Abstract

Organisasi dan komunikasi terkait satu sama lain.  Untuk keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan organisasi, komunikasi sangat penting.  Para siswa SMK YPKK 2 Sleman ingin belajar tentang komunikasi dan organisasi melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini.  Siswa SMK YPKK 2 Sleman ini melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan metode penyuluhan.  Setelah penyuluhan selesai, 96,77% audiens memiliki pemahaman tentang komunikasi dan organisasi. Mereka juga memiliki pemahaman tentang organisasi dan komunikasi, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh banyaknya keinginan mereka untuk mempelajari komunikasi dalam organisasi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green business innovation dimensions through the Knowledge, awareness, and concern of young coconut entrepreneurs (Cocos nucifera lin). It could be done towards environmental sustainability to minimize greenhouse gas emissions caused by entrepreneurial activities that cause global warming. The number of samples used in this study was 60 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was bivariate correlation analysis and path analysis (path analysis). Result study found a significant positive relationship between green input, green process, green products, green marketing to Knowledge, awareness, and concern. Directly green information, green revolution, green development, green marketing have a positive and significant relationship to environmental sustainability. The variables of Knowledge, awareness, and concern have a positive and meaningful connection to ecological sustainability. From the results of the path analysis, the direct relationship value is greater than the indirect cost. Green, green, green, and green marketing through the variables of knowledge, awareness, and concern do not have an indirect relationship to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The outbreak of Covid-19 2019 had an impact on the decline in the economy of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the financial performance of Bank BPD DIY. This study aims to analyze differences in the performance of Financial Performance and ROA values ​​of Bank BPD DIY between 2019, 2020, and 2021. The research method uses the Independent Sample T-Test. The population and sample using monthly financial statements are 36 samples. The results of the study show that in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Bank BPD DIY assets have decreased. The results of the independent test of the t-test sample show that there are differences in the financial performance of Bank BPD DIY between 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate for college graduates is a big problem in Indonesia. Indonesia's many educated unemployed are due to the need for more interest in entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial ecosystem can play an essential role in reducing the number of educated unemployed by giving birth to new entrepreneurs. The total sample size is 55 students. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis methods include validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The test results reveal that entrepreneurial motivation is directly influenced by entrepreneurial education, family environment, and community environment, but the social environment cannot provide internal motivation. Likewise, interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship education, and family environment have a direct influence, while the community environment has no influence. Entrepreneurial motivation failed to act as a connecting variable between entrepreneurship education, family environment, and community environment on students' entrepreneurial interest. The results of tests carried out simultaneously with entrepreneurship education, family environment, and community environment can influence students' entrepreneurial motivation and interest.

produk dan layanan. Skema pembiayaan rantai pasokan tetap dapat menjadi alternatif yang menarik bagi UMKM karena dapat memenuhi kebutuhan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh negosiasi, lingkungan eksternal, dan institusi keuangan terhadap pembiayaan rantai pasokan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk penetapan sampel, dan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 91 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negosiasi dan lingkungan eksternal  memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan rantai pasokan UMKM, sedangkan institusi keuangan tidak mempengaruhi. Kata Kunci:  UMKM, negosiasi, lingkungan eksternal, institusi keuangan, pembiayaan rantai pasokan

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become universal across various sectors, permeating every aspect of our lives regardless of age or profession. In this era of AI, it's necessary to prioritize sustainable development and innovation in its application, while AI enables rapid completion of tasks alike human efficiency, it also raises concerns about increasing unemployment rates. A theoretical literature review is conducted in order to achieve the research's goals and objectives, and a conceptual framework for future study is offered. Authors conclude that artificial intelligence affects green product, artificial intelligence affects green energy, and artificial intelligence affects green farming.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam pemikiran dan peran Tan Malaka dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia pada masa pergerakan nasional. Sebagai seorang revolusioner, intelektual kiri, dan nasionalis radikal, Tan Malaka menolak kompromi terhadap kolonialisme serta menentang sistem kapitalisme yang dianggapnya sebagai sumber ketimpangan sosial dan penindasan. Ia menegaskan pentingnya kesadaran kelas, pendidikan politik, dan pembentukan organisasi massa sebagai instrumen strategis untuk mencapai kemerdekaan sejati rakyat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan historiografi kritis dan kerangka teori materialisme historis untuk menelaah karya-karya utamanya, terutama Menuju Republik Indonesia dan Madilog. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Tan Malaka tidak hanya memberikan arah ideologis bagi gerakan nasional, tetapi juga memengaruhi diskursus politik dan intelektual Indonesia di masa berikutnya. Meskipun perannya sering dimarginalkan dalam narasi sejarah resmi, gagasan-gagasannya tetap relevan dalam konteks politik, pendidikan, dan kesadaran sosial kontemporer. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa pemikiran Tan Malaka merupakan warisan intelektual penting yang perlu direvitalisasi dalam upaya membangun masyarakat Indonesia yang kritis, mandiri, egaliter, dan berkeadilan sosial. Kata Kunci: Tan Malaka, Pergerakan Nasional, Kemerdekaan, Madilog, Republik Indonesia Abstrack: This article provides an in-depth examination of Tan Malaka's thoughts and role in Indonesia's struggle for independence during the national movement period. As a revolutionary, leftist intellectual, and radical nationalist, Tan Malaka rejected compromise with colonialism and opposed the capitalist system, which he considered a source of social inequality and oppression. He emphasized the importance of class consciousness, political education, and the formation of mass organizations as strategic instruments to achieve true independence for the Indonesian people. This study employs a qualitative method with a critical historiographical approach and a historical materialism theoretical framework to analyze his major works, particularly "Towards the Republic of Indonesia" and "Madilog.". Research results indicate that Tan Malaka's thinking not only provided ideological direction for the national movement but also influenced Indonesia's political and intellectual discourse in subsequent times. Although his role is often marginalized in official historical narratives, his ideas remain relevant in the context of contemporary politics, education, and social awareness. This article asserts that Tan Malaka's thought constitutes an important intellectual legacy that needs to be revitalized in efforts to build an Indonesian society that is critical, independent, egalitarian, and socially just. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of historical awareness in history learning in schools. This study uses the literature study method (library research) to examine the importance of historical awareness in history learningData was collected from various written sources, such as textbooks, scientific journals, academic articles, research reports, and official documents that discuss the concept of historical awareness and historical learning practices. Source selection is carried out selectively based on relevance to the research topic, source validity, and completeness of information. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively by identifying key ideas, comparing various views, and formulating a synthesis of thoughts. The results of the data analysis show that if the awareness of education can be developed through social learning that is based on historical, social and cultural experiences as teachers in improving the awareness of social and educational education.

Abstract

Diversity in the delivery and focus of historical material between Indonesia and its neighboring countries, which can influence the younger generation's understanding of regional identity and relations. This study aims to compare Indonesia's history curriculum with that of Southeast Asian countries in order to identify similarities, differences, and implications of the approaches adopted by each country in history education. The method used in this study is a literature review, where data is collected from various academic sources, including textbooks, education policy documents, and previous research papers. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that although there are similarities in major themes such as colonialism and the struggle for independence, there are significant differences in the way the material is presented and emphasized, which is influenced by the social, political, and cultural context of each country. Some countries emphasize the role of the local in historical development, while others emphasize the international perspective. The implication of these findings is the need for dialogue and collaboration between countries to integrate more inclusive historical perspectives into the curriculum, in order to enhance cross-cultural understanding and regional cooperation

Abstract

Community service activities play a crucial role in fostering social awareness and student engagement in improving community welfare. This community service activity promoted the contribution of students in enhancing community welfare through a food-sharing social service program conducted by HIMABIWA. The program aims to provide food assistance to underprivileged communities while fostering a spirit of empathy and social responsibility among students. This paper analyzed the program's impact through direct observation and quick interviews with beneficiaries. The findings indicate that this initiative not only provides immediate food relief but also strengthens social bonds between students and the community. Furthermore, the program enhances students' understanding of real-world social issues and encourages active participation in humanitarian efforts. This study highlights the significance of student involvement in social programs as a means of holistic education, bridging academic knowledge with practical social contributions. The results suggest that structured and sustainable social initiatives can serve as an effective model for student-community engagement and social solidarity.
