Abstract

Implementasi komunitas praktisi di Gugus Galaksi belum berjalan efektif  saat ini maka penting untuk diidentifikasi penyebabnya dan dicari solusi yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Komunitas Praktisi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di Gugus Galaksi, antara lain meningkatkan (1) kolaborasi dan berbagi pengetahuan antar anggota komunitas (2) kualitas praktik dan kinerja anggota komunitas, (3)  profesionalisme anggota komunitas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru yang berada di sekolah dasar di gugus Galaksi Kecamatan Jatinegara Kabupaten Tegal yang terdiri dari 10 sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kolaborasi dan berbagi pengetahuan antar anggota komunitas gugus Galaksi membawa banyak manfaat positif, baik bagi guru, siswa, maupun sekolah. Poin penting yang dapat disimpulkan antara lain meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, membangun komunitas profesional, meningkatkan motivasi guru dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, (2) Kualitas praktik dan kinerja anggota komunitas gugus Galaksi mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dipengaruhi  beberapa faktor antara lain kompetensi guru yang baik dalam bidang pedagogi, materi pelajaran, dan keterampilan mengajar akan menghasilkan praktik dan kinerja yang lebih berkualitas, guru yang memiliki motivasi dan semangat yang tinggi untuk mengajar akan lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam menerapkan praktik-praktik terbaik dalam pembelajaran, (3) Profesionalisme anggota komunitas gugus Galaksi antara lain memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan etika yang mumpuni untuk mengajar secara efektif dan membantu siswa mencapai potensi terbaik, menjadi teladan bagi siswa dan membantu guru mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral dan karakter yang baik, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman, dan supportive bagi semua siswa.

Abstract

The research objective is to investigate the urgency, impact, efforts, and challenges in integrating digital technology in education in Indonesia, with a focus on improving the quality of learning, reducing gaps in educational access, and preparing students to face a future integrated with technology. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with 171,000 articles from Scopus, ERIC and Google Scholar sources (2018-2024 period), using the keyword "digital technology in education". Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to select 10 high-quality articles relevant to the research topic. The data analysis stage involved narrative synthesis of the 10 articles, reflecting the urgency of digital technology in improving the quality and effectiveness of education. The result of this work is that the use of digital technology in education is important and urgent to prepare the young generation to face the challenges of a digitalized future. E-learning, integration of ICT and AI, and digitalization of education improve the quality of learning and student experience. Digital literacy, digital learning media, and the role of technology in the teaching and learning process are important focuses. The integration of digital technology creates inclusive, dynamic and adaptive learning. Novelty provides an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities in implementing digital technology in education in Indonesia, with a focus on remote areas and limited infrastructure. The implications of digital technology are expanding access.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh usia terhadap pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Riung. 2. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh pengalaman terhadap pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Riung. 3. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh jumlah ikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Riung. 4 Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh modal terhadap pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Riung. 5 Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh harga terhadap pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Riung. 6. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh variasi ikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Riung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian Ini Di Lakukan Di Pasar Riung Kabupaten Ngada. Penelitian menggunakan Teknik probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple rendom sampling. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan rumus slovin dan tingkat kesalahan 5% dari populasi sebanyak 108 pedagang ikan, bahwa jumlah sampel yang mewakili keseluruhan populasi adalah sebanyak 85 pedagang ikan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner, Dokumentasi dan Observasi. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dan Uji Regresi diperoleh hasil : 1. Usia pedagang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. 2. Pengalaman berjualan juga berpengaruh secara signifikan. 2. Jumlah ikan yang dijual memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap pendapatan pedagang. 3. Modal usaha berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. 4. Harga jual ikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan. 5. Variasi jenis ikan juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Approximately 2,500 newborns are born with thalassemia annually in Indonesia. Premarital screening can help avoid thalassemia. Health behavior is expected to be influenced by individual views about the disease, and nurses can affect health beliefs by serving as a model for the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the association between nursing students' attitudes toward thalassemia screening and their health beliefs as future nurses. In July 2025, a cross-sectional survey of 122 respondents, was conducted among participants aged 18 to 24. Simple random sampling was used to choose the sample. A questionnaire that the researcher had been tested for validity and reliability was used to gauge screening attitudes and health beliefs. The Pearson correlation test was then used to examine the data statistically. Of the respondents, only 24.59% had undertaken initial screening with Hb examination, and the majority (75.41%) had never done so. The results showed a significant relationship between health beliefs and attitudes toward thalassemia screening (p-value 0.001). In the future, developing a thalassemia screening education program based on culture and health beliefs is necessary to increase participation in thalassemia screening. Nurses should be trained to develop educational programs based on health beliefs to maximize their ability to provide interventions for at-risk groups.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth and development disorder in children due to chronic malnutrition and repeated infections, characterized by a length or height below the standard. Based on an initial survey conducted in Petajen village, there were 55 toddlers experiencing nutritional problems of wasting and stunting. Lack of knowledge regarding diverse food consumption is one indicator of the cause of nutritional problems in toddlers in Petajen village. The potential of local resources such as catfish and tempeh is quite abundant, but has not been utilized optimally to increase the added value of food products. The purpose of this activity is to provide nutritious food education to PKK mothers through counseling and the formation of independent nutritious food cadres. The method used in this community service is training and mentoring in making catfish and tempeh biscuits. The result of this activity is biscuits made from catfish and tempeh which are expected to be one of the nutritious food choices to overcome nutritional problems and encourage community self-reliance for initial small-scale production. Based on the results of the implementation of Community-Based Empowerment, the characteristics of respondents are known that of the 11 respondents, the majority are in late adulthood (45.4%), some respondents have a high school education (54.5%). There was a very significant increase in knowledge after the training was given. Before the training, the average correct answer of participants was only 33.3%. After the training, the average correct answer increased to 87.5%, which reflects a 54.2% increase in knowledge. The formation of a Household-Based Small Business Group, training participants formed a small group that agreed to continue the production of patin fish biscuits and tempeh as a local superior product. This group began to design simple marketing strategies, such as sales in the surrounding environment, integrated health posts (posyandu), and village activities

Abstract

Carrying out community service is one of the Tridharma of Higher Education which must be carried out by lecturers and students. Joining the Teaching Volunteer Team, lecturers and students of FKIP Suryakancana University carried out Tridharma activities in restoring student learning motivation after the earthquake. It is not an easy thing to restore the motivation of students after the earthquake, this is because some of the survivors and injured victims are traumatized so that their mental and psychological conditions are disturbed. This includes children who are a vulnerable group affected by the earthquake in Cianjur Regency. To improve learning motivation for students can also be done by integrating the learning process by playing and using the media as an attraction for students. This service activity was carried out to describe the implementation of learning activities in three villages affected by the gemba disaster in Cianjur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adanya instrumen khusus yang dapat dugunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan belajar matematika pada materi perkalian terutama di SDN 12 Langkai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat validitas teoretis instrumen kesulitan belajar matematika pada materi perkalian, (2) mengetahui tingkat validitas empiris instrumen, (3) mengetahui tingkat reliabilitas instrumen, dan (4) mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan instrumen bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sumber data terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli evaluasi, serta siswa kelas IV SDN 12 Langkai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan validasi ahli, uji coba instrumen, serta penilaian kepraktisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) validitas teoretis berada pada kategori sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 3,4, (2) validitas empiris menghasilkan 26 butir valid pada uji coba terbatas maupun diperluas, (3) reliabilitas berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan koefisien 0,89 pada uji terbatas dan 0,86 pada uji diperluas, dan (4) kepraktisan berada pada kategori praktis dengan skor rata-rata 39,5. Instrumen ini direkomendasikan sebagai alat identifikasi kesulitan belajar perkalian untuk mendukung perbaikan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a determinant of everything related to development resources such as poor nutrition for children, especially children, so that it can reduce the potential of community development resources. Human resources are the Human Development Index (HDI) which has three main factors that are most important, namely, education, health and economy. These three factors are closely related to the nutritional status of the community. The prevalence of obesity in Jambi Province according to Riskesdas 2018 is 19.83%. The population in this study were 148 female adolescents at the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City., with a sample size of 67 female studentsThe sample was selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique.This test is used to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables with a 95% significance level. If the p-value is ≤ 0.05, it indicates a significant relationship. This research was conducted from September 2024 to July 2025, the location of this research was the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City.The results of the initial survey in August 2024 at the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School through direct interviews with 10 young women, 7 of whom had symptoms of anemia such as lack of concentration while studying, fatigue, shortness of breath and a pale face. Knowing the Description of Eating Patterns with the Incident of Young Women at the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City. The results showed that 45 respondents (52.2%) experienced malnutrition, while 32 respondents (47%) had good nutritional status. This indicates that there is a problem of malnutrition among young women at the AS'AD Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City. The description of eating patterns shows that respondents have a good diet, namely 7 female students (9%), while 71 (98%) respondents have a poor diet. The results of statistical tests using the Chi-square test showed a significant relationship between eating patterns and nutritional status in adolescents (p-value <0.05). This means that the worse a teenager's diet, the greater the likelihood of experiencing malnutrition. There is a problem of malnutrition among adolescent girls at the AS'AD Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City. The eating patterns of these adolescent girls are considered good.

Abstract

Lack of iron intake can cause anemia in adolescents. Adolescent girls are at higher risk of developing anemia due to their physical growth, reproductive maturation, and cognitive transformation, which require high iron requirements. Some adolescent girls reported experiencing menstrual pain, one had not yet menstruated, and another looked pale. This condition is feared to impact the health of adolescent girls, especially their reproductive system, in the future. If an adolescent suffers from anemia, she will usually experience dysmenorrhea during menstruation. The purpose of this activity is to increase adolescent girls' knowledge of the importance of consuming healthy foods to prevent dysmenorrhea and anemia. The lack of adequate nutrition for the body during a period of rapid growth and development, along with the impacts that will occur on adolescent girls, is one of the reasons for the author to take preventive measures in the form of Health Education with the theme Healthy food to prevent dysmenorrhea and anemia in adolescent girls at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City. The activity was carried out face-to-face with participants, aiming to increase adolescent girls' knowledge about the importance of healthy and appropriate foods for adolescent girls to prevent dysmenorrhea and anemia. The results showed an increase in the knowledge of young women with an increase in the average score of 37.5 from the average pre-test score of 32.4 to an average post-test score of 70. The activity was carried out for 6 months from March to August 2024 at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City.

Abstract

Hospital nutrition services are crucial for supporting the recovery of inpatients, but a common problem is the amount of food waste left by patients. This study aimed to determine the relationship between patient characteristics (gender, age) and food acceptability with food waste at Mayjen H.A. Thalib Regional General Hospital, Sungai Penuh City. This descriptive quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach involved 43 patients selected using total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, checklists, and the Comstock scale for measuring food waste. Analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test, conducted from May 15 to June 11, 2025. Results showed that the majority of respondents were female (55.8%), with most in the early elderly category (46.5%). Most respondents had fair food acceptability (48.8%), and the majority left large amounts of food waste (74.4%). Analysis revealed that patient characteristics such as gender (p=0.423) and age (p=0.472) had no significant relationship with food waste. However, food acceptability had a significant relationship with food waste (p<0.000), indicating that better food acceptability resulted in less food waste
