The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Career Development on Employee Engagement and Nurse Performance at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The research sample consisted of 200 respondents. The design of this research is explanatory research of causality (explanatory research). The data analysis technique used the Three-Box Method and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the AMOS 24 program. The results showed that self-efficacy and career development indirectly mediated by employee engagement had not affected nurse performance; employee engagement does not affect nurse performance; self-efficacy has a positive effect on nurse performance; career development does not affect nurse performance; Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee engagement; Career development does not affect employee engagement. Abstract

Internal marketing is critical in influencing job satisfaction and organizational commitment.  Accordingly, this research analyzes the impact of internal marketing on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty at AirNav Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method, we analyzed the data from 125 respondents of the company’s operational employees. Our findings demonstrate that internal marketing affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment, not employee loyalty. The indirect effect of internal marketing on employee loyalty is mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction positively affects organizational commitment and employee loyalty. Our study informs AirNav Indonesia or similar companies of the importance of internal marketing to improve employee performance and loyalty through greater job satisfaction and commitment.

Abstract

This research examines the concept of brand love, which is increasingly important in modern marketing strategies. The concept of brand love is defined as a strong emotional connection between consumers and brands. Brand love has a significant influence on consumer behavior, including brand loyalty, purchase intention, and positive communication such as word of mouth (WoM). Through a systematic literature review, this research identifies various factors that influence brand love, such as brand personality, brand fit, consumer experience, as well as brand loyalty and brand trust. The SLR process began with formulating research questions using the PICo method, followed by identification, screening, and eligibility of articles indexed in the Scopus database from 2014 to 2024. By applying the PRISMA approach, 40 articles were obtained that were suitable for review. The methodology used is systematic literature review (SLR) with SEM analysis as the dominant method. The results showed that brand love can increase customer retention and positive communication from consumers. In addition, factors such as social media marketing, brand personality fit, and corporate social responsibility can also influence brand love. Further research is needed to understand the factors that influence brand love and how brands can utilize them for more effective marketing strategies. The findings provide valuable insights for academics and practitioners in understanding the dynamics of the relationship between consumers and brands, and the implications for more effective marketing strategies. As such, brand love is not only a valuable asset for brands, but also serves as a key driver in creating mutually beneficial long-term relationships between brands and consumers. Abstract

The objective of the research is to develop a model to measure emergent leadership among employees in Indonesia. In doing so, this study first developed a theoretical model by identifying the emergent leadership constructs from the literature and identifying the criteria measurement of these constructs from the literature and thirdly was to validate the theoretical model to measure emergent leadership in Indonesia. The theoretical model consists of 6 emergent leadership constructs measured by a total of 60 measuring criteria. The empirical process of the validation employed data collected from 350 respondents who were working with the team working in Jakarta, Banten, and West Java. The validation aimed to validate the variables that were used to measure each of the constructs by determining statistically that the sample number is adequate; using the Keiser-Meier-Olkin and Bartlett's test to ensure the applicability of the data for multivariate statistical analysis; to validate the measuring criteria as relevant to emergent leadership and to determine the reliability of each of the emergent leadership constructs to the model. The result showed that emergent leadership can be measured by the following indicators: dominant, friendly, egocentric, intelligence, creativity, open mind, experiences, caring, positive vibes, discipline, good planner, conscientiousness, team player, communicative, and performance management for knowledge-skills-attitude. Furthermore, the results of this study found that the variable of the construct performance management from the previous research was in the third dominant value.
