Abstract

Abstract: Intellectually disabled children have difficulty understanding abstract things such as Arabic letters. An appropriate learning media that can help them learn is significantly needed. In addition, some Intellectually disabled children can only pronounce Arabic letters but do not know the shape of the Arabic letters. In this context, ABATA media associates and equates Arabic letters with surrounding objects in their form and pronunciation so that intellectually disabled children can know the form and pronunciation of Arabic letters. This research aims to describe the ABATA media and its effectiveness. This research uses narrative review by gathering data from various sources, analyzing and designing the media. ABATA media is designed based on visual media and adopts the analogy method by equating the form of objects with Arabic letters, and the pronunciation of Arabic letters is the same as the initial syllable of objects. Based on the search for various literature sources conducted by the researchers, ABATA media is predicted to be adequate for mentally disabled children in introducing Arabic letters. This is because the visual media and analogy methods that are the basis for developing the ABATA media have proven effective and acceptable to intellectually disabled children. Therefore, ABATA media is believed to make it easier to introduce the shape and pronunciation of Arabic letters. Keywords: Arabic letters, visual media, analogy, intellectual disability. Abstrak: Anak tunagrahita mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami hal yang bersifat abstrak, seperti huruf Arab sehingga diperlukan media yang dapat mengonkretkan hal tersebut. Selain itu, terdapat anak tunagrahita yang hanya mampu melafalkan huruf Arab namun tidak mengetahui bentuk huruf Arab tersebut. Dalam konteks ini, media ABATA mengaitkan dan menyamakan huruf Arab dengan benda-benda sekitar dalam bentuk dan pengucapannya agar anak tunagrahita mampu mengetahui bentuk sekaligus pelafalan huruf Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan media ABATA dan keefektifannya secara konseptual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative review dengan mencari berbagai sumber, menganalisis, dan kemudian mendesain media. Media ABATA dirancang berbasis media bergambar dan mengadopsi metode analogi dengan menyamakan bentuk benda dengan bentuk huruf Arab. Adapun pelafalan huruf Arab disamakan dengan suku awal benda. Berdasarkan penelusuran berbagai literatur yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, media ABATA diprediksikan efektif untuk diterapkan kepada anak tunagrahita dalam mengenalkan huruf Arab. Hal ini didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa media bergambar dan metode analogi yang menjadi basis pengembangan media ABATA ini terbukti efektif dan mampu diterima oleh anak tunagrahita. Oleh karena itu, media ABATA diyakini mampu mempermudah dalam pengenalan bentuk sekaligus pelafalan huruf Arab. Kata kunci:  huruf Arab, media bergambar, analogi, tunagrahita

Abstract

This paper is a review of the book "Limadza Taakhkharal Muslimun wa Limadza Taqaddama Ghairuhum" by Al-Amir Syakib Arslan. This book succinctly presents the reasons for the decline of Islam, providing an initial introduction for those studying the history of the decline of Islam. The study of this subject is all the more interesting because despite the passage of more than half a century, Muslims have still not achieved their former glory. This study needs to be reexamined in light of the current context. The importance of this study is further reinforced by the fact that understanding the causes of the past decline can provide valuable insights for designing strategies for the future revival of Muslims.

Abstract

Quranic learning should ideally use a learning method that has certain guidelines and is carried out consistently. However, in certain cases a Quranic teacher faces special conditions and requires different treatment. The study groups that are handled have characteristics that vary between groups and internally the Quranic study group is very open to the possibility of being heterogeneous. However, currently in a place or group studying the Qur'an only uses one learning method so that it cannot provide opportunities for students to choose a learning method that suits their learning style. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing Quranic learning methods, provide recommendations to students for learning methods that are in accordance with their learning styles, streamline Quranic learning based on personalized learning. The method used in this study is Design Thinking Proccess. Based on the development research procedures that have been presented, there are 5 procedural steps of research based on design thinking. This research is very important to do considering that studying the Qur'an well is a priority for Muslims as a guide for living in the world.

Abstract

Ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati merupakan salah satu materi dalam pembelajaran IPA yang membutuhkan proses bernalar dan pengolahan informasi dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, seringkali terjadi pemahaman konsep yang salah (miskonsepsi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi yang dialami oleh peserta didik pada materi ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati menggunakan tes diagnostik four-tier multiple choice yang terdiri dari 12 soal pilihan ganda. Hasil validitas isi tes mencapai 0,9801 (kriteria sangat valid) dan reliabilitas untuk B tier (pilihan jawaban dan alasan peserta didik) sebesar 0,765 (kriteria cukup reliabel). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 62 peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 5 Malang. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan di kelas VII C dengan jumlah 31 peserta didik, sedangkan pelaksanaan identifikasi miskonsepsi dilakukan di kelas VII A dengan jumlah 31 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami miskonsepsi tertinggi pada indikator mengidentifikasi metode konservasi keanekaragaman hayati dengan persentase miskonsepsi sebesar 58%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep siswa kelas VIII SMP di Kota Malang menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain sequential explanatory. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diolah dengan statistik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 95 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Kota Malang. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tiga indikator utama yang dibahas dalam butir soal yang diberikan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik SMP Negeri di Kota Malang pada setiap indikator materi gerak lurus berkisar dari rendah sampai sangat rendah. Indikator pertama, menafsirkan besaran fisis pada gerak lurus, hanya dijawab benar oleh 29,48% responden, sehingga dapat digolongkan sebagai sangat rendah. Indikator kedua, mengklasifikasikan besaran fisis pada gerak lurus, hanya dijawab benar oleh 47,37% responden, sehingga dapat digolongkan sebagai rendah. Indikator terakhir, menarik inferensi atau memprediksi besaran fisis pada gerak lurus, hanya dijawab benar oleh 10,53% responden, sehingga termasuk dalam golongan sangat rendah.

Abstract

Seorang guru harus mampu menciptakan strategi dan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan materi yang dipelajari peserta didik serta meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat belajarnya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Wordwall terintegrasi model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe TGT (teams games tournament) pada materi perpindahan kalor. Proses pengembangan media ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan model 4D, dengan tahapannya adalah define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap develop karena peneliti akan melanjutkan tahap berikutnya dengan melibatkan lebih dari satu sekolah. Hasil uji pengembangan media menunjukkan bahwa pada uji kelayakan, media ini memperoleh persentase sebesar 98% (sangat layak), sedangkan uji validitas ahli menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dengan persentase tampilan sebesar 94% (sangat baik), bahasa sebesar 96% (sangat baik), dan isi materi sebesar 92%. Selain itu, hasil uji keterbacaan media mencapai 78% (cukup terbaca), dan uji kepraktisan media menunjukkan angka sebesar 82% (sangat praktis).

Abstract

Abstrak Kesenjangan peserta didik reguler dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus yang perlahan semakin membesar mengakibatkan sekolah melakukan inovasi pembelajaran untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya melalui program inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai 1) transformasi pendidikan konvensional menuju pendidikan ramah anak, 2) implementasi inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti pada proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 10 Kota Malang, 3) dampak inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti terhadap peningkatan pengalaman belajar peserta didik, 4) faktor penghambat pengimplementasian Inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti, serta 5) strategi implementasi Inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti dalam mewujudkan pendidikan ramah anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif mengacu pada tahapan penelitian Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengimplementasian inovasi Jarik Ma'Siti di SMPN 10 Kota Malang telah dilakukan dengan hasil yang baik dimana seluruh peserta didik istimewa berhasil meraih skor ketuntasan minimal. Strategi yang dilakukan sekolah dalam memaksimalkan tujuan program inovasi ini adalah mengadakan pendampingan peserta didik secara personal diluar jam pelajaran serta melakukan kolaborasi dengan guru dan sekolah-sekolah lain agar inovasi ini dapat terus berkembang mewujudkan pendidikan ramah anak dan pendidikan inklusif. Abstract The gap between regular students and students with special needs is slowly getting bigger has resulted in schools making learning innovations to overcome these problems, one of which is through the Jarik Ma'Siti innovation program. This study aims to understand more deeply 1) the transformation of conventional education towards child-friendly education, 2) the implementation of Jarik Ma'Siti innovation in the learning process at SMP Negeri 10 Malang City, 3) the impact of Jarik Ma'Siti innovation on improving students' learning experience, 4) inhibiting factors in implementing Jarik Ma'Siti Innovation, and 5) implementation strategies for Jarik Ma'Siti Innovation in realizing child-friendly education. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative data analysis referring to the Miles and Huberman research stages. The results showed that the implementation of the Jarik Ma'Siti innovation at SMPN 10 Malang City has been carried out with good results where all special students have achieved the minimum completion score. The strategy carried out by schools in maximizing the objectives of this innovation program is to provide personal assistance to students outside of class hours and collaborate with teachers and other schools so that this innovation can continue to develop to realize child friendly and inclusive education.

Abstract

231,690,932 Muslims in Indonesia believe in protecting the Qur'an by memorizing or repeating it. However, they have difficulties because they are not tied to the institution of memorizing the Qur’an and need solutions to help memorize the Quran. This research aims to describe the development of the HIFDZ application as a peer teaching-based Al-Qur'an memorization platform. Research method The HIFDZ application uses the Waterfall method, which was first introduced by Winston Royce in 1970 and is often used for Software Engineering (SE) development, including (1) Analytic Needs, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Testing, (5) Maintenance. The Peer Teaching approach or peer tutoring is adequate regarding interest and achievement. The practicality of the HIFDZ application was tested on 3 Al-Qur'an memorizers, showing that HIFDZ can be used easily by Al-Qur'an memorizers. Abstract

This study aims to examine the genealogy of the verse of religious moderation in Surat Al-Baqarah verse 143 and the efforts contained in the verse to counteract radicalism in this case sample on the tribunnews.com youtube channel. This study used the method of analysis of maudhu'i tafsir on al-Qurtubi's Ahkam al-Quran tafsir, which is one of the famous Sunni-classical tafsir works. Through the analysis of al-Qurtubi's tafsir, it was found that verse 143 of Surat al-Baqarah shows the importance of moderation in religion, which considers the balance between the interests of the individual and the interests of society. Moderation in religion is also associated with the concept of ummatan wasatan which emphasizes justice and balance in life, and sees the response of tafsir al-Qurtubi to see the phenomenon of radicasim that emerged in Indonesia. In addition, this study shows that verse 143 of Surat Al-Baqarah also provides concrete efforts in countering radicalism, namely by showing the importance of respecting differences and avoiding actions that cause divisions in society. The benefit of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the verse of religious moderation in Surat al-Baqarah verse 143, as well as contribute to countering radicalism. This research can also be used as a reference for future research on the same theme. Overall, this study shows that verse 143 of Surat al-Baqarah has a broad meaning and can provide useful direction in efforts to counteract radicalism and promote religious moderation.

Abstract

This research discusses human rights violations committed by Israel against Palestinians, especially in the crime of genocide that is currently shocking the world. The purpose and benefits of this research are to provide facts about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict so that it can build sympathy and care for people who are facing conflict and need help. Furthermore, secondary data sourced from textual such as various research, books, discussion videos, reading materials, and other academic publications on the theme of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict are used to collect data and information for this academic study. The formulation of the issues discussed is the violation of human rights of the Israeli Genocide against Palestine, the Transcription and comments of the Indonesian people, the Tafsir and Asbabun Nuzul QS Al-Hujurat verse 13, and the contribution of the peace verse in overcoming conflict and genocide in Palestine. Surah Al-Hujurat contains messages of peace, brotherhood, and rejecting behaviour that degrades or discredits others.
