Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction among ShopeePay users on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The background of this research is based on the decline of ShopeePay's ranking as the most recommended digital wallet in 2023. Methodology: This research adopts a quantitative approach using an explanatory research method. The sample consists of 385 active ShopeePay users, collected through an online questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS software. Results: The results indicate that both service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affects customer loyalty Findings: These findings suggest that improving service quality and implementing effective promotional strategies can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty toward ShopeePay. Novelty: This research contributes to marketing by focusing on the quality of service and promotion of ShopeePay users in Indonesia, on Shopee e-commerce. Originality: This research is original and focuses on the use of ShopeePay in Indonesia, particularly in relation to the Shopee e-commerce platform. Conclusion: This study recommends prioritizing effective ShopeeCare and Home Care service quality to ensure consumers experience security and convenience when transacting using ShopeePay. The study also recommends effective promotional strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty to ShopeePay. Type of Paper: research papers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concepts of leadership and Islamic educational policy and their relationship to improving the quality of education. The study employed a qualitative approach with library research, drawing on relevant books, scientific journals, and official documents. Data collection was conducted through documentation studies, while data analysis employed content analysis. The results indicate that Islamic educational leadership is a key factor in the success of educational institutions. Leadership is not only defined as the ability to influence and direct, but also as a mandate that carries moral and spiritual responsibility. Furthermore, Islamic educational policy serves as a strategic instrument in directing the implementation of education to align with established goals. This policy is not merely administrative in nature but also embodies normative Islamic values ​​oriented toward the development of character, spirituality, and intellectual development of students. Leadership and Islamic educational policy have a complementary relationship. Effective leadership will result in appropriate and implementable policies, while good policies require strong leadership to ensure optimal implementation. Therefore, strengthening leadership and developing adaptive and sustainable Islamic educational policies are crucial steps in realizing quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dipilih secara purposive dari unsur pimpinan dan pegawai yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia telah dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, dan peningkatan keterampilan kerja. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi, profesionalisme, serta kinerja pegawai. Namun demikian, pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya optimal karena masih dihadapkan pada kendala tingkat pendidikan pegawai yang relatif rendah dan keterbatasan sarana pendukung kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, terencana, dan didukung fasilitas yang memadai agar mampu meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dan kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

The Takhrij method is used to trace the original source of a hadith and verify its authenticity. The aim of this study is to explain the meaning and use of takhrij hadith, the takhrij method in hadith books, and the verification of the quality of hadith sanad and matan. The study employed a literature review approach, examining various hadith books and related scientific sources on takhrij. The results of this study show that the takhrij process can be carried out using several reference books such as Al-Jami’ al-Shaghir, Al-Mu’jam al-Mufahras li Alfazh al-Hadith, Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Miftah Kunuz as-Sunnah, which have different search systems. Sanad verification is carried out through the analysis of ittisal al-sanad, ‘adl, dabit, syaz, and ‘illat to ensure the validity of the hadith’s transmission chain. Verification of the matan is performed by evaluating the consistency of the hadith with the Qur'an, stronger hadiths, common sense, historical facts, and the linguistic characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, takhrij plays a vital role in maintaining the authenticity of hadiths and the purity of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The implementation of a good and appropriate school culture will have a significant impact on student learning activities and can also motivate teachers to work more effectively and efficiently to achieve good teacher performance. This research uses a literature-based approach, utilizing data derived from scientific publications, articles, and previous research, such as relevant theses. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview and analysis of the relationship between school culture and school climate. The research aims to explore indicators and techniques to foster a positive culture in schools, as well as the role of leadership in improving educational outcomes through culture-building efforts. The research findings show that school culture refers to the overall quality of school life, which develops and grows through the embodiment of certain values and collective spirit within the school. An optimal school climate and culture is defined as the establishment of a safe, pleasant and well-organized learning environment to facilitate effective learning. Markers of a positive school culture and climate include a strong sense of loyalty, the establishment of a safe and pleasant school environment, and the cultivation of a deep sense of belonging among all members of the school community. In addition, when a school develops an appropriate culture and atmosphere, students will feel at ease, feel safe and exhibit a favorable attitude towards their educational institution.
