Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient on the job readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang. The object of this research is undergraduate students in Semarang who have entered the final semester with a sample of 100. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with purposive sampling as the specific criteria to be taken as samples. Data analysis technique with classical assumption test. The results of the study showed (1) there was a positive and significant influence on career planning on the job readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with a tcount value of 2,457 > ttable 1,984 and a significance value of 0.016 <0.05, (2) not there is an effect of self efficacy on the work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with a tcount of 1.868 < ttable 1.984 and a significance value of 0.065 > 0.05, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of adversity quotient on work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with tcount 4.983 > ttable 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) there is a positive and significant effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient together on the work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with an Fcount of 57.959 > Ftebel 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) with an adjusted R square value of 0.633 means that the career planning, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient variables can explain the work readiness variable by 63.3% and 36.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of subjective norms, entrepreneurship education, on student entrepreneurial intentions mediated by self-efficacy. This paper proposes a resolution to these discrepancies and tests these hypotheses in a university setting. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire that has been compiled I n several statements and is measured using a Likert scale of 1-5. The population used in this research is the 2020-2022 Management Study faculty of economic and business. The sampling technique used the Cochran formula which obtained 309 samples. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through AMOS 24 as an analysis tool. The results of the hypothesis test show that subjective norms have an effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while the entrepreneurship education variable has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Subjective norms affect entrepreneurial intentions mediated by self-efficacy. While very insightful, this paper is limited by the use of a within-subjects survey research design and the inherent limitations with such research. Additionally, using college students as respondents limits the ability to generalize the results to any population outside similar college-age populations. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), service quality, and social media advertising on customer engagement among consumers at Ayuri Homedress in Kayen District, Pati Regency. Facing competition in the fashion industry, it is crucial for businesses to build strong relationships with customers to create sustainable engagement. This study employed a quantitative approach, using a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, the three independent variables—Customer Relationship Management, service quality, and social media advertising—have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. These findings offer practical implications for businesses, particularly in maximizing CRM strategies, improving service quality, and optimizing the use of social media as a promotional tool to strengthen relationships with consumers.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan di era digital memunculkan tantangan baru yang memerlukan pendekatan yang inovatif dan holistik dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi di kalangan anak-anak. Artikel ini mengulas tentang strategi Alat Peraga Edukatif (APE) sebagai solusi dalam menghadapi tantangan literasi digital dan dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap literatur, penulis menyajikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana APE dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam menumbuhkan karakter siswa, meningkatkan kompetensi orang tua dalam mendampingi anak-anak dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan memberikan perhatian pada dampak sosial dan emosional dari penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya literasi digital dalam mengembangkan pemahaman kritis dan kreatif anak-anak terhadap teknologi, serta peran penting orang tua dalam membimbing penggunaan teknologi secara bijaksana. Melalui implementasi APE, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menghasilkan generasi yang mampu menghadapi kompleksitas teknologi dengan lebih baik, sambil memperkuat karakter dan nilai-nilai positif. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang bagaimana pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis masyarakat seperti APE dapat menjadi solusi yang relevan dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi di era pendidikan yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro JAMARIS Desa Jatijajar Kabupaten Semarang yaitu keterbatasan didalam manaikkan nilai bisnis pada dua jenis bisnis yang dikelola yaitu Aneka Keripik (oleh-oleh khas Desa Jatijajar yang diolah dari singkong) dan Aneka Snack makanan Catering (untuk acara-acara besar). Pada pasca pandemi Covid 19 permintaan produk berupa snack dan catering mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis yaitu sekitar 60%. Urgensi dari PKM ini yaitu membantu Usaha Mikro JAMARIS agar dapat meningkatkan nilai bisnis melalui solusi pelatihan teknik pemasaran secara digital ,pelatihan pengemasan produk serta produksi. Mitra kegiatan penelitian ini adalah Usaha Mikro JAMARIS yang beralamat dijalan Jalan Begajan No 34 Desa Jatijajar Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan PKM untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Jatijajar, target khusus program ini adalah (1) menjadikan Snack berbahan dasar singkong dan catering menjadi produk unggulan wilayah Desa Jatijajar dan (2) wilayah Desa Jatijajar menjadi salah satu wilayah binaan sebagai penerima hilirisasi produk teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan (1) koordinasi dengan institusi di daerah (kepala desa, kepala dinas perdagangan) untuk memperoleh data potensi wilayah (2) koordinasi dengan mitra untuk merumuskan masalah dan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi (3) analisis terhadap kebutuhan. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi usaha mikro JAMARIS yang tadinya hanya mencapai 42.9% meningkat menjadi 85.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, employee engagement, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AST Indonesia Semarang. Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. AST Indonesia Semarang bagian Quality Control dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 karyawan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Data penelitian ini diperoleh secara primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angeket). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan secara parsial variabel efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 35,3%, employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 33,7%, dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 22,4%. Secara simultan variabel efikasi diri, employee engagement dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 48% dan 52% diperngaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang ditentukan dalam penelitian

Abstract

Abstratc : This research aims to deeply understand the conditions and dynamics of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City. Special focus is given to aspects such as business development strategies, challenges faced, and factors that support and hinder the growth of MSMEs in this region. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with owners and managers of MSMEs in Semarang City, direct observation, and analysis of related documents. The research sample was chosen through purposive sampling, considering the diversity of business types and locations. MSME actors in Semarang City experienced a decline in business revenue received. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Disiplin Kerja karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan Koperasi di Kabupaten Pati). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Koperasi di Kabupaten Pati yang memiliki kriteria bekerja di koperasi Kabupaten Pati dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada karyawan koperasi di Kabupaten Pati. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan pengukuran skala likert. Pengolahan data mengunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t (parsial) tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial karyawan generasi milenial di Pati, dengan nilai 0,071 > 1,984 serta nilai signifikansi 0,943 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja secara parsial karyawan koperasi di Kabupaten Pati, dengan nilai 3,749 < 1,984 serta niali signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel komunikasi interpersonal terhadap variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial karyawan koperasi di Kabupaten Pati, dengan nilai 2,503 > 1,984 serta nilai signifikansi 0,014 < 0,05. Koefisiensi Determinasi nilai koefisien R Square sebesar 0,465 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh 46,5% pada variabel disiplin kerja sisanya 53,5% merupakan pengaruh dari faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, work environment, and work family conflict on turnover intention of PT employees. Gitamadu Sweets Manufacturers Semarang. This type of research used in this research uses quantitative research methods. The population used is all employees of PT. Gitamadu Sweets Manufacturers Semarang, using saturated samples as a sampling technique. So the sample used in this research was 167 employees. Data analysis used in this research used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The research results show that the work environment influences turnover intention, there is no influence between the compensation variable and the work family conflict variable on turnover intention.

Abstract

Classic job design theory has evolved over a long period. It focuses on employees' ability to autonomously modify their job characteristics; however, tools for assessing the dimensions of job crafting remain limited. The goal of this study is to determine how job engagement, job crafting, and meaningfulness of work are related. The partial least squares (PLS) 3.0 analysis tool was used in the path analysis. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using the Job Crafting Questionnaire, the Dutch Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, and the MLQ Questionnaire. The purposive sampling technique was used to identify 204 respondents working in private and public companies. The results demonstrate that in Indonesia and India, task crafting, and cognitive crafting have a positive and significant relationship with the meaningfulness of work. In turn, this mediates the influence of relational crafting on job engagement for Indonesian subjects (β= 0.111, sig= .019) but not for Indian ones (β = 0.054, sig = .455). It is hoped that the study will contribute to the implementation of programs for human resource development related to job crafting design to improve performance effectiveness.
