The application of massanra galung has become a customary practice within the Bellu Village community. However, its execution has been observed to frequently experience certain deviations from the established regulations. This study aims to examine the application of the concept of Rahn within the context of the massanra galung practice in Bellu Village, situated in Salomekko District, Bone Regency. It was also carried out with the aim of exploring and analyzing the Rahn concept through the lens of the four main schools of thought (madhhabs) in Sunni fiqh. This research is empirical research, and it was conducted using both a phenomenological and a comparative approach. To achieve the outlined aim, data were collected from interviews with six people who practiced massanra galung and from several community leaders. The obtained results showed that within the implementation system of massanra galung in Bellu Village, it is customary for the pledgor to approach the pawn receiver to secure a loan, typically offering their rice field as collateral. It is important to acknowledge that the views of the four madhhabs on certain matters differ, specifically when considering the practice of massanra galung. However, these schools of thought all agree that due to the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions required for massanra galung, the practice is considered valid and permissible according to Islamic law. Regarding the pawn transaction, two parties are considered namely the pawn giver (rāhin) and the pawn receiver (murtahin). It was recommended that efforts aimed at reinforcing the practice of massanra galung should prioritize the enhancement of record-keeping protocols to mitigate potential disputes.

The problem that occurred was CV. Scootres Group had not had a marketing application, so it was difficult to serve the buyers who wanted to buy a Vespa when they were far from the location. Sometimes the seller has to answer the questions one by one for the buyers. This study aims to create an Android-based Vespa Motorcycle Marketing application to facilitate marketing on the CV. Scoots Group. The data was obtained through Field Research, Library Research, and interviews. Then the system design stage, application creation, and testing stage. The SDK used is EasyAR, and the C programming language, and the method used in this research is the Markerless method. The results of the study indicate that the system used is BlackBox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) based on BlackBox testing. The system is running well, and based on UAT testing, 10 respondents with a percentage of 85% and 2 Expert Examiners with a percentage of 89%, both are included in the category strongly agree to apply.

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) that can assist in selecting the best bus for tourism purposes in Toraja. The objective of this research is to facilitate the decision-making process for prospective tourists who want to use buses as their means of transportation during their visit to Toraja. The method employed in this research is the Weighted Product (WP) method. This method was chosen due to its ability to handle multiple criteria, enabling selection based on various relevant factors such as price, service quality, bus capacity, operational schedule, and level of comfort. Furthermore, the collected data will be input into the developed DSS using the WP method. The DSS will calculate relative scores for each bus based on the predetermined criteria weights. The results of this research are expected to provide objective and accurate recommendations for selecting the best bus. These recommendations can serve as a guide for prospective tourists in choosing a bus that suits their needs and preferences. Additionally, this research can also provide valuable insights for bus operators in improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

One of the data mining processes that is often used in machine learning is the data classification process. A decision tree is a classification algorithm that has the advantage of being easy to visualize because of its simple structure. However, the decision tree algorithm is quite susceptible to incorrect classification calculations due to the presence of noise in the data or imbalance in the data, which can reduce the overall level of accuracy. Therefore, the decision tree algorithm should be combined with other methods that can increase the accuracy of classification performance. Machine Learning is used through an artificial intelligence approach to solve problems or carry out optimization. Adaptive Boosting is used to optimize classification calculations. This study aims to examine the performance of Adaptive Boosting in the process of classifying second-degree diabetes mellitus patients using the Decision Tree algorithm. Diabetes mellitus is known as a chronic condition of the human body, the cause of which is an increase in the body's blood sugar levels because the body is unable to produce insulin or is unable to utilize insulin effectively, which is usually referred to as hyperglycemia.. By using a 60:40 data split, the Decision Tree algorithm produces an accuracy value of 95.71%, while the Adaptive Boosting-based Decision Tree results reach a value of 98.99%.

The waste retribution management system at the Environmental Service office in Selayar Islands Regency is currently suboptimal. Customers are required to register for waste collection in person at the office, and the payment process must be done through a collection officer who visits the customer's location. Additionally, there is no formal channel for customers to provide feedback on the waste services they receive. To address these issues, an application is proposed to streamline waste service usage for the community and facilitate reporting for Environmental Service employees. The study aims to design and implement an Application for Data Collection and Reporting of Waste Service Retribution at the Environmental Service of Selayar Islands Regency. The research utilized field research, library research, interviews, and documentation to gather relevant data. The research methodology employed was Rapid Application Development (RAD), which involves stages such as requirements planning, user design, development, and implementation. The findings of the study suggest that the proposed application is highly feasible, based on the results of the respondents' assessments. This application is envisioned to significantly improve waste service management and customer experience in Selayar Islands Regency.

This research aims at encouraging students to implement khyar in online transactions and creating its’ application model in order to obtain costumers satisfaction. The research was initiated due to the development of common online purchase and transactions whose applications are different from that of khyar. This can also potentially cause the business to lose its’ element of spiritual blessings and be susceptible to fraud and loss on the side of the costumers. The crucial issue found in the research is that what students learn at schools or campus in theories are not in line with what the application of kyar in real life. The nature of the research is descriptive and qualitative and its’ object is the implementation of khyar in online purchase and its’ data source is taken from students of the Faculty of Islamic Business and Economy who make online purchase and transactions. The instruments of research are observations, interviews and field records and data tabulation techniques used are editing, descriptions and interpretations. The result of the research shows that the conceptual implementation of the khyar is agreed upon by all of the students except for five of them. There are vendors who sold their products over someone else’s bargain and there are those who denied products return while according to Islam that practice should be allowed under the ruling of khyar.

Komunikasi merupakan hal yang paling penting dalam melayani penumpang agar penumpang tersebut merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh PT. Premium Clara Anindia. Kurangnya komunikasi akan membuat PT. Premium Clara Anindia pelayanan kurang efektif. Dengan adanya komunikasi efektif membuat pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT. Premium Clara Anindia menjadi puas. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Efektivitas Komunikasi Interpersonal PT. Premium Clara Anindia Dalam Melayani Penumpang. Adapun konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep komunikasi efektif. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Adapun kesimpulan dari skripsi ini yaitu komunikasi efektif pada proses pelayanan menjadi mudah. Komunikasi efektif ini juga sudah disampaikan dengan baik dan penumpang merasan nyaman dan menjadi langganan di PT. Premium Clara Anindia. Terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam melakukan komunikasi efektif yaitu hambatan teknis dan hambatan psikologi. Hambatan teknis yang berupa alat komunikasi sedangkan hambatan psikologi yaitu gangguan emosi penumpang Ketika keinginannya tidak dapat terpenuhi.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Sinetron Ikatan Cinta dan Gaya Hidup Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Cot Girek Lama, Kecamatan Cot Girek, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses imitasi (perhatian, retensi dan motivasi) informan yang menirukan tokoh Andin dalam serial Sinetron Ikatan Cinta di Desa Cot Girek Lama dengan menggunakan teori kultivasi dan teori imitasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif benbentuk deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses perhatian informan yang meniru tokoh dalam Sinetron Ikatan Cinta adalah penamplan dari artis dan alur cerita yang menarik perhatian informan, mulai dari gaya rambut sampai gaya riasan wajahnya, proses retensinya adalah menonton Sinetron Ikatan Cinta setiap hari sampai selesai di waktu luang dan istirahat. Proses produksi perilakunya dengan meniru gaya rambut dan make up seperti tokoh Andin dalam Sinetron Ikatan Cinta. Motivasi para informan adalah ingin berpenampilan cantik dan lebih percaya diri saat ingin bepergian dan berkumpul bersama keluarga.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan aplikasi tiktok sebagai media promosi minat beli produk pakaian pada Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Malikussaleh. Tiktok merupakan media sosial yang saat ini banyak digandrungi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Dengan beragamnya fitur dan konten yang ada diaplikasi Tiktor banyak masyarakat yang tidak sadar bahwa mereka telah menggunakan media sosial tersebut secara berlebihan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Malikussaleh merupakan penggunaan aktif media sosial Tiktok ditemukan respon aktif dalam penggunaan media sosial Tiktok dibuktikan dengan hasil data penelitian sebanyak 46,2% sangat setuju dan menggunakan media sosoal Tiktok setiap hari 47,3% menjawab setuju. Dari hasil uji signifikansi variable pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok (X) terhadap minat beli produk pakaian (Y) diperoleh bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 6,935 dan ttabel sebesar 1,986 yang berarti variable pengeruh penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok berpengaruh terhadap minat beli produk pakaian di kalangan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi

The main objective of this research is to uncover the important role played by the social media platform Twitter in shaping public opinion regarding the 2023 Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) selection process in Indonesia. Using advanced techniques such as social network analysis and Python language processing, as well as the application of the Naive Bayes algorithm, this research carefully examines the conversation patterns and topic trends prevalent on Twitter during the CPNS selection phase. The findings of this research unequivocally highlight the enormous influence of Twitter on public sentiment related to CPNS selection, as demonstrated by the classification model's impressive accuracy rate of approximately 95.19%. In addition, this research successfully identifies the influential roles played by key actors, prominent accounts, and narratives in shaping public perceptions. These groundbreaking insights foster a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic nature of public opinion in the context of CPNS selection, providing an invaluable basis for designing more effective communication strategies for the government and prospective civil servants.
