Abstract

Influencer marketing telah menjadi salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menjangkau konsumen secara lebih efektif, terutama dalam industri kecantikan. Fenomena ini terlihat jelas pada Wardah UV Shield Series, khususnya setelah reformulasi pada Wardah UV Shield Essential Gel Sunscreen Serum SPF 35 PA+++ dengan menghilangkan kandungan 4-MBC menjadikan produk ini lebih aman dan sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen yang semakin peduli terhadap keamanan kandungan produk. Influencer berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi merek dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pasca-reformulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing terhadap purchase decision melalui brand image pada pengguna Wardah UV Shield Series. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: 1) influencer marketing (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image (Z). 2) brand image (Z) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision (Y). 3) influencer marketing (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision (Y). 4) Adanya pengaruh mediasi antara influencer marketing (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision (Y) melalui brand image (Z). Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, bahwa perusahaan industri kecantikan perlu memprioritaskan pemasaran melalui influencer dengan pengelolaan brand image untuk mendorong purchase decision secara efektif. Perusahaan diharapkan terus beradaptasi dan responsif terhadap perubahan teknologi serta tren pasar, termasuk dalam reformulasi produk.

Abstract

Digital marketing has many advantages over traditional marketing. With digital marketing, business actors and potential consumers do not need to always meet face to face. This is certainly a very good thing, especially in the midst of the dangers of the current pandemic. In addition, marketing in the digital world has a very wide reach without being limited by space and time. So that the wider the marketing reach, the wider the opportunity to reach potential consumers. One type of digital marketing that is currently becoming a trend is marketing on social media. There are so many social media that can be used for marketing. One of them is Tiktok social media. training activities for optimizing the marketing of MSME products through social media Tiktok have been running smoothly. participants can already make marketing videos on Tiktok. The output of this research is in the form of articles published in national journals.

Abstract

Ulasan negatif pengguna mengenai kualitas layanan aplikasi mobile Access by KAI banyak ditemukan, hal ini menyebabkan rating aplikasi di Google Play Store tergolong rendah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan aplikasi mobile Access by KAI, khusunya kualitas layanan pemesanan tiket kereta. Metode penelitian menggunakan deksriptif kuantitatif dengan 400 sampel responden dari pengguna aplikasi mobile Access by KAI yang pernah memesan tiket kereta dari atau menuju stasiun yang ada di Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Mobile Servicce Quality (MS-QUAL) guna mengetahui kesenjangan antara kinerja (performance) layanan dengan kepentingan atau harapan (importance). Metode IPA juga digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian dan atribut yang perlu menjadi prioritas perbaikan kualitas layanan melalui pemetaan atribut ke kuadran IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kualitas layanan aplikasi mobile by KAI masih tergolong kurang baik karena nilai kesenjangan keseluruhannya adalah -0,75 dan tingkat kesesuaian keseluruhan 84,48% dengan tujuh atribut prioritas perbaikan kualitas layanan yang terdapat pada kuadran I IPA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in revenue performance between offline and online sales channels at Soulja Coffee during December 2024. The population in this research includes all sales transactions that occurred at Soulja Coffee within the specified period. The sample consists of daily revenue data from each sales channel, selected using purposive sampling based on relevance and data availability. Data were collected through documentation from Soulja Coffee’s internal financial reports. The research employs a comparative quantitative approach and utilizes the Independent T-Test for statistical analysis, supported by SPSS software to test the proposed hypothesis. The results indicate a significant difference in revenue between online and offline sales channels, with the average revenue from online sales (mean = 13.4844) being higher than that of offline sales (mean = 13.1091). These findings have important implications for decision-making in the planning and evaluation of sales strategies. Moreover, the results can serve as a valuable consideration in developing a business model that is more adaptive to changes in consumer behavior and the dynamics of the digital market.

Abstract

The occurrence of funerals is infrequent, but when the need arises, individuals must be prepared to manage the associated processes. Despite living in an information-rich era, many individuals, particularly the youth, face significant challenges in executing funeral arrangements due to a lack of knowledge and access to relevant resources. The Bumikan platform was developed to address this gap by facilitating the funeral process. To enhance the user experience for prospective users, the platform was designed through a multi-faceted approach that integrates design thinking, lean startup principles, agile development, and the double diamond framework. Usability testing was employed to evaluate customer satisfaction and the ease of use of the platform. The test results affirm the design's effectiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience. In conclusion, by synthesizing various frameworks and prioritizing user-centric design, the Bumikan platform exemplifies a comprehensive development approach, aiming to provide a valuable and impactful tool for individuals navigating the complexities of bereavement.

Abstract

Perkembangan masif media sosial telah mengubah pola konsumsi informasi dan menjadikan influencer sebagai salah satu rujukan utama masyarakat, khususnya dalam industri kecantikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah persepsi publik terhadap produk Wardah yang berlabel Tasya Farasya Approved serta menguji efektivitas pendekatan Semi-Supervised Learning (SSL) dalam analisis sentimen komentar di TikTok. Data diperoleh melalui web scraping terhadap komentar pada video milik Tasya Farasya dan akun resmi Wardah yang diunggah sepanjang tahun 2024–2025. Setelah melalui proses preprocessing, teks diubah menjadi representasi numerik menggunakan metode TF-IDF. Model klasifikasi dibangun menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes, divalidasi dengan 5-fold-cross-validation, dan diseimbangkan menggunakan teknik SMOTE. SSL diimplementasikan melalui metode pseudo-labeling, di mana komentar tidak berlabel (unlabeled data) dengan tingkat kepercayaan ? 80% ditambahkan secara iteratif ke data latih hingga tidak ada unlabeled data yang memiliki tingkat kepercayaan ? 80%. Hasil menunjukkan distribusi 425 komentar positif, 305 netral, dan 148 negatif, menandakan dominasi sentimen positif khususnya apresiasi terhadap produk micellar water yang dianggap efektif dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengaruh Tasya Farasya sebagai beauty influencer turut memperkuat persepsi positif tersebut. Penerapan SSL meningkatkan akurasi model dari 0,7565 menjadi 0,7733, disertai peningkatan precision, recall, dan F1-score, terutama pada kelas positif dan netral.

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin maju membawa efek dan dampak kepada pekerjaan semakin mudah untuk dilakukan. Mudahnya akses internet membuat para pelaku usaha memanfaatkan ini untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasa skeptis dan keingintahuan yang besar pada efektivitas dan seberapa besar pengaruh dari penggunaan tagar atau hashtag pada media sosial khususnya instagram pada bidang usaha thrift. Penggunaan metode di dalam observasi dan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan melibatkan 4 narasumber yang memiliki usaha thrift dan juga kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber di beberapa jurnal sebagai penguat dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini, para pelaku usaha thrift yang kami wawancarai sepakat mengatakan bahwa penggunaan hashtag dalam penjualan di instagram membantu dalam meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

This community service project is a program aimed at strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Santanamekar Village, designed based on the principles of digital Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The program aims to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of local MSMEs by providing comprehensive training in digital marketing, attractive product packaging, and understanding legal aspects of business operations. Through a participatory methodology, MSME actors are actively involved in every stage of the training, which fosters a sense of ownership and improves the success of program implementation. The results of the training show a significant increase in the confidence of MSME actors as well as their skills in applying digital marketing strategies and improving product quality. By leveraging digital technology, this program has the potential to open wider market access and increase the visibility of MSME products in the online realm. Additionally, support in packaging and understanding the legal aspects related to business provides a solid foundation for MSMEs to operate legally and efficiently. Overall, this program not only contributes to local economic growth but also plays a role in creating a more sustainable business environment. This program recommends the need for ongoing training and sustained support for MSMEs in Santanamekar Village to face increasingly complex challenges in the global market.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine the factors that affect the moratorium policy and its effect on the national production of palm oil. This study used an in-depth interviewwithpairwise comparison questionnaire to experts. Data were analyzed using Analytical Network Process (ANP),consisting of three stages (model construction, model quantification, and analysis). The results showed that law enforcement, sustainability, conflict resolution, deforestation and land conversion were factors that influence the success of the moratorium. The various problems in these factors indicate that the moratorium cannot be done optimally. During sixyears of its implementation, the moratorium impactson the sustainability of palm oil production in Indonesia.Evaluation of moratorium is needed by using quantitative data. Forest deforestation due to oil palm plantation can be used to support the policy analysis.

Abstract

The rapid development of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency mining has led to a significant increase in power consumption. Cryptocurrency mining relies on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) to solve complex mathematical computations, ensuring network security and transaction validation. However, high power consumption directly impacts monthly operational costs (MOC), making energy efficiency and GPU performance crucial factors for sustainable mining operations.This study aims to analyze the relationship between GPU power consumption and hashrate in determining MOC in cryptocurrency mining. The independent variables in this research are GPU power consumption (Watts) and hashrate (MH/s), while the dependent variable is monthly operational costs (USD/month). A quantitative approach is applied using statistical methods, including descriptive statistical analysis to examine power consumption patterns, bivariate correlation analysis to evaluate variable relationships, and multiple linear regression to predict MOC. Additionally, normality and assumption tests are conducted to ensure data validity before proceeding with further analysis. To enhance accuracy, an online hashrate calculator simulation is also used to estimate real-time mining costs under practical mining conditions. By utilizing real-world GPU performance datasets, electricity pricing data, and mining simulations, this study provides valuable insights for cryptocurrency miners in selecting GPUs that optimize performance while maintaining power efficiency. The findings contribute to improving profitability and minimizing energy expenses in cryptocurrency mining operations.
