Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan wakaf produktif pada Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Khairul Ummah di Kabupaten Bantaeng. Wakaf produktif merupakan salah satu instrumen filantropi Islam yang berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendukung kemandirian lembaga pendidikan. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wakaf produktif di pondok pesantren tersebut terhambat oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap wakaf produktif, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM), lemahnya manajemen dan profesionalitas nazhir, serta minimnya dukungan dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas nazhir, sosialisasi wakaf kepada masyarakat, serta sinergi antara pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk optimalisasi potensi wakaf produktif.

Abstract

Cabai rawit merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman dari famili Solanoceae yang banyak dibudidayakan masyarakat karena banyak dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan industri dan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit pada berbagai dosis bokashi ampas tahu dan arang sekam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House, Kebun Akademik Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tadulako pada bulan Mei sampai September 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan ancangan Acak Kelompok 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk bokashi ampas tahu, yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu kontrol,100 g polybag-1, 120 g polybag-1, 140 g polybag-1. Faktor kedua arang sekam yaitu kontrol, 100 g polybag-1, 120 g polybag-1, 140 g polybag-1, dengan demikian diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga terdapat 48 unit percobaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalis dengan analisis keragaman. Perlakuan yang bepengaruh nyata dan sangat nyata di uji lanjut dengan menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Jujur taraf 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berbagai dosis bokashi ampas tahu dan arang sekam sesuai perlakuan tidak berinteraksi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai rawit. Pemberian bokashi ampas tahu pada perlakauan 140 g polybag-1 memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, jumlah buah, dan berat buah. Pemberian arang sekam berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang pada 4 MST namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah buah, dan berat buah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Game-Based Learning (GBL) on students’ mathematical creative thinking skills through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) covering the period 2020–2025. The research employed a qualitative approach with an SLR design, where the data sources consisted of scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and SINTA databases. A total of 13 articles that met the inclusion criteria were systematically analyzed through identification, selection, evaluation, and data synthesis stages. The results indicate that the implementation of GBL generally has a positive impact on students’ mathematical creative thinking skills, as reflected in improvements in creativity indicators such as idea fluency, flexibility in problem-solving, originality, and the ability to generate multiple solution alternatives. In addition, GBL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, engagement, and interest in learning mathematics. However, the level of improvement varies depending on instructional design, media suitability, as well as student characteristics and learning environments. Other findings reveal that the effectiveness of GBL can be optimized when combined with approaches such as STEM, ethnomathematics, and Challenge-Based Learning. This study contributes theoretically to strengthening constructivist learning concepts and practically as a reference for educators in developing innovative instructional strategies.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the research problem concerning how the implementation of graduate profile dimensions contributes to students’ character development from a philosophical perspective at UPT SPF SDN Mattoangin II, as well as the strategies, student responses, and challenges encountered during the process. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of graduate profile dimensions, analyze the strategies employed by teachers, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in students’ character development. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of teachers and sixth-grade students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomena being investigated. The findings revealed that the implementation of graduate profile dimensions had been integrated into the learning process through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The main strategies applied included modeling, habituation, and the use of active learning methods such as discussions and question-and-answer activities. Students demonstrated positive responses through behavioral changes, including increased discipline, responsibility, independence, cooperation skills, and the development of critical reasoning abilities. However, several challenges were identified, including the lack of consistency between school and home environments and the influence of digital media. The study concludes that the implementation of graduate profile dimensions provides a positive impact on students’ character development. Nevertheless, further reinforcement is still needed through stronger collaboration between schools and parents, as well as the improvement of students’ digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe learning innovation in the digital era as an effort to improve the quality of education for students. The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, particularly in creating more interactive, effective, and flexible learning processes. Digital learning innovation is implemented through the use of technology-based learning media, such as e-learning platforms, learning applications, interactive videos, and the internet as a learning resource. The research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through literature studies and observations of the implementation of digital learning in educational environments. The results of the study indicate that learning innovation in the digital era is capable of increasing students’ learning motivation, creativity, active participation, and critical thinking skills. In addition, the use of technology in learning also helps teachers deliver materials in a more engaging and efficient manner. Therefore, digital learning innovation has become an important strategy in improving the quality of education in accordance with the demands of modern developments.

Abstract

Intensifying competition in the garment industry, coupled with fluctuating and declining order volumes, requires garment businesses to strengthen their ability to retain customers and encourage ordering decisions. This study examines the direct effects of price competitiveness and operational flexibility on competitive advantage and ordering decisions, as well as their indirect effects through competitive advantage. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, involving all 60 customers who placed orders with Duta Collection Convection between January 2023 and December 2025, selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through path analysis using SPSS version 26.0. The findings indicate that price competitiveness and operational flexibility have positive and significant effects on competitive advantage. Both factors also have positive and significant direct effects on ordering decisions, while competitive advantage positively and significantly influences ordering decisions. Competitive advantage does not mediate the relationship between price competitiveness and ordering decisions but partially mediates the relationship between operational flexibility and ordering decisions. The study demonstrates that competitive pricing directly encourages customer orders, whereas operational flexibility strengthens ordering decisions both directly and by enhancing competitive advantage. These findings contribute to the literature on competitive strategy and customer decision-making in garment businesses and imply that managers should integrate competitive pricing with flexible operational practices to strengthen market competitiveness and sustain customer orders.

Abstract

The mining industry faces increasing pressure to create sustainable firm value as investors place greater emphasis on financial performance and corporate sustainability. Capital structure decisions and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices are therefore considered strategic factors that may shape corporate performance and valuation. This study examines the effects of capital structure and ESG performance on firm value, with financial performance as a mediating variable, among mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2023. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative design was employed, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using regression analysis and mediation testing. The findings indicate that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, whereas ESG performance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. However, capital structure, ESG performance, and financial performance have no significant effects on firm value. Financial performance also does not mediate the effects of capital structure or ESG performance on firm value. These findings demonstrate that improvements in financial performance arising from financing decisions and ESG practices do not necessarily translate into higher firm value during the period examined. The study contributes to the literature by clarifying the limited mediating role of financial performance in the relationship between corporate financial and sustainability factors and firm value in the Indonesian mining sector. Practically, the findings highlight the need for mining companies to integrate prudent financing decisions with consistent, long-term ESG strategies when pursuing sustainable value creation.
