Abstract

Implementation of habituation-based management strategies in growing the religius character of students in SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan can change the character of students more religius. The students look polite and polite in various ways. The results showed that: firstly, there was a habit-based strategy planning in growing students' religius character at SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan, namely by involving stakeholders to develop a plan for growing religius character as outlined in curriculum documents through various extra activities and subjects. Both implementations are by activating positive religius activities, such as prayer in congregation, reading short Al-Qur'an letters and Yasin letters before learning, reading prayers before and after learning, and kissing the teacher's hand. The third evaluation in the implementation of customary-based strategy management in growing the religius character of students in SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan is the supporting factors, namely; (1) there are similarities in School Rules, (2) there is support from Teachers and Stakeholders, and (3) there are adequate facilities. While the inhibiting factors namely; (1) there are differences in the character of students, (2) lack of attention from parents of students, and (3) the existence of negative community responses.

Abstract

The agent of change in the field of education is a teacher who needs a skill and also extensive knowledge to transfer knowledge to students in an effort to improve competence including teachers of Islamic religious education. So it is very important to hone competence and something that becomes new with the development of the times towards teacher competence more – more for Islamic Religious Education teachers. The purpose of designing this training model is to produce a valid training model to improve the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers so that the author can describe various kinds of training design models for the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers at the primary, middle and upper levels. The results of the discussion include the concept of designing education and training programs, Design Stages Through Training Models and training design models in improving the competence of PAI teachers such as the IDI, Dick & Carey, Kemp and goad models. The application of the Dick & Carey model in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes significant stages in a training program design.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0, a technology-based era that makes humans part of it, means that internet access is no longer used only to share news or information, but, it has gone hand in hand with human life. Method with qualitative approach through type of library research. Continuing to data collection techniques using text reading techniques, classification and analysis in the form of content analysis. The results of efforts to improve the professional of PAI teachers in the 5.0 era through heutagogy approaches and Internet of Things (IoT) methods. As for the context of PAI teachers and the era of Society 5.0, heutagogy is important for several reasons: Deep understanding and personalization of learning, dealing with information complexity, increasing critical and creative thinking skills, student independence, technology-based skill development, alignment with Islamic values and ethics, development of lifelong learning attitudes and contextual and multicultural understanding. Meanwhile, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) Method in training for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the era of Society 5.0: Interactive learning, monitoring the learning process, adapting learning materials, accessing learning materials remotely, monitoring student welfare, virtual collaboration, utilizing smart devices, data analysis for improvement and IoT-based professional training. Thus, the application of heutagogy approaches and IoT methods in training for PAI teachers can help to adapt to the demands of the Society 5.0 era, utilize technology effectively, and improve the quality of learning and professionalism and offer various opportunities to improve learning and teaching.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the management of educational quality improvement via the independent curriculum, specifically focusing on the project to strengthen the profile on Pancasila learners (P5). The research method used in this study is qualitative, namely a field study cunducted in SDN Gladak Anyar 2 Pamekasan. The findings of this research explain that the Strengthening Student Profile Project (P5) is an interdisciplinary learning approach that aims to analyse and provide solutions for the issues that arise in the surrounding environment. The management strategy for improving the quality of education that may be used by teachers is the POAC strategy (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The implementation of P5 in schools is also considered capable of enhancing the quality of education via four stages, namely the introduction stage, contextualization stage, culmination stage, and reflection stage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Fadhilatul Qur'an Sampang high school is managing to raise the standard of instruction using the 2013 curriculum. Qualitative research using a field study technique is the research methodology employed. The methods of gathering data include, interviews, and observation. The 2013 curriculum's management of raising educational standards is divided into three phases: planning, implementing, and evaluating. The study's findings demonstrate that, first, management planning for raising educational standards through the 2013 curriculum explains how to create learning implementation plans (RPP) that will help students learn successfully. Secondly, management is implemented for raising educational standards through the 2013 curriculum. The three management evaluations for increasing educational quality through the 2013 curriculum were conducted using three assessment criteria: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of the management of improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools in the Al-Miftah Dempo Timur Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative field study approach. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools includes Identification of the need to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, Effective approach methods to find out the Islamic boarding school curriculum in improving the quality of education. The results of this study are the analysis of curriculum management, the scope of the study of Islamic boarding school education curriculum management and the last is the supporting and inhibiting factors of Islamic boarding school curriculum management in improving education.

Abstract

In education to make schools more advanced and developed every year, a school work plan (RKS) is needed. The RKS is prepared to determine school actions within a period of 4 years by taking into account the availability of the school, both from documents, descriptions, visions and missions of the school to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set. Strategies that can be applied by the principal in preparing the RKS are: effective communication with TPS, becoming a resource person or facilitator, conducting monitoring and evaluation, implementing alternative methods such as FGD, Workshop, Delphi and so on. The results of this paper are: the development of a school work plan or RKS through the role of the principal can be done by continuously compiling, directing, guiding teachers and staff so that the quality of education in schools can advance and develop in the next 4 years. and is in a national standard position. The steps taken are preparation, preparation, ratification or approval of the RKS.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze public relations strategies in improving the quality management of Islamic education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a conceptual approach model that focuses on examining theoretical concepts. The results of the analysis show that public relations strategies play a crucial role in improving the quality of Islamic education in the digital era through effective communication with various stakeholders. Using social media as a communication and marketing medium allows for fast and efficient dissemination of information, and helps build positive relationships with the community and strengthen the reputation of Islamic educational institutions. With effective resource management. The right communication strategy, public relations can attract public support, ensure the sustainability of the institution, and achieve the goal of quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Technology-based learning is learning that is widely implemented in the current era, but there are several gaps in its implementation, one of which is that technology is misused by students for mere entertainment, and there are also challenges that educational institutions must pay attention to in managing learning. To address obstacles and challenges in implementing technology-based learning, good preparation and management is needed by schools and teachers before implementing the learning process, so that in its implementation teachers have insight, anticipation and solutions if learning obstacles occur. There are six things that schools must prepare in managing technology-based learning, namely: qualified human resources, sufficient finances for learning needs, teachers must prepare effective learning theories and practices, supporting infrastructure, learning methods that are appropriate to students' conditions. Apart from that, technology-based learning management strategies that must also be prepared by teachers are: learning implementation plans, which must be created and displayed through technology, in implementing learning, teachers prepare learning activities by utilizing technology, such as learning media, learning materials and teaching materials, and in Teachers can also use technology to evaluate their learning. So with a well-prepared management strategy, technology-based learning will run effectively and efficiently so that it can increase students' digital intelligence.

Abstract

The School Work Plan is a very urgent activity that needs to be carried out and developed in the world of education as a reference in implementing the educational process, so that the steps that will be taken can be in accordance with the needs of students in the future, especially as the country of Indonesia is expected to become Indonesia. Gold in 2045. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and develop effective school work plans, because without planning and developing work plans that are tailored to the needs of students, educational institutions will be stagnant and even uninterested by the community, therefore, this research focuses in developing school work plans with the hope that they can become a guide in developing school work plans. The results of this research explain that it is urgent to develop school work plans and there is a need to simplify the curriculum so that students focus more on certain subjects. It is hoped that the process of developing this school work plan can produce a generation that is skilled and competent in its field so that it can progress and compete at the international level.
