstract

A study has been conducted regarding the evaluation of the use of antituberculosis drugs (OAT) in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients at Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province during the period January–October 2022. This study aims to determine patterns of use of anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT), evaluate errors in the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs based on The 2016 National Tuberculosis Control Guidelines from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, and test the relationship between treatment outcomes and gender, age, and length of treatment. This research is descriptive in nature, with data collection conducted retrospectively. The results of the study showed that 94.3% of the patients at the hospital were given KDT-type OAT (fixed-dose combination), while for recovery, it reached 71.7%. Based on compliance with the 2016 National TB Control Guidelines standards for indications, dosage, and drug selection, it is 100% balanced. Analysis of the relationship between several factors on treatment outcomes concluded that the factors Gender (p = 0.014; p 0.05) and Age (p = 0.183) both had no significant relationship to patient treatment outcomes. While the length of treatment (p = 0.000; p 0.05) had a significant relationship to patient treatment outcomes.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where the increase in systolic blood is above the normal limit, which is more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg. The purpose of this study was to determine the sociodemographic relationship to the treatment outcomes of hypertensive patients and to examine patterns of antihypertensive drug use at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The method used in this study was an observational descriptive method using retrospective data which was carried out by recording medical record data and the research subjects used in this study were outpatients with a diagnosis of hypertension with a total sample of 90 elderly patients. The results of this study showed that the most data on patient characteristics, namely female sex, amounted to 66 people (73.3%) and the most widely used drug class, namely amlodipine, was 76 patients (62.3%). On the results of the chi-square test with a significance value of p value = 0.05 for the relationship between age and gender for risk factors, the age value was p = 0.123 while gender had a p value = 0.000. It was concluded that the evaluation of antihypertensive drugs was 100% correct and showed that age and risk factors had no relationship, while gender had a relationship with risk factors.

Abstract

Infectious diseases are a public health problem for both developed and developing countries. The cause of an infectious disease such as in Shigella sonnei bacteria which occurs in dysentery is characterized by feces mixed with blood and mucus usually accompanied by fever. One solution to overcome dysentery is by utilizing plants that can be processed into medicine. One of them is mangrove (Avicennia alba Blume) which contains phytochemical compounds as antibacterial activity. This study is an experimental study that aims to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of mangrove leaf ethanol extract (Avicennia alba Blume) against Shigella sonnei bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of the extract was determined using the liquid dilution method and continued with solid dilution, with concentrations of 11%, 12%, 13%, 14%, and 15%. Observations were made to see whether bacterial growth in the media. The test results showed that mangrove leaf ethanol extract (Avicennia alba Blume) had a minimum inhibitory concentration at a concentration of 15% in inhibiting the growth of Shigella sonnei bacteria with clear around the media.

Abstract

OTC (Over the Counter) drugs are a class of over-the-counter and limited over-the-counter drugs, which can be purchased without a prescription from a doctor, are safe, and effective when used according to the instructions on the drug packaging label. This study is a cross-sectional study that aims to evaluate the knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards the use of OTC drugs among Pharmacy students of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The study sample consisted of 86 respondents, consisting of 86% female and 14% male, with the majority aged 19-21 years. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman correlation test to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and practices. The results showed that 62.8% of respondents had sufficient knowledge about OTC drugs, 64% had moderate attitudes, and 79.1% showed positive practices in the use of OTC drugs. Correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between knowledge and attitude (correlation coefficient: 0.362; p=0.001), knowledge and practice (correlation coefficient: 0.751; p=0.000), and attitude and practice (correlation coefficient: 0.553; p=0.000). These findings indicate that increasing knowledge about OTC drugs can contribute to more positive attitudes and better practices in their use. This study provides important insights for educational institutions in designing more effective educational programs to improve pharmacy students' knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards OTC drugs. Increased knowledge is expected to not only shape more positive attitudes, but also encourage safer and more responsible drug use practices

Abstract

Qirâ’ât Syâdzdzah Sebagai H̲ujjah Hukum Fiqih Ibadah, apakah Qiraat ini bisa dijadikan sebagai hujjah hukum fiqih ibadah ?, hal ini yang menjadi salah satu topik pembahasan yang dimana terdapat perbedaan pendapat dari beberapa ulama, diantaranya Abu Hanifah mendukung qirâ’ât syâdzdzah untuk dijadikan istinbâth hukum. Ia berpendapat bahwa qirâ’ât syâdzdzah kendati periwayatannya tidak mutawatir namun ia diriwayatkan langsung dari Nabi oleh para sahabat, hanya saja periwayatan tersebut bersifat ahad (perorangan). juga terdapat perbedaan dengan pendapat Malikiyyah dan Syafi’iyyah bahwa qirâ’ât syâdzdzah tidak bisa dijadikan istinbâth hukum. Mereka berdua berpendapat bahwa qirâ’ât syâdzdzah bukanlah Al-Qur’an dan tidak dapat dijadikan sebagai h̲ujjah. Selain itu, qir̂a’ât syadzah juga sudah di-nasakh atau telah dihapuskan sejak masa hidup Rasulullah. Hal penting yang menjadi objek penafsiran disini adalah fiqih ibadah. Umat Islam tidak bisa lepas dari ajaran syariatnya, salah satunya adalah hukum fiqih. Fiqih menjadi urgen karena berkaitan dengan metode beribadah, cara, interaksi sosial, dan masih banyak lainya. Seringkali terjadi perseteruan antara pemeluk agama dan internal agama diawali dari adanya perbedaan penafisiran atas dalil yang mereka fahami. Selanjutnya, dalam penelitian ini penulis mengaplikasikan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan analisis isi dan juga observasi. Sumber primer yang digunakan adalah Tafsîr Al-Kasysyâf karya Al-Zamakhsyarî beserta karya-karya beliau yang lain. Adapun sumber sekunder yaitu buku-buku yang berkaitan erat dengan qirâ’ât syâdzdzah dan fiqih ibadah.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the marketing landscape has undergone a significant transformation, including within the financial and insurance industries. Conventional communication strategies are gradually being replaced by more adaptive approaches, such as the use of digital influencers. This study aims to explore the role of influencers in increasing the sales of Islamic insurance (takaful) products in Indonesia. Amid the fast-paced digital transformation, insurance companies face challenges in designing more effective marketing strategies to reach a broader and more relevant audience. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analyzing and interpreting various previous studies and social phenomena related to influencer-based marketing in the Islamic insurance sector. The findings reveal that influencers play a strategic role in enhancing public interest and trust in Islamic insurance products. Credible influencers can expand marketing reach, increase audience engagement, and build stronger relationships with potential customers. These results indicate that collaboration between Islamic insurance companies and digital influencers can significantly enhance marketing communication effectiveness and strengthen product positioning in the market. Therefore, selecting the right influencer becomes a key factor in maximizing digital marketing strategies in an increasingly competitive industry.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab adalah bagian dari kurikulum dayah. Di mana pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan santriwati dalam memahami naskah Turats yang dipelajari setiap harinya, serta untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Arab. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Pelaksanaan Program Mabadi` al-‘Arabiyah untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Arab” ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi santriwati dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan yang sederhana dan efektif. Dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan, peneliti dan pihak dayah menggunakan pendekatan PKM Participatory Action Research (PAR) merupakan pendekatan yang prosesnya bertujuan untuk pembelajaran dalam mengatasi masalah dan pemenuhan kebutuhan praktis masyarakat, serta produksi ilmu pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan   dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tumor payudara adalah jenis tumor kedua yang paling banyak diderita di dunia. Deteksi dini tumor payudara menggunakan USG payudara. Namun, pemeriksaan USG dianggap tidak memiliki akurasi yang baik. BI-RADS adalah standar untuk interpretasi hasil USG payudara. Keakuratan USG berdasarkan klasifikasi BI-RADS dikonfirmasi melalui hasil pemeriksaan histopatologi tumor payudara. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian hasil USG berdasarkan klasifikasi BI-RADS dengan gambaran histopatologi tumor payudara. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional, melibatkan seluruh pasien tumor payudara di RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon sebanyak 128 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis Spearman. Hasil: Semua pasien tumor payudara di RSUD Waled adalah pasien wanita. Jumlah pasien terbanyak adalah pada rentang usia 36-45 tahun dengan jumlah 79 pasien (61,7). Pasien dengan klasifikasi BI-RADS 3 berjumlah 7 pasien (5,5%), BI-RADS 4 berjumlah 98 pasien (76,6%) dan BI-RADS 5 berjumlah 23 pasien (18%). Hasil uji sperman memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,001 dengan koefisien korelasi 0,533 yang berarti terdapat hubungan kesesuaian antara deskripsi hasil USG dengan histopatologi tumor. Pada uji spearman memiliki arah positif sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi hasil BI-RADS maka semakin ganas hasil histopatologinya. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang sesuai antara gambaran USG berdasarkan klasifikasi BI-RADS dengan gambaran histopatologi tumor payudara. Kata kunci : BI-RADS, Tumor payudara, Ultasonografi, histopatologi ABSTRACT Background: Breast tumors are the second most common type of tumor globally. Early detections of breast tumors use an ultrasound of the breast. However, the ultrasound examination is considered to have poor accuracy. BI-RADS is the standard for the interpretation of breast ultrasound results. The accuracy of ultrasound based on BI-RADS classification is confirmed by the results of histopathological examination of breast tumors. Objective: This study aimed to determine the compatibility of ultrasound results based on the BI-RADS classification with the histopathological picture of breast tumors. Methods: This study is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design, involving all breast tumor patients at RSUD Waled Cirebon Regency as many as 128 people. Data analysis used the Spearman hypothesis test. Results: All breast tumor patients at RSUD Waled were female. The highest number of patients were in the age range 36-45 years with 79 patients (61.7). Patients with BI-RADS 3 classification were 7 patients (5.5%), BI-RADS 4 were 98 patients (76.6%) and BI-RADS 5 were 23 patients (18%). Spearman test results have a significance value of 0.001 with a correlation coefficient of 0.533, which means there is a relationship between the ultrasound description and tumor histopathology. The Spearman test has a positive direction so it can be concluded that the higher the BI-RADS results, the more malignant the histopathology results. Conclusion: There is a correlation between ultrasound images based on BI-RADS classification and histopathological images of breast tumors.
