The skyrocketing of users and the number of transactions on TikTok Shop, illustrates the alignment of the results of an innovation process with the theory of innovation diffusion. However, it turned out to be not fully aligned due to the non-fulfillment of compatibility characteristics that made TikTok Shop currently stop operating. This article is a case study research that aims to explore the obstacles faced by TikTok Shop as well as provide an overview of solutions in the form of adjusting the TikTok Shop business model.

Abstrak: Menjadi seorang yang mandiri merupakan sesuatu hal yang tidak mudah bagi seorang penyandang difabel, menanamkan jiwa entrepreneurship sangat diperlukan agar anak penyandang difabel tidak terlalu bergantung pada orang lain di masa yang akan datang, hal ini tentunya dilakukan oleh orang tua melalui pola asuh yang diberikan. Penelitian ini mengungkap dampak pola asuh orang tua terhadap anak dalam menanamkan jiwa entrepreneurship. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan jenis wawancara semiterstruktur, informan kunci penelitian ini adalah orang tua dari anak penyandang tunarungu. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yaitu dampak bentuk pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh keempat informan juga mewujudkan sikap yang percaya diri pada anak diantaranya anak mampu mengemban tanggung jawab dan mengerti tentang kedisiplinan, ketika beranjak remaja mulai memunculkan sikap yang mandiri. Inisiatif juga muncul pada anak ditandai dalam hal anak aktif, cekatan dan mampu mengerjakan dan membagi waktu dalam hal melaksanakan kewajiban rumah dan sekolah. Ciri-ciri prestasi anak sudah mulai terlihat karena jenjang pendidikan yang dilaluinya sesuai dengan potensi yang mereka miliki. Kata Kunci: Pola asuh, dampak pola asuh, jiwa entrepreneurship

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini kualitas pelayanan meliputi bukti langsung, daya tanggap, jaminan, keandalan dan empati. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada penelitian ini diukur secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kwantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data secara angket melalui quisioner, wawancara, dan obreservasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari indikator kehandalan, daya tangkap, jaminan, empati, dan berwujud memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan pada suatu usaha. Dalam penelitian selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar dan melibatkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Layanan dan E-Promotion terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuntitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis statistik. Sampel penelitian menggunakan 100 responden dari Masyarakat Kec. Sampang Kab. Sampang yang melakukan pembelian melalui platform Shopee. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan harga, kualitas layanan, dan e-promotion berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Dan secara parsial Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen, sedangkan harga dan e-Promotion berpengaruh tidak terhadap minat beli konsumen.

A country's economic growth cannot be separated from the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the backbone of a strong economy. MSMEs experience various problems, including limited access to resources, inadequate infrastructure, and the inability to compete on a larger scale. These factors become obstacles for MSMEs to optimize their potential and compete in an increasingly complex market . It is important for MSME players to improve their product advantages or marketing strategies, because MSMEs are one of the important business sectors in Indonesia. There are not many studies that systematically measure the contribution of financial literacy in building the competitive advantage of MSMEs, especially in the Indonesian context. This research tries to open a new space by using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to detail the understanding of the concept of financial literacy and its implications for the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Indonesia. The importance of this research lies in the urgency to provide a more comprehensive view of how financial literacy can make a concrete contribution in establishing and maintaining the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Results of this research state that Financial literacy has a significant role in helping MSMEs face financial challenges and compete in a dynamic market. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide practical and policy implications for stakeholders, government and business people in increasing the financial literacy of MSMEs, so as to create an environment that supports the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of green entrepreneurial intellectual capital as a moderator of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on the financial performance of SMEs in the creative industry game developer sub-sector in Malang City. SMEs in the game developer sub-sector are included in businesses that utilize the results of creativity supported by technology so that it is one of the business fields that is closely related to intellectual capital. Related to awareness of green entrepreneurship, the echo developer sub-sector is appropriate if it integrates it into green entrepreneurial intellectual capital. Thus, green entrepreneurial intellectual capital in this case is the focus of attention for research as a moderation between Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) and Financial Performance. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on SMEs in the game developer sub-sector. The sample population taken was 20 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3. The findings of this study obtained Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) is not significant to financial performance, Green entrepreneurial Intellectual Capital is positively significant to financial performance and Green entrepreneurial intellectual capital does not moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on financial performance. This is a qualitative study investigates the business sustainability in Sudimoro Coffee Business District at Malang City from EGSEE aspect and principles of business sustainability. Interviews with senior staff, managers, customers, local government representatives, and business professionals are used to collect data. Customers, managers, and owners of coffee shops are examples of key informants. Comprehensive interviews with top staff members and clients validate assertions made by company proprietors. Local government representatives and a business professional with a comparable background in the field are examples of comparative data.

The BUM Desa organizational apparatus is required to carry out its duties and authorities in a professional, efficient and effective manner, as well as accountable. Accountability is the obligation to provide information including financial information as a form of organizational responsibility. This study aims to analyze the financial accountability practices of BUM Desa Ageng using indicators of financial integrity, disclosure and compliance with laws and regulations. The management of BUM Desa Ageng has good integrity by upholding the values of honesty and ethics, even though the organization runs without SOPs. The financial disclosure of BUM Desa Ageng has not been able to fulfill the preparation of 5 reports according to SAK ETAP. The process of establishing BUM Desa Ageng has implemented accountability practices in the aspect of compliance with laws and regulations, although it still involves village officials as operational implementers of BUM Desa. The covid-19 pandemic affects businesses facing the dilemma between the company's health and risks. This study aims to investigate the practice of CSR of food and beverage companies in Malang on the economic and social dimensions before and during the pandemic. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to the managers or owners of the companies. Thirty questionnaires were descriptively analyzed. The results of this study indicate that some companies in Malang increase their CSR quality during the pandemic, such as by adding CSR quantity, implementing health protocols inside their restaurants, maintaining product cleanliness, giving more attention to employees' health, and increasing more alms by distributing masks and vitamins to customers and the public.

The snack food industry, which is included in the SMEs category, is currently a commodity that is in great demand by the market. UD Sumber Dwi Jaya is one of the SMEs operating in the snack food industry. With various efforts, we are starting to show good organizational performance after being impacted by Covid-19. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning towards organizational performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The number of respondents used was 38, which is a census method. The method used is SEM-PLS analysis. The role of job satisfaction is able to encourage the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. Although partial organizational learning is not able to improve organizational performance directly. The organization does not facilitate employees in learning, this is natural because UD Sumber Dwi Jaya is included in the MSME category. The results show that high job satisfaction can increase organizational performance.
