Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran CTL menggunakan komponen utama masyarakat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dua kelas, yakni kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan CTL, dan kelas XI IPS 4 sebagai kelas kontrol yang diberikan pembelajaran konvensional. Dimana kelas XI IPS 2 yang berjumlah 39 siswa (kelas eksperimen) dan XI IPS 4 yang juga berjumlah 39 siswa (kelas kontrol), lalu kedua kelas tersebut dikenakan pengukuran yang sama. Pengukuran yang diberikan berupa tes tertulis. Dari teknik analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti didapat nilai rata - rata eksperimen sebesar 71,41 dan nilai rata - rata kelas kontrol yaitu sebesar 56,92. Sehingga didapat = 8,70 dan = 1,66. Dengan taraf signifikan 5 untuk kriteria pengujian hipotesis bila (8,701,66) berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran CTL menggunakan komponen utama masyarakat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Palembang.

Abstract

Ketupat Village is a village where most of the population has livelihoods in agriculture and fisheries. The local potentials owned by the Ketupat Village have not been maximally empowered, especially the empowerment of human resources and the potential of local villages such as agricultural products and fisheries. This research is about optimizing local potential through training in making fish and chips products. The aim is to form a small business community (home industry) as a place provided for self-employment, so that people in the future have additional income that can be used for household needs. Keywords: Procesessed product, community empowerment, small business community Abstrak Desa Ketupat merupakan desa yang sebagian besar penduduknya memiliki mata pencaharian di bidang pertanian dan perikanan. Potensi-potensi lokal yang dimiliki oleh Desa Ketupat ini belum dapat diberdayakan secara maksimal terutama pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dan potensi lokal desa seperti hasil-hasil pertanian, dan perikanan. Penelitian ini berisi tentang cara mengoptimalkan potensi lokal melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk peyek ikan dan keripik. Tujuannya adalah untuk membentuk usaha kecil masyarakat (home industry) sebagai wadah yang disediakan untuk berwiraswasta, sehingga masyarakat ke depan memiliki penghasilan tambahan yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Tiktok is one of the social media that currently widely used by the public which allows users to share short-duration vertical videos from 15 seconds to 10 minutes. There are variations of content to expose and fulfill the public's information needs on tiktok, one of which is content by Halimah (@dailyjour). This research aims to measure the effect of Halimah (@dailyjour) TikTok’s content exposure to fulfill the followers' parenting information needs. Samples were taken by reaching out to 400 respondents based on the opportunity found on Halimah (@dailyjour)’s Tiktok Account (accidental sampling). Based on the result of this research, the simple linear regression result shows that t value 19,436 > t table 1,966, which means there is an effect of Halimah (@dailyjour) TikTok account’s content exposure to fulfill the followers' parenting information needs. The coefficient determination test shows the R Square value is 0,487. The value of the coefficient determination (R Square) means that the effect of Halimah (@dailyjour) TikTok account’s content exposure to fulfill the followers' parenting information needs is 48,7% and categorized as a moderate effect. Therefore, the results of the research show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

With the development of technology in the 5.0 era, it is possible for students to use technology-based learning media such as interactive multimedia which combines video, animation and audio, thus allowing users to interact and understand the material, as well as increasing learning that is more interesting and interactive. This research aims to see the trend of publication of interactive learning media in mathematics learning from 1993-2023 on Scopus, to see the most countries that study interactive multimedia articles in mathematics learning, to find out published journals regarding interactive multimedia in mathematics learning, and to find out the level of education who use interactive multimedia a lot in mathematics learning. The method used is descriptive research using bibliometrics for publication mapping with the help of VOS viewer. Data collection techniques use Scopus with the keyword’s interactive multimedia and mathematics. The amount of data retrieved from 359 articles to 38 articles regarding interactive multimedia in learning mathematics. Research results show development publication in 1993-2023 on search sqopus the highest in 2010 was 4 publications with 0.12%. Mathematics education for 29 years has increased every year. Malaysia is the country with the largest number of articles on interactive multimedia, namely 87 articles. The journal that publishes interactive multimedia articles is Educational Technology and Society with 79 articles. Writer article the highest of each is article written by (Goodwin, 2008). The level of education that often uses interactive multimedia is Junior High School (SMP) with 10 articles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic stocks, Islamic mutual funds and foreign investment on economic growth i n Indonesia from 2011-2020. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Islamic stocks have a negative and significant effect on economic growth with a significant value of 0.04 and a regression coefficient of -3.676. Islamic mutual funds have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia with a significant value of 0.01 and a regression coefficient of 0.922. Foreign investment has a positive and significant impact on Indonesia economic growth with a significant value of 0.04 and a regression coefficient of 1.794.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of long-term debt and short –term bedt on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Quantitative research methods using secondary data. The analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. The population in this study included all companies in the food and beverage sub-sector eith a purposive sampling technique and 13 companies were obtained as research samples. The research period is 2016-2021. The results show that partially, long termdebt has a significant negative effect on profitability with a tvalue 2.256 > ttables 1.665 with a significance level of 0,02 < 0,05. Short term debt has no effect on probability with a tvalue 1.324 < ttables 1.665 with a signifikan level of 0.08. meanwhile, simultaneously long term debt and short term debt have an effect on probability with a Fvalue 2.587 > Ftables 2.370.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivational behavior and financial literacy on FEBI IAIN Langsa students' decisions in investing. The method used is a quantitative approach. This research uses probability sampling using simple random sampling. The sample used was 59 FEBI IAIN Langsa students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests (t test, F test and R2). The results of the t test research show that the independent variable motivational behavior has a significant positive effect on stock investment decisions among FEBI IAIN Langsa students with a t value of 2.852 > 1.672 and sig 0.049 < 0.05 and financial literacy has a significant positive effect on stock investment decisions among FEBI IAIN Langsa students with a t value of 5.032 > 1.662 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test research show that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between the variables of motivational behavior and financial literacy on stock investment decisions among FEBI IAIN Langsa students with an Fcount value of 64.646 > ftable 2.71.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes on the consumptive behavior of FEBI IAIN Langsa students. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula so that 86 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out through observation and using questionnaires. The data obtained was tested for suitability using validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis tests are used which include the t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on student consumer behavior. Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. Financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. From the results of this research, it is known that students can improve financial literacy, locus of control and good financial attitudes so that students are able to manage their finances efficiently so that students will be wiser in using their money and avoid consumptive behavior

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan hal mendasar yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Motivasi belajar berperan dalam mendorong siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu, motivasi belajar dapat membuat siswa menampakkan minat, perhatian, konsentrasi penuh, ketekunan tinggi serta berorientasi pada prestasi tanpa mengenal lelah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Untuk memunculkan motivasi belajar perlu adanya dukungan dari lingkungan belajar. Lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar merupakan kedua faktor yang saling melengkapi dalam mencapai keberhasilan sebuah pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Pondok Kacang Timur 03 dengan subjek penelitiannya yaitu kelas V sebanyak 46 siswa yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan adalah instrumen berupa angket lingkungan belajar dan angket motivasi belajar. Hasil yang didapatkan penelitian ini adalah tedapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai korelasi (rhitung) sebesar 0,689 dan termasuk ke dalam hubungan dengan kategori yang cukup atau sedang. Adapun konstribusi lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 47,47% dan sisanya sebesar 52,53% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine Service Innovation at Tirta Siak Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Pekanbaru City. This form of research uses qualitative and descriptive methodologies. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the research indicators include relative benefit, appropriateness, intricacy, testability, and simplicity of observation. Based on this research, it is possible to conclude that service innovation through the implementation of the Clean Water Management Company Application (APPA) at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Siak, Pekanbaru City, has been running optimally, as evidenced by its use, which is in line with the needs of PDAM employees. However, something needs to be produced, which is application development, so that it can be used by PDAM Tirta Siak clients.
