Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kampung Wisata Purbayan merupakan kawasan heritage yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan pariwisata berbasis budaya dan sejarah. Keterbatasan masyarakat dalam melakukan promosi mengakibatkan banyak potensi wisata seperti situs sejarah Mataram Islam, arsitektur tradisional Jawa, dan kerajinan lokal belum optimal. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan desa wisata secara lebih efektif melalui edukasi, pendampingan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital.Tujuan: Pengabdian dilaksanakan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi budaya, sejarah, dan nilai keagamaan di Kampung Wisata Purbayan dalam pengembangan wisata, dan masih rendahnya penggunaan teknologi digital sebagai media promosi dan edukasi.Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan lokal (pengelola kampung, UMKM, tokoh masyarakat) aktif dalam perancangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi intervensi promosi digital dan edukasi wisata halal.Hasil: Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Internasional di Kampung Wisata Purbayan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki potensi yang kuat dalam mengembangkan wisata berbasis nilai agama dan budaya. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 12–18 Maret 2023 dan melibatkan 67 peserta dari Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Suriname menghasilkan tiga temuan utama: (1) penguatan identitas religius dan budaya lokal sebagai basis pengembangan wisata, (2) peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk promosi wisata.

Abstract

Research aim :The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of segmenting, targeting, and positioning on purchasing decisions at the Pondok Salero Kediri restaurant. Design/Method/Approach :The method used in this research is quantitative.Sampling technique using technique accidental sampling. The sample taken in this study were consumers who bought Padang cuisine at Pondok Salero Restaurant, Kediri, totaling 40 people. The measurement used in this study was by using the SPSS version 25 analysis tool. Research Findings :The results of the t-test study indicate that the segmenting, targeting, and positioning variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the segmenting, targeting, and positioning variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Theoretical contribution/Originality :segmenting, targeting, and positioning play a role as the basis for creating an effective and efficient marketing strategy. By dividing the market into relevant segments, selecting potential segments, and strategically positioning the menu, STP helps Pondok Salero Kediri restaurant significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Practitionel/Policy implications:Implementing the right STP strategy, Pondok Salero Kediri restaurant can better understand market needs, target the right segment, and create an attractive image. Efforts such as providing relevant menus, attractive promotions, and satisfying dining experiences can increase customer purchasing decisions while creating long-term loyalty. Research limitations:Because this study proves that there are still other variables that influence purchasing decisions, this can be used as material for conducting similar further research to obtain better results. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan aset desa di Desa Wanasaba dan menganalisis pengelolaan aset desa dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat di Desa Wanasaba, Kecamatan Wanasaba, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sumpling dan snowball. Adapun metode keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh tahapan pengeloaan aset desa di desa Wanasaba sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Lombok Timur No.17 Tahun 2019 namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum maksimal. Kemudian pengelolaan aset desa dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dikatakan hampir mendekati baik dilihat dari pendapatan, pendidikan maupun kesehatan.

Abstract

The development of halal lifestyle has fundamentally changed Muslim consumption patterns, from merely fulfilling biological needs to manifesting religious identity, social ethics, and modern aspirations. This article examines the dynamics of Muslim consumer behavior in the context of halal lifestyle trends by highlighting the religious, social, psychological , and economic factors that influence decision-making. Through a conceptual study based on a systematic literature review and recent empirical data, it is found that Muslim consumers are now increasingly active, critical, and oriented towards ethical awareness. Consumption decisions are formed through the interaction between normative sharia values, community social norms, perceived risk benefits, and limited purchasing power. This study highlights the limitations of conventional consumer behavior models that tend to ignore normative aspects, so that a new approach based on maslahah mursalah is needed as an ethical and rational foundation. This article offers a conceptual model of consumer behavior based on perceptions of maslahah that explains the relationship between religious intentions, actual decisions, and the socio-economic impacts of consumption. Its practical implications provide direction for the halal industry, regulators, and academics in designing marketing strategies, certification, and consumer education that support the achievement of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah and the sustainability of the global halal market.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of vehicle body aerodynamics on energy consumption in electric vehicles (EVs) using integrated Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations. The problem addressed is the significant role of aerodynamic drag in reducing EV efficiency and range. The research aims to explore how aerodynamic optimizations, such as body shape adjustments, can reduce drag and improve energy efficiency. Primary data was collected from CFD simulations of various vehicle designs, and secondary data was gathered from relevant literature. The findings indicate that aerodynamic modifications, combined with other design optimizations like battery and motor efficiency improvements, lead to substantial reductions in energy consumption, demonstrating the importance of a holistic approach to vehicle design for enhanced EV performance and sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh advertisement dan price terhadap impulsive buying produk Kahf pada konsumen Generasi Z di Bandar Lampung dengan perceived ease of use sebagai variabel moderasi, serta ditinjau dari perspektif manajemen pemasaran syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Generasi Z yang pernah membeli produk Kahf secara online di Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa advertisement dan price berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying. Selain itu, perceived ease of use terbukti mampu memoderasi pengaruh advertisement dan price terhadap impulsive buying, di mana kemudahan penggunaan sistem memperkuat kecenderungan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the work ethic of teachers at SDN 62 Parepare, (2) determine the performance of the principal's supervision in developing the work ethic of teachers at SDN 62 Parepare.  The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach, which involves observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method, which includes data reduction, data display (data presentation), as well as drawing conclusions and verification.  The results of the study indicate the following: (1) The work ethic of teachers at SDN 62 Parepare is reflected in their high commitment to students and colleagues. The teachers demonstrate consistent dedication in carrying out their duties. Through the Learning Community (KOMBEL), teachers collaborate effectively and utilize good communication with fellow teachers and students to improve teaching strategies and build an inclusive learning environment. However, there are challenges such as sometimes there are limitations in resources such as time, funds, and facilities, as well as the need to improve understanding of individual student needs. Teachers also often have difficulty identifying weaknesses and strengths in their professional development. (2) The principal is actively involved in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of supervision results by holding structured meetings or gatherings with teachers

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan tata cara mendapatkan NPWP, fungsi NPWP, fungsi pajak dan tata cara menghitung , menyetor dan melaporakan pajak terutang. Tempat penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini adalah di Aula Lingkungan Pagesangan Indah Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2020 di ikuti Wajib Pajak UMKM dan ketua RT, kapala lingkungan, Sekretaris lingkungan dan anggota karang taruna dengan jumlah peserta 19 Orang. Metode kegiatan penyuluhan berupa ceramah dan focus group discussion (FGD) yang berkaitan dengan perpajakan dan UMKM. Hasil diskusi menunujukkan bahwa peserta pada umumnya sudah mengetahui cara menghitung, memperhitungkan, menyetor dan melaporkan pajak terutang dengan benar, cara mendapatkan NPWP dan mendapatkan bantuan permodalan dengan membentuk kelompok usaha bersama. Disarankan agar para pengusaha tetap memperhatikan dan menanyakan pada KPP tentang perubahan-perubahan dalam ketentuan dan tata cara perpajakan dan juga kepada Tax center Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unram dan kepada bapak lingkungan agar membuat program bagi setiap RT membuat Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE).
