Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of learning motor skills using references from relevant literature studies, in the concept that learning motor skills is learning by the development of a student's bodily ability which includes gross motoric development and fine motor skills.There are four characteristics of learning motor skills, namely: (1) sequential response, (2) perceptual-motor coordination, (3) response regulation, (4) feedback.Learning motor skills can be divided into three phases or stages, namely (1) the initial or cognitive phase, (2) the fixation or associative phase, and (3) the final or autonomous phase.

Abstract

Motif altruistik merupakan suatu tindakan sukarela untuk membantu orang lain baik melalui fisik, materi atau psikologis yang diberikan secara murni, tulus tanpa mengharapkan imbalan apapun untuk dirinya yang didasari motif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan keselamatan orang lain. Hal ini disebabkan motif altruistik juga merupakan penilaian sikap dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Namun kenyataannya motif altruistik yang terjadi di Sekolah Dasar terutama di kelas rendah motif altruistik masih rendah. Sedangkan motif altruistik ini perlu dikembangkan pada proses pembelajaran terutama pada pembelajaran tematik. Pembelajaran tematik merupakan pembelajaran yang menggunakan tema untuk mengaitkan beberapa mata pelajaran sehingga dapat  memberikan pengalaman belajar bermakna kepada peserta didik di SD kelas rendah. Penulisan artikel bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui motif altruistik dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran tematik. (2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media pembelajaran tematik dalam meningkatkan motif altruistik siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru belum optimal. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kemampuan guru untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk dapat meningkatkan motif altruistik siswa di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis tahapan dalam belajar konsep menggunakan rujukan dari kajian literatur yang relevan, dalam konsepnya belajar konsep  merupakan kegiatan manusia itu dapat mengkategorikan berbagai stimulus-stimulus yangmereka hadapi. Konsep-konsep merupakan kategori-kategori yang kita berikan padastimulus-stimulus yang ada dilingkungan kita. konsep yang ada di dalam strukturkognitif individu merupakan hasil dari pengalaman yang ia peroleh. Jika keadaannyademikian, sebagian konsep yang dimiliki individu merupakan hasil dari proses belajaryang mana proses dari hasil belajar ini akan menjadi pondasi (building bloks) dalamstruktur berfikir individu.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa siapapun untuk beradaptasi dengan suasana baru semenjak melanda dunia. Sektor pendidikan yang selalu indentik dengan kegiatan tatap muka dengan guru di kelas harus belajar dengan metode jarak jauh. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling juga harus beradaptasi dengan kondisi ini, yang berdampak terhadap program dan layanan yang diberikan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menggali inovasi-inovasi program layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling yang dapat dilakukan pada masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Hasil kajian menemukan bahwa; pertama program dan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling sangat urgen di masa pandemi, mengingat tidak semua orang bisa beradaptasi dengan mudah dan cepat dengan kondisi dan lingkungan baru. Kedua, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling harus melakukan berbagai inovasi agar program layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah tetap berjalan di masa pandemi sesuai kondisi lingkungan dengan mempertimbangkan sarana dan prasarana yang telah tersedia di sekolah. Ketiga, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat melakukan program layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling berbasis digital di masa pandemi seperti E-Counseling yang merupakan sebuah situs atau berupa aplikasi yang dapat mempermudahpeserta didik melakukan berbagai layanan konseling jarak jauh.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the forms, causes, counselor handling, and counselor in dealing with barriers off-task behavior of a student in Ash - Shidiiqi Islamic Primary School Jambi. The methods used to collect the data are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject in this research is the headmaster, 2 (two) counselors, 7 (seven) teachers, 3 (three) subject teachers, and 7 (seven) students who have off-task behavior. The results showed that the off-task behavior of students going on Ash - Shidiiqi Islamic Primary School Jambi, around the class, talking with friends, play stationery such as pen, pencil, eraser, or ruler, play or throw paper, do not pay attention to the teacher’s explanation, but the head on the table, make a noise, climbed to the top of the seat, out of the class, joking with friends, drawing on paper, scribble table, opened other textbooks, do homework,. The causes of student conduct off-task behavior consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the adaptation of school and difficulty in learning. While external factors that underlie the emergence of off-task behavior of the student is the influence of friends and lack of attention from the teacher. There are various kinds of treatment used by a counselor, which are reprimand or warned by giving advice, in addition to dealing with off-task behavior counselor collaborate with classroom teachers and subject teachers to apply operant conditioning by using reinforcement and punishment techniques. Barriers faced counselor is limited provision of counseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kurangnya kreativitas siswa dan minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran pada pembelajaran Tematik. Hal itu disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan metode yang konvensional dan hanya berpusat pada guru. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif antara guru dan peneliti. Penelitian ini akan diterapkan selama 2 siklus dan akan menerapkan desain penelitian oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, refleksi dan perencanaan ulang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 SDN 90/II Talang Pantai yang berjumlah 19 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui Media Kertas Origami pada pembelajaran Tematik di kelas 1 SDN 90/II Talang Pantai. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini ialah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu pada ranah psikomotor. Hasil pengamatan pembelajaran dengan penerapan media gambar pada siklus I menunjukkan ketuntasan siswa mencapai 68% atau 13 siswa yang tuntas, dan pada siklus II menunjukkan ketuntasan mencapai 95% atau 18 siswa yang tuntas. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerpakan Media Kertas Origami dalam proses pembelajaran akan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada kelas 1 SDN 90/II Talang Pantai .”

Abstract

Counseling has been such a trend in 21 century, as a science that studied a human in psychology perspective. However, it appear with progressive touch, has affect in human mindset in every life that undertake. In 21 century development, many opinion and argumentation about counseling has an uniqueness in philosophy multicultural perspective that counseling has linkage with cultural and philosophy values in human it self, that make a new paradigm has been raise to the surface, such indigineous counseling and multicultural counseling perspective. Regardless with that paradigm, we can’t deny that basically all of science was from a human philosophy about their life with purpose to make understand and handle their life with solving a problems. But it is not all of cultural and philosophy values can be a such formulation to solve a problems, and if it can be transform to such formulation as a science, there are a procedure and criteria to be needed. Also if a counseling as a philosophy or science and also practical intervention, how to implemented in real life with a multicultural and multivalues in philosophy of life. In this article, will describe more further such a synthesize that counseling can be a science or practical science in educational multicultural philosophy paradigm and a result found that 27 (45%) counselor perception about counseling profession that as educational practice.

Abstract

The right sexual identity, if a person is interested to the opposite sex. In fact, there are still some students who are known as homosexual. This article is aimed to define the sexual identity of students based on behavior, style and interest. This study utilized quantitative approach with descriptive type. The populations of the research were students of Universitas Negeri Padang 2017 and 2018 generation in amount of 15.752, and sample counted were 385 students (by using Taro Yamane formula and continued with Multistage Random Sampling Technique. The researcher employed instrument which isSexual Identity scale, model Gutman. After being analyzed with descriptive technique, the researcher got result that generally students tended to identify their sexual identity as heterosexual based on interest, behavior, and style. Counselor is hoped to be able to help students whom are identified as homosexual to the right direction(heterosexual) by giving counseling services needed by sexual identity.

Abstract

Resilience is an important aspect for the psychososial development of adolescents who living in orphanages. Self-esteem is suspected to affect resilience of adolescents who living in orphanages. The purpose of this research is: (1) describes self-esteem and resilience adolescents who living in orphanages, and to know (2) the relationship between self-esteem and resilience of adolescents who living in orphanages. This research uses correlational method. Subjects in this research were 87 adolescents who living in 4 orphanages in Pariaman City with 13-18 of age. The data was collected using self-esteem scale and resilience scale. The data were analyzed using simple regression analyses by utilizing program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Research results showed that: (1) generally self-esteem and resilience adolescents who living in orphanages are in the high category, and (2) there was significant positive relationship between self-esteem and resilience of adolescents who living in orphanages.

Abstract

The social adjustment as a process of adjustment to takes place in a sustainable. In their life, a person will be confronted with two realities that is self and their surroundings. Foster children that break the rules of orphanage, irresponsible, and unable to communicate well is indicative of the low social adjustment. REBT looked that the inability of individuals in interpersonal relationship resulting from irrational thinking. One of the efforts made to improve social adjustment is by doing REBT approach. This research was aimed at revealing the effectiveness of REBT approach in improving foster care social adjustment. This research is a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. By using Simple Random Sampling technique. The class consisted of 10 students the treatment was given in 6 meetings. The instrument was a scale model of Likert. Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test assisted with SPSS versi 20.00. The result indicates that, in general, REBT approach Setting Group was effective in improving the social adjustment of foster children in orphanages Wira Lisna Padang. Meanwhile, in particular, there was a significant difference in the average scores between the social adjustment foster children before and after doing REBT approach Setting Group.
