Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengatruh yang ditimbulkan dari Job Stress dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Adapun penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengambilan data dengan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 35 Pegawai Yayasan UMARA. Dalam riset ini, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampiling. Metode nalisa data yang dipakai ialah Regression Analysis menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa variabel Job Stress berpengaruh Positif terhadap Turnover Intention sedangkan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhdap Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah atau yang sering kita kenal dengan UMKM memainkan peran vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM tidak hanya berkontribusi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja tetapi juga pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sehingga berperan dalam proses peningkatan taraf hidup perekonomian masyarakat, UMKM sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang dapat menghambat perkembangan mereka. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah manajemen pemasaran produk yang kurang efektif, dikarenakan banyak pelaku UMKM yang masih menggunakan metode pemasaran yang sederhana sehingga pangsa pasar tidak tersentuh lebih luas. Di era digital ini inovasi dan diversifikasi produk sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan kontribusi prositif bagi peningkatan kesejahteran pelaku usaha UMKM melalui peningkatan penjualan produk UMKM, khususnya di Kelurahan Kayu Manis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait inovasi dan strategi pemasan produk guna meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku UMKM. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen pemasaran mereka, sehingga dapat beroperasi lebih efisien dan kompetitif di pasar sehingga mampu bersaing dan pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dengan adanya peningkatan pendapat dari usaha UMKM. Dalam kegiatan progam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait dengan peningkatan penjulan produk UMKM yang difokuskan pada dua hal utama yaitu inovasi kemasan dan diversifikasi produk. Peningkatan penjualan menunjukkan bahwa daya saing dan pemasaran produk UMKM di Kelurahan Kayumanis diperkuat dengan inovasi kemasan dan diversifikasi produk. Kemasan yang menarik mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan menarik minat pelanggan. Diversifikasi produk memberi pelanggan lebih banyak pilihan dan meningkatkan potensi penjualan. Meskipun program PKM menunjukkan hasil yang positif, ada beberapa tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah keterbatasan modal dan akses terhadap teknologi informasi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan memastikan program terus berlanjut, pemerintah dan pihak terkait harus terus memberikan dukungan. Diperlukan peningkatan intensitas pendampingan, pelatihan yang lebih khusus dan terarah, dan kemudahan mendapatkan permodalan untuk pengembangan program di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata yang berfokus pada komunitas memerlukan dukungan manajemen keuangan yang kuat agar usaha tersebut dapat bertahan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini ditujukan untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis tentang perencanaan keuangan dan pengelolaan arus kas kepada anggota Kelompok Sadar Wisata di Desa 7 Muara, Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kota Depok. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta pelatihan praktis. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung pada 25 Mei 2025 dan melibatkan 30 peserta dari pelaku UMKM pariwisata setempat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kemajuan pemahaman peserta tentang konsep dasar perencanaan kas, pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran usaha, serta strategi investasi jangka panjang. Pengaruh baik dari aktivitas ini adalah terbentuknya dasar yang kokoh untuk pengembangan usaha pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Kampung 7 Muara.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) planning is a strategic process that aims to ensure the availability of the right workforce in quantity and quality according to the organization's current and future needs. This article discusses the main steps in HR planning, from analyzing the organizational situation to implementing HR strategies. The first step is an analysis of the internal and external environment, which involves identifying factors that influence workforce needs, such as changes in technology, regulations, and labor market trends. Second, projections of human resource needs are carried out by estimating the number, skills and competencies of the workforce required in the future. Third, analyze the availability of internal and external labor to identify gaps between labor demand and supply. Fourth, formulating strategies for managing HR gaps, such as recruitment, training, development and retention programs. Fifth, implementation and evaluation of the HR plan, which includes implementing the designed strategy as well as monitoring and adjusting the plan according to changing organizational needs. This article emphasizes the importance of a systematic and integrated approach in HR planning to support the achievement of organizational strategic goals.

Abstract

This community service aims to strengthen the capacity of human resources of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors in Bojongsari Village through training in managerial skills and business digitalization. MSME actors in this area often face various challenges, both in terms of limited managerial capabilities, such as financial management and business planning, as well as in terms of technology, particularly related to marketing and digital business management. This activity was carried out using a combination of lectures, hands-on practice, and discussions involving 30 local MSME actors. The topics covered include the basics of business management, such as business planning, financial management, and digital marketing strategies through social media platforms and e-commerce. The results of this activity showed an improvement in participants' managerial skills, reflected in their ability to create more structured business plans and manage their business finances more effectively. Additionally, the application of business digitalization has started to take shape, with participants now having social media accounts and utilizing online platforms to market their products. However, challenges still exist, especially in terms of limited access to technology and a lack of understanding in digital data analysis. Therefore, further training is necessary to ensure that MSME actors can maximize the use of technology. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Bojongsari Village can develop more competitively in the increasingly digital market.

Abstract

Perencanaan kontingensi merupakan strategi penting untuk mengantisipasi risiko yang muncul akibat kondisi darurat atau force majeure, seperti bencana alam, pandemi, atau gangguan teknologi. Dalam konteks ini, teknologi informasi berperan krusial dalam meminimalkan dampak risiko dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengumpulan, analisis, dan distribusi data dalam waktu nyata. Tujuan utama dari perencanaan kontingensi adalah memastikan bahwa organisasi siap menghadapi situasi darurat dengan strategi yang terkoordinasi, serta dapat mengelola sumber daya secara efektif untuk meminimalkan kerugian. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, seperti perangkat lunak manajemen risiko dan sistem komunikasi darurat, memungkinkan organisasi untuk merespons dengan cepat dan tepat dalam situasi krisis. Namun, penerapan teknologi dalam perencanaan kontingensi juga menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan studi yang mendalam untuk mengeksplorasi potensi teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan perencanaan kontingensi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literatur mengenai perencanaan kontingensi berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai mitigasi risiko dalam menghadapi kondisi darurat, serta bagaimana penerapan teknologi dapat mengatasi kendala dalam perencanaan tersebut. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif, artikel ini berharap dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan respons terhadap risiko force majeure.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, employee performance has become a crucial factor in enhancing a company's productivity and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of the compensation system on employee performance at PT Surya Toto Indonesia, a manufacturing company specializing in sanitation products. The research adopts a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The object of the study is the compensation system implemented in the company, including base salary, position allowances, tenure-based pay, education incentives, and overtime compensation. Informants were selected purposively and consisted of employees from various levels and departments, including human resources personnel, supervisors, and operational staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews using open-ended questions and supported by documentation analysis, such as internal policy documents and performance reports. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing through thematic analysis. The findings reveal that the compensation system is designed fairly and transparently, and serves as a key motivator for employees, positively influencing their performance, job satisfaction, and loyalty to the company. The study concludes that appropriate and comprehensive compensation not only boosts employee productivity but also strengthens professionalism within the organization, making it a strategic element in maintaining competitive advantage.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the integration of digital financial tools and platforms into organizational systems has reshaped how employees engage with their work. This study investigates the impact of digital financial technologies on employee motivation, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges that arise from this technological shift. The main issue addressed is the dual effect of such tools: while they can enhance financial literacy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction, they may also contribute to digital stress and privacy concerns. The purpose of this study is to examine how digital financial platforms influence work motivation by synthesizing findings from existing scholarly literature. Using a systematic literature review method, this research analyzes 38 journal articles, industry reports, and case studies published between 2019 and 2023, selected from academic databases such as ScienceDirect, SINTA, and Google Scholar. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key patterns related to employee motivation, financial well-being, technological adaptation, and organizational strategies. The findings show that digital financial tools positively impact employee motivation by increasing transparency, autonomy, and financial control. However, concerns related to cybersecurity, unfamiliarity with digital tools, and resistance to change may lead to anxiety and reduced motivation. The study concludes that companies must implement supportive strategies such as digital training, inclusive technology policies, and robust data protection measures to maximize the benefits of financial digitalization while minimizing its drawbacks.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play an important role in organizational performance. Career planning and development is an efficient way to improve the quality of human resources. This research aims to develop HR career development steps based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework. This research method is qualitative, with an in-depth approach to the phenomenon. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach, producing descriptive information from the participants observed. Even though the action learning method is used in leadership training design, the training material has not yet achieved the target of developing individual behavior. Training evaluation is carried out using pre-test, post-test and questionnaires to see changes in employee behavior after training

Abstract

The pivotal role of human capital in organizational success is increasingly recognized in contemporary business environments. This study presents an in-depth analysis of how strategic human capital management can significantly enhance company performance. Utilizing a qualitative approach, grounded in a comprehensive literature review, our research explores various strategies that can be employed to improve human resource performance in organizations. We emphasize that the success of a company hinges not just on its business operations, but critically on its human capital – the unique knowledge and skills possessed by its workforce. This research argues that the nuances of human capital, such as education, skills, and health, are essential for the strategic development of an organization. By implementing effective human capital strategies, companies can foster an environment conducive to growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Our findings highlight that understanding and leveraging the unique attributes of human resources can lead to significant improvements in organizational activities and outcomes. This paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on human capital theory by demonstrating its practical application in organizational strategy and performance enhancement.
