Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan juga dipengaruhi beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM). Sumber daya manusia yang di maksud yaitu sumber daya organisasi yang mempunyai peran penting untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa training tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan P-Value 0.328 dan path coefficient 0.050. Career developmen berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan P-Value 0.037 dan path coefficient 0.175. Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan P-Value 0.000 dan path coefficient 0.467. training tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan P-Value 0.347 dan path coefficient 0.030. Career development  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan P-Value 0.001 dan path coefficient 0.292. Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan P-Value 0.000 dan path coefficient 0.545. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup hedonis, penggunaan fintech, pengetahuan keuangan dan financial self-eficacy terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Semarang angkatan 2022-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup hedonistik (X1), penggunaan fintech (X2), pengetahuan keuangan (X3), dan financial self efficacy (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa (Y) Universitas PGRI Semarang. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Keuangan Mahasiswa, Gaya Hidup Hedonisme, Penggunaan Fintech, Pengetahuan Keuangan dan Financial Self-Efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh workload, burnout dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT.Dasaplast Nusantara Jepara. Jumlah sampel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 213 responden. Pengambilan sampel di dalam penelitian ini menetapkan metode probabilitas sampling dengan kriteria sampel yaitu pengambilan sampel karyawan yang bekerja secara acak tanpa membedakan responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Burnout dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Burnout dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui keuasna kerja. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, organization, implementation, and  evaluation of school digitalization to improve academic quality at SMAN 1 Karangrayung, Central Java. This study uses a qualitative approach using observation, interview and documentation methods for data collection. The informants selected with a total of 23 people consisting of the Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers and Students.The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study, the management of school digitalization at SMA Negeri 1 Karangrayung has been running well in improving academic quality, covering aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. In planning, the school has formulated digitalization objectives, identified problems, collected relevant data, determined implementation stages, and formulated problem solving, including in terms of infrastructure, teacher training, data security, and program sustainability. Organization is carried out with a clear division of labor, the formation of a digitalization team, and routine coordination through periodic meetings to ensure smooth implementation. At the implementation stage, the school sets an implementation schedule, provides examples of technology applications, motivates teachers, communicates tasks well, and carries out ongoing coaching so that the digitalization program runs optimally. Evaluation is carried out by determining supervision standards, measuring teacher performance, comparing implementation results with established standards, and making continuous improvements. Overall, a systematic approach to school digitalization management has supported the improvement of academic quality and learning effectiveness at SMA Negeri 1 Karangrayung.

Abstract

E-recruitment plays a crucial role in companies by enhancing the recruitment process and improving employee performance. Proper recruitment through e-recruitment systems enables organizations to acquire optimal human resources (HR). By sorting and selecting candidates based on specific criteria such as education, experience, or skills, e-recruitment allows companies to adapt quickly to their needs and ensure that new hires possess the required qualifications. This study investigates the impact of e-recruitment on employee performance using SMART-PLS version 3 for data analysis. The sampling method employed was disproportionate stratified random sampling, with 100 respondents participating in the research. Despite its potential, the findings revealed that e-recruitment does not significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by a P-value of 0.228 and a path coefficient of 0.086. The study highlights the importance of aligning recruitment strategies with broader performance objectives while considering other factors that might contribute to employee performance. Although e-recruitment facilitates efficiency in candidate selection, its direct impact on performance requires further exploration, particularly in identifying mediating factors that could strengthen this relationship. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations to refine their recruitment processes, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach that integrates e-recruitment with other performance-enhancing initiatives. Future research could explore the interaction between e-recruitment and factors such as training, motivation, or organizational culture to determine their combined effects on performance outcomes. Thus, while e-recruitment optimizes candidate selection, its role in driving performance may depend on broader organizational practices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of graduate attraction, academic service quality, and school image on the decision to enroll as a new student at SMK HKTI Temanggung. This research utilizes a quantitative approach, with primary data collected from the students of SMK HKTI Temanggung. The sample consists of 74 respondents, selected using the Probability Sampling technique. A Likert scale was used to measure the variables, and the data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test indicate that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.375, or 37.5%. This suggests that the decision to enroll as a new student is influenced by the variables of graduate attraction, academic service quality, and school image. The remaining 62.5% of the decision is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The findings highlight the importance of graduate attraction, the quality of academic services, and the image of the school in shaping prospective students' decisions to enroll. The results of this study offer valuable insights for the management of SMK HKTI Temanggung, emphasizing the need to enhance the factors that influence students' decisions, such as improving the quality of academic services and promoting a positive school image. These findings can guide the school in formulating strategies to attract more prospective students and improve its overall competitiveness in the education sector.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal’s role in developing of teacher’s digital teaching journal by using the AppSheet platform at SMP Negeri 8 Batang, in response to the demands of educational digital transformation. The focus of the study covers four managerial functions of the principal: planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to explore data in depth through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the principal, the curriculum coordinator, and teachers selected to use purposive and snowball sampling. Data were analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman model through the processes of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the principal plays a strategic role in formulating digitalization policies, forming a development team, allocating tasks based on the competencies, motivating teachers, providing facilities, facilitating training, and innovation. In addition, the principal actively monitors, evaluates, and provides data-driven feedback to enhance system effectiveness. The implementation of AppSheet has proven to accelerate lesson documentation, improve data accuracy, and facilitate real-time supervision, although challenges remain in teachers’ digital literacy and infrastructure limitations. The study concludes that the success of developing a digital teaching journal is determined not only by technology but also by visionary and adaptive school leadership. These findings contribute to strengthening the theory of digital leadership in education and serve as a practical reference for other schools adopting similar innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence Turnover Intention in Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City. The population used in this study are all marketing division imployess in the PT Musawa Land and the sample used is 112 employees with the slovin formula, using a probability sampling technique with a random sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. Testing the hypothesis with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention for Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon flash sale terhadap keputusan pembeliann produk Viva Cosmetics di platform marketplace. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen yang pernah membeli produk Viva di marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dan Blibli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial online customer review, online customer rating dan diskon flash sale berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,738 mengindikasikan bahwa 73,8% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel dalam model, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits, perceived risk and trust on behavior using the LinkAja e-wallet on Universitas PGRI Semarang students. This study uses quantitative research, namely the results of research in the form of statistical figures. Data collection using a questionnaire, with a convenience sampling sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 106 students of FEB Universitas PGRI Semarang Class of 2017-2020. The results showed that the perception of convenience and trust had a positive and significant effect on behavior using the LinkAja E-Wallet while the perceived benefits and risks had a negative and significant effect on behavior using the LinkAja E-Wallet. The importance of implementing TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) for company management is to maintain the quality of company management which will have an impact on the quality of the company's products.
