Abstract

Being a leader means having to use the resources that are available to you, whether they be material or human, in order to achieve goals and maintain organizational unity. Analysts define leadership as the process by which one individual inspires a group of people to work together toward a single objective. The main objective of this study was to quantify and identify the current state of leadership management through bibliometric analysis, to identify emerging issues, and to lay the foundation for subsequent research in the area. We use bibliometric analysis with VOS Viewer and have outlined the research literature from 2013 to 2023 to demonstrate the outlook for leadership management. This paper resulting in a refined dataset of 3691 articles. This study provides an in-depth bibliometric analysis of leadership management, revealing the global research landscape, international collaboration, publication trends, research hotspots, and emerging frontiers. The global output of publications maintains a balanced growth, highlighting the active engagement in this field. The analysis recognizes leading researchers and institutions globally, with the United States standing out as a major contributor.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS menuntut media yang mampu menjembatani konsep sosial yang abstrak menjadi lebih konkret dan mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengembangan media pembelajaran IPS berdasarkan prinsip desain media, jenis media, langkah pengembangan, serta tantangan implementasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pengembangan media pembelajaran IPS. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan identifikasi, klasifikasi, dan sintesis temuan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media digital (Sway, Google Sites, Articulate Storyline), media visual informatif, dan media permainan edukatif terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, interaksi, dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Pengembangan media yang efektif harus mengikuti prinsip multimedia, koherensi, modalitas, redundansi, serta memperhatikan perbedaan individual. Tantangan yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan sarana digital, rendahnya kompetensi TIK guru, kompleksitas materi IPS, dan beban kerja guru. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan media IPS perlu dilakukan secara sistematis, berbasis kebutuhan siswa, dan didukung pelatihan teknologi bagi guru.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya integrasi multikulturalisme dan pendidikan global dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Dalam konteks globalisasi yang semakin meningkat, pendidikan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk membangun kesadaran multikultural dan pemahaman antarbudaya. Melalui pendekatan ini, siswa diharapkan dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan empati terhadap berbagai budaya, yang sangat diperlukan dalam masyarakat yang semakin beragam. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dan statistik terkini untuk menggambarkan dampak positif dari integrasi ini dalam pembelajaran IPS, serta memberikan contoh kasus yang relevan sebagai ilustrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Lokal pada Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah FIS-H UNM. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif pada mahasiswa angkatan 2023, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi perkuliahan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan Project Based Learning dilakukan melalui penentuan pertanyaan esensial, perancangan proyek, penyusunan jadwal, pemantauan, penilaian autentik, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan memadukan penyampaian materi, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta proyek video dokumenter dan pameran virtual. Project Based Learning meningkatkan keaktifan, motivasi, literasi sejarah, berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi, namun menghadapi kendala alokasi waktu, kebutuhan sumber daya, kesiapan pelaksana, dan ketimpangan kontribusi kelompok. Project Based Learning efektif menciptakan pembelajaran sejarah lokal lebih kontekstual dan bermakna, tetapi memerlukan dukungan kurikuler, pendampingan, dan mekanisme asesmen yang adil agar berkelanjutan.

Abstract

With the introduction of digital technology and artificial intelligence, learning English is changing dramatically.  By combining the results of the previous ten years of research, this study—which is being conducted using the narrative review method—aims to fill these gaps by offering a thorough grasp of the present trends, difficulties, and potential future directions in the use of AI to English language learning.  The majority of current research is on the effectiveness of certain AI technologies, paying little consideration to the long-term impacts on learners' sociocultural competency, language ability, and retention.  Furthermore, the majority of research to far has focused on English as a foreign language, with little attention paid to how AI can facilitate multilingualism or the acquisition of English as a second language in various sociocultural contexts. Studies examining the pedagogical, cultural, and ethical ramifications of widespread AI deployment in language instruction—particularly in non-Western contexts—are also lacking.  This study highlights both the exciting promise and the difficulties of integrating GenAI technology, providing insightful information about the changing field of AI use in English learning.  Conducting empirical research on the principles in this study is one suggestion for future research.

Abstract

Islamic consumer behavior is guided by Islamic values and principles, which emphasize meaningful consumption connected to well-being, responsibility, moderation, and resource conservation. This study aims to produce a theoretical synthesis of consumer behavior from an Islamic perspective. In order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the research, a theoretical literature survey is carried out, and a conceptual framework for further investigation is provided. The normative framework of Islamic consumer behavior is explicitly determined by Maqasid al-Shari'ah, which provides a clear hierarchy of needs (Dharuriyyat, Hajiyyat, Tahsiniyyat) to guide ethical income allocation, avoiding israf and tabzir.

Abstract

As these potent technologies develop further, AI offer previously unheard-of opportunities as well as difficult problems that demand careful consideration. It is impossible to overestimate the significance of AI in education. In order to ensure that AI's transformational potential is utilized for the benefit of society as a whole, we therefore seek to contribute to the development of a responsible and ethical approach to its application. In order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the research, a theoretical literature survey is carried out, and a conceptual framework for further investigation is provided. Islamic education is viewed by the authors of the current study as a dependent variable that is influenced by artificial intelligence. A future where AI in education catalyzes good change and enables people and communities to realize their full potential will be created by promoting equal access to AI-driven tools, encouraging interdisciplinary cooperation, and engaging in open discourse.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan inovatif berkelanjutan, adopsi teknologi finansial (fintech), dan privasi data dalam lanskap keuangan digital. Studi ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur teoretis terhadap studi-studi dari basis data akademik bereputasi untuk periode 2014 hingga 2025. Proses analisis dilakukan melalui integrasi tiga tahap yang mencakup dekonstruksi teknologi, jembatan teoretis, dan pemetaan tematik dengan menempatkan privasi data sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan strategis berperan krusial dalam mendorong kinerja organisasi melalui penyelarasan teknologi dan kelincahan budaya. Temuan utama menekankan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan, blockchain, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan pilar utama dalam transformasi digital yang sukses. Kesimpulannya, navigasi yang efektif dalam keuangan digital memerlukan pemimpin yang mampu menggabungkan visi strategis, kompetensi teknologi, dan tata kelola etis. Keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin dalam membangun budaya adaptif dan menjaga kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan di tengah kompleksitas regulasi dan tantangan keamanan siber.

Abstract

Digital finance and global marketing have emerged as transformative forces reshaping the contemporary economic landscape. This study presents a systematic literature review examining the intersection of these domains, analyzing 287 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024 from reputable international databases. Following rigorous methodological protocols, the research synthesizes current trends, identifies key research gaps, and provides actionable insights for stakeholders. The results reveal a significant growth trajectory in scholarly attention, with publications increasing from 12 in 2019 to 45 in 2024. Key research focus areas include digital marketing strategies, digital payment systems, and consumer behavior. Findings indicate that successful organizations integrate multiple technologies—specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and mobile payments—into comprehensive strategies rather than isolated adoptions. Consumer trust is identified as a critical mediator influencing adoption, while regulatory fragmentation and the digital divide remain substantial barriers to global implementation. The review concludes that sustainable competitive advantage derives from integrated and customer-centric innovation.

Abstract

This study examines the socio-historical dynamics of the Christian community in Batu Pute hamlet, Congko Village, Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi, within a predominantly Muslim Bugis society from 1940 to 2024. The research focuses on the processes of emergence, survival, and transformation of Christian minority identity within a Muslim-majority social structure. The main research questions address: (1) the socio-cultural and spiritual factors influencing religious conversion in Batu Pute; (2) forms of adaptation, resistance, and survival strategies developed by the Christian community in response to political and ideological pressures during the colonial period, the Japanese occupation, and the DI/TII rebellion; and (3) the reconstruction of social relations and collective identity in the post-conflict period through the New Order and Reformasi era. This study employs a qualitative socio-historical approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, archival research, and literature analysis. The findings reveal that Christianity in Batu Pute did not emerge as a result of colonial religious intervention, but rather developed through local initiatives shaped by spiritual experiences and the integration of Bugis cultural values, particularly the concept of Dewata SeuwaE as a monotheistic theological framework. During periods of political turmoil, the community experienced marginalization and structural pressures, yet demonstrated remarkable social and spiritual resilience. In the post-conflict era, interreligious reconciliation was fostered through the internalization of local ethical principles such as sipakatau (humanizing others), sipakalebbi (mutual respect), and sipakainge (mutual moral reminding), which functioned as social capital for rebuilding intercommunal harmony. This study argues that the integration of minority religious identity with local cultural values constitutes a powerful social foundation for peacebuilding, social cohesion, and community resilience in plural societies
