Abstract

Begging behavior is a serious issue and happens on a wide scale, especially in urban areas. In Islamic normative point of view, the Quran has a distinctive perspective towards beggars. In Sura al-Mā‘ūn [107]: 3, Allah swt. encourages Moslem people to pay attention to poor beggars. In contrast, in other verses, al-Jāthiyah [45]: 7, al-Quran criticizes people who are lying for the sake of other’s mercy with a mode and guise of a falsehood. In fact, the begging behavior nowadays is not only caused by the economic problem, but beggars even make it as a preferable profession. The biggest problem in handling the beggar issues is the difficulty to differentiate between the genuine and the professional beggar. If we examine thoroughly using an analysis of the Quran verses, there is a distinctive characteristic of those beggars. These at least can be identified through the micro-expression, sound pressure, and eye tracking. The analysis of the human’s track and physical fact through al-Quran here is what the authors intend as Quran forensic. Based on the distinguishing indicators from the analysis of the Quran forensic, this article found a new model for solving beggar problems with a multidisciplinary approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pola pengelolaan waktu dalam upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak di komunitas pengajian muslimat Dinoyo Malang Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus untuk menemukan keunikan manjemen keluarga komunitas muslim. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 80% kegiatan perempuan di waktu luang tidak digunakan secara efektif untuk mendidik moral dan mentalitas anak-anak mereka.Ini mengimplikasikan efektivitas waktu luang sebagai waktu produktif dalam meningkatkan kualitas keluargayang belum mencapai pola ideal yang diharapkan.Kecenderungan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga dalam mendampingi anak-anak mereka adalah aktivitas perawatan fisik. Banyak kegiatan yang tidak produktif tanpa memberikan pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai spiritual bagi anak. Dampaknya, anak-anak belajar tentang konflik , mimpi materialistis, dan sejenisnya.kata kunci: Manajemen Waktu, Kecerdasan Spiritual Anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengembangkan modul pendidikan berorientasi pengakuan hukum untuk menghindari praktik pernikahan anak di bawah umur, terutama di Madura Sub-Budaya Masyarakat di daerah tapal kuda. Hasilnya adalah modul pendidikan yang terdiri atas tiga paket. Paket I berisi istilah perkawinan dan anak-anak di bawah usia sahnya dalam perspektif hukum Islam, hukum nasional dan hak asasi manusia internasional. Paket II resiko dan bahaya pernikahan anak di bawah umur, baik fisik, psikologis, medis dan seksual. Paket III berisi rencana kebijakan dan rencana aksi untuk pencegahan praktik pernikahan anak di bawah umur yang dirancang secara sinergis di segala bidang, baik hukum, politik, pendidikan, agama dan sosial-ekonomi. Bahan Modul dikembangkan berdasarkan pendekatan kompetensi. Seperti biasa bahan berbasis kompetensi, maka modul adalah hasil dari perkembangan ini akan terdiri dari: standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, indikator, tema, strategi, media, penilaian, dan alokasi waktuABSTRACT This research tried to develop educational module orientated in law recognition to avoid the practice of child marriage under age, especially in Madura Sub-Culture Community in Horseshoe Area. The result is an educational module which consist three packages. Package I contains the terms marriage and children under the age of legality in the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, national laws and international human rights. Package II risks and dangers of the marriage of child marriage under age, whether physical, psychological, medical and sexual. Package III contains policy plan and action plan for the prevention of child marriage practices designed underage synergistically in all fields, whether legal, political, educational, religious and socio-economic. The materials module was developed based on the competency approach. As usual competency-based material, then the module is the result of this development will consist of: competency standards, competency base, indicators, themes, strategies, media, assessment, and time allocation

Abstract

Todays health researchs prove that the breast milk contains a lot of content that is not found in milk formula, especially immunologic substances. Breast milk contains anti-infective agents that are clean and free of contamination. Immune substances that exist in immunoglobulins, secretory, and lactoferrin as well as the presence of factors that can stimulate Lactobacillus bifidus to protect baby?s digestive tract. Lately also known that breast milk can increase children?s intelligence. It could be due to nutritional milk, methods, or durations of breastfeeding. Research shows that a Taurine, Decosahexanoic acid (DHA) and Arachidonic acid (AA) exist in breast milk is very useful in the formation of the baby?s brain cells and accelerate the stimulus from the receptor organ to the brain, so that the response can be given in a fast time. Yet long before the WHO, researchers and human rights activists has been intensifying exclusive breastfeeding, the Koran was first called to breastfeed h}awlayn kâmilayn two full years. The Relevances between the activity of breastfeeding for two full years and the brain development of baby will be discussed in this paper.

Abstract

Muhammad b. ?Alî Muhammad b. ?Abd Allâh al-Shawkânî al-San?ânî. He was born in the Hijrah in Shawkân village, Yemen on Monday 28 Dhû al-Qa?dah 1172 H and died on Tuesday, 27 Jumâd al-Akhîr 1250 H at the age about 78 years. Al-Shawkânî grew up in the San?a city, it is the capital of the republic of Yemen now. He study first time about religion from his father, then from renowed scholars in San?a and its surrounding, he was known as a scolar who mastered the various branches of religious sciences. Such as tafsîr, h}adîth, fiqh, us}ûl al-fiqh, history, science of kalâm, philosophy, balâghah, mant}iq etc. the main issue in this article is how political thought in the book of tafsir Fath al-Qadîr is the work of Shawkânî. At the end of article, the authors found that the intended political thinking in the study of Fath al-Qadîr is about constitutional ideas. These ideas about the constitution is limited to the concept of leadership and deliberation, the concept of the right of citizen to obtain justice, and the concept pf the right of citizens to live association and assembly

Abstract

This paper discusses about the political thought in tafsir al qadir written by al-Shawkany.It is written in the paper that in the locus of political life of the state, there is aphenomenon that muslims fell the awkwardness in solving some fundamental problems,such as how to find the right relationship between Islam and politics, how toposition of Islamic law in the context of a modern democratic state, and how Islamiclaw should be understood and practiced. The awkwardness was later implicated in thebirth of various types of political experimentation. Islamic tradition of thought inpolitical philosophy did not develop because of political thought are taught in two differentdisciplines, namely discipline of Jurisprudence and discipline of philosophy. Ironically,in the tradition of Islamic scholarship that dominates is the discipline of jurisprudence,therefore we can not get out of the paradigm of political theology (politicaltheology).

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pemikiran politik dalam tafsir fath al-}Qadir > . Tujuan yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian terhadap Tafsi>rFath} al-Qadi>r ini adalah gagasan-gagasan tentang ketatanegaraan.Penulis menggunakan metode analisis teks untuk menyingkapgagasan-gagasan tentang ketatanegaraan ini yang dibatasi padakonsep kepemimpinan dan musyawarah, konsep hak warganegarauntuk memperoleh keadilan, dan konsep hak warganegara untukhidup berserikat dan berkumpul. Hasilnya adalah bahw kajiantentang politik secara garis besar dibagi dua: political theologydan political philosophy. Pertama, adalah studi atas ajaran-ajaranpolitik berdasarkan wahyu Tuhan. Kedua, ini adalah studi tentangpemikiran atau fisafat politik yang merupakan cabang dari fisafatsehingga tekanannya lebih kepada pemikiran. Abstract

Qur’anic studies di dunia Barat telah melewati bentangan sejarahcukup panjang. Dalam babakan-babakan sejarah itu, Qur’anicstudies dalam frame orientalisme tak terhindarkan dari perangkapzona akademis yang kompleks. Dikatakan kompleks, sebab ialekat dengan motif-motif yang amat variatif. Di antara faktor yangmempengaruhi perubahan citra Barat mengenai dunia Islam,yakni bertambahnya informasi faktual mengenai Islam dan kaummuslim, kontak-kontak langsung yang terus meningkat lantaranhubungan politik dan perdagangan, apresiasi yang tinggi terhadapprinsip-prinsip keilmuan dan fisafat yang berakar kuat di duniaTimur, dan perkembangan gradual kesadaran Barat sendiri. Padaperiode tertentu, Qur’anic studies muncul sebagai proyek apologismissionaris yang bertujuan melakukan konversi (evangelism).Namun ia acapkali muncul sebagai proyek material kolonialismeyang absolut, atau tak jarang semata-mata didorong sekadarmemenuhi rasa ingin tahu (intellectual curiosity). Kompleksitastertentu juga dapat ditemui dalam diskontinuitas Qur’anic studies,di mana secara evolutif ia mengalami transformasi-transformasiinternal akibat varian perangkat metodologi yang digunakan.Sehingga, sikap selektif diperlukan untuk menyikapi Qur’anicStudies menurut perspektif para orientalist dan Islamologi Barat.

Abstract

Abstract: Social conflict resolution is often viewed as a complex matter. Thus, a non-formal approach is needed to complement the formal approach of Law No.7 of 2012 that was legalized by The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia several years ago. It is not uncommon for non-formal conflict resolution to be more effective since it has a broader acceptance in society. A non-formal approach does not mean to undermine the existing laws; it can even complement it and become an alternative solution when the formal approach does not work. This study aims to describe the model of social conflict resolution based on Law No.7 of 2012 and the Quran as a comprehensive combination in resolving social conflict through a formal and non-formal approach. This study discusses that the Quran has a unique formula in resolving social conflicts by emphasizing the principal of kindness to prevent conflicts and implementing justice as a resolution to conflicts.الملخص: معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي كثيرا ما يكون أمرا صَعْباً تدوْرُ حوله أبعادٌ معقَّدَةٌ, وهناك حاجّةٌ ماسّةٌ لمعالجتِه من النّهج غير الرسميّ بجانب النهج الرسميّ الّذي قرَّرَه مجلسُ النّواب الشعبي بواسطة القانون رقم 7 سنة 2012 عدة سنوات ماضية, إذْ قد يكون النهج غير الرسميّ أكثَرَ فعاليةً وقبولًا لدى المجتمع في معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي. وهذا النوع من النهج لا يعني إلغاء القانون الوطني الرسمي, بل يسُدُّه ويكمِّلُهُ —خصوصا إذا كان هناك عواعِقُ تعوقُ دون نجاح. تستهْدِفُ هذه المقالَةُ إلى وصف النماذج في معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر القانون رقم 7 سنة 2012 ووجهة نظر الإسلام, رجاءً الحصول على النموذج المثالي المتكامل لهذه القضية. تصف هذه المقالة أن للقرآن صيغة خاصة متميزة في معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي, وهو تأييد "اللطف لمنع النزاع" وتطبيق "العدل كحل للصراع"Abstrak: Penanganan konflik sosial seringkali berdimensi kompleks. Oleh karena itu, perlu diupayakan penyelesaian konflik dengan pendekatan non-formal, di samping pendekatan formal melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 yang disahkan oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) Republik Indonesia beberapa waktu silam. Tidak jarang, penanganan konflik secara non-formal justru lebih efektif karena mempunyai level keberterimaan yang lebih luas dan tinggi di tengah masyarakat. Pendekatan non-formal ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk mengesampingkan undang-undang yang telah diberlakukan itu, tetapi justru melengkapinya sekaligus menjadi alternatif solusi jika pendekatan formal mengalami kebuntuan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model penanganan konflik sosial menurut UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 dan Al-Qur’an, sebagai kombinasi penanganan konflik sosial yang komprehensif, baik melalui jalur formal maupun non-formal. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan bahwa Al-Qur’an memiliki formula penanganan konflik sosial yang unik dan khas, yakni penekanan prinsip kebaikan sebagai prevensi konflik, dan penerapan prinsip keadilan sebagai resolusi konflik.

Abstract

Robot soccer is a type of wheeled car robot that has complexity in the design of the robot. The complexity in the design of the robot makes research development in the field of robotics increasing. This study discusses home position behavior (back to its original point) using the Q-learning algorithm which is implemented on robot soccer. Behavior system is implemented, the robot can move randomly in tracing the color box area to reach the target point. On the other side, using a chair as an object that will be randomly controlled with the Q-Learning algorithm combined with a webcam camera as a sensor to detect the color of the robot's movement area. Color acts as an initial identification so that the robot easily recognizes and knows the target point and area of ​​its movement. From the results of tests that have been done, the optimal behavior of robots to reach the target point is purple-yellow-blue with a value of Q = 5.13 and the time response value is time peak (tp) = iteration 12, time rise (tr) = iteration 8, time settling (ts) = iteration 9, time delay = iteration 6, and the value of the steady state error = 0, while in an autonomous moving chair with a value of Q = 5.13, the number of iterations 9, the number of steps is small and the response time response as follows: time rise (tr) = 9 iterations, time peak (tp) = 7 iteration, time settling (ts) = 9 iterations, delay time (td) = 6 iterations and the steady state error value is zero (0) on the 9th iteration.
