Abstract

This qualitative research aims to investigate the process of leadership development in students through the “Class Captain” program in upper grades (IV, V, and VI) of SD Negeri 02 Sokosari. This research uses a case study approach to explore the experiences and understanding of participants in depth. Data were collected through participant observation in the classroom, in-depth interviews with six students who had served as Class Captains, two homeroom teachers, and four other students, and supported by study documentation. The research findings reveal that the process of leadership development occurs through three interrelated stages: (1) the Recruitment Stage, which emphasizes the values ??of democracy and sportsmanship through the process of acceptance and voting; (2) the Coaching Stage, where teachers provide guidance and space for students to carry out daily leadership tasks, such as leading prayers and coordinating friends; and (3) the Evaluation Stage, which includes reflection and feedback to build accountability. Through this experiential process, key leadership aspects that develop in students include an increased sense of responsibility, self-confidence, communication skills, initiative, and empathy. The main supporting factors are teacher commitment and active student participation, while the main obstacles are shyness and minor social conflict dynamics. This study concludes that the Class Captain program serves as an effective leadership laboratory, providing crucial hands-on experience in instilling the foundations of leadership character in elementary school students. ABSTRAKPenelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi proses pembentukan jiwa kepemimpinan siswa melalui program “Class Captain” di kelas tinggi (IV, V, dan VI) SD Negeri 02 Sokosari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggali pengalaman dan pemahaman para partisipan secara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan di dalam kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan enam siswa yang pernah menjabat sebagai Class Captain, dua guru wali kelas, serta empat siswa lainnya, dan didukung oleh studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa proses pembentukan jiwa kepemimpinan berlangsung melalui tiga tahap yang saling terkait: (1) Tahap Rekrutmen, yang menekankan nilai demokrasi dan sportivitas melalui proses nominasi dan pemungutan suara; (2) Tahap Pembinaan, dimana guru memberikan pendampingan dan ruang bagi siswa untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas kepemimpinan sehari-hari, seperti memimpin doa dan mengkoordinir teman; dan (3) Tahap Evaluasi, yang melibatkan refleksi dan umpan balik untuk membangun akuntabilitas. Melalui proses eksperiensial ini, aspek-aspek kepemimpinan utama yang berkembang pada siswa mencakup peningkatan rasa tanggung jawab, kepercayaan diri, kemampuan komunikasi, inisiatif, dan empati. Faktor pendukung utamanya adalah komitmen guru dan partisipasi aktif siswa, sementara kendala utama adalah rasa malu dan dinamika konflik sosial minor. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Class Captain berfungsi sebagai sebuah laboratorium kepemimpinan yang efektif, memberikan pengalaman langsung yang kritis dalam menanamkan fondasi karakter kepemimpinan pada siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Financial limitations are often the main obstacle in improving the quality of learning in Islamic Elementary Schools (MI). Funding from the government and parental contributions (SPP) are often insufficient to finance innovative infrastructure and learning programs. This study aims to analyze how financial management innovation through entrepreneurial activities (edupreneurship) can contribute to improving the quality of learning in MI. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies at MI Al-Ikhlas as the research locus. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that: (1) The implementation of edupreneurship through the "Market Day" program, plant cultivation, and handicraft production has successfully created new sources of income for the madrasah. (2) The resulting funds are managed with an innovative, transparent, and accountable financial management system, including planning, budgeting, implementing, and reporting. (3) The proceeds from this financial management are allocated directly to support improvements in the quality of learning, such as purchasing science teaching aids, procuring literacy-supporting reading materials, and providing training to improve teacher competency. Edupreneurship-based financial management innovation has proven effective not only in increasing the financial independence of madrasas but also significantly impacting the quality of learning input, process, and output. This model can be an alternative solution for other Islamic elementary schools (MIs) to overcome funding constraints while instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in students. ABSTRAKKeterbatasan finansial seringkali menjadi kendala utama dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Pendanaan dari pemerintah dan iuran orang tua (SPP) seringkali belum mencukupi untuk membiayai sarana prasarana dan program pembelajaran yang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana inovasi manajemen keuangan melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan (edupreneurship) dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di MI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi di MI Al-Ikhlas sebagai lokus penelitian. Data dianalisis secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan edupreneurship melalui program "Market Day", budidaya tanaman, dan produksi kerajinan tangan berhasil menciptakan sumber pendapatan baru bagi madrasah. (2) Dana yang dihasilkan dikelola dengan sistem manajemen keuangan yang inovatif, transparan, dan akuntabel, meliputi perencanaan (planning), penganggaran (budgeting), pelaksanaan (implementing), dan pelaporan (reporting). (3) Hasil dari pengelolaan keuangan ini dialokasikan secara langsung untuk mendukung peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, seperti pembelian alat peraga IPA, pengadaan buku bacaan penunjang literasi, dan pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Inovasi manajemen keuangan berbasis edupreneurship terbukti efektif tidak hanya dalam meningkatkan kemandirian finansial madrasah tetapi juga secara signifikan berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas input, proses, dan output pembelajaran. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif solusi bagi MI-MI lain untuk mengatasi keterbatasan dana sekaligus menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing the value of blessing through Islamic edupreneurship activities and its impact on the character of students at MI Salafiyah Dadirejo. Methods: This study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, students, and parents, and documentation studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the internalization of the value of blessing in Islamic edupreneurship activities at MI Salafiyah Dadirejo occurs through three main stages: (1) the Value Transformation Stage, where the values ??of honesty (amanah), work ethic (jihad), and social concern (sadaqah) begin in business planning; (2) the Value Transaction Stage, which occurs during a market simulation (Market Day) where students not only engage in buying and selling transactions but also practice greetings, gratitude, and sharing profits; and (3) the Transinternalization Stage, where post-activity reflection and habituation instill the understanding that blessed sustenance is not only about quantity, but also about its usefulness and God's pleasure. As a result, students not only become more independent and self-confident, but also demonstrate a higher level of gratitude, honesty, and caring. This study provides a concrete perspective on how Islamic spiritual values, particularly "blessing," can be systematically internalized through an entrepreneurial approach at the elementary education level, contributing to the development of an independent and meaningful educational ecosystem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai keberkahan dalam kegiatan edupreneurship Islami di MI Salafiyah Dadirejo dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: (1) Tahap Transformasi Nilai, dimana nilai-nilai kejujuran (amanah), etos kerja (jihad), dan kepedulian sosial (sadaqah) diintegrasikan dalam perencanaan bisnis; (2) Tahap Transaksi Nilai, yang terjadi selama simulasi pasar (Market Day) dimana peserta didik tidak hanya bertransaksi jual-beli tetapi juga praktik salam, syukur, dan berbagi keuntungan; dan (3) Tahap Transinternalisasi, dimana refleksi dan pembiasaan pasca-kegiatan menanamkan pemahaman bahwa rezeki yang berkah bukan hanya tentang jumlah, tetapi tentang kebermanfaatan dan keridhaan Allah. Dampaknya, peserta didik tidak hanya menjadi lebih mandiri dan percaya diri, tetapi juga menunjukkan sikap syukur, jujur, dan kepedulian yang lebih tinggi. Studi ini memberikan perspektif konkret tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai spiritual Islami, khususnya "keberkahan", dapat diinternalisasikan secara sistematis melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan di tingkat pendidikan dasar, yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekosistem pendidikan yang mandiri dan bermakna.

Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan kreatifitas dan karaktristik kewiraushaan kepada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Blangkejeren di laksanakan agar siswa mampu menciptakan ide-ide kreatif, mampu berwirausahan serta mempunyai usaha secara mandiri dan mampu bersaaing demi mencapai kesejahteraan ekonomi. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode workshop yaitu Pada sesi pertama materi mengenai karakteristik kewirausahaan, materi memilih peluang usaha Selanjutnya pada sesi ketiga para peserta mempraktikan penggunaan digital marketing peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan adalah 73% jenis kelamin laki-laki dan 27% perempuan. sebagian besar peserta tidak pernah menggunakan media digital untuk berjualan yaitu sebesar 16%. sebanyak 6% siswa yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahan baik secara formal maupun informal. Adapun siswa yang memahami materi yang disampaikan mencapai 94%. penilaian manfaat yang diberikan dalam bentuk pelatihan yaitu 94%. peserta berkeinginan untuk berwirausaha 94% dan 91% peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikutii pelatihan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

In Senior High School, Arabic language assessments mostly focus on memorizing grammar rules (tarkib) and recalling information in reading comprehension (Qira’ah). This assessment does not improve students’ abilities to analyze complex texts, evaluate arguments, or apply grammatical knowledge in new contexts. In Eleventh Grade, the Tasawwuq chapter of the Arabic textbook includes only 21% Higher-Order Thinking Skills questions, while 79% focus on Lower-Order Thinking Skills, such as remembering and understanding. This study aims to develop an Arabic assessment focused on tarkib and qiraah skills. The ADDIE model was used in five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study used a qualitative approach to collect data, including documantation and questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. In the analysis stage, LOTS questions were identified more than HOTS questions. For the student needs analysis, a questionnaire was distributed to 60 respondents, resulting in an average score of 4.19. The design stage involved developing an outline and question matrix, creating HOTS-based questions, formulating a scoring system, and establishing a rubric. During the development stage, questions were constructed in accordance with HOTS criteria, incorporating eight specific HOTS indicators. Implementation was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Agam in the eleventh grade. Evaluation results demonstrated that the Arabic assessment for Tarkib and Qira’ah, based on Higher Order Thinking Skills, effectively enhanced the critical thinking skills of eleventh-grade students at the state madrasah aliyah, as indicated by a significance value (2-tailed) of less than 0.05.

Abstract

Abstrak— Pengeringan bawang merupakan proses penting dalam industri pertanian untuk memperpanjang masa simpan dan menjaga kualitas produk. Namun, proses pengeringan yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas, seperti perubahan warna, tekstur, dan kadar air yang tidak sesuai standar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pengering Bawang Otomatis Berbasis Mikrokontroler dengan pemilihan jenis bawang menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), sementara mikrokontroler berfungsi sebagai unit kendali utama untuk mengatur suhu dan durasi pengeringan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan optimal dengan pengeringan atara 4-6 jam dengan beban berat bawang 5 kilo, serta alternative yang terpilih sebagai alternative jenis bawang yaitu bawang merah. Abstract

This study aims to gain in-depth understanding of students' responses to the use of open-ended teaching materials integrated with local wisdom. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, taking fourth-grade students of SDN Demangan 1 Bangkalan as subjects. Data were collected through student response questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages, with data validity checked through technical triangulation. The results showed that, in general, students gave a very positive response with an average response score of 3.44 to the use of teaching materials. Positive responses were seen in increased student interest in mathematics learning, particularly through the integration of local wisdom content, increased enthusiasm for learning, self-confidence, and student involvement in discussions. Further analysis showed variations in responses based on students' cognitive levels, but all students, whether at high, medium, or low cognitive levels, showed positive attitudes toward the use of teaching materials. Thus, open-ended teaching materials based on local wisdom have the potential to be a relevant alternative to support meaningful mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

MA Nurul Jadid is one of the upper secondary education institutions under the auspices of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo Regency. The school offers three majors (Science, Social Studies, and Language) as well as three programs (excellent, regular, and religious) to accommodate students’ interests and needs. The management of the Educational and Activity Support Fund (DPPK) is still carried out manually using cash books and Microsoft Excel, which causes several issues such as recording errors, delayed reporting, and difficulties in real-time financial monitoring. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in DPPK management. The research applies a mixed-methods approach, consisting of qualitative methods (interviews and observations) to identify user needs and challenges, and quantitative methods to measure system effectiveness through indicators such as recording accuracy and simplified reporting processes. The system was developed using the Laravel framework version 11 and MySQL database. The results show that the system is capable of automating the recording, monitoring, and reporting processes in a more structured and real-time manner. External testing of 10 respondents resulted in a 90% satisfaction rate. regarding ease of use and clarity of functions, indicating good user acceptance. In conclusion, the implementation of this system significantly improves DPPK financial management by reducing administrative errors and accelerating information access. Future developments may include integrating mobile platforms and technologies such as Node.js to enhance accessibility and flexibility.

Abstract

Pelatihan batik jumput celup yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Al Mubarok Siwalankerto, Surabaya bertujuan untuk memberdayakan remaja melalui peningkatan keterampilan seni dan kewirausahaan. Program ini melibatkan 32 peserta yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan batik. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta menguasai teknik dasar pembuatan batik jumput celup, menghasilkan produk berkualitas dengan desain yang bervariasi. Selain itu, peserta juga diperkenalkan pada pentingnya pemasaran digital, di mana mereka dilatih untuk memasarkan produk batik mereka melalui platform digital seperti Instagram dan Tiktok serta Marketplace Shopee.
