Abstract

The era of globalization has resulted in several changes in views on strategic resources within a company, including human capital. Human capital is considered very important related to the company's non-financial performance. So this research tries to measure the performance of Generation Y employees with the Human Capital approach in the South Jakarta area. The aim of this research ismeasure influencehuman capitalconsisting ofindividual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness,and leadership on the performance of Generation Y employees in the South Jakarta area. The method used is associative quantitative research, with the sample technique used is simple random sampling.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Tuesday Literacy Program (LISA) at SDN 5 Sekotong Tengah using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). An evaluative research approach was adopted through a descriptive qualitative design supported by quantitative data. The participants comprised the school principal, teachers, and students involved in the program. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, documentation review, and literacy tests. The findings revealed that, from a contextual perspective, the program was relevant to the school’s needs and aligned with national literacy policies. In terms of input, human resources were generally adequate, although the availability of reading materials remained limited. Regarding the process, the program was implemented systematically; however, student participation was not evenly distributed. The product evaluation demonstrated an average improvement of approximately 15% in students’ literacy skills, while a proportion of students continued to perform below the minimum competency standard. Overall, the LISA Program proved effective in strengthening literacy culture in elementary schools, although further improvements are required in learning resources, parental involvement, and continuous monitoring to enhance program sustainability.

Abstract

Era digital membawa perubahan sangat berbeda dengan era sebelumnya. Perubahan dan pengaruh era digital sangat terasa pada semua aspek dalam kehidupan, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Kondisi ini menuntut orangtua untuk memahami perkembangan teknologi karena banyak anak yang terpengaruh oleh dunia digital. Apabila anak-anak tidak diarahkan dengan baik maka mereka bisa terkena dampak negatif teknologi yang akan mengganggu tumbuh kembangnya. Mendidik anak di era digital saat ini rasanya lebih sulit dibandingkan dengan mendidik anak pada zaman dahulu. Sebabnya, anak-anak saat ini tumbuh bersama kecanggihan teknologi yang sangat mudah untuk mengakses informasi darimanapun kapapun dan dimanapun berada. Kolaborasi antara orangtua dan pendidik di sekolah tentu menjadi hal yang positif untuk membimbing anak dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya, karena ketika dirumah tentu orangtua menjadi central anak-anak, demikian juga disekolah maka guru menjadi tittik sandaran orangtua mendidik anak-anak mereka. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada guru tentang mendidik di era digital. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini yakni terselenggaranya kegiatan pelatihan, pemahaman guru tentang mendidik anak di era digital, terbinya artikel di jurnal nasional ber-ISSN.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to prevent boredom and anxiety for children who are learning from home (BDR) during the Covid-19 pandemic so that they can help their development process properly through the participation of parents. This method of community service activities is carried out through webinars using the Faceebook and Zoom social media flat forms while still paying attention to health protocols from the government. The results obtained in this community service activity were the high enthusiasm of the parents and teachers who participated in the activity. This was evidenced by the large number of participants who participated in the activity and carried out the discussion process by asking questions related to the theme presented.

Abstract

This study examines the use of directive speech acts in an English teacher’s classroom talk at an Indonesian vocational high school. It explores how these directives support classroom management and interaction in EFL learning. One teacher and 34 eleventh-grade OTKP students participated in the study. The classroom observation spanned three class meetings, totaling four instructional hours, and was conducted over a two-week data collection period. Data were collected through classroom observations, video recordings, transcripts of teacher-student interaction, and field notes. The teacher was purposively selected for active engagement in classroom communication and willingness to be observed, making the participant appropriate for the research aims. Employing a qualitative discourse analysis design, the study identified the types and functions of directives used during instruction based on Searle’s (1979) and Yule’s (1996) classifications. A total of 25 directive speech acts were found: seven commands, nine requests, three suggestions, four invitations, and two prohibitions. Commands and requests appeared most frequently, showing how the teacher balanced classroom control with student involvement. Suggestions and invitations supported comprehension and participation, while prohibitions helped maintain order. The findings indicate that directive speech acts play central managerial and pedagogical roles in shaping classroom interaction. In addition to contributing to pragmatic and classroom discourse research, the study offers practical implications for teaching, emphasizing the need for teachers to intentionally employ directives to guide learning, sustain engagement, and create a more supportive, well-managed EFL classroom.

Abstract

This study explores how shared IMTAQ practices operate as an institutional mechanism for governing religious coexistence within a plural secondary school setting. Departing from dominant approaches that frame religious tolerance as a curricular objective or moral instruction, this research reconceptualizes tolerance as a ritualized social process embedded in everyday institutional routines. Using a qualitative case study design, the study was conducted in a multi-religious public secondary school where students from different faith traditions participate in IMTAQ activities simultaneously. Data were generated through in-depth interviews with school leaders, teachers representing different religious backgrounds, and students, supported by sustained participant observation and analysis of institutional documents. The findings demonstrate that IMTAQ functions as a form of soft governance through ritual synchronization, spatial openness, and normative regulation, allowing religious diversity to be managed through shared practices rather than formal theological dialogue. These ritual arrangements normalize interreligious presence, reduce symbolic boundaries, and cultivate a stable pattern of religious coexistence without requiring doctrinal alignment or explicit tolerance discourse. Tolerance, in this context, emerges as a lived disposition shaped through repeated participation in institutionally structured rituals rather than as an abstract value transmitted through instruction. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to the sociology of religion and religious governance by highlighting how everyday ritual practices within educational institutions can regulate pluralism and sustain social cohesion. By shifting analytical attention from religious teaching to ritual governance, this study offers a novel perspective on how tolerance is produced, embodied, and maintained in plural societies, extending current debates on lived religion and institutional responses to religious diversity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efisiensi pasar bentuk setengah kuat (semi-strong form) pada sektor Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2024. Di tengah volatilitas makroekonomi pasca-pandemi, relevansi laporan keuangan tahunan sebagai sumber informasi utama bagi investor dipertanyakan. Menggunakan metodologi Event Study, penelitian ini menganalisis reaksi pasar di sekitar tanggal pengumuman laba tahunan dengan jendela pengamatan 11 hari (t-5) hingga (t+5) pada 37 perusahaan yang terdaftar secara konsisten. Hasil pengujian Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan Average Abnormal Return (AAR) yang signifikan antara periode sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman laba pada tahun 2022, 2023, dan 2024. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa laporan keuangan tahunan tidak mengandung information content yang mengejutkan pasar (no earnings surprise). Hal ini mendukung argumen bahwa investor sektor properti cenderung mengantisipasi kinerja emiten melalui indikator operasional dini (seperti data marketing sales bulanan) dan lebih bereaksi terhadap sentimen makroekonomi dibandingkan rilis laba historis. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pasar modal Indonesia pada sektor ini efisien secara informasi, di mana harga telah menyesuaikan diri sebelum publikasi resmi. Selain itu, pola CAAR menunjukkan pergerakan yang datar sehingga mempertegas bahwa pengumuman laba tidak menghasilkan akumulasi abnormal return yang signifikan.

Abstract

The main problem discussed is how the harmony between historical elements, local culture, and Islam so that it gives birth to a new culture that reflects the harmony and alignment of the three? Next, it is broken down into sub-problems: 1) What is the background of the Ashura ritual in Pallantikang village? 2) What is the symbolic meaning in the Ashura ritual in Pallantikang village and 3) what is the reality of the harmony of historical elements, local traditions, and Islamic values ​​in the Ashura ritual of the community in Pattallassang village, Pattallassang sub-district, Gowa regency? This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach used being a historical, anthropological, sociological, and religious approach. Primary sources were obtained from religious and community leaders. While secondary data were obtained from related reading materials. The data collection methods were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the historical element is inseparable from the issue of a major disaster and epidemic that will hit the community so that there is an initiative to take preventive measures (tolak bala'), so coinciding with the day of ashura the community performs the ritual to ward off bala' until today this history is believed from generation to generation. The red and white porridge served during rituals symbolizes life. The reality of the interaction between these three elements lies in the ingredients used, the stories associated with them, the readings read, and the strong beliefs.   Pokok masalah yang dibahas adalah bagaimana keserasian antara unsur-unsur historis, budaya lokal, dan Islam sehingga melahirkan budaya baru mencerminkan keserasian dan keselarasan dari ketiganya? Selanjutnya di breakdown menjadi sub masalah: 1) Bagaimana latar belakang ritual asyura di desa Pallantikang? 2) Bagaimana makna simbolik dalam ritual asyura di desa Pallantikang dan 3) bagaimana bentuk realitas keserasian unsur historis, tradisi lokal, dan nilai Islam dalam ritual asyura masyarakat di desa Pattallassang kecamatan Pattallassang kabupaten Gowa? Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan historis, antropologi, sosiologi, dan agama. Sumber primer diperoleh dari tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari bahan bacaan yang terkait. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur historisnya adalah tidak terlepas dari adanya isu akan adanya bencana besar dan wabah yang akan melanda masyarakat sehingga ada inisiatif untuk melakukan pencegahan (tolak bala’), maka bertepatan dengan hari asyura masyarakat melakukan ritual tolak bala’ hingga hari ini sejarah tersebut diyakini dari generasi ke generasi. Bubur warna merah putih yang disajikan saat ritual sebagai simbol kehidupan. Realitas persentuhan dari ketiga unsur tersebut terletak bahan yang digunakan, kisah yang dikaitkan, bacaan yang dibaca, serta keyakinan yang kuat.

Abstract

The study seeks to determine the political and diplomatic network of Nuruddin Zanki in the Middle East through a historical/historiographic review. Adopting a historical approach, the study was divided into several methods, including heuristic, critical, and historiography. The findings of this study conclude that Nuruddin Zanki was a prominent Islamic figure who consistently fought in the Second Crusade, as indicated by his success in reclaiming Islamic territory from the hands of the Christians, including the cities of Artah and Harene and other regions. He was also a leader who succeeded in unifying and strengthening Islamic power in the Middle East, particularly in facing the Second Crusade. He strategically administered political and military networks, including unifying Muslim territory, securing borders, and forging alliances with other Islamic forces. Furthermore, he was renowned for his just, firm, and wise characters which were able to inspire his people to fight as one. His Islamic diplomatic initiatives were successful in uniting Muslims and strengthening their resilience, allowing them to withstand the invasion of the crusaders and pave the way for Salahuddin Ayyubi in supporting Jerusalem. Nuruddin Zanki’s Islamic diplomacy was successful in uniting Muslims and strengthening them so that they were able to battle the attacks of the crusaders and paved the way for Salahudin Ayyubi to assist Jerusalem. His focus was not only on battle but also on investing in infrastructure as well as the economic and military development of his region.
