Abstract

The flow of behavioral psychology learning theory is one of the learning theories that prioritize changes in student behavior as a result of stimuli and responses. Learning is a form of change experienced by students, through the interaction between stimulus and response that aims to modify student behavior. Watson explained that student behavior is the result of innate influences from family and environment. While Pavlov explained that it refers to several training processes in vocational education, namely the training process between one stimulus and another to be able to develop a response. Meanwhile, Skinner argues that the relationship between stimulus and response occurs because through interaction with the environment the next change is caused by changes in behavior. Thus, it can be concluded that behavioral psychology theory focuses more on developing student behavior in a better direction, especially in vocational education. In principle, behavioral psychology learning theory is very relevant if it is implemented in the design of learning methods in vocational education.

Abstract

Parents play an important role, especially in the process of growing and developing children, from birth to growing into adults. This is clear evidence that parents can influence children. One of the common pieces of evidence is having a genetic makeup that will influence the behavioral characteristics of children, and also how children are treated by their parents. Twin and adoption studies provide a strong basis for estimating the strength of genetic effects, although the strength of genetic factors is not a sufficient basis for influencing the characteristics of children, because environmental factors also contribute to parenting efforts which are closely related. Children learn to learn many things through everyday experiences in interacting with the physical and social world, but what is learned is not coded in genes. Some of the experiences children have are random, not planned or orchestrated by any outside agency but some occur according to the so-called socialization timetable. This is where parenting comes into play.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is one of the deviant behaviors that requires special attention and good understanding and proper handling of the resolution process because it is an important factor for the success of adolescents in the next life, considering that the teenage transition period is the most decisive period. There are several roles that parents can do in overcoming juvenile delinquency, including the process of fostering and guidance carried out by the family. Parents try to create a harmonious, communicative and comfortable family for adolescents and help adolescents in their social and adjustment processes. Family counseling is a training process that is focused on the client's parents as the most influential person in determining the system in the family. This is done not to change the personality or character of the family members involved but to change the family through changing the behavior of the parents. If the behavior of the parents changes, it will affect the members in the family.
