Abstract

Transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, efektivitas manajemen sekolah, serta kesiapan peserta didik menghadapi era digital. SMA Negeri 5 Takengon menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan integrasi teknologi, pemanfaatan platform pembelajaran yang belum optimal, serta perlunya peningkatan literasi digital guru dan siswa. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan mewujudkan transformasi digital di SMA Negeri 5 Takengon melalui penerapan Platform EDU SMART sebagai solusi pembelajaran dan manajemen pendidikan berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dan konfigurasi Platform EDU SMART, pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, serta implementasi platform dalam proses pembelajaran dan administrasi sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Platform EDU SMART mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran, ditandai dengan meningkatnya interaksi guru dan siswa, kemudahan akses materi pembelajaran, serta pengelolaan tugas dan penilaian yang lebih terstruktur. Selain itu, kompetensi literasi digital guru dan siswa mengalami peningkatan, serta manajemen sekolah menjadi lebih efisien melalui digitalisasi data akademik dan administrasi. Respon pengguna terhadap platform tergolong positif, baik dari sisi kemudahan penggunaan maupun manfaat yang dirasakan. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang berkelanjutan di SMA Negeri 5 Takengon, serta menjadi model implementasi transformasi digital bagi sekolah menengah lainnya. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Platform EDU SMART efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital sekolah dan berkontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fundamental concepts of Islamic management and business and their relevance in modern economic practices. Islamic management and business constitute a business management system that is not only profit-oriented but also grounded in spiritual values and Islamic ethics. This study employs a library research method using a descriptive- analytical approach through a review of literature from books and scholarly journals on Islamic economics. The findings indicate that the fundamental concept of Islamic management is based on the principles of tawhid (monotheism), amanah (trustworthiness), justice (‘adl), and maslahah (public benefit). Meanwhile, Islamic business rejects practices involving riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling), and emphasizes transparency, honesty, and social responsibility. The implementation of these concepts is reflected in the development of Islamic financial institutions, Islamic cooperatives, and the halal industry in Indonesia. This study concludes that Islamic management and business offer a business management model oriented toward balancing economic efficiency and spiritual blessing, thereby holding the potential to realize a more just and sustainable economic system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi kearifan lokal ke dalam praktik manajemen bisnis Islami di CV Arli, Kota Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. Kearifan lokal mewakili seperangkat nilai budaya dan norma sosial yang membimbing perilaku masyarakat, sementara manajemen bisnis Islami menekankan praktik yang etis, adil, dan bertanggung jawab berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Integrasi kedua aspek ini dianggap penting dalam memperkuat praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab secara sosial di masyarakat mayoritas Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan pemilik usaha, karyawan, dan pemangku kepentingan masyarakat lokal yang terkait dengan CV Arli. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kerangka analisis juga mencakup perspektif maqashid al-shariah, yang meliputi perlindungan agama (hifz al-din), kehidupan (hifz al-nafs), akal (hifz al-'aql), keturunan (hifz al-nasl), dan harta (hifz al-mal). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV Arli telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal seperti gotong royong, kejujuran, kepercayaan, dan tanggung jawab sosial ke dalam praktik manajemen bisnisnya. Nilai-nilai ini selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam, termasuk keadilan (‘adl), amanah, dan transparansi. Lebih lanjut, penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik bisnis berkontribusi pada penguatan kesejahteraan karyawan, hubungan perdagangan yang adil, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan bisnis. Dari perspektif maqashid al-shariah, praktik bisnis di CV Arli mendukung perlindungan kekayaan melalui transaksi yang adil, perlindungan agama melalui kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip halal dan etika, dan perlindungan kesejahteraan sosial melalui kegiatan yang berorientasi pada masyarakat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal dan prinsip-prinsip manajemen bisnis Islam dapat menciptakan model bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan berlandaskan etika. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya konteks budaya dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam di tingkat usaha mikro dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan studi manajemen bisnis Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan Society 5.0 yang menekankan integrasi sinergis antara manusia dan teknologi, pendidikan vokasi memainkan peran krusial dalam membekali siswa dengan kompetensi relevan. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMK melalui pembelajaran berbasis robotika. Metodologi yang digunakan berupa pelatihan, dan dilaksanakan selama dua hari di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang dengan melibatkan 40 siswa dari program studi Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, serta Elektro. Pelatihan difokuskan pada perakitan dan pemrograman Multi-Functional Mobile Robot (MMR) yang mengintegrasikan tiga fitur: Bluetooth Control, Obstacle Avoider, dan Line Follower. Evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan dilakukan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan Torrance Test untuk mengukur peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan kreativitas. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji normalitas gain (N-gain) menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konsep robotika dan kelistrikan dengan nilai N-gain di atas 0.9. Sementara itu, hasil Torrance Test menunjukkan pengembangan kreativitas siswa dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi pada aspek elaborasi (1.94) dan keabstrakan judul (1.92). Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan 86.6% kemampuan siswa dalam lingkup creativity-driven future, menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis robotika melalui pendekatan proyek merupakan strategi efektif untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan Society 5.0. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan ke depan meliputi perpanjangan durasi pelatihan dan pengayaan fitur robot untuk meningkatkan kompleksitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of kyai leadership in reforming the pesantren education system to make it more adaptive to the challenges of the modern era. The kyai functions not only as a spiritual guide but also as an educational leader responsible for curriculum direction, innovation, and institutional management. This study adopts a literature review method by analyzing relevant journals and academic literature from the last five years. The findings indicate that kyai who apply transformational leadership styles can integrate Islamic values with modern demands, such as comprehensive curriculum design, digital technology utilization, and character building. These efforts contribute to making pesantren education more adaptive, competitive, and relevant to current societal needs. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kyai dalam mereformasi sistem pendidikan pesantren agar lebih adaptif terhadap tantangan era modern. Kyai tidak hanya berperan sebagai pemimpin spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai manajer pendidikan yang menentukan arah kebijakan, kurikulum, dan inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka terhadap literatur dan jurnal ilmiah lima tahun terakhir. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kyai yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan tuntutan zaman, seperti penguatan kurikulum terpadu, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengembangan karakter santri. Perubahan ini berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan pesantren yang lebih adaptif, kompetitif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini.

Abstract

This article discusses curriculum development and learning innovation as an effort to improve teacher professionalism. In the context of ever-evolving education, teacher professionalism is the main key to improving the quality of learning and producing quality graduates. Curriculum development based on the need for 21st century competence, as well as the implementation of creative and relevant learning innovations, is expected to enrich students' learning experience and strengthen teachers' pedagogical skills. This article also examines various curriculum models that can be applied, including competency-based curriculum and integrative curriculum, as well as various innovative learning methods such as project-based learning, technology utilization, and active learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe teacher professionalism based on pedagogical, professional, and social competencies and their contribution to improving learning quality. The research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method. Data were collected from relevant books, scientific journals, and academic documents, then analyzed through descriptive techniques, including data reduction, comparison, and interpretation. The findings indicate that pedagogical competence plays a dominant role in determining the effectiveness of learning. Teachers with strong pedagogical skills are able to design interactive learning, apply varied teaching methods, and create conducive classroom environments that enhance student engagement and learning motivation. However, weaknesses were identified in formative assessment practices, which indicate an incomplete learning evaluation cycle. In terms of professional competence, teachers generally demonstrate adequate mastery of subject matter. Nevertheless, difficulties remain in contextualizing learning materials to real-life situations, which limits the meaningfulness of instruction. Meanwhile, social competence contributes significantly to creating positive learning environments through effective communication, empathy, and collaboration. However, interaction with parents and collaboration among teachers are still not fully optimized. Overall, the study highlights that teacher competence is a multidimensional construct in which pedagogical competence serves as the core driving factor, while professional and social competencies function as supporting elements. The imbalance among these competencies suggests a gap between theoretical expectations and classroom practice. Therefore, integrated professional development and continuous training are essential to enhance teacher competence and improve overall educational quality.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism is a crucial factor in improving the quality of education, particularly at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and elementary school (SD) levels. In practice, the development of professionalism is not solely dependent on individual capabilities but is also influenced by teacher collaboration and participation in Teacher Learning Communities. This study aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions of professionalism and examine the role of collaboration and Teacher Learning Communities in enhancing teacher professionalism. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of the study are MI/SD teachers involved in collaborative activities and learning communities, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers have a comprehensive understanding of professionalism, encompassing competencies, attitudes, and a commitment to continuous learning. Teacher collaboration through discussions, teamwork, and experience sharing has been shown to improve teaching competence and reflective practices. Furthermore, Teacher Learning Communities significantly contribute to fostering a sustainable learning culture and enhancing teachers’ confidence in teaching. Therefore, collaboration and Teacher Learning Communities play an essential role in supporting teacher professionalism at the MI/SD level.

Abstract

Generation Alpha, born after 2010, has unique traits as digital natives. They need a different educational system. However, in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) setting, there is a significant gap between students' visual-interactive learning styles and the traditional teaching skills of teachers. Objective: This study aims to look at the learning style traits of generation Alpha, pinpoint the challenges MI teachers face, and create a relevant teacher competency framework for the digital age. Methods: This research uses a qualitative approach through library research, combining various sources related to generation Alpha education and TPACK competency. Results: The findings show that generation Alpha prefers visual learning, has a short attention span, and can multitask, but they are also at risk for character decline and low social empathy. The main challenges for MI teachers include limited digital skills, inadequate infrastructure, and heavy administrative tasks. As a solution, a teacher competency framework was developed, combining Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), Social Constructivism Theory, and the reinforcement of Islamic moral values. Conclusion: Changing teachers from traditional instructors to digital facilitators, who also provide spiritual guidance (digital parenting), is crucial for successful education in today's Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
