Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dirancang untuk menanamkan karakter mandiri, kreatif, dan peduli terhadap lingkungan. Salah satu bentuk implementasi P5 adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan Ecoprint bagi siswa kelas V SDN 056001 Karang Rejo. Ecoprint merupakan teknik cetak alami yang memanfaatkan daun dan bahan organik lainnya untuk menciptakan motif pada kain. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap lingkungan, menumbuhkan kreativitas, dan mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung dan evaluasi hasil karya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap teknik Ecoprint serta meningkatkan minat siswa dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan melalui seni tekstil berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Para penerjemah teks akademik kerap kali memainkan peranan penting sebagai jembatan untuk menyebarluaskan temuan dan hasil pemikiran para akademisi. Oleh karenanya, penerjemahan harus menjunjung tinggi accuracy, equivalency and acceptability. Kegiatan ini merupakan pelatihan penerjemahan yang diberikan kepada Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP Al Maksum Langkat. Khususnya pada semester 5 dengan menerapkan teori dan praktek dalam pelaksanaanya. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan ditemukan bahwa adanya respon positif yang ditandai dengan keaktifan rata-rata peserta latih sebesar 76.4%, peningkatan kemampuan penerjemahan peserta latih rata-rata sebesar 33.3%, dan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari peserta latih yakni sebesar 95%. Pasca pelatihan, diharapkan adanya sesi praktik tambahan atau proyek kelompok pasca pelatihan dan dibentuknya biro penerjemahan yang membuka peluang kerja dan magang bagi peserta, dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka, serta membantu perguruan tinggi menstandardkan kualitas hasil penerjemahan terutama pada abstrak skripsi seluruh mahasiswa STKIP Al Maksum.

Abstract

Pregnant women are easily suffered from nutritional problems, especially cronic energy deficiency. It is signed by the upper arm circumference value that is <23,5 cm. one of the waysto overcome this problem is by controlling the nutrition and suplementary feeding intakes. Using quantitative methodology with cross-sectional design, this study was cunducted in a public health center in Muara Tebo in agustus 2022. The sample were 33 people. Abstract

The times and globalization have affected the consumption patterns of adolescents, especially in terms of junk food, which can have an impact on their nutritional status. This study aims to determine the description of junk food consumption patterns and overweight nutritional status in adolescents at SMK N 1 Jambi City. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a sample of 87 students in grades X and XI, who were selected using proportional sampling technique based on the Lameshow formula. Data collection was done through Food Frequency Questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data analysis used univariate analysis method. The results showed that the majority of respondents (56.3%) had “good” junk food consumption patterns, while 43.7% were categorized as “not good”. Nutritional status showed 80.5% of students were not overweight, while 19.5% were overweight. Although most of the respondents had good junk food consumption patterns and normal nutritional status, there was still a proportion of respondents with unfavourable junk food consumption patterns and the prevalence of overweight that needs attention.

Abstract

Anemia and menstrual cycle irregularities are common health problems experienced by adolescent girls, especially in developing countries. This study aimed to evaluate the nutritional status, prevalence of anemia, and menstrual cycle irregularities among adolescent girls at SMA N 8 Jambi City. This study used a descriptive survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 67 adolescent girls selected through purposive random sampling technique. The results showed a high prevalence of anemia and menstrual cycle irregularities among adolescent girls. Anemia and menstrual cycle irregularities are significant health issues in SMA N 8 Jambi City, with factors such as unbalanced diet, lack of iron intake, and stress affecting these conditions. Comprehensive interventions are needed to improve the nutritional status and reproductive health of adolescent girls. Suggested efforts include the implementation of a comprehensive nutrition education program, provision of nutritious food choices in the school canteen, routine iron supplementation programs, and periodic health checks. Parental participation is also important in improving the nutritional status and reproductive health of their children.

Abstract

One of the causes of nutritional problems in adolescents can be caused by breakfast habits. A good breakfast pattern will affect the child's nutrition. Breakfast is a human need that should be done regularly every morning, for nutritional needs and brain development and to avoid the risk of malnutrition and obesity. WHO 2016 with the category of undernourished girls 8.4% and boys 12.4, Riskesdas 2018 prevalence of nutritional status of adolescents 13-15 years very thin 2.1% and thin 5.5%. The Jambi City Health Office in 2022, the working area of Koni Community Health Centre at the junior high school level with 444 cases experiencing malnutrition, the aim of this study was to describe the breakfast habits and the incidence of malnutrition in adolescent girls at SMP N 2 Jambi City. This type of research is descriptive research, data collection by distributing questionnaires and measuring nutritional status. The sample size was 58 adolescents. Data analysis was done using univariate analysis. The results showed that the percentage of breakfast habits of adolescent girls at SMPN 2 Jambi City with good habits was 56.9% and not good as much as 43.1%. The description of the incidence of malnutrition with malnutrition status as much as (31%) and not malnutrition as much as (69%). It can be concluded that most adolescent girls already have good breakfast habits and most have a nutritional status that is not malnourished. For those adolescents who still have bad breakfast habits, it is recommended that they get used to it, as it can have an impact on the health level of these adolescents.

Abstract

Pumpkins has advantages when chosen as a processed food ingredient, including : complete nutrition, as a natural coloring and high productivity. The nutrients contained in quining pumpkin are carbohydrate, sveral types of vitamins (A,C, B3, B6, K, niacin, thiamine and riboflavin), dietary fiber such as : pektin, β-karoten, tokoferol and several types of minerals. The β-karoten content in quining pumpkin can also replace the use of coloring (methanil yellow) in the noodle making process. Therefore, pumpkin is a nutritional source with great potential to be developed as an alternative raw material to substitute wheat flour in making various types of noodles including dry noodles.This study uses an experimental research method with the type of RAL which consists of four pumpkin addition treatments namely 0%, 20%, 25% and 30%. This research aims to detrmine the effect of adding pumpkin on chemical characteristics and organoleptic quality of dry noodles. The organoleptic test was carried out by 30 panelists then the organoleptik test result will be analyzed using SPSS One-way ANOVA and Tukey’s test. The results showed that the addition of pumpkin significaly affected organoleptic quality which included color, tekture, taste, overall acceptance, protein content, carbohydrate content, but the water content has no real effect on dried noodles. The nest treatment of study was P4 (100% flour : 30% addition pumpkin) with characteristics of color 4.73 (likes), texture 3.76 (likes), aroma 3.70 (likes), taste 3.96 (likes) with protein content 10.03% bb, carbohydrate content 73.61% bb, and water content 14.01%. In this research, it can be concluded that the addition of pumpkin has a significant effect on the acceptability of the aroma and texture of dry noodles and has no real effect on the aroma and taste of the dry noodles produced, while the nutritional content of dry noodles meets SNI 8217-2015 standards.

Abstract

Nutritional status is the determinant of everything related to nutritional resources. Development resources such as poor nutrition, especially for children, which can reduce the potential of community development resources. Human resources are the Human Development Index (HDI) which has three main factors that are most important, namely education, health and economy. These three factors are closely related to the nutritional status of the community. The results of the 2018 Riskesdas, the prevalence of obesity in Indonesia was 21.8% at 34.1%, the highest in North Sulawesi (30.2%%), while the lowest in East Nusa Tenggara was (10.3. The prevalence of obesity in Jambi Province according to the 2018 Riskesdas was 19.83%. Eating patterns show the culture, habits and beliefs of a particular community group. This causes one group to be different from another group. The population in this study were 265 female students at the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, with a sample size of 80 female students. The results of the initial survey in August 2023 at the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School through direct interviews with 10 female students, 7 of whom had symptoms of anemia such as lack of concentration while studying, fatigue, shortness of breath and a pale face. looks paleKnowing the Picture of Eating Patterns with the Incident of Adolescent Girls at the Sa'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City. the majority of respondents were 16 years old with the number of respondents being 34 female students (50.7%). The majority of respondents were in grade XI with the number of respondents being 35 female students (52.3%). There were 35 respondents (52.2%) experiencing poor nutritional status, while respondents who had good nutritional status were 32 respondents (47%). most respondents had a good diet, namely 41 female students (61.2%).

Abstract

Adolescents are defined as young people aged 10-19 years.   Adolescents experience rapid growth and development, and are included in a group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems, so they need to get the attention of many parties. This increasing lack of physical activity is a health problem that needs attention and can be addressed immediately. Lack of physical activity has also been identified as a risk factor for chronic disease. As an effort to prevent nutritional problems, this research was carried out to find out factors related to nutritional problems, one of which was adolescent physical activity among MTS students as many as 14 respondents at the Ainul Yaqin Orphanage, Jambi City. The results of the research showed that all respondents fell into the category of early adolescence, 100% of the respondents were male (50%) and 7 respondents were female (50%). Based on the level of physical activity of teenagers, the average number of respondents had a light physical activity level of 9 respondents (64.3%) and 5 respondents had a moderate level of physical activity (35.7%), there were no respondents with a heavy physical activity level. The conclusion in this study was that the majority of respondents, namely 9 respondents, had low levels of physical activity (64.3%). It is recommended that partners continue to motivate teenagers to increase their daily physical activity, so that their health status can be optimal. Future researchers can carry out further research with different variables and methods in efforts to prevent nutritional problems. The targeted output is scientific publication in accredited national journals.

Abstract

After the era of globalization and information technology spread throughout the world, homosexuals or LGBT people developed in Indonesia, which has a Muslim majority population. The systematic spread of Homosexual or LGBT cannot be separated from foreign conspiracies to obscure the personality of a nation and draw it into a global cultural vortex that is built on a secular outlook on life. In essence, the purpose of marriage is to preserve offspring. Homosexuality or same-sex marriage will certainly not be able to produce offspring and even have an impact on the emergence of various problems in Indonesia ranging from reducing birth rates, disease problems, and social problems as well as cracking the integrity of the nation. This article is focused on the study of the Current Interfaith Homosexual & LGBT Phenomenon in Indonesia. Starting with the early history of the emergence of homosexuality, the Present Homosexual & LGBT Phenomenon in the Perspective of Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity & Islam along with the arguments and arguments of each religion in Indonesia. The purpose of this article is to analyze homosexual behavior that is growing in Indonesia, even openly admitting homosexual or LGBT activities and fighting for the acceptance of same-sex marriage from the perspective of Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity & Islam. With the hope that it can be a treasure contribution to controlling the pros and cons that occur between activists, practitioners, experts, and religious organizations, even at the level of the constitution and legislation.
