Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada pembelajaran di SD Negeri 82 Tokinjong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, dan solusi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti memberikan motivasi, memberikan pelatihan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Faktor pendukung kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah adanya dukungan dari guru dan pihak terkait. Kepala sekolah juga memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang baik. Faktor penghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya kesadaran guru akan pentingnya peningkatan kinerja. Akhirnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti memberikan motivasi, memberikan pelatihan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga perlu mengatasi faktor-faktor penghambat kinerja guru, seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya kesadaran guru akan pentingnya peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

Nowadays the need for honey continues to increase, various methods are used to fulfill the needs of honey, including using destructive methods. Cultivation using the Trigona Bee colony graft method can be an alternative to producing honey and other environmentally friendly products. The aim of this research was to determine the colony effectiveness using the grafting method on Rhizophora trees in the mangrove forest of Mirring Village, Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2021. The method used in this research was the colony grafting technique using 9 stup for 30 days followed by observations 30 days after the graft was released by observing the activity of bees and the components of the hive contained in each stup. The results showed that the remaining and active colonies in the stup after the colony grafting process were 5 stup out of 9 stup. The hive component were dominated by propolis, bee-pollen and broot.

Abstract

Semangat belajar sering ditentukan oleh motivasi yang kuat untuk mengetahui sesuatu. Tentu dalam menumbuhkan motivasi tersebut harus menggunakan metode dan cara yang tepat. Anak-anak usia sekolah di desa Ubar mempunyai permasalahan terkait motivasi dan percaya diri. Pada hakikatnya mereka mempunyai potensi, namun motivasi dan percaya diri mereka masih rendah. Jadi, pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa dari Kampus STAIN Mandailing Natal bertujuan: (1) meningkatkan rasa cinta terhadap agama Islam, (2) meningkatkan semangat belajar anak-anak, (3) menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri anak-anak, dan (4) mengembangkan minat dan bakat anak-anak. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, maka kegiatan Festival Anak Soleh menjadi upaya yang dilakukan dengan ragam lomba, yaitu Lomba Adzan, Tahfidz dan Fashion Show Islami. Metode yang diterapkan untuk ajang Festival Anak Sholeh ini menggunakan metode Pembekalan, Pelatihan dan Praktik. Hasil pengabdian menjelaskan bahwa program Festival Anak Sholeh dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar anak-anak, terciptanya rasa percaya diri yang tinggi bagi anak-anak, munculnya minat dan bakat anak-anak.

Abstract

Inflation is one of the macroeconomic symptoms associated with a decline in the exchange rate (money). Inflation has always been a heated topic of discussion in various economic circles. This indicates that the effects of the economic crisis depend on the nature of each group's income and fortune. The condition is severe if the income is stable or rising but less than the inflation rate. Their material well-being improves if their income grows faster than the inflation rate. This study examines the impact of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on Islamic banking Mudharabah savings. The data utilized are time series data from the Sharia Banking Statistics Report and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) published by Bank Indonesia. This research method falls under the category of library research, namely searching for research data or information by reading scientific journals, reference books, published financial statements, and other library-accessible support materials for this paper. The findings of this study indicate that the variables Inflation and Exchange Rate have a significant effect on Mudharabah Savings simultaneously.

They safeguard valuable digital content for future generations by guiding digital preservation and information management. This abstract underscores the pivotal role of librarians as advocates for digital literacy and custodians of digital heritage, driving endeavors toward a more inclusive and digitally resilient society. In an age dominated by digital technology, librarians play a crucial role in empowering digital citizenship by addressing the digital divide and preserving digital memories. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of sport massage socialization on the knowledge and interest of visitors to Pakui Park in engaging in physical activity. A total of 100 visitors, comprising 50 men and 50 women, participated in this study. The results reveal that sport massage socialization significantly enhances the knowledge and interest of visitors to Pakui Park in participating in physical activity. Furthermore, the socialization of sport massage improves visitors' understanding of the benefits of sport massage in preventing injuries and enhancing physical performance. The findings suggest that sport massage socialization is an effective strategy for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle among visitors to Pakui Park. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on the role of sport massage in promoting physical activity and provides insights for policymakers, health professionals, and park administrators to develop targeted interventions aimed at encouraging visitors to engage in regular physical activity and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

The hygiene behavior of food handlers is inseparable from attitudes and knowledge about food hygiene and sanitation. This study aims to determine the factors related to the behavior of hawker food handlers at Air Manis Beach in Padang City in 2023. The type of research used in this study is an analytical survey using a Cross sectional design. The population in this study was hawker food handlers at Air Manis Beach which was taken with a large sample of 44 respondents. Data collection was carried out from December 2022-May 2023 by observation using checklists and interviews using questionnaires. Statistical analysis using chi square test. The results showed that 52.3% of respondents had a low level of knowledge, 50% of respondents had a negative attitude, 61.4% of respondents had poor infrastructure, 70.5% of respondents had a bad health worker role, and 56.8% of respondents had bad behavior. There was a significant relationship between knowledge level (P value = 0.001) and attitude (P value = 0.000) with hawker food handlers' behavior about food sanitation hygiene. There is no significant relationship between the availability of infrastructure facilities (P value = 0.469) and the role of health workers (P value = 1.000) with the behavior of hawker food handlers about food sanitation hygiene at Air Manis Beach in Padang City in 2023. Perilaku higiene penjamah makanan tidak terlepas dari sikap dan pengetahuan mengenai higiene dan sanitasi makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penjamah makanan jajanan di Pantai Air Manis Kota Padang Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan desain Cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu penjamah makanan jajanan di Pantai Air Manis yang diambil dengan besar sampel 44 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sejak bulan Desember 2022-Mei 2023 dengan cara observasi menggunakan checklist dan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa statistik menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 52,3% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah, 50% responden memiliki sikap negatif, 61,4% responden yang memiliki sarana prasarana buruk, 70,5% responden yang memiliki peran petugas kesehatan buruk, dan 56,8% responden yang memiliki perilaku buruk. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan (P value = 0,001) dan sikap (P value = 0,000) dengan perilaku penjamah makanan jajanan tentang higiene sanitasi makanan. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara ketersediaan sarana prasarana (P value = 0,469) dan peran petugas kesehatan (P value = 1,000) dengan perilaku penjamah makanan jajanan tentang higiene sanitasi makanan di Pantai Air Manis Kota Padang Tahun 2023.

Abstract

Di era melek teknologi yang serba menggunakan internet ini, website merupakan salah satu media penyampaian informasi secara cepat dan efektif. Yang terjadi di SDN 1 Mambalan, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan seefektif mungkin dikarenakan belum memiliki website sekolah resmi untuk dijadikan sebagai media informasi seputar SDN 1 Mambalan. Website sekolah yang dibuat dapat dijadikan sebagai media penyampaian informasi yang dapat diakses oleh siswa, guru, maupun pihak luar sekolah.Website SDN 1 Mambalan ini berisikan informasi tentang profil sekolah yaitu Deskripsi, strukur organisasi, visi dan misi,data guru dan staff yang ada pada SDN 1 Mambalan, Data orang yang bertanggung awab atas website ini, berita dan pengumuman yang akan dibagikan. Website sekolah ini juga menjadi salah satu sarana siswa untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar dimana dapat memberikan informasi mengenai perkembangan sekolah. Pembuatan website sekolah ini menggunakan html dan database untuk memudahkan pengguna website dalam mengelola data yang ada pada sekolah.

Abstract

In learning activities, various teaching methods are applied by teachers for the success of learning. As for learning, a teacher also needs to know the characteristics of his students. What we need to know is that each student has different characteristics. So it is certain that a teacher examines and re-examines teaching methods before applying them to students. One learning model that can be used in mathematics learning is to determine the influence of motivation and learning independence from cooperative learning using the Student Teams-Achievement Division STAD type and comparing two learning models, namely the STAD type cooperative learning model with those taught not using Student Teams-type cooperative learning. Achievement Division STAD or learning that is commonly carried out by teachers, namely in this case the learning that we know as conventional learning. This is intended to determine whether there is/isn't a significant difference in the motivation and independence of those taught using Student Teams-Achievement Division STAD type cooperative learning with learning achievement taught not using Student Teams-Achievement Division STAD type cooperative learning or conventional learning. From the research results, the results of the questionnaire stated that in the independent t-test using SPSS 21 for Windows, student learning motivation was obtained at 0.03, which is smaller than the t-table of 0.05 and for learning independence, it was obtained at 0.04, which is also smaller than in t-table 0.05. From this description it can be concluded that the sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than 0.05 for learning motivation, which is 0.003, smaller than 0.005, meaning that the use of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning is effective in increasing student learning motivation in line rotation centered at (a, b) Class XI Pamekasan 3 Public High School. Meanwhile, learning independence is 0.004, smaller than 0.005. So we can conclude that the use of cooperative learning of the Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) type is effective in increasing student learning independence in line rotations centered at (a, b) Class XI SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan

Abstract

The character of peatlands has the ability to store large amounts of water, but the surface of the peatlands dries quickly and easy to burn during the dry season. Research aims to build a model to estimate groundwater level of peatland. Statistical analysis of Karl Pearson Product Moment correlation test was used to determine the relationship between the back scatter values and the Surface Soil Moisture (SSM) values from the Sentinel-1 SAR data processing with the groundwater level values measured using the Sipalaga instrument. Regression analysis was used to determine the model that could be used to estimate the groundwater level of peatlands in the study area based on the results of Sentinel-1 SAR data processing. The results showed that the Sentinel-1 SAR data with the Sigma_0 format in decibel (db) units with VV polarization had the highest correlation value with the groundwater level data of peatlands measured using the Sipalaga instrument, with a value of r -0.648 (moderate correlation). Model to estimate water level of peatlands was Y = -101.629 + (-7.414 x), where 'Y' was the groundwater level of peatlands in the study area and 'x' was the Sentinel-1 SAR data with Sigma_0 format in decibel (db) units with VV polarization. The spatial and temporal patterns of peatlands groundwater level in the study area from Sentinel-1 SAR data showed peatlands that to survive at a water level <40 cm was in the area around of the Rokan River and also in plantation areas, especially Acacia plantations, where canals were made to irrigate and land management.
