Abstract

This study examines how Customer Expectation and Service Recovery affect Customer Loyalty, with Customer Satisfaction as a mediator, among TikTok Shop by Tokopedia users from an Islamic business perspective. Due to increasing e-commerce competition in Indonesia, businesses must meet expectations and recover services effectively. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 96 Generation Z respondents in Bandar Lampung, and data were analyzed via SEM-PLS. Results showed Customer Expectation significantly impacts Customer Satisfaction but not directly Customer Loyalty. Service Recovery positively affects both Satisfaction and Loyalty. Satisfaction mediates between Expectation and Recovery's effect on Loyalty. Findings highlight the importance of transparency, quick recovery, and fair complaint handling to boost satisfaction and loyalty. From an Islamic view, this aligns with justice, honesty, and responsibility, aiming for long-term benefits beyond profit.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 telah mendorong adopsi teknologi cloud computing secara masif sebagai fondasi transformasi digital di berbagai sektor industri, namun peningkatan penggunaan layanan ini juga memunculkan risiko keamanan data yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan risiko keamanan data pada layanan cloud computing. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi solusi teknologis dan strategis yang relevan dalam konteks Industri 4.0. melalui studi literatur terhadap publikasi ilmiah lima tahun terakhir. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa risiko utama mencakup kebocoran data, serangan siber, akses tidak sah, dan ketidakpatuhan regulasi. Solusi yang menonjol antara lain penerapan enkripsi end-to-end, sistem deteksi intrusi berbasis kecerdasan buatan, dan penggunaan blockchain untuk audit data. Temuan juga mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan cloud computing masih menghadapi tantangan implementasi berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, anggaran, dan kesadaran keamanan, khususnya pada sektor industri kecil dan menengah (IKM). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi keamanan siber yang lebih adaptif dan terintegrasi di lingkungan cloud computing masa kini.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores the perceptions, attitudes, and teaching practices of senior high school English teachers in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh, Indonesia, regarding the concept of World Englishes (WE). As English continues to evolve as a global language, its use across diverse sociocultural contexts challenges traditional native-speaker norms—especially those based on British and American English. Despite this global shift, English education in Indonesia remains strongly influenced by native-speaker standards embedded within the national curriculum. Using a qualitative case study approach, the data were collected through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and a literature review involving five English teachers from different schools in the area. The results indicate that although teachers recognize the existence of various English varieties, their comprehension of the theoretical and pedagogical principles underlying World Englishes is still limited. Most teachers continue to rely on inner circle varieties especially American and British English as the dominant teaching models, citing factors such as curriculum restrictions, insufficient exposure to global English varieties, and students’ relatively low proficiency levels. Consequently, the practical application of World Englishes in classroom instruction remains minimal. The study suggests that targeted professional development programs are essential to strengthen teachers’ sociolinguistic awareness and pedagogical skills in addressing English variation. Gradually incorporating non-native English varieties into classroom materials could foster more inclusive, realistic, and globally oriented English teaching practices in Indonesia. Abstract

     AbstractMarine environments are highly aggressive to reinforced concrete due to chloride ions that accelerate chemical degradation and initiate reinforcement corrosion, potentially causing early depassivation of steel. This study investigates the temporal evolution of chemical compounds in reinforced concrete and identifies early corrosion-related changes induced by artificial seawater exposure using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Structural-grade reinforced concrete specimens were exposed to artificial seawater with a salinity of approximately 3.5% NaCl under partial immersion conditions, where half of each specimen was immersed while the remaining half was exposed to laboratory air. The exposure period lasted 30 days, with surface concrete powder samples collected at selected intervals. FTIR analysis was conducted to monitor changes in key functional groups, including –OH (Ca(OH)₂), CO₃²⁻ (CaCO₃), calcium silicate hydrate (C–S–H), and free silica. The results indicate progressive carbonation from the early stages of exposure, evidenced by a gradual reduction in –OH intensity and a corresponding increase in carbonate peaks, reflecting a decrease in concrete alkalinity. A notable increase in –OH intensity during the exposure period suggests enhanced moisture absorption, which may facilitate chloride ion diffusion. Although C–S–H phases persisted throughout the test duration, the appearance of free silica at later stages indicates the onset of hydration matrix degradation. These findings demonstrate that progressive carbonation combined with moisture absorption under partial immersion conditions can accelerate early reinforcement depassivation and potentially shorten the service life of reinforced concrete in artificial marine environments.Keywords:Reinforced concrete, corrosion, FTIR, carbonation, artificial seawater       AbstrakLingkungan laut merupakan salah satu kondisi paling agresif terhadap beton bertulang karena keberadaan ion klorida yang dapat mempercepat degradasi kimia beton serta inisiasi korosi tulangan, sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan depasivasi lapisan pelindung baja tulangan pada tahap awal umur layan struktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan temporal senyawa kimia beton bertulang dan mengidentifikasi indikasi awal korosi akibat paparan air laut buatan menggunakan metode Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Spesimen beton bertulang bermutu struktural dipaparkan pada lingkungan air laut buatan dengan salinitas ±3,5% NaCl, di mana setengah panjang spesimen direndam dalam air laut buatan dan setengah lainnya terpapar udara. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 30 hari dengan pengambilan sampel serbuk permukaan beton pada hari ke-9, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 24, 27, dan 30. Analisis FTIR digunakan untuk memantau perubahan intensitas dan keberadaan gugus fungsional utama, meliputi –OH (Ca(OH)₂), CO₃²⁻ (CaCO₃), fase hidrasi silikat (C–S–H), dan silika bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya karbonasi progresif sejak tahap awal paparan, yang ditandai dengan penurunan bertahap intensitas puncak – OH (Ca(OH)₂) dan peningkatan puncak karbonat (CO₃²⁻, CaCO₃), sehingga mengindikasikan penurunan alkalinitas beton. Lonjakan signifikan intensitas –OH pada hari ke-17 menunjukkan penyerapan kelembapan yang tinggi, yang berpotensi mempercepat difusi ion klorida ke dalam beton. Fase C–S–H masih terdeteksi sepanjang periode pengujian, namun kemunculan silika bebas pada akhir paparan mengindikasikan awal degradasi matriks hidrasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi karbonasi progresif dan penyerapan kelembapan pada kondisi perendaman parsial dapat mempercepat indikasi depasivasi tulangan dan berpotensi menurunkan umur layan beton bertulang di lingkungan laut buatan.Kata Kunci:             Beton bertulang, korosi, FTIR, karbonasi, air laut buatan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the patterns and determinants of inclusive economic growth across districts and cities in Java Island by explicitly accounting for regional structural heterogeneity. Using secondary panel data from 23 regencies/cities over the period 2019–2023, the analysis employs panel data regression within the Klassen Typology framework to distinguish between developed and rapidly growing regions and developed but depressed regions. The findings indicate that economic growth consistently contributes positively to inclusive growth across regions, although its magnitude varies by regional typology. Human capital, financial inclusion, employment opportunities, and road infrastructure are found to enhance inclusiveness in both regional groups, while income inequality persistently constrains inclusive outcomes. Poverty significantly reduces inclusiveness only in developed and rapidly growing regions, whereas sanitation infrastructure plays a more prominent role in supporting inclusive growth in structurally constrained regions. These results demonstrate that inclusive growth mechanisms are context-dependent and region-specific, highlighting the limitations of uniform development policies. By integrating district-level panel data with a regional typology approach, this study contributes to the inclusive growth literature by emphasizing the importance of structural differentiation in translating economic growth into equitable development outcomes.

Abstract

Penggunaan serat alam sebagai reinforcement pada material komposit semakin duminati pada suatu dasawarsa terakhir ini. Hal ini disebabkan karena serat alam jebih ramah lingkungan, memiliki densitas yang rendah, kompatibel dengan alam. dan harganya yang relatif murah. Salah satu penggunaan serat alam pada material komposit adalah serat kulit pohon waru (hibiscus tiliaceus). Serat kulit pohon waru (hibiscus tiliaceus) memiliki potensi yang sangat baik sebagai reinforcement pada komposit karena serat kulit pohon waru (hibiscus tillaceus). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel bebas yaitu variasi fraksi 30% 70%, 40%: 60%, 60%: 40% dan 70%: 30%. Hasil dari penelitian ini Nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi diperoleh pada serat kulit kayu waru 40%: 60% dengan nilai kekuatan tarik 14,64 Mpa. Pengujian pengembangan tebal untuk variasi fraksi 30%: 70%, 40%: 60%, 60%: 40% dan 70%: 30% telah memenuhi syarat standar JIS A 5908-2003. Hasil pengembangan tebal tertinggi terdapat pada serat 40%: 60% dengan nilai pengembangan tebal 0,17% dan nilai pengembangan tebal terendah terdapat pada serat 30%: 70% dan 70%: 30% dengan nilai 0,25%. Kata kunci: Kayu waru, Reinforcement, hibiscus tiliaceus.
