Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Avocado Betawi application in population administration services in DKI Jakarta, especially in terms of accessibility, service transparency, and government digital transformation policies. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study techniques, analyzed using the E-Government theory (Indrajit, 2006) and the Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989). The results of the study indicate that although this application is able to improve bureaucratic efficiency and transparency of public services, its implementation still faces technical obstacles such as uneven infrastructure, low digital literacy of the community, and limited socialization. The contribution of this study to political science lies in its understanding of the dynamics of government digital policies in public services and how e-government becomes an important instrument in building public trust and improving the quality of participatory and inclusive governance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas aplikasi Alpukat Betawi dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di DKI Jakarta, khususnya dalam aspek aksesibilitas, transparansi layanan, dan kebijakan transformasi digital pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi literatur, dianalisis menggunakan teori E-Government (Indrajit, 2006) dan Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi birokrasi dan transparansi pelayanan publik, implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan teknis seperti infrastruktur yang belum merata, rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, serta keterbatasan sosialisasi. Kontribusi penelitian ini bagi ilmu politik terletak pada pemahamannya terhadap dinamika kebijakan digital pemerintah dalam pelayanan publik dan bagaimana e-government menjadi instrumen penting dalam membangun kepercayaan publik serta meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan yang partisipatif dan inklusif. Abstract

Peran organisasi perempuan masih belum optimal dalam mendukung kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang terkait peningkatan kesetaraan gender di daerah. Pemerintah Kabupaten telah meningkatkan komitmen politik dalam upaya mengintegrasikan isu-isu gender berupa regulasi daerah dengan mensahkan peraturan daerah terkait pengarusutamaan gender. Melalui peraturan daerah ini Pemerintah Kabupaten berharap partisipasi aktif organisasi-organisasi wanita dalam mensukseskan program pembangunan responsif gender. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2023 tentang Pengarusutamaan Gender kepada Gabungan Organisasi Wanita Kabupaten Tangerang terkait peningkatan pemahaman kelompok-kelompok kepentingan perempuan terhadap program pembangunan responsif gender di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui seminar dan diskusi mendalam terkait substansi dan implikasi dari penetapan Perda PUG Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman atas peran dan kontribusi GOW dalam mendorong keberhasilan implementasi program pembangunan daerah responsif gender. Peningkatan pemahaman ini dapat diimplementasikan melalui kerja sama antara GOW dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang. Bentuk kerja sama dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, advokasi, fasilitasi, pertukaran informasi, monitoring dan akuntabilitas dalam pengimplementasian PUG di Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangdes) in Sleman Regency in realizing participatory development. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, the study examines the implementation of Musrenbangdes through a policy implementation approach, community participation theory, and the concept of participatory development. The analysis was conducted by examining the dynamics of the deliberation process, the involvement of actors, and the extent to which the Musrenbangdes mechanism was able to accommodate the aspirations of residents in village planning. The results of the study show that Musrenbangdes is quite effective in terms of transparency, information dissemination, and aspiration absorption, especially in villages with strong apparatus capacity and good use of information technology. In addition, most of the community's proposals were successfully integrated into planning documents such as the RKPDes and RPJMDes. However, the quality of meaningful participation still faces structural obstacles, including the dominance of local elites in the deliberation process, disparities in community capacity and literacy, and the weak role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in carrying out its representative and supervisory functions. Variations in effectiveness between villages are also influenced by social characteristics, local culture, leadership quality, and the ability of village facilitators to create an equitable discussion space. Overall, the study confirms that Musrenbangdes has a strategic role in strengthening participatory development in Sleman, but institutional capacity building, consistent transparency, strengthened oversight, and improved deliberation quality are needed to make the village planning process more inclusive, responsive, and accountable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas peran masyarakat adat dalam pembangunan Nagari Sulit Air serta menganalisis efektivitas kolaborasi antara pemerintah nagari dan lembaga adat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan. Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari posisi masyarakat adat sebagai aktor sentral dalam struktur sosial Minangkabau, khususnya melalui tiga prinsip tigo tungku sajarangan, yang menekankan bahwa pemerintah nagari, kaum adat, dan alim ulama harus berjalan bersama dalam menentukan arah pembangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap niniak mamak sebagai representasi lembaga adat, serta penguatan analisis melalui telaah literatur dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masyarakat adat berperan penting dalam pembangunan Nagari Sulit Air melalui musyawarah, gotong royong, dan dukungan perantau. Partisipasi mereka kuat karena legitimasi adat dan tanggung jawab moral, meskipun masih menghadapi hambatan seperti perbedaan pemahaman adat antar generasi dan keterbatasan SDM. Kolaborasi pemerintah nagari dan lembaga adat berjalan efektif karena adanya komunikasi, mekanisme penyelesaian masalah berjenjang, serta peran kepala adat atau niniak mamak sebagai mediator. Sinergi antara pemerintah nagari dan masyarakat adat menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan pembangunan di Nagari Sulit Air ini.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. In modern organizational environments, leadership has been recognized as a critical determinant of employee performance. Effective leadership fosters a supportive work environment, enhances intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and ultimately contributes to improved employee performance. Although numerous studies have explored the direct relationship between leadership and performance, few have rigorously assessed the mediating role of motivation using a large, representative sample. This study employed a quantitative approach using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and surveyed 100 employees from various departments of PT KLM Tangerang to test the hypothesized relationship. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression and mediation analyses. The results indicate that leadership style significantly influences motivation, which in turn positively influences employee performance. Furthermore, motivation partially mediates the relationship between leadership style and performance, suggesting that leadership practices foster higher motivation, which improves performance outcomes. These findings corroborate recent literature demonstrating consistent positive effects of leadership and motivation on performance. This study contributes to organizational behavior theory by providing empirical evidence on the mediating mechanisms of motivation and offers practical implications for human resource management. Organizations should prioritize leadership development programs and motivational strategies to strengthen employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic accounting ethics in the management of benefits for Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the Tegal Regency Education and Culture Office. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the management of benefits has been implemented based on the principles of accountability, transparency, and fairness, and is in line with the ethical values ​​of Islamic accounting, namely trustworthiness, honesty (mas'uliyah), and justice (al adl). However, there are still limitations in the apparatus' understanding of the concept of Islamic accounting ethics conceptually. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of public sector Islamic accounting studies as well as practical contributions to improving the quality of benefits management based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Tight competition in the footwear industry requires companies to carry out production processes effectively and efficiently. Good production management will have an impact on the quality of the products produced and the achievement of the company's production targets. The purpose of compiling this internship report is to study and analyze the shoe production process based on the operational management perspective at PT. XYZ. The benefits of the report discussed are as a direct means in the world of work and as evaluation material for the company. The FAJAR Internship Activity of the Sharia Business Management Study Program in 2025 was carried out at PT. XYZ in the production department. Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely direct observation of the production process, interviews with related parties, and documentation during the implementation of the internship activities. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the production process at PT. XYZ is divided into several stages, preparation of raw materials, cutting processes, pressing and trimming (hotpress), to quality control. The implementation of operational management has been quite successful with a clear division of tasks, but challenges remain, such as limited production time and coordination between departments. The conclusion of this internship report is that the implementation of operational management has supported the smooth running of production activities, although improvements are still needed. It is recommended that the company improve coordination between departments and conduct regular production process evaluations to improve process efficiency and product quality.
