Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi dan modernisasi ini masing-masing perusahaan akan terus melakukan perubahan ataupun inovasi-inovasi terbaru untuk dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain agar produk yang akan dipasarkan menjadi produk yang selalu dominan diminati dan dicari. Salah satu caranya adalah menerapkan otomatisasi perkantoran. Otomatisasi perkantoran merupakan bentuk perkembangan teknologi yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap Perusahaan. Yang mana sistem ini akan mengubah pekerjaan karyawan dimulai dari teknologi sederhana (manual) menjadi teknologi yang serba otomatis. Otomatisasi perkantoran ini juga dilakukan oleh Badan Wakaf Al-Qur’an. Badan Wakaf Al-Quran (BWA) merupakan sebuah lembaga filantropi islam di Indonesia yang aktivitas utamanya adalah sebuah proses penggalangan dana wakaf yang dikumpulkan dari kaum muslimin atau dari para donatur lainnya, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan penyaluran melalui program-program wakaf yang unik dan solutif yang sudah tersebar di seluruh penjuru nusantara.

Abstract

Diaspora Indonesia telah memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam konteks global, tidak hanya sebagai komunitas yang berkontribusi secara ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai sumber daya manusia yang strategis bagi pengembangan kepemimpinan di berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi diaspora Indonesia dapat dioptimalkan dalam perencanaan strategis sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk organisasi dan korporasi. Dengan fokus pada kemampuan diaspora yang beragam, penelitian ini mengkaji potensi diaspora dalam memberikan kontribusi pada pembentukan calon pemimpin yang berkualitas serta bagaimana organisasi dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya tersebut secara efektif. Diaspora Indonesia memiliki akses ke berbagai jaringan, pengalaman global, dan keahlian lintas budaya yang berharga bagi pengembangan SDM. Dalam konteks perencanaan SDM strategis, diaspora dapat diintegrasikan melalui program-program transfer pengetahuan, pertukaran pengalaman, serta inisiatif pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan organisasi modern. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam perencanaan pengembangan calon pemimpin, termasuk identifikasi potensi individu dalam diaspora, perencanaan karier, dan penciptaan jalur kepemimpinan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan diaspora, organisasi dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan mempercepat inovasi melalui pemimpin yang memiliki wawasan global dan kemampuan manajerial yang unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menganalisis peran diaspora dalam beberapa organisasi yang telah berhasil menerapkan strategi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi diaspora dalam perencanaan SDM tidak hanya mendukung diversifikasi kepemimpinan tetapi juga menciptakan nilai tambah bagi organisasi melalui peningkatan kolaborasi internasional dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan global. Dengan demikian, integrasi diaspora Indonesia dalam perencanaan strategis SDM bukan hanya relevan tetapi juga penting untuk menciptakan calon pemimpin yang mampu menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

This theoretical analysis examines the conceptual frameworks and scholarly perspectives on employee commitment in organizations, synthesizing current literature to develop a comprehensive understanding of commitment-building strategies. Through an extensive review of contemporary organizational behavior theories, we explore the multifaceted nature of employee commitment and its theoretical implications for organizational success. The study analyzes various theoretical models of employee commitment, identifying key constructs and their interrelationships. The analysis reveals that employee commitment is conceptualized through multiple theoretical lenses, including social exchange theory, organizational support theory, and the job demands-resources model. This paper contributes to the academic discourse by proposing an integrated theoretical framework for understanding and developing employee commitment, considering both individual psychological factors and organizational contextual elements.This study examines the evolution of employee commitment concepts within the modern business context, focusing on theoretical frameworks including Social Exchange Theory, Organizational Support Theory, and the Job Demands-Resources Model. Employee commitment is regarded as a critical element for organizational success and stability, encompassing affective, continuance, and normative dimensions. In addition to psychological factors, work environment, and job satisfaction, the research highlights the need for a holistic approach in strategies to develop employee loyalty. Through a literature analysis, this study aims to provide comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and retention within organizations.Keywords: employee commitment theory, organizational loyalty, theoretical framework, organizational behavior, workplace psychology

Abstract

Human resource planning in the industrial revolution of the society 5.0 era must be carried out carefully, strategically and effectively in responding to the challenges of human resources that have flexibility that changes very quickly. The purpose of this research is to provide an explanation of the study of the role of human resource planning in job analysis and recruitment of human resources within the company, namely by formulating human resource planning steps based on job analysis and explaining the importance of job analysis in developing recruitment and workforce development strategies, and evaluating human resource planning effectively and efficiently by making continuous improvements to the human resource planning that has been arranged in accordance with the vision and mission of the Company. The research method used is descriptive analytical method obtained from secondary data sources taken from journals, articles and books using a qualitative research approach to literature study. The results of this study indicate that HR planning based on job analysis can provide a strategic advantage in managing the workforce in the company so that human resource planning in this study has an important role in job analysis and job analysis provides a strong basis for developing HR strategies, from recruitment to company development

Abstract

From the results of previous research, it is very relevant that employee performance is influenced by HR planning, HR development and compensation. These findings indicate that HR planning, HR development and compensation have a positive impact on employee performance. HR planning that is integrated with a culture of learning and talent retention can improve employee performance. Apart from that, providing fair compensation also plays an important role in improving employee performance. The importance of effective HR management in improving employee performance is demonstrated by this research. The practical implication of this research is that, in order for employee performance to increase overall, companies must focus on HR planning, HR development and compensation.

Abstract

The theoretical basis of the practice of Human Resource planning has been investigated in detail in this article. The author has endeavored to cover and present comprehensive literature on this important practice of Human Resources. The importance of Human Resource planning, its strategic objectives and influencing factors are all covered in this literature study. Also, the study covers the frameworks and models of Human Resource planning and tells the process for retaining and motivating an organization's workforce.

Abstract

The Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs as a professional and academic institution, must be able to interact and cooperate with various parties, with government and non-government agencies, both at the center and in the regions. In this regard, this study attempts to reveal the strategic role of the Research and Development Agency which must improve the performance and cooperation of the Research Team of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Regions in regional autonomy. With a descriptive method of accessing data from several primary data sources, work experience, interviews, literature studies, handbooks, and others, this study uses the theory of Problem Solving and Decision Making (PMPK) and the theory of Integrated Work Patterns. Improving the performance and cooperation of the Central Research Team at the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Regions in strengthening regional autonomy can be successful effectively and efficiently, by understanding actual problems that are closely related to the main tasks and functions of the Research and Development Agency. The strategy must be able to identify the causes of problems. Including the main and specific problems, determining priority efforts to be carried out and programmed as an effort to solve existing problems. Allocating any costs needed to carry out competitive grant research, as well as complete details of work allocation. It must describe the network of work, who does what, who is responsible to whom, who works with whom and when to do what.

Abstract

Firm value is the view of investors when measuring the success rate of a company. ROE is the variable most strongly associated with firm value to calculate the profit level of a company. Liquidity is a ratio to measure the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. DER is a ratio used to assess debt against equity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity (CR) on company value, profitability (ROE), and debt-to-equity ratio (DER) on company value and simultaneously in mining companies in the metal and mineral sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012–2021. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken from 4 companies that met the criteria, with 10 years of observation totaling 40 sample units. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. Data is downloaded via the website www.idx.co.id and the company's website. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the determination coefficient test. The results of the study based on statistical calculations obtained simultaneous results that financial performance has no effect on the value of the company, while partial liquidity (CR) debt on equity (DER) has no effect on the value of the company, and profitability (ROE) significantly affects the value of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan explanatory survey terhadap 50 responden tetap yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen kuesioner telah diuji validitas dengan hasil seluruh item valid (Sig. < 0,05) dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,70 pada semua variabel, sehingga layak digunakan. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan residual berdistribusi normal, model bebas multikolinearitas (Tolerance > 0,10; VIF < 10), dan tidak terdapat heteroskedastisitas berdasarkan uji Glejser. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,594, yang berarti 59,4% variasi perencanaan karier dijelaskan oleh kompetensi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Uji F menghasilkan F hitung 22,426 dengan Sig. 0,000, menandakan model signifikan secara simultan. Secara parsial, kompetensi (Sig. 0,001) dan kepuasan kerja (Sig. 0,000) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perencanaan karier, sedangkan motivasi (Sig. 0,347) tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kompetensi berbasis digital dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor utama dalam perencanaan karier karyawan, sedangkan motivasi individu melemah dalam konteks pasca-merger. Secara praktis, perusahaan perlu memperkuat program pengembangan kompetensi dan sistem kepuasan kerja yang jelas. Secara akademis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur manajemen SDM di industri telekomunikasi serta membuka peluang riset lanjutan dengan variabel tambahan seperti budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Kata kunci: kompetensi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, perencanaan karier, pengembangan SDM, telekomunikasi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan peran pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan Desa Wisata di Kampung Melayu Barat melalui infrastruktur, untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dan sekitar bersama pemerintah dalam meningkatkan serta mengembangkan Desa Wisata di Kampung Melayu Barat, untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan dampak peningkatan infrastruktur Desa Wisata Kampung Melayu Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peran pemerintah daerah telah memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan Desa Wisata di Kampung Melayu Barat melalui infrastruktur, meningkatkan dan mengembangan Desa Wisata, masyarakat setempat dilibatkan melalui perwakilan warganya, Desa Wisata Kampung Melayu Barat ini sangat berdampak Positif bagi masyarakat lokal dan sekitarnya.
