Abstract

General Background : This study is grounded in the importance of psychological and social factors in determining students' academic success. Specific Background : The focus is to analyze the relationship between students' perceptions of the peer environment and learning motivation on the science learning outcomes of 8th-grade students at SMPN 1 Prambon. Knowledge Gap : Although previous studies have identified this relationship, an in-depth analysis within a specific context is needed to reveal potentially differing findings. Aims : This research aims to quantitatively describe the relationships among these variables. Results : The findings show a positive relationship between the peer environment and learning motivation with students’ learning outcomes. Novelty : The novelty of this study lies in the finding that students' perceptions of the peer environment do not entirely influence learning outcomes, which contradicts previous theories and suggests other, more dominant factors may be at play. Implications : These findings carry important implications for educators to consider other factors and design more comprehensive learning strategies, providing a basis for further research. Highlights : This research analyzes the relationship between peer environment, learning motivation, and science learning outcomes. The study used an ex-post facto method with a sample of 169 eighth-grade students. The results show a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes, but the peer environment's influence is not as direct as some theories suggest. Abstract

Background: The low student learning outcomes in science subjects are influenced by both internal and external factors. Student perceptions of teaching styles and learning motivation are crucial external and internal factors, respectively. Aims: This study aims to determine the relationship between student perceptions of teacher teaching styles and learning motivation on cognitive learning outcomes in seventh-grade science at SMP Negeri 1 Bangil. Methods: An ex-post facto correlational design was used with a population of 360 students and a sample of 186 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear regression with SPSS-25. Results: The study found a positive and significant relationship between student motivation and cognitive learning outcomes. While student perception of teacher teaching styles showed a relationship with cognitive learning outcomes, the results of the hypothesis test show a contradiction between the partial and simultaneous findings, where perception of teaching styles was not found to have a significant partial effect but had a significant simultaneous effect when combined with learning motivation. Novelty: This study provides unique insights into the relationship between teaching style perception, motivation, and learning outcomes within the specific context of a junior high school in Bangil, highlighting the need for teachers to develop engaging and motivating learning strategies. Implications: The findings suggest that teachers should develop engaging and motivating teaching strategies to improve student learning outcomes. Future research is needed to explore other factors influencing learning outcomes to provide a more comprehensive understanding. Highlights : The study found a positive and significant relationship between student motivation and cognitive learning outcomes. Student perceptions of teaching styles did not have a significant partial effect on learning outcomes. However, when combined with motivation, perceptions of teaching styles had a significant simultaneous effect on learning outcomes. Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of education. The leadership of Islamic education is no exception, which faces challenges as well as opportunities in carrying out its role in the midst of digitalization. The aim of this research is to describe the Transformation of Islamic Education Leadership, Challenges for Islamic Education Leadership and Opportunities for Islamic Education Leadership in the Digital Era. This research uses an approach literature review. The data source for this research comes from Google Scholar, ChatGPT, You.com, Copilot and Educational Management journal database. The data analysis technique uses thematic analysis to examine the relationships and implications of the findings. The results of the analysis are then synthesized and interpreted to draw conclusions. The results of this research explain that Islamic education leaders must be able to integrate digital technology with the curriculum, maintain Islamic values, handle the digital divide and overcome resistance to change. Apart from that, infrastructure development and continuous training for educators are important to ensure the success of the transformation. The digital era also offers great opportunities to expand the reach and improve the quality of Islamic education, through access to resources, distance learning, international collaboration, use of social media, e-learning platforms, data analysis and artificial intelligence. So visionary and adaptive Islamic education leadership is needed to take advantage of opportunities and create an Islamic education system that is inclusive, effective and relevant.

Abstract

Sparing is a remote monitoring tool (telemetry) and is carried out in real-time via various different devices, as well as storing and displaying it on many device options. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, which aims to present data related to the research object. The data sources used in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. Where primary data is obtained from direct observation and measurements regarding pH values, Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) metal content. Secondary data was obtained through literature relevant to the research and documentation during the research. The results obtained in May 2022 were 31.0 and 32.2 mg/l, in November 2022 upstream and downstream, namely 19 and 26.8 mg/l. Meanwhile, the pH value of the water in May 2022 in the upstream river still met The quality book is 6.03, while the pH value in the upstream and downstream rivers is 7.3 and 7.1, while in November 2022 the upstream and downstream pH will be 6.43 and 7.11. The iron (Fe) and manganese content is also relatively small both upstream and downstream, namely in May 0.323 and 0.284 mg/l and in November 2022 0.612 and 0.124. Meanwhile, the results of the river pollution capacity are TSS on the Kungkilan River, namely (28.89 - 36.13 mg/L) and the Lematang River, namely (27.00 - 30.25 mg/L).

Abstract

Leadership is the main foundation in management in the field of education. Through educational leadership, the goals will be achieved and realized. This study focuses on the essence of leadership in Islamic education which includes the meaning, basic concepts and characteristics that must exist in Islamic educational leadership. As a leader, one must understand conceptually and the nature of his leadership, so that the main things always color his policies on an Islamic basis and in accordance with educational goals. This is considered important, because the progress and decline of the quality of education, greatly depends on the extent to which a leader can carry out his duties and leadership roles effectively and efficiently. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach by collecting data through books, documents, magazines and so on. Through this study, it was revealed that the main role model in Islamic educational leadership is the Prophet Muhammad SAW. proven by his success in preaching spreading Islam on earth, so that leadership in Islamic education needs to have his main characteristics, namely shidiq, amanah, tablig, and fathonah. ABSTRAKKepemimpinan merupakan pondasi pokok dalam manajemen dalam bidang pendidikan. Melalui kepemimpinan pendidikan tujuan dari akan dicapai dan diwujudkan. Penelitian ini fokus pada esensi kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan islam yang meliputi makna, konsep dasar dan karakteristik yang harus ada pada kepemimpinan pendidikan islam. Sebagai seorang pemimpin harus memahami secara konseptual dan hakikat dari kepemimpinannya, sehingga hal-hal pokok selalu mewarnai kebijakannya atas dasar islami dan sesuai tujuan pendidikan. Hal ini dipandang penting, sebab maju dan mundurnya kualitas pendidikan, sangat tergantung kepada sejauhmana seorang pemimpin dapat menjalankan tugas dan peran kepemimpinanya secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research dengan pengumpulan data melaui buku, dokumen, majalah dan sebagainya. Melalui penelitian tersebut terungkap bahwa sosok panutan utama dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan islam adalah nabi Muhammad saw. terbukti dengan keberhasilan dalam dakwahnya menyebarkan agama islam dimuka bumi, sehingga kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan islam perlu memiliki sifat utama beliau yakni shidiq, amanah, tablig, dan fathonah.

Abstract

Performance assessment of madrasah principals is important to be carried out as a form of evaluation so that it can foster the seriousness of madrasah principals to improve the quality of performance, quality of service, and other progressive efforts. The research has a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study. The research data were collected using interview techniques, as well as documentation, and then analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that madrasah supervisors in the Blitar district conducted annual and four-year performance assessments of madrasah principals. The assessment starts from the preparation stage by providing instruments and media for uploading documents to madrasah principals, the implementation stage with document verification and madrasah visits, at the reporting stage, the assessment results are given to the head of the madrasah education section at the District Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and the Head of Madrasah Education Division at the Provincial Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. Cooperation by all parties in the madrasah will greatly help the assessment process run smoothly, but in its implementation, there are also inhibiting factors such as lack of resources, lack of understanding of the assessment criteria, and the number of madrasahs supervised by one madrasah supervisor.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi memaksa semua lapisan masyarakat untuk beradaptasi dengan tuntutan pekerjaan yang terus bertambah. Bagi Generasi Z, kesiapan kerja sangat krusial untuk bersaing di era yang kompetitif, mereka harus memenuhi standar kompetensi pasar tenaga kerja agar diakui sebagai aset berharga perusahaan. Penelitian ini meneliti apakah ekspektasi karier, efikasi diri, dan motivasi kerja memengaruhi kesiapan kerja Generasi Z di Bandar Lampung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, dengan purposive sampling untuk memilih 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang didistribusikan melalui media sosial dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 27. Metode analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik, dan hipotesis. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial ekspektasi karier tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja, sementara efikasi diri dan motivasi kerja memengaruhi kesiapan kerja. Namun secara simultan, ketiga faktor ini memberikan pengaruh positif dengan tingkat kekuatan sedang terhadap kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini berada dalam fase bonus demografi, di mana sebanyak 69,3% dari total populasi sebesar 275,36 juta jiwa berada dalam usia produktif. Kondisi ini dapat menjadi potensi yang menguntungkan maupun tantangan bagi masa depan bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention di kalangan generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode nonprobability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling, serta menjadikan generasi Z sebagai objek penelitian. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Cochran dan diperoleh jumlah 100 responden. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian data dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif serta melalui regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 27.0. Teknik analisis yang digunakan mencakup pengujian instrumen serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention generasi Z, serta secara parsial masing-masing variabel juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat generasi Z untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rebranding dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen Mako Cake and Bakery. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis explanatory research, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mako Cake and Bakery. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 385 responden yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik rebranding maupun kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun, loyalitas hanya dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh rebranding dan kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas produk secara tidak langsung memengaruhi loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa rebranding memainkan peran pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap loyalitas, daripada kualitas produk, yang hanya secara tidak langsung memengaruhi loyalitas melalui dampaknya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur perilaku konsumen dan peran rebranding serta kualitas produk dalam loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen, khususnya pada industri roti. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar bisnis memprioritaskan rebranding yang efektif dan menjaga kualitas produk, untuk memastikan pengalaman berbelanja yang positif dan meningkatkan loyalitas.

Abstract

Islamic Educational Institutions (LPI) in Indonesia play a strategic role in shaping a generation of faithful, knowledgeable, and virtuous Muslims. However, in the era of globalization and digitalization, LPI faces multidimensional challenges such as human resource quality, leadership issues, and adaptation to technological advances. This study aims to analyze the implementation of transformational leadership in the context of Islamic education as a strategy to drive sustainable institutional transformation. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative analysis of the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that transformational leadership, based on Islamic values ​​such as uswatun hasanah and fastabiqul khairat, plays a significant role in improving academic quality, building Islamic character, and strengthening institutional adaptation to technology and globalization. Effective leadership is characterized by four main dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Furthermore, the transformation of leadership intelligence—including intellectual, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and digital intelligence—is key to strengthening LPI's competitiveness in the era of disruption. The research findings confirm that the success of the transformation of Islamic educational institutions is largely determined by a leadership mindset that is oriented towards responsibility, service, and trust, rather than power and honor.
