Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction upon Employee Performance at the Public Works, Water Resources, and Spatial Planning Agency of Central Java Province. The research sample consisted of 108 staff members, who were chosen utilizing a purposive sampling technique. Information collected via questionnaires underwent analysis through the application of a multiple linear regression model. Results from the analysis reveal that, individually, Knowledge Sharing, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, whereas Work Motivation did not demonstrate a significant impact. When assessed together, the four variables show a significant effect on Employee Performance, yielding a coefficient of determination valued at 48.8%, which illustrates the extent to which these independent variables can account for variations in performance. This study recommends that the Agency maintain a conducive work environment and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and job satisfaction to elevate employee performance. Although not statistically significant, sustaining work motivation is still deemed crucial for preserving morale in routine task execution.

Abstract

Ethnocentric behavior among employees is observed in multicultural work environments characterized by the presence of individuals from different origins. The presence of ethnocentrism in the workplace has been observed to have an impact on coworkers. However, despite the importance of the above-mentioned factors, there has been no relevant scientific study on how these aspects affect human resource localization. This study investigates the influence of ethnocentric behavior and localization success on cultural intelligence through the mediating role of knowledge sharing tendency in the context of digital marketing. Although prior research has examined ethnocentrism in consumer behavior and policy, there is limited understanding of how individual-level ethnocentric tendencies affect human resource localization and intercultural competence in multinational work environments. Addressing this gap, the study surveyed 107 employees in multinational companies in Indonesia using a non-probability snowball sampling method. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The findings show that ethnocentric behavior and localization success positively influence both knowledge sharing tendency and cultural intelligence. However, knowledge sharing tendency does not significantly mediate the relationship between either ethnocentric behavior or localization success and cultural intelligence. These results highlight the importance of direct cross-cultural dynamics in enhancing cultural intelligence. The study contributes to the theoretical development of international HR management and cultural adaptation models while offering practical implications for designing training programs and policies that enhance knowledge transfer and cultural intelligence in global digital marketing environments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Gajahkeris Literacy Program against four key variables: communication, resources, stakeholder disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The program was developed as a strategic response to strengthen student literacy through structured routines and stakeholder collaboration within the Merdeka Belajar framework. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis employed a systematic and literate approach, including thematic coding, the Edward III framework, and key variables (communication, resources, disposition, structure) to assess the implementation of the Gajahkeris Program. The study findings indicate that effective teacher-student communication, strong leadership, and the use of creative learning materials positively contribute to student literacy engagement. However, challenges arise in the form of inconsistent parental involvement, limited feedback mechanisms, and bureaucratic rigidity that hinder responsive decision-making. This study provides implications regarding the importance of strengthening the communication framework between teachers, students, and parents, as well as the need for increased professional development to support program implementation. Furthermore, improvements in the feedback system and bureaucratic flexibility are needed to ensure responsive and effective decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of a school management information system with the integration of Linktree and Google Workspace. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Mixed Methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The development follows the ADDIE model through five stages: (1) analysis of potential and issues, (2) system design, (3) development, (4) testing, and (5) evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires (content, media, and design), as well as limited testing and field testing at experimental and control schools. The research findings indicate that this system is highly feasible, practical, and effective in supporting school administration, supervision, and communication for school principals, and has the potential to be replicated in other elementary schools.

The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is SEM SmartPLS. This study explains that product quality directly influences 40.3% of purchasing decisions. Product design also directly influences 32.6% of purchasing decisions, while the brand image does not affect purchasing decisions. Therefore, brand image cannot mediate product quality and design on purchasing decisions. Product design directly affects 41.9% of brand image, and product quality directly affects 32.2%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employer attractiveness and work motivation on employee performance, with digital skills as a mediating variable in the furniture industry in Jepara. The research is driven by the need for digital adaptation in traditional industries and the observed underutilization of digital facilities by employees. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The variables examined include employer attractiveness, work motivation, digital skills, and employee performance. The results indicate that both employer attractiveness and work motivation significantly influence employee performance, either directly or indirectly through digital skills. Digital skills act as an effective mediating variable that strengthens the relationships among the variables. This research offers practical insights for companies to formulate human resource development strategies that align with technological advancements to enhance overall performance.
