Abstract

The country of Indonesia, with a predominantly Muslim society, provides a platform for its people to make investments which are of course in accordance with basic sharia principles, namely in the sharia capital market. However, it’s known that not many young people have sufficient literacy or knowledge about the world of investment, especially sharia investment. Many articles have been published discussing the topic of sharia investment. Because of that, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the existence of published articles discussing sharia investment in 2019 - 2023. The method applied is the bibliometric method, with a sample of 31 articles from journals indexed by Sinta. The objects used in this research are the younger generation such as generation z and millennials. The results obtained that sharia investment is one of the trending topics discussed in 2022. And starting from 2019 - 2022, this topic will experience an increase in publications in sharia economic journals. This topic is mostly published in journals indexed by Sinta 4 or Sinta 5 with 12 articles each. Most of these articles state that knowledge actually has a direct and significant effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market

Abstract

In today's increasingly advanced era, all human needs cannot be separated from technology. The development of technology in the financial sector, known as Financial Technology (Fintech), has made all entities, especially banking, including Islamic banks, use the role of fintech as an opportunity and strength in developing their business. The development and use of sharia banking technology has become a matter of debate because it is feared that it will not be in accordance with sharia economic views in its operations. The aim of this research is to find out the strengths and opportunities of the development of Financial Technology for Islamic banks based on an Islamic economic perspective. By using a qualitative approach in the form of literature study. Data collection in this research was by observation, reading and concluding existing data collected from various sources, journals, websites, articles. The results of this research show that the role of fintech development in the strengths and opportunities in Islamic banks has a positive impact regarding the strengths and opportunities that make Islamic banks able to compete with conventional banks in attracting customer attention. Apart from that, sharia banking continues to use Islamic teachings as a reference in carrying out all operational flows in sharia banking so that this does not deviate from the provisions of Islamic economics. There are several points in the main sources of Islamic law which make the existence of fintech in sharia banking permitted as long as it does not contain elements of elements that are forbidden in Islam.

Abstract

It’s becoming more common to observe people congreagating at different cafes, coffe shoops, kopitiams, or food stalls in Indonesia. For the residents of Tulungagung, getting together, hanging out, drinking coffee, and similar activities are done frequently to establish new consuming habits. Finding out the consumption habits of consumers of cafes, coffee shops, and food stall in Tulungagung was the aim of this study. The development and flourishing of coffee culture in Tulungagung was explained by researchers via the lens of consumption habits, consumer culture, identity, and the concept of a "third place". The results of this study, which cover the consumption habits of patrons of cafés and coffee shops in the City of Tulungagung, revealed a variety of mixed behaviors. These activities range widely as well, including getting together with loved ones, catching up with friends, meeting clients, and working at the office or college. Additionally, consument have their own consuming habits, choose how to spend their time, how much money to spend, and how to fulfill their needs.

Abstract

Satuan pendidikan pada seluruh jenjang pendidikan dalam penyelenggaraannya diatur oleh standar pendidikan yang berlaku di daerah tersebut, di Indonesia standar nasional pendidikan menjadi acuan standar mutu pendidikan berskala nasional. Salah satu standar pendidikan yakni, standar pengelolaan pendidikan termasuk diantaranya pemasaran satuan pendidikan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep dari bauran pemasaran oleh satuan pendidikan perguruan tinggi islam untuk menciptakan superior customer value bagi masyarakat. Marketing mix atau bauran pemasaran menjadi langkah penting yang harus dilakukan oleh satuan pendidikan, terdapat 7 aspek dalam bauran pemasaran diantaranya; product, place, price, process, promotion, people, phyisical evindence. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode literature review, peneliti mengkaji dan mengananalisis 20 referensi terakhir (2015-2024) yang relevan dengan objek kajian penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi marketing mix pada perguruan tinggi islam di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan pesat ditinjau dari laporan jumlah perguruan tinggi yang terus mengalami peningkatan 0,37% , data pada tahun 2016 terakhir terdapat 699 perguruan tinggi islam dan hari ini pada tahun 2024 terdapat 964 perguruan tinggi. Peningkatan jumlah satuan pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh konsep marketing mix tiap lembaga yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap pendiidkan islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya waktu serta kemajuan teknologi yang semakin digitalisasi kini telah menghadirkan sebuah ekonomi digital yang bisa ditandai sebagai perkembangan yang sangat baik didunia bisnis maupun perdagangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisa apa itu transaksi E-banking dan transaksi E-commerce, pertumbuhan E-banking dan E-commerce terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan hubungan E-banking dengan E-commerce dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif yang mana mengetahui apa yang terkandung dalam E-banking dan E-commerce di dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sebuah fenomena atau pembahasan variabel e-banking dan e-commerce pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Maka dari itu, perlu tingkatkan lagi baik dari sisi pemerintah maupun masyarakat agar e-banking dan e-commerce tetap berkembang pesat dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The use of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) through the Madani Social Wallet in Bali plays a strategic role in alleviating poverty, increasing social welfare and building a sustainable community economy. Dompet Social Madani as the manager of ZIS is responsible for collecting, distributing and using funds effectively in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. The use of ZIS in Bali is carried out through several stages starting from identifying mustahik, raising funds to implementing empowerment programs. Mustahik is the main beneficiary of ZIS distribution which includes the poor, orphans, widows and other vulnerable groups. Transparency and accountability in reporting fund management are important foundations for building public and donor trust in Dompet Social Madani. Madani Bali Social Wallet also integrates an economic empowerment approach in ZIS management. The empowerment program includes vocational training, support and business capital so that mustahik can be economically independent. In addition, part of the ZIS funds are allocated for the development of social infrastructure, such as building schools and other public facilities, to provide long-term benefits for the community. Collaboration with government, the private sector and other organizations is essential to increase the positive impact of ZIS. This collaboration optimizes resources and increases the efficiency of program implementation. Public education about the importance of zakat, infaq and shadaqah is also an integral part of the Bali Madani Social Wallet's efforts to expand reach and increase community awareness and involvement. One form of utilizing ZIS through the Madani Social Wallet in Bali is by establishing a Madani Health Institution which is realized in the form of a Madani Healthy House by not only collecting funds for aid, but also providing health services directly to the poor and underprivileged.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of fiscal decentralization on economic development at the regional level in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, secondary data and surveys were utilized to examine the relationships among fiscal decentralization variables, financial transfers, fiscal autonomy, and economic growth. The analysis results reveal that fiscal decentralization has a significant positive impact on regional economic growth, with levels of fiscal autonomy and the magnitude of financial transfers from the central government emerging as critical factors in enhancing local economic performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of the marketing mix of educational services in increasing competitiveness and customer value at Junior High School Rahmat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Junior High School Ar Rahmat has innovated the marketing mix in several aspects, such as product innovation, price, promotion, and place. The innovation is directed to provide added value for customers and increase student’s and parent’s satisfaction. This research provides advice for Junior High School Ar Rahmat in innovating the marketing mix, such as improving service quality, expanding the reach of promotions, offering more varied educational programs, providing financial assistance, and collaborating with educational institutions or companies. This research can provide input for decision-makers in the world of education to innovate the marketing mix in an effort to increase competitiveness and customer value in schools.

Abstract

Introduction: Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia that plays a strategic role in philanthropic activities through various social programs for the community. However, studies on the institutional transformation of philanthropy in traditional Muslim communities at the local level are still limited in the literature. This study aims to fill this gap by exploring (1) the ideas and concepts behind the institutional transformation of philanthropy in traditional Muslim communities in Ponorogo, and (2) the dynamics of the transformation process. Research Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, involving informants from NU administrators, philanthropic institution managers, and Nahdliyin community leaders. Data analysis was conducted through a thematic coding model to interpret patterns of ideas, values, and institutional innovation. Results: The results show that the institutional transformation of philanthropy is influenced by immanent changes in religious values and external contact with modern institutions. Conclusion: These dynamics are reflected in institutional innovations, particularly the establishment of Lazisnu and its rebranding as NU Care–Lazisnu, with the involvement of religious leaders as strategic communication channels.

Abstract

Muslim consumer awareness of halal products in Indonesia continues to grow, yet the implementation of halal certification in food and beverage MSMEs still faces various challenges. This study aims to analyze the implementation of halal certification for MSMEs using the maqashid sharia approach and SWOT analysis. The research method used is qualitative descriptive-exploratory through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that although the Free Halal Certification Program (SEHATI) and the OSS system ease access, MSME actors still face challenges related to digital literacy, understanding of procedures, and limited guidance. The SWOT analysis identifies strengths in religious motivation and regulatory support, weaknesses in technical-administrative aspects, opportunities from the growth of the global halal market, and threats in the form of digital inequality and low synergy between institutions. The maqashid sharia approach shows that digital halal certification contributes to the protection of religion, life, intellect, wealth, and business sustainability. This study highlights the importance of collaborative approaches and affirmative policies to enhance halal certification access for MSMEs, especially in peripheral areas.
