Telah dilakukan penelitian di Kelurahan Lempuing, Kecamatan Ratu Agung, Kota Bengkulu dengan tujuan untuk melihat jenis batuan bawah permukaan dan struktur lapisan batuan dasar. Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan pada tiga titik VES dengan panjang bentangan 160 m menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas konfigurasi Schlumberger. Pengolahan data pada setiap titik VES dan pembuatan model penampang 2D diproses dengan bantuan software IPI2win. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan jenis batuan bawah permukaan adalah andesit, tufa, pasir, air tanah, granit, dan lempung. Kemudian ditemukan lapisan bedrock berjenis andesit dengan nilai resistivitas 588.1 – 1205 Ωm pada kedalaman 0.6441 – 1.865 m. Oleh karena itu, bangunan yang direkomendasikan di kawasan ini adalah bangunan lantai satu sampai lantai dua. Kata kunci: Bedrock, Geolistrik Resistivitas, Konfigurasi Schlumberger.

Konsep optimasi produktivitas karyawan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Kabupaten Bekasi bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi karyawan agar bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam menghadapi persaingan dan tuntutan tenaga kerja yang kompeten, organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi pelatihan berkelanjutan yang tidak hanya fokus pada keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kemampuan interpersonal, manajemen waktu, dan pemecahan masalah. Pendekatan ini melibatkan penilaian kebutuhan pelatihan yang spesifik untuk setiap posisi, guna memastikan relevansi materi yang diajarkan. Selain itu, metode pendampingan seperti mentoring dan coaching sangat penting dalam mendukung penerapan keterampilan baru. Melalui evaluasi berkala, organisasi dapat mengukur dampak pelatihan, melakukan perbaikan yang diperlukan, dan menciptakan budaya perbaikan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, optimasi produktivitas melalui pengembangan SDM yang tepat akan meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan teknologi Computer Numerical Control (CNC) dalam proses machining untuk meningkatkan presisi dan efisiensi. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana teknologi CNC dapat meningkatkan akurasi machining, mengurangi waktu produksi, dan meminimalkan kesalahan dibandingkan dengan metode machining tradisional. Metodologi penelitian meliputi analisis komprehensif penerapan CNC di berbagai sektor manufaktur, pengumpulan data melalui studi kasus, dan evaluasi kinerja menggunakan indikator kinerja utama (KPI) seperti toleransi presisi, waktu siklus, dan tingkat cacat. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam presisi machining dan efisiensi operasional dengan adopsi teknologi CNC. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas manfaat ekonomi dan operasional, termasuk pengurangan biaya tenaga kerja dan peningkatan kualitas produk. Kebaruan dari makalah ini terletak pada analisis mendetail dampak teknologi CNC terhadap usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat self-efficacy yang dimiliki siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu dua puluh satu siswa kelas X IPA di salah satu SMA di Kota Palembang. Instrumen tes untuk mengetahui gaya kognitif siswa menggunakan Matching Familiar Figure Test (MFFT). Instrumen non-tes self-efficacy menggunakan angket yang terdiri dari 28 butir pernyataan dengan 15 pernyataan positif dan 13 pernyataan negatif berdasarkan dimensi self-efficacy. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa SMA kelas X IPA yang bergaya kognitif impulsif memiliki tingkat self-efficacy sedang, kemudian sisanya siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif memiliki tingkat self-efficacy tinggi. Tidak terdapat siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif yang memiliki tingkat self-efficacy rendah. Dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif memiliki tingkat kepercayaan terhadap kemampuan di dalam dirinya terhadap proses pembelajaran matematika tergolong baik. Kemudian berdasarkan persentase dimensi self-efficacy diketahui bahwa siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif dengan tingkat self-efficacy tinggi maupun tingkat self-efficacy sedang memiliki keyakinan yang baik terhadap dirinya bahwa dapat menyelesaikan keberagaman tingkat kesulitan dari suatu permasalahan dan berani mengambil resiko. Namun, siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif kurang berhati-hati sehingga hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi hasil atau tingkat capaian siswa tersebut menjadi kurang maksimal.

Etnomatematika merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang mengaitkan unsur budaya dalam pembelajaran matematika. DI Indonesia beraneka ragam kebudayaan salah satunya yaitu dari makanan tradisional. Makanan tradisional merupakan budaya dimana di dalamnya terdapat unsur matematika. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek etnomatematika pada makanan tradisional masyarakat Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain etnografi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu tokoh pembuat makanan tradisional di Kabupaten Majalengka. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat aspek-aspek etnomatematika pada makanan tradisional. Pada aktivitas matematis diantaranya aktivitas counting (menghitung) meliputi alat dan bahan baku yang diperlukan untuk membuat opak, menentukan harga bahan baku, menentukan harga jual dan estimasi waktu yang diperlukan; measuring (mengukur) meliputi luas lahan yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan opak; designing (mendesain) meliputi mengetahui macam-macam bentuk pada opak, merancang macam-macam bentuk pada pembuatan opak dan cetakan yang digunakan pada pembuatan opak; playing (bermain) meliputi menentukan gerak tangan; dan explaining (menjelaskan) meliputi makna/filosofi dari pembutan opak. Pada produk yaitu opak terdapat unsur matematis secara geometris ditemukan bangun datar yaitu lingkaran.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the use of discussion methods on students' learning interest in PAI subjects in grade VIII SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede. The population in this study includes all grade VIII students of SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede consisting of 3 classes with a total of 95 students. This study used quantitative methods where the data collection process was carried out by distributing research questionnaires to 95 grade VIII students at SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede. The results showed that: (1) the use of discussion method obtained an average of 43.1 results showed that the use of discussion method in PAI subjects was included in the good category. (2) the interest in learning of grade VIII students obtained an average score of 39, this shows that the interest in learning of grade VIII students is included in the category of quite good. (3) the results of a simple linear regression test of 0.000 < 0.05 showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the use of the discussion method on the learning interest of grade VIII students at SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede, so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Therefore, if you want to increase the interest in learning students, one of the things that must be considered is the use of learning methods.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation on the morals of seventh grade students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor. The population in this study included all VII grade students of MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor consisting of 4 classes with a total of 115 students. This study uses quantitative methods where the data collection process is carried out by distributing research questionnaires to 53 seventh grade students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor. The results showed that: (1) the habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation obtained an average of 62 these results indicate that the habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation is included in the good category. (2) the morals of seventh grade students obtained an average score of 49, it shows that the morals of seventh grade students are included in the good category. (3) the results of the simple linear regression test 0.000 <0.05 show that there is a positive and significant effect of habituation of dhuha prayers in congregation on the morals of seventh grade students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore, if you want to shape students' morals for the better, one of the things that must be considered is the habituation of dhuha prayers in congregation.

The background of the problems in this study is that the learning method has not been maximized and the low interest in memorization methods, teaching methods that are not interesting, and classroom conditions that are not conducive. The formulation of this research problem is 1) how the influence of the memorization method on the subject of AlQur'an Hadith class XI IPS 6 in MAN 1 Bogor Regency, 2) how is the learning outcome in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith class XI IPS 6 in MAN 1 Bogor Regency, 3) whether there is an influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The framework of thinking in this study is variable X (method of memorizing the Qur'an, steps to use the memorization method, benefits of memorization, and advantages and disadvantages of the memorization method), variable Y (Judging from the results of the assessment of memorization scores for the odd semester of the 2023-2024 school year). This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the research conducted at MAN 1 Bogor Regency are known that there is a correlation of the influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students. This is evidenced by a correlation test with a tcal value of 17.162 greater than the ttable at a significant level of 5%, namely 2.048 (17.162>2.048). The results of the calculation of the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.913 which showed that the influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith was 91.3%, while the remaining 8.7% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. The significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that the influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Bogor Regency is acceptable.

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the open-ended approach affects the achievement of students' mathematical understanding ability in vocational high schools (SMK). The method used was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design, in which two groups of students (experimental group and control group) were compared based on test results before and after treatment. The research sample consisted of 72 students who were selected by intact group (based on the class that had been formed) to minimize disruption to teaching and learning activities at school. This sampling was done by considering the real conditions in the field so as not to disrupt the existing learning schedule and class structure. The research data was obtained through a description test consisting of three questions, with a maximum score of 12 for each question. Data analysis was conducted in two stages: first, a normality test to check data distribution, and second, a mean difference test using the Mann-Whitney U test because the data were not normally distributed. The results showed that the group of students taught with the open-ended approach had better mathematical understanding achievement than the group that received direct learning. This finding indicates that the open-ended approach is effective in promoting mathematical conceptual understanding through independent exploration.

Church community development programs play a crucial role in building strong faith foundations and facilitating both personal and communal transformation. This study explores how such programs can serve as vehicles for individual spiritual growth and the strengthening of congregational identity and solidarity. Using a literature review and theological practical analysis, this research finds that church formation is not only intrapersonal but also intersocial, creating a dynamic and relevant faith ecosystem amidst modern challenges. The findings highlight the need to integrate doctrinal, relational, and service oriented dimensions in church formation to effectively respond to fragmented faith and social disengagement among congregants. This study contributes novelty by presenting a holistic formation model that combines theological, psychological, and social aspects within the context of local Indonesian churches.
