Abstract

Patient safety is the most important global issue today, with the highest number of reported claims for medical errors occurring in patients. Hospital patient safety must provide services that meet quality standards and ensure a sense of security and protection from the impact of services provided in order to realize the rights of the community to quality and safe services. This study aims to determine the Overview of Preparation for Patient Safety Implementation in the IBS Room. This study uses quantitative observation method with descriptive deSign in this study, using total sampling with a sample of 32 respondents, Surgical safety checklistobservation sheet, and data analysis using univariate analysis. The results of this study were obtained in age characteristics, most of them had an age range of> 39 years as many as 18 respondents (56.3%). In gender, 23 respondents (71.9%) were male. In the length of work, 20 respondents (62.5%) worked for a long time. In the implementation of the Surgical safety checklist, the Sign inphase was completed by 24 respondents (75.0%), the Time out phase was incomplete as many as 19 respondents (59.4%), the Sign out phase was incomplete as many as 18 respondents (56.3%).

Abstract

Gangguan kandung empedu, hati, dan pankreas eksokrin dapat terjadi sebagai gangguan primer. Fungsi satu organ sering mempengaruhi organ lainnya. Inflamasi atau obstruksi duktus dan perubahan menyebabkan dampak. Mendeskripsikan Penatalaksanaan Nyeri dengan Teknik Mobilisasi Dini ROM ( Range Of Motion ) di RSUD Kardinah Kota Tegal. Jenis rancangan penulisan dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan penerapan terapi ROM ( Range Of Motion ) terbukti dapat mengatasi masalah diagnosa nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisiologis, pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan sendiri dilaksanakan selama 3 hari, dengan kriteria hasil nyeri berkurang.

Abstract

Introduction: Urinary tract infection (UTI) or Urinarius Tractus Infection is a condition where there is a bacterial infection of microorganisms that occurs in the urinary tract.  The occurrence of UTI is due to the presence of pathogenic microorganisms in the urinary tract. These microorganisms enter through direct contact from the nearest place of infection, hematogenous, or lymphogenous.  Symptoms of UTI are the desire to urinate that continues to be felt, pain or sensation of heat when urinating (this set of conditions is called anyang-anyang), turbid and sharp-smelling urine, frequent urination, bloody or purulent urine, in women generally the patient will feel pelvic pain, especially in the pelvic center and the bone area around the genitals. Objectives: To describe nursing care in urinary tract infection patients who have impaired urinary elimination. Method: This research uses qualitative descriptive methods in the form of case studies. Nursing care was given to Mrs. K for 3 days. Data collection techniques obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and physical examinations. Result: The problem of urinary elimination disorders that occur in urinary tract infection patients can be overcome by conducting deep breath relaxation therapy to reduce the pain experienced by the patient training the patient not to hold urination, and advising the patient to increase the frequency of drinking.  The results obtained after the nursing action show the patient's pain gradually decreases, and the frequency of urination is smooth even though it still feels pain when urinating. Conclusion: After nursing treatment for 3x24 hours, the problem of urinary elimination disorders gradually improved characterized by an improved elimination pattern of decreased patient pain complaints.

Abstract

Hipertensi sering kali menyebabkan kondisi berbahaya bagi penderitanya, dengan kemungkinan menimbulkan ketegangan atau Stres akibat penyakit tersebut yang biasanya membutuhkan pengobatan jangka panjang. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah guna memahami hasil implementasi terapi hipnosis 5 jari untuk penurunan Stres dan tekanan darah pada sebelum operasi dengan anestesi umum. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara melibatkan pendekatan personal untuk memberikan implementasi terapi hipnosis 5 jari kepada masing-masing peserta. Khalayak sasaran dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pasien pre operasi dengan general anestesi di RSUD dr. R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga sebanyak 30 peserta. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukan sebelum dilakukan hipnosis 5 jari yaitu Stres ringan 26 (63,3%) peserta setelah dilakukan hipnosis 5 jari tingkat Stres normal 15 (50%) peserta dan Stres ringan 15 (50%) peserta. Tingkat tekanan darah sebelum dilakukan hipnosis 5 jari hipertensi tingkat 1 30 (100%) peserta setelah dilakukan hipnosis 5 jari pra hipertensi 20 (66,7%). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terapi hipnosis 5 jari dapat menurunkan Stres dan tekanan darah pada pasien pre operasi dengan general anestesi.

Abstract

One of the most common side effects of chronic kidney disease is metabolic acidosis (CKD). It is associated with the development of CKD and various other functional disorders. Metabolic acidosis can be a common complication associated with progressive loss of kidney function. The form can be a metabolic acidosis with a non-anion gap or metabolic acidosis with a high or mixed anion gap. Reduced kidney ability to maintain acid-base homeostasis results in acid accumulation, causing various complications such as decreased nutritional status such as wasting muscle-hypoalbuminemia, inflammation, uremic bone disease and its association with increased mortality. In addition to the side effects associated with acid retention, metabolic acidosis can also cause kidney damage, possibly through stimulation of adaptive mechanisms aimed at maintaining acid-base homeostasis in the event of decreased renal function. chronic kidney disease (CKD), and therefore offers an effective, safe and affordable reno-protective strategy. This paper will discuss the physiology and pathophysiology of acid-base homeostasis in CKD, namely the mechanism of metabolic acidosis capable of impairing kidney function, and its relation to the benefits of alkaline therapy. based on clinical trials

Abstract

The term "depth of anesthesia" refers to the extent to which a general anesthetic agent anesthetizes the central nervous system with a specific concentration of force at the time the drug is administered. The depth level of anesthesia plays an important role in determining surgical complications, and it is very important to keep the depth level of anesthesia under control for the operation to be successful. The purpose of this study is to determine the Monitoring Picture of Anesthesia Depth in General Anesthesia. The literature search will be conducted between 2018 and 2023. The methodof journals and scientific articles contained in this study are national and international journals that have been accounted for their validity. Sources of information obtained from databases are Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed. Anesthesia depth monitoring with the most popular modern technique in practice is the Bixpectral Index Score (BIS) monitor. Anesthesia depth monitoring using BIS is more accurate than traditional anesthesia depth monitoring. Objective assessment of the depth of sedation can use the BIS tool that provides the best prediction of the patient's degree of consciousness to] prevent the patient from waking up and remember actions, drug additions, and wake predictions more accurately by looking at changes in brain electrical activity depicted through EEG

Abstract

Sectio caesarea is at risk of complications, one of which is anxiety, anxiety in Sectio Caesrea patients is reported to reach 60% to 92%. One way to overcome anxiety is with sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas. Objective: to determine the effect of sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas on anxiety in Sectio Caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is quantitative with Pre-experiment research design with one group pretest-posttest. The study population was all Sectio Caesarea patients with accidental sampling technique totaling 35 respondents. The research was conducted on July 09-21, 2024 at RSUD Dr. The research instrument used The Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) questionnaire followed by statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test: Before listening to sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas, 25 respondents (71.4%) experienced moderate anxiety. After listening to sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas, 25 respondents (71.4%) experienced mild anxiety. Wilcoxon test showed that sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas had a significant effect on reducing anxiety scores. As well as a significance value of 0.000 and ? value less than 0.05. Conclusion: there is an effect of sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas on anxiety scores.

Abstract

General anesthesia involves a complete loss of consciousness. General anesthesia can be given to patients by intravenous injection or by inhalation (Royal College of Physicians (UK), 2011). Inhalation anesthesia is a drug in the form of a volatile gas or liquid, which is administered through the patient's respiratory system (Edgington et al., 2018). Hemodynamics is the flow of blood in the body's circulatory system, either through the magna circulation (large circulation) or the parva circulation (circulation in the lungs). Under normal conditions, hemodynamics will always be maintained in physiological conditions with neurohormonal control (Muftilov et al., 2021). The study aims to determine the effect of administering sevoflurane inhalation induction anesthesia on decreased hemodynamics. This research method is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques using the observation method. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS 22. The results of the study using 44 respondents were used as research samples to determine the effect of administering sevoflurane inhalation induction anesthesia on decreased hemodynamics. From the results obtained that blood pressure 000, pulse.0-013, respiration 0 .001 and MAP .000 which concluded there is an influence between the administration of sevoflurane on the decrease in patient hemodynamics before induction and after induction, while for oxygen saturation 1,000 which concluded no significant influence between the administration of sevoflurane on the decrease in hemodynamics.

Abstract

The birth of a fetus through an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen is known as sectio cesarean delivery. The SC process requires anaesthetic management consisting of general and regional anaesthesia. Female celebrities and general citizens are currently having SC deliveries using the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) method. Spinal anaesthesia provides several advantages, including keeping the mother awake, reducing aspiration likelihood, and avoiding neonatal depression. It also provides unexpected complications, including haemodynamic changes and the incidence of urinary retention. This study aims to determine the features of intra-anesthetic haemodynamics and postoperative urinary retention in sectio caesarea patients with the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) method. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling of as many as 67 respondents. Data were collected by observing the first 15 minutes after spinal anaesthesia and interviewing the incidence of postoperative urinary retention. The results showed that there were haemodynamic changes and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention.

Abstract

Post Operasi Benighn Prostatic Hyperplasiamerupakan waktu resiko tinggi terjadinya komplikasi. Perdarahan merupakan komplikasi utama Post operasi Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Perdarahan Post Operasi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Faktor perdarahan yaitu usia, inflamasi prostat, lama tindakan operasi, jenis operasi, gangguan koagulasi trombosit, lama pemasangan kateter di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong.Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif observasional deskriptif desain penelitian crossectional. Tempat penelitian di Ruang pemulihan di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Waktu penelitian 6 Oktober - 6 November 2023. Sampel 59 pasien dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi. Data diambil dengan melakukan pengamatan post operasi pada saat terjadinya perdarahan. Analisis data berupa univariat, bivariat dengan uji Chi square dan Rank Sperman menghasilkan distribusi frekuensi dan presentase dari setiap variabel, dan multivariat untuk menganalisis faktor mana yang paling sering terjadi di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perdarahan dengan nilai p value 0.05 menyatakan adanyna hubungan. Usia 0.012, Lama Tindakan Operasi 0.000, Jenis Operasi 0.013, Lama Pemasangan Kateter 0.043. Hasil analisis multivariat yang paling sering terjadi yaitu Lama Pemasangan kateter dengan P value 0.018 dan nilai Exp(B) 30,225.
