Abstract

The Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) has rapidly transformed Central Weda District’s spatial structure between 2012 and 2022. This paper integrates satellite-based land-use change analysis, regional statistics, spatial plan (RTRW/RDTR) review, field survey summaries, and carrying-capacity computations to evaluate the impacts of industrial agglomeration on land conversion, housing pressure, tenure dynamics, and ecological buffer integrity. Results (from local datasets) show settlements increased from 39.3 ha (2012) to 82.2 ha (2022), while industrial area expanded to 16,000 ha. Industrial employment rose from 650 (2018) to 29,800 (2022), fueling a nearly 400% increase in local land prices (e.g., Lelilef Sawai: IDR 50,000/m² - IDR 277,000/m²). Carrying capacity calculations indicate most villages retain DDPm 1 (sufficient capacity) except Lelilef Sawai (DDPm 1), which already exceeds sustainable settlement thresholds. The paper concludes with policy recommendations for zoning enforcement, ecological buffer protection, worker housing programs, and integrated industrial-regional planning.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of Smart Contract in this regard can be attributed to the stability of Indonesian law, where methods for executing contracts have become increasingly sophisticated. With the rapid growth of technological developments that use Smart Contracts and the urgency of the extent to which the current laws in Indonesia can support their development, the question arises of how Smart Contract work? When does the meeting of minds occur in a Smart Contract? And, how is the fulfillment of the principle of consensualisme in Smart Contract viewed from the perspective of Article 1320 of the Civil Code? The research method in this study was carried out using a qualitative normative method .The results of this study show, Smart Contract works by running without a third party and written on the Blockchain. Second, there is a meeting of minds in the Smart Contract, where both parties who intend to bind themselves in the Smart Contract send their cryptographic encryption to commit to each other in the Smart Contract, as proof that both have mutually agreed. Third, the principle of consensualism in Smart Contract from the perspective of Article 1320 of the Civil Code shows that agreement is an essential foundation for the validity of an agreement, ensuring that each party involved has agreed to the existing provisions.

Abstract

Obesity problem in Indonesia still occurs in all age groups and socio-economic strata. According to Basic Health Research, the prevalence of overweight and obesity in the age group >18 years has increased by 21.8%. The high prevalence of obesity is supported by the prevalence of physical activity in the Population Aged >10 years of only 33.5%. Adolescents who are overweight are at risk of becoming obese as adults. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity, fast food consumption habits, fruit and vegetable consumption and obesity in adolescents. This research method uses an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted at SMP N Kota Jambi. The sample in this study amounted to 57 people, the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and anthropometric examination tools (scales and microtoice) with measurements of body weight and height to obtain BMI values. The data were then analyzed univariately and bivariately with the C-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between physical activity habits, fruit and vegetable consumption with the incidence of obesity in adolescents and there was no relationship between fast food consumption and the incidence of obesity in adolescents. It is recommended that teenagers change their bad behavior related to food and nutrition into healthy, beneficial behavior and do more physical activity or exercise every day.
