Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resource Flexibility (HR Flexibility) dan Strategic Human Capability (SHC) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT BRI KC Pattimura Semarang. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan selama tiga tahun terakhir, yang diduga berkaitan dengan kurang optimalnya fleksibilitas sumber daya manusia dan rendahnya kemampuan strategis karyawan dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengolahan data melalui SmartPLS 4.0. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 102 karyawan dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik saturated sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HR Flexibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, SHC terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara HR Flexibility dan SHC terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kebijakan peningkatan fleksibilitas kerja dan pengembangan kemampuan strategis karyawan memiliki kontribusi penting dalam memperkuat kepuasan kerja, yang pada akhirnya berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This paper aims at exploring the contributions of dynamic capabilities and organizational culture in the competitive advantage of agriculture cooperatives in China.This study has used a structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to explore a theoretical model which links various dynamic capabilities, organizational culture and competitive advantage. Empirical confirmation is given by simple random sampling and collected data from 201 agriculture cooperatives in China. This study finds that both dynamic capabilities and organizational culture of the cooperatives in China contribute significant and positiveeffect to their competitive advantage as well.

Abstract

Research aim: This study aims to determine empirically the effect of locus of control, work environment, and organizational support on performance through dynamic capability as an intervening variable in employees of CV. Berkah Abadi Plywood Kendal. Design/Methode/Approach: This research is a type of quantitative research that uses primary data in the form of company annual reports. The population in this study was 130 employees of CV. Berkah Abadi Plywood Kendal with all members of the population used as samples using saturated sampling techniques. Techniques used in data collection by distributing questionnaires as data collection instruments. The data analysis technique used in this study is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling) with data processing using Smart PLS 4.0 tools. Research Finding: Based on the results of data analysis, the research findings are (1) locus of control has a positive effect on employee performance (2) work environment has no effect on employee performance, (3) organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance, (4) locus of control has a positive effect on dynamic capability, (5) work environment has no effect on dynamic capability, (6) organizational support has a positive effect on dynamic capability, (7) dynamic capability has a positive effect on employee performance, (8) locus of control has a positive effect on employee performance, (9) work environment has no effect on employee performance, (10) organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by dynamic capability.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the decline in employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Trangkil Pati. This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal based on key performance indicators, welfare and work motivation on employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory. This study uses quantitative research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. This research uses probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling techniques. The samples in this study are permanent employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Gula Pati Factory in 2023 with a total of 250 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed using the IMB SPSS Statistics Version 26 analysis tool. Data analysis consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficient of determination of variables. Key performance indicators have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, of 33,7% significance value of 0.000. The welfare variable influences employee job satisfaction at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, with a significance value of 0.014. The variable of work motivation influences the morale of employees at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory amounted to a significance of 0.010. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the key performance indicator variables, welfare and work motivation affect the morale of the employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, indicating that 34.6% of the variable morale is influenced by key performance indicator variables, welfare and work motivation and 65.4% is influenced by other variables not present in this study.
