Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan model eliciting aktivities terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa ulasan dari gender pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan adalah non-equivalent posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X dengan sampel yang dipilih 2 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian adalah kelas X8 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah tes kemampuaan komunikasi matematis siswa.Dari hasil analisis data posttest yang diuji menggunakan uji non parametrik Mann Whitney dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25, diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,078 > 0,05 berarti Ho diterima. Maka tidak terdapat pengaruh pendekatan MEA terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa review dari gender pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe dan hasil pengujian product moment memperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,695 > 0,005 berarti Ho diterima, maka tidak terdapat hubungan antara pendekatan MEAs dan gender terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem, namely the low ability to solve mathematical and self-efficacy mathematical problems where the learning process is still centered on the teacher. Thus given a solution using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model aims to determine the improvement of mathematical problem solving capabilities and mathematical self-efficacy students using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model is better than students taught with conventional learning models. The research approach is in the form of quantitative. The type of research used is Quasi experiment with non-equivalent Control Group Design research design. The population in the study was all students of class VII MTsS Jabal Nur, while the sample was class VII-1 as the experimental class and class VII-2 as the control class chosen with purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are instruments for the ability to solve mathematical problems and non self-efficacy mathematical questionnaire tests are divided into pretest and post-test. Data is processed using SPSS software version 18. Analysis of data conducted for the mathematical problem solving capability test using non-parametric tests (Mann Whitney U) because there is data that is not normally distributed. Asymp sig value, (2-tailed) is 0,000 <0.05, then  is rejected and  is accepted. Then for the analysis of students' mathematical self-efficacy questionnaires using the normality test, homogeneity. After the data is declared normal and homogeneous Furthermore, a hypothesis test with a significant value Ë‚ 0.05 is 0,000, then  is rejected and  is accepted. It can be concluded that the increase in mathematical problem solving capabilities and mathematical self-efficacy uses the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model is better than students taught with conventional learning models in class VII MTsS Jabal Nur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model discovery learning pada materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa SMAN 1 Peusangan kelas X3 yng berjumlah 6 orang siswa. Instument pada penelitian ini berupa observasi, tes tertulis, dan wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes tertulis dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. data penelitian diambil dari hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada pertemuan pertama dan pertemuan kedua diperoleh persentase antara 25%-100% sesuai dengan persentase kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Dari hasil analisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis terdapat peningkatan berdasarkan hasil jawaban siswa  yaitu siswa inisial KH mendapatkan nilai 190%, RR mendapatkan 91,6%,serta RA dan MP mendapatkan 50% dan MS dan IN mendapatkan 75%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penulisan sejarah Banjar selalu saja didominasi oleh tema dan tokoh laki-laki. Oleh karena itu, perlu diimbangi dengan penulisan sejarah dengan tema dan tokoh perempuan agar tercipta sejarah yang androginus. Salah satu tokoh yang layak untuk ditulis adalah Ratu Zaleha, karena perlu diketahui latar belakang konstruksi sosial seorang perempuan yang mempunyai karakter tangguh itu sebagai bahan renungan untuk membentuk perempuan tangguh yang mampu bersaing dengan laki-laki pada masa sekarang. Untuk mengetahui hal itu, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian sejarah dengan melakukan proses heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi serta dibantu dengan pendekatan sosiologi gender. Dari metode sejarah dan pendekatan sosiologi gender itu diketahui bahwa pada tahun 1905-1906, Ratu Zaleha selalu berada di garis depan medan pertempuran sejajar dengan laki-laki seperti Gusti Muhammad Seman, Gusti Muhammad Arsyad, dan Panglima Batur. Adapun sebab Gusti Zaleha mampu melakukan peran gender yang setangguh ini dikarenakan konstruksi sosial berupa bubuhan Pagustian yang selalu siaga perang sejak 1863. Kata Kunci: Ratu Zaleha, Peran Gender, Perang Banjar, Hulu Barito Abstract: The writing of Banjar history has always been dominated by male themes and figures. Therefore, it is necessary to balance it with the writing of history with female themes and figures in order to create an androgynous history. One figure worthy of being written is Ratu Zaleha, as her social construction as a tough woman provides a reflective material to form tough women who can compete with men in today's era. To understand this, historical research needs to be conducted by using heuristic, critical, interpretive, and historiographic processes with the assistance of a gender sociology approach. From the historical method and gender sociology approach, it is known that in 1905-1906, Ratu Zaleha was always at the forefront of the battlefield alongside men such as Gusti Muhammad Seman, Gusti Muhammad Arsyad, and Panglima Batur. The reason why Ratu Zaleha was able to perform such a strong gender role was due to the social construction in the form of bubuhan Pagustian  who have been ready for war since 1863. Keywords: Ratu Zaleha, Gender Role, Banjar War, Hulu Barito

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Financial distress in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and then a sample of 15 companies was obtained with sample data from 60 companies financial reports for 4 years of observation. The analysis technique used is the logistic regression analysis technique using SPSS 26. The result of this study concludes that simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on Financial distress. Partially only the Current Ratio (CR) significantly impacts Financial distress. Return On Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on Financial distress. Abstract

The management of the Tallo Watershed (DAS Tallo) in Makassar City requires effective cross-sectoral coordination, given the complexity of the problems faced, such as water pollution, sedimentation, and flooding. This study aims to analyze cross-sectoral coordination in the management of the Tallo Watershed in Makassar City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that cross-sectoral coordination in the management of the Tallo Watershed has not been optimal. There are several obstacles, such as a lack of commitment and synchronization of programs between relevant agencies, limited resources, and minimal community participation. In addition, no coordination forum functions effectively to integrate the various interests and programs of various sectors. To improve cross-sectoral coordination in the management of the Tallo Watershed, efforts are needed, including (1) strengthening the commitment and synchronization of programs between relevant agencies; (2) increasing human resource capacity and budget; (3) establishing a Tallo Watershed management coordination forum involving all stakeholders; and (4) increasing community participation in the management of the Tallo Watershed.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of operating costs, production costs, and sales volume on net income from sales in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method is a quantitative method with associative research type. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables operating costs, production variables and sales volume, while the variable was net income. The population in this study are all financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2020 period, while the research sample is 10 manufacturing companies in the food sub-sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet the criteria. . Methods of collecting data using documentation, data analysis techniques using t test or regression. The results showed that there was no effect of operating costs on net profit sales in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is an effect of Production Costs on Net Profit Sales in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is an effect of Sales Volume on Net Sales Profit in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously, Operational Costs, Production Costs, and Sales Volumes have a significant effect on Net Profit Sales in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRAK Motivasi di balik penelitian ini adalah untuk memutuskan dampak dari biaya kerja, biaya produksi dan volume transaksi terhadap keuntungan bersih dari transaksi organisasi fabrikasi sub-area makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pemeriksaan ini merupakan strategi kuantitatif dengan tipe eksplorasi kooperatif. Faktor-faktor dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari faktor bebas biaya kerja, biaya pembuatan dan volume transaksi, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah laba bersih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan anggaran yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015-2020, sedangkan uji eksplorasi adalah 10 organisasi assembling di sub area food and refreshment yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang telah memenuhi aturan. Strategi pengumpulan informasi menggunakan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode pemeriksaan informasi menggunakan uji t atau relaps. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada dampak Biaya Kerja pada Transaksi Manfaat Bersih di organisasi produsen sub-area makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Ada dampak Biaya Penciptaan pada Transaksi Manfaat Bersih di organisasi fabrikasi sub-area makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Ada pengaruh Volume Transaksi terhadap Manfaat Transaksi Bersih di organisasi produsen sub-area makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada saat yang sama, Biaya Fungsional, Biaya Pembuatan, dan Volume Transaksi secara fundamental mempengaruhi Transaksi Manfaat Bersih dalam organisasi fabrikasi sub-area makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata kunci: Biaya Operasional, Biaya Produksi, Volume Penjualan, Laba Bersih Penjualan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine how the influence of Investment Decisions (x1), Funding Decisions (x2) and Dividend Policy (x3) on Firm Value (y) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study uses a Quantitative Method in which the entire Population and Samples are taken from all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies that have published financial reports for the 2016-2020 period through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value with a regression coefficient of 2.265 and a significant value of 0,200. Funding decisions have no effect on firm value with a regression coefficient of -4.451 and a significant value of 0.091. Dividend policy has no effect on Firm Value with a regression coefficient of 0.145 and a significant value of 0.247. Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions and Dividend Policy affect Firm Value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as evidenced by the F-count value of 0.115 with a significant value of 0.012 and the R2 test results in this study of 0.175. This shows that company value is influenced by investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies of 17.5%. And influenced by other factors not examined in this study. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Keputusan Investasi (X1), Keputusan Pendanaan (X2) dan Kebijakan Deviden (X3) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Y) pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang seluruh populasi dan sampel diambil dari seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Perusahaan yang telah menerbitkan laporan keuangan pada periode 2016-2020 melalaui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia www.idx.co.id. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefien regresi sebesar 2,265 dan nilai signifikan 0,200. Keputusan Pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0,451 dan nilai signifikan 0,091. Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,145 dan nilai signifikan 0,247. Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dibuktikan dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 0,115 dengan nilai signifikan 0,012 dan hasil uji R2 pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,175. Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is an epidemic disease that seriously threatens global health. In addition to the high levels of morbidity and mortality, it also causes many countries around the world to spend a significant amount of money on healthcare. This study aims to calculate the direct medical costs and influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus outpatient care. The study was conducted from January to February 2015 at RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang in West Kalimantan. The study design used quantitative analysis with secondary data retrospectively collected from 2013, with a sample size of 200. The results of the multivariate analysis showed significant differences in the direct medical costs of type 2 diabetes mellitus outpatient care based on the type of care, disease duration, and complications. Health promotion and prevention interventions for type 2 diabetes mellitus should be increased to achieve effective and efficient care costs and to improve patients' quality of life.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) carried out by the STIA YAPPI LECTURER TEAM in collaboration with the Kalukubodo Village Government, South Galesong District, Takalar Regency, aims to increase local independence and food security in the area. This research explores collaboration between the two parties in designing and implementing programs that support sustainable agricultural development. By utilizing the potential of abundant natural resources, this activity includes training in agricultural techniques, use of technology, and effective natural resource management. The results of this activity show that the community's active participation in the training program increases their knowledge and skills, so they are able to optimize local resources to meet food needs independently. In addition, this collaboration also creates sustainable relationships between village governments and universities, opening up opportunities for innovation in resource management. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to the development of models of local independence and food security in other villages in Indonesia.
