Abstract

Teachers in learning have not used LKPD which they designed themselves correctly. Meanwhile, the demands of the curriculum require the teacher to be only one source of learning, because the teacher acts as a facilitator. This service will help overcome the problem of low professional and pedagogic competence of junior high school teachers, especially in designing and using worksheets as learning resources in learning. The method used is training with discussion techniques, question and answer, simulations, and assignments. The training subjects were 25 junior high school teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The instruments used were observation, tests and structured interviews. The success of the service was analyzed descriptively by percentage. After the training, there was a good increase in 1) the training process went well and enthusiastically, (2) there was an increase in the knowledge and skills aspects of breastfeeding LKPD. The results of the pre-test conducted before the training for all indicators of knowledge and skills were in the pretty good category. The results of the post test, there is only 1 indicator in the good category, namely the LKPD concept, and other indicators are in the very good category. For the skill aspect, there is 1 indicator in the good category, namely drawing arrangement, and the other indicators are in the very good category.

Abstract

Light Rail Transit South Sumatra was built on the basis of Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2016 concerning the Acceleration of the Implementation of Light Railroad/Light Rail Transit in South Sumatra Province. To always maintain the reliability of the LRT facility, daily inspection work of the LRT facility is required which is carried out every day which has a potential risk of work accidents due to the use of equipment related to electricity and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are not followed. This study aims to identify potential risks, determine the value of risks, arrange priority rankings, and analyze risk controls to reduce the impact of risks on the daily inspection work of the South Sumatra LRT facilities. This study conducted an analysis using the method hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining control (HIRADC). Based on the research, there are 18 risks with risk level classifications: 1 extreme risk, 7 high risk, 9 moderate risk, and 1 low risk. The determination of risk control is carried out according to the risk control hierarchy, namely engineering engineering, administrative control, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). ABSTRAK Light Rail Transit Sumatera Selatan dibangun atas dasar Peraturan Presiden Nomor 55 Tahun 2016 tentang Percepatan Penyelenggaraan Kereta Api Ringan/Light Rail Transit di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Untuk selalu menjaga keandalan dari sarana LRT Sumsel maka diperlukan pekerjaan pemeriksaan harian sarana LRT yang dilakukan setiap harinya yang mana memiliki potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja dikarenakan menggunakan peralatan yang berhubungan dengan listrik dan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang tidak dijalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi risiko, mengetahui nilai risiko, menyusun rangking prioritas, serta menganalisis pengendalian risiko untuk mengurangi dampak risiko pada pekerjaan pemeriksaan harian sarana LRT Sumsel. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis menggunakan metode hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining control (HIRADC). Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat 18 risiko dengan klasifikasi tingkat risiko: 1 risiko ekstrim, 7 risiko tinggi, 9 risiko sedang, dan 1 risiko rendah. Untuk pengendalian risiko dilakukan sesuai hirarki pengendalian risiko rekayasa teknik, pengendalian administrasi, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to produce learning assessment guide products that describe the increased knowledge and skills of the lecturers of the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program. This activity is carried out in the form of a workshop that combines lecturing, simulation, and evaluation strategies. The activity, which was carried out on 20-22th December 2022 in the Hall Room of the Tanjungkarang Polytechnic Medical Laboratory Technology Department, involved 15 active participants. The results of the activity showed that the participants experienced an increase in knowledge and skills with an average gain score 0.40 out of 1.00 (medium category) and the Learning Assessment Guideline product produced by the participants illustrates the increase in the quality of knowledge and skills acquired by the participants.

Abstract

The restaurant industry is a business that is popular among the public, because it promises large profit potential. One of the classifications in the restaurant industry is upscale restaurants, which are the type of restaurant that has the highest level of service. Fine dining restaurants are a type of restaurant that is included in the upscale restaurant category. Even though fine dining restaurants are included in the niche market category which has few competitors, there are quite a lot of fine dining restaurants in Jakarta & Bali. Therefore, fine dining restaurants need to present something different for their consumers. In Jakarta & Bali, a fine dining restaurant has introduced a distinctive dining experience by integrating three-dimensional visual technology and digital mapping in its Le Petit Chef program. Through the concept offered by Le Petit Chef, it provides a new touch to the culinary world, especially in Indonesia because this concept is something that has not existed before. In order to be able to face increasingly fierce competition. By providing this unique experience, researchers are interested in examining what Customer Experience factors can have an influence on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to have an impact on customer experience at Le Petit Chef in Jakarta & Bali which involves aspects of product quality, price and service quality on the level of Customer Satisfaction. In achieving this goal, the research focus will be placed on three main aspects: (1) the influence of the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction, (2) the influence of the impact of price on the level of customer satisfaction, and (3) the influence of the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, utilizing secondary data. The population used in this research is all reviews on the Google Review and Tripadvisor platforms for Le Petit Chef restaurants in Jakarta & Bali, namely 115 reviews, with a sample size of 17 reviews. Sampling was carried out using the Probability sampling method. Data collection involved two sources from TripAdvisor and Google Reviews as sources to extract customer perceptions of the Le Petit Chef Jakarta & Bali restaurant. The discussion data will then be explained in more depth as to whether there are aspects such as food, price and service in the review. So that it can produce a conclusion regarding the impact of these aspects on the level of customer satisfaction. The research results show that price has a perpendicular influence on customer satisfaction, food quality that meets customer expectations has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and service quality from a restaurant has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pembangunan pariwisata yang berada didesa dapat dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan dana desa. Dana desa berfungsi untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan desa seperti pembangunan infrastruktur desa, pemberdayaan masyarakat desa serta pembangunan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di objek wisata yang berada di desa Nagori sibaganding . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses pengelolaan dana desa dalam pembangunan pariwisata untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Nagori Sibaganding Kecamatan Girsang Sipangan Bolon Kabupaten Simalungun. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang berasal dari aparatur desa dan masyarakat desa nagori sibaganding. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan dana desa untuk pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh aparatur desa sudah sangat bagus dan membantu masyarakat Nagori Sibnaganding untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengurangi kemiskinan. Penggunaan dana desa untuk pengembangan pariwisata belum maksimal karena program dan anggaran dana desa belum sepenuhnya ke Pariwisata.Oleh karena itu penggunaan dana desa diDesa Nagori Sibaganding Kecamatan Girsang Sipangan Bolon Kabupaten Simalungun belum sepenuhnya dana desa disalurkan untuk mencapai pengembangan pariwisata yang berada di desa Nagori sibaganding kecamatan girsang sipangan bolon kabupaten Simalungun.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah membuat perubahan bagi dunia. Perubahan yang memaksa Sinode Gereja Kristus Tuhan (GKT) untuk terjun dalam pelayanan digital. Bagi Sinode GKT, pelayanan digital merupakan model pelayanan yang baru dan belum terbiasa. Sebagai gereja yang menganut teologi Reformed, Sinode GKT perlu untuk merespons pelayanan digital ini dalam pemahaman eklesiologi Reformed. Karena itu, penelitian dalam artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pimpinan Sinode GKT mengenai eklesiologi Reformed sebagai dasar kebijakan pelayanan digital gereja. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dasar. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua belas pimpinan Sinode GKT yang diwawancara. Mereka terdiri dari pejabat sinode dan gembala sidang yang melayani di GKT dari berbagai lokasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat temuan terkait kebijakan pelayanan digital yang ditinjau dari pemahaman eklesiologi Reformed. Kebijakan pelayanan digital yang ditinjau dari pemahaman eklesiologi Reformed yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan kegiatan ibadah Minggu, persekutuan, pelaksanaan sakramen Perjamuan Kudus, dan kebijakan misi penginjilan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of restaurants/restaurants/cafes, regional levies and the number of tourist visits on the local revenue of North Tapanuli Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is the 2015-2020 PAD Report and North Tapanuli in Figures. The research sample is data on reports on the number of restaurants/restaurants/cafes, regional levies and the number of tourist visits from 2015-2020. The data of this research are secondary data. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the number of tourist visits, the number of tourist objects and tourist fees have an influence on local revenue.

Abstract

Guests who come and visit need interesting tourist attractions in an area will need good accommodation facilities. a very promising business field because the public, guests and state apparatus who go to an area for work or entertainment are in dire need of lodging or hotel services. The approach and type of research is based on a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The sampling is purposive sampling with a sample of 100 hotel guest respondents staying at the Labersa Balige Hotel. The results show that room rates and facilities have a significant impact on positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa. Based on F test results that facilities, room prices and service quality simultaneously affect guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa., service quality, guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa. The results showed that simultaneously from the results of the F test 96.31% of the facilities, room prices, and services had a positive and significant impact on guest satisfaction Staying. Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa. Based on the results of the t-test -0.703 with a significant level of 0.484 that the quality of service partially has a negative effect on guest satisfaction staying at Hotel Labersa.

Abstract

One form of assessment that can assess students' abilities as a whole, process and results, is portfolio assessment. The problem in this study originates from the results of a needs analysis on student learning assessments. This study aims to produce a feasible and effective portfolio assessment to measure the communication and collaboration skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) type of research, the development was carried out referring to the theory of Borg & Gall. The data collection tool uses a valid and reliable portfolio assessment. The data analysis technique uses a paired t test with a calculated result of 0.000 or less than 0.05, which means that there is a difference between the pretest and post-test results for students. Based on this research, it can be concluded that portfolio assessment is effective in improving students' communication and collaboration skills. Based on the conclusions above, suggestions from researchers regarding students' communication and collaboration skills can be improved by students practicing questions as often as possible and being serious about following the learning process according to the assessment aspects.

Abstract

Jenis Apel di Indonesia makin beragam seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dibidang perkebunan.apel yang berkembang pesat. Penggunaan teknologi pengolahan citra dan pembelajaran mesin telah membuka peluang baru dalam mengatasi tantangan klasifikasi objek berbasis citra, termasuk dalam mengidentifikasi jenis buah apel.Penggunaan metode K-Nearest Neighbor sudah banyak terbukti dalam klasifikasi berbagai jenis data termasuk citra. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan akan mencoba melakukan analisa dan mengklasifikasikan jenis apel dengan membaca extrasi fitur citra menggunakan library scikit-learn dalam bahasa pemrograman Python dengan pendekatan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor. Dataset yang akan diteli dalam klasifikasi digunakan 7 jenis apel yaitu Apple Braeburn, Apple Crimson Snow, Apple Golden, Apple Granny Smith, Apple Red , Apple Red Delicious, Apple Red Yellow. Dataset training yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 16404 citra, sedangkan data testing sebanyak 2134 citra apel.  Proses klasifikasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan extrasi fitur dari apel yang belum diketahui varietasnya dengan fitur-fitur dari apel yang telah diklasifikasikan sebelumnya.extrasi fiture yang akan dilakukan yaitu akan membandingkandan dari hasil extrasi fiture HVS, histogram dan RGB yang dipilih dengan nilai k genap. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 96,9 %, dengan nilai k=2 dan kriteria perhitungan jarak menggunakan extraksi fitur menggunakan RGB,HSV dan histogram. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan potensi penggunaan teknik pengolahan citra dalam mendukung identifikasi jenis apel secara otomatis, yang relevan dalam industri pertanian dan pengolahan makanan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan metode algoritma untuk klasifikasi yang lain serta memberikan dataset image dengan pencahayaan yang berbeda dengan menambah beberapa jenis apel  dan kombinasi parameter yang lebih banyak lagi agar dapat meningkatkan output hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan.   Abstract Apple types in Indonesia are increasingly diverse along with the rapid development of technology in the field of apple plantations. The use of image processing and machine learning technology has opened up new opportunities in overcoming the challenges of image-based object classification, including in identifying apple types. The use of the K-Nearest Neighbor method has been widely proven in the classification of various types of data including images. The research that will be conducted will try to analyze and classify apple types by reading image feature extraction using the scikit-learn library in the Python programming language with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm approach. The dataset that will be studied in the classification uses 7 types of apples, namely Apple Braeburn, Apple Crimson Snow, Apple Golden, Apple Granny Smith, Apple Red, Apple Red Delicious, Apple Red Yellow. The training dataset used in the study was 16404 images, while the testing data was 2134 apple images. The classification process is carried out by comparing feature extraction from apples whose varieties are unknown with features from apples that have been previously classified. The feature extraction that will be carried out is to compare and from the results of the HVS, histogram and RGB feature extraction selected with an even k value. The results of the research conducted produced the highest accuracy of 96.9%, with a value of k = 2 and the distance calculation criteria using feature extraction using RGB, HSV and histograms. This research is expected to provide the potential for using image processing techniques to support automatic identification of apple types, which are relevant in the agricultural and food processing industries. Further research is expected to be carried out by comparing algorithm methods for other classifications and providing image datasets with different lighting by adding several types of apples and more parameter combinations in order to increase the output of the research results that have been carried out.
