Abstract

The difference in fishing gear between traditional and modern fishermen triggers conflicts; for the sustainability of the Pieh Island Marine Tourism Park (TWP) area, efforts are needed to prepare an efficient conflict resolution plan by considering relevant data and information. The study aims to identify conflicts in the Pieh Island TWP area, identify data and information needs to develop conflict resolution, analyze the availability of management data in the Pieh Island TWP, and provide recommendations for data and information collection. The research was conducted in the form of field observations and structured interviews through several questions that have been systematically prepared, as well as focus group discussions (FGDs) with the managers of the Work Unit (Satker) who are directly responsible to the Pekanbaru National Marine Protected Area Workshop (LKKPN Pekanbaru) as the Technical Implementation Unit of the TWP National Marine Protected Area Pieh Island. The results of the study are qualitative and quantitative data through descriptive and comparative methods in the form of identification of the type/nature of conflict in TWP, data and information needed in the preparation of conflict resolution, data and information that is already available and that must be collected, the ability of managers to support technically but financially need additional funds, and appropriate conflict resolution as well as some descriptions of recommendations for collecting data and information in TWP. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of years of service and work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable for employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro with 67 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire. Each question is measured using a Likert scale with 5 options. The data analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis) so that the direction and magnitude of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables can be clearly described. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a direct effect of years of service on the work motivation of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 2) There is a direct influence of the work environment on the work motivation of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 3) There is a direct effect of tenure on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 4) There is a direct influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 5) There is a direct effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya. Abstract

Penerapan teori behaviorisme dalam pembelajaran merupakan upaya penting bagi siswa dan guru, terutama membantu siswa membentuk perilaku positif dan guru mengarahkan proses belajar secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teori behaviorisme dalam pembelajaran IPAS serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas4 SDN 2 Ngindeng. Studi ini dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa strategi penguatan positif memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif mereka dalam pembelajaran. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa penguatan positif diberikan kepada siswa setiap kali mereka berpartisipasi dalam diskusi kelas. Selain itu, guru menerapkan pengulangan materi sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa, namun perlu adanya variasi dalam metode pengulangan agar tidak menimbulkan kejenuhan. Analisis dokumen menunjukkan bahwa materiyang diajarkan telah dirancang sesuai dengan prinsip penguatan positif dalam teori behaviorisme, meskipun dalam penerapannya masih ditemukan beberapa tantangan. Meskipun demikian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teori behaviorisme secara keseluruhan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman, keaktifan, dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of digital text on reading comprehension the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 20 Palu. This study used a quasi-experimental design, namely 32 students of class VIII A and 29 students of class VIII B, and were classified into experimental and control classes. The experimental class was taught using digital text while the control class was taught using printed text. In addition, this study was conducted through the following procedures: pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Data were collected through a reading test. There was a significant difference between students who were taught using digital text and those who were taught using printed text. This can be seen from the results of the post-test. The mean score in the experimental class is 81.77 and the mean score in the control class is 70.35. The data were analyzed using inferential statistics, including the independent sample t-test. From the results of the t-test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained which was smaller than the standard significance value, meaning that the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. Finally, it can be concluded that digital text is effective for reading comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Modeling the Way strategy in improving the abilities and activities of third grade students of Elementary School 3 Babahrot in performing Sunnah Rawatib prayers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test experimental design, as well as observation and interviews. The sample of this study consisted of two groups, namely the experimental group using the Modeling the Way strategy and the control group taught with conventional learning methods. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in students' abilities and activities in performing Sunnah Rawatib prayers in the experimental group after the Modeling the Way strategy was implemented. This can be seen from the significant increase in pre-test and post-test scores in the experimental group, while the control group only experienced minimal improvement. In addition, the results of observations showed that students in the experimental group were more active and involved in learning Sunnah Rawatib prayers compared to the control group. Interviews with students, teachers, and parents also revealed that students in the experimental group were more motivated to perform Sunnah Rawatib prayers regularly, both at school and at home. This study concludes that the Modeling the Way strategy has proven effective in improving students' abilities and activities in performing Sunnah Rawatib prayers. Therefore, the implementation of this strategy is recommended to be implemented in other schools to support students' spiritual development and improve worship practices in daily life.

Abstract

The Effect of Collaborative Learning on the English Reading Ability of Grade VIII Students of SMPN 1 Sindue Tobata. Collaborative learning, which emphasizes student interaction and cooperation in achieving learning objectives, is hypothesized to improve reading comprehension and engagement. In this study, the researcher used purposive sampling, taking class VIII B with 20 students as the pre-experimental group. The results of data analysis showed that the average post-test score of students after being taught using collaborative learning (79.45) was higher than the pre-test score before being taught using collaborative learning (36.75). The findings revealed a significant increase in improving the English reading ability of eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Sindue Tobata.

Abstract

Pengaturan tentang pengguunaan pengeras suara menjadi polemik di masyarakat, utamanya masyarakat Indonesia yang beragama Islam, menjadikan pengeras suara sebagai salah satu hal yang wajib ada dalam setiap agenda peribadatan seperti adzan, sholawat, doa, dzikir dana lain sebagainya. Yang mana nilai-nilai keberagamaan tersebut sudah menjadi sesuatu yang lumrah dan bisa diterima oleh masyarakat secara komunal. Meskipun tidak secara implisit negara mengakomodir nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan. Dengan mayoritas muslim terbesar sudah menjadi sebuah keharusan bahwa hukum positif banyak dihiasi oleh nilai-nilai Islam. nilai tersebut telah termanifestasi dalam bentuk norma dan kebiasan dalam masyarakat. Sesuai dengan teori hierarki maka hukum positif yang sifatnya praktik harus berangkat dari norma-norma yang ada dalam masyarakat, termasuk orma yang bernuansa spiritual kegamaan. Problematikan diatas kemudian dianalisa dengan mengunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitain yang berbasis pada kajian Pustaka, berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dalam hal ini adalah Surat Edaran Menteri Agama Nomor 05/2022 2022 tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara di Masjid dan Mushola. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan statue approach (pendekatan perundang-undangan), dan conceptual approach (pendekata konsep). Dari penelitain ini dihasilakn sebuah kesimpulan bahwa pengaturan menganai pengeras suara selain di dasarkan pada syariat Islam (al-Quran dan Sunnah), harus memperhatikan juga norma-norma yang hidup dalam masyarakat (living law) yang juga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek ekonomi, politik, kultur dan agama.

Abstract

This study examines the potential for rearing Apis cerana Fabricius honey bees in Taman Kehati Kiarapayung, West Java. Observations were conducted by installing 39 beehive in various locations and observing the flora that serve as bee food sources. A total of 50 plant species from 24 families were identified as bee food sources. Out of the 39 beehive, only 4 were successfully inhabited by bee colonies, showing a success rate of 10.3%. The observed colony growth ranged from 3 to 9 honey combs per hive. The main challenges in cultivation are the decrease in food availability during the dry season with very low rainfall, and pest disturbances such as wax moths (Galleria mellonella), wasps (Vespa sp.), and ants (Formicidae). The results of this study indicate that A. cerana beekeeping has the potential to be implemented in specific locations with sufficient food availability and effective pest management. This potential can serve as an additional source of income for the local community and support environmental conservation efforts by utilizing biological resources and biodiversity in a non-destructive manner at conservation sites.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between the intensity of playing Mobile Legends and vocabulary development among senior high school students. The growing adoption of digital games for educational purposes—particularly in language learning—necessitates research into their integration within structured learning environments. Utilizing a quantitative correlational design, the study involved 25 purposively selected students from SMA Labschool Untad Palu who actively participated in a Mobile Legends extracurricular program. Data were collected through a 15-item Likert-scale questionnaire measuring gameplay intensity and a 30-item vocabulary test targeting common nouns, verbs, and adjectives derived from gameplay contexts. The questionnaire demonstrated strong internal consistency (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.882), and all items were deemed valid. Results from the Pearson Product-Moment correlation analysis indicated a moderate, statistically significant relationship between gameplay intensity and vocabulary acquisition (r = 0.538, p = 0.005). These findings suggest that structured digital gameplay in English-language environments can support incidental vocabulary learning and serve as an effective pedagogical supplement to conventional instruction.

Abstract

Desa Uwedikan adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Luwuk Timur Kabupaten Banggai, merupakan desa pesisir yang mempunyai luas lautan lebih luas dari pada darat. Pada umumnya masyarakat pesisir mempunyai kebiasaan membuang sampah ke laut sehingga sanitasi lingkungan kurang sehat, padahal sampah bisa diolah menjadi produk yang benilai ekonomis berupa pupuk organik. Disamping itu pupuk organik diperlukan petani, karena pupuk kimia sangat langka dan harganya mahal. Dengan demikan pengolahan sampah menjadi pupuk organik mempunyai tujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan lingkungan yang sehat dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah menjadi pupuk organik sebagai alternatif pengganti pupuk kimia yang langka dan mahal. Metode pembuatan pupuk organik yaitu penjelasan teori 25 % dan praktek pengeporasikan mesin pencacah rumput/sampah serta praktek pembuatan pupuk orgnik berbasis EM4. Pembuatan pupuk organik dinyatakan berhasil bila menghasilkan panas setelah ditutup tarpal 8 jam, menghasilkan bau sedap dan warna pupuk hitam kecoklatan. Bila panasnya tinggi tumpukan pupuk dibalik untuk menormalkan kembali suhu panasnya. Pupuk organik ini sudah bisa dipakai bila sudah tidak suhunya tidak panas lagi.
