Abstract

As a top manager, of course the role of the school principal in managing and improving teacher competence cannot be ignored. The principal has a very significant role in creating a learning environment and can support, motivate and encourage teachers to continue to develop their abilities. Starting from preparing relevant professional programs to applying technology to innovative education. In carrying out their role, school principals must also be able to overcome obstacles or problems such as (SD) limited resources, resistance to change, and dynamics that are said to be complex in educational institutions. Collaboration with teachers, parents and the surrounding community is an important key in creating a holistic and sustainable educational ecosystem. This type of research is qualitative with a library research approach. The collection of literature related to the above theme can be classified into two. Firstly, primary sources (primary sources) and secondly secondary sources (secondary sources).

Abstract

Utilization of Educational Technology in Teaching Tadabbur Al-Quran at ATQA (Akademi Tadabbur Al- Quran) Indonesia is research that analyzes the role of educational technology in supporting the teaching and learning of tadabbur Al-Quran in an academic environment, especially at ATQA. This research utilizes literature study and survey methods to identify various educational technologies adopted and implemented at ATQA. The results revealed that the use of educational technologies, such as online learning platforms like Google Meet and OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), has contributed significantly to enriching the learning experience of Tadabbur Al-Quran.   Abstrak Pemanfaatan Teknologi Pendidikan dalam Pengajaran Tadabbur Al-Quran di ATQA (Akademi Tadabbur Al-Quran) Indonesia adalah penelitian yang menganalisis peran teknologi pendidikan dalam mendukung pengajaran dan pembelajaran tadabbur Al-Quran di lingkungan akademis, khususnya di ATQA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan survei dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai teknologi pendidikan yang telah diadopsi dan diimplementasikan di ATQA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi pendidikan, seperti platform pembelajaran online seperti Google Meet dan OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) telah terbukti memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar tadabbur Al-Quran.

Abstract

Religious moderation has an important role as a mediator in easing divisions due to differences in beliefs. Indonesia, as a multicultural country with diverse beliefs, often faces misunderstandings that disrupt the life of the nation. Strengthening religious moderation from an early age in students is important to avoid radical religious thinking and foster an open attitude towards other beliefs. This study aims to examine the implementation of strengthening religious moderation in the independent curriculum with the Qur'an and Hadith approach at SDN Bengle, Bogor Regency. This study also aims to explore the role of teachers in shaping the character of religious moderation in students as well as analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research site is SDN Bengle, a driving school that implements the independent curriculum. Data were obtained through interviews and documentation, and analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The veracity of the data was verified through triangulation of sources and techniques. This research resulted in several important findings. First, teachers have the main role as responsible, successor, developer, implementer, and figure in building religious moderation at Bengle Elementary School. Second, the values of religious moderation that are built include fairness, balance, simplicity, and unity. Third, supporting factors include the readiness and experience of teachers in implementing religious moderation programs in accordance with the independent curriculum. However, the limited religious facilities at school become an obstacle in fostering the character of students. The implementation of strengthening religious moderation in the independent curriculum at Bengle Elementary School is in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an and Hadith. The main role of teachers in shaping the character of religious moderation and the values contained in it has a positive impact. Although challenges in the facility still exist, proactive measures have been taken to maintain religious diversity and harmony among students. Abstrak Moderasi beragama memiliki peran penting sebagai penengah dalam meredakan perpecahan akibat perbedaan keyakinan. Indonesia, sebagai negara multikultural dengan beragam kepercayaan, sering menghadapi kesalahpahaman yang mengganggu kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penguatan moderasi beragama sejak usia dini pada peserta didik menjadi penting guna menghindari pemikiran agama yang radikal dan memupuk sikap terbuka terhadap kepercayaan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi penguatan moderasi beragama dalam kurikulum merdeka dengan pendekatan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits di SDN Bengle, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru dalam membentuk karakter moderasi beragama pada siswa serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat penelitian adalah SDN Bengle, sebuah sekolah penggerak yang menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kebenaran data diverifikasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan penting. Pertama, guru memiliki peran utama sebagai penanggung jawab, penerus, pengembang, pelaksana, dan figur dalam membangun moderasi beragama di SDN Bengle. Kedua, nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang dibangun meliputi adil, seimbang, kesederhanaan, dan kesatuan. Ketiga, faktor pendukung meliputi kesiapan dan pengalaman guru dalam mengimplementasikan program moderasi beragama yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka. Namun, keterbatasan fasilitas keagamaan di sekolah menjadi penghambat dalam pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Implementasi penguatan moderasi beragama dalam kurikulum merdeka di SDN Bengle telah sesuai dengan panduan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits. Peran utama guru dalam membentuk karakter moderasi beragama dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalamnya memiliki dampak positif. Meskipun tantangan dalam fasilitas masih ada, langkah-langkah proaktif telah diambil untuk menjaga keragaman beragama dan harmoni di antara siswa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the competence of caregivers of female students of junior high school boarding schools in the book Ar-Rasul Al-Muallim Wa Asalibuhu Fi At-Ta'lim by Abdul Fattah Abu Ghuddah and Pondok Pesantren Putri Hidayatullah, Depok-West Java. The method used is qualitative research with literature and field studies. The results show that the competence of this female santri caregiver includes knowledge, skills, and experience in caring for, maintaining, educating, fostering, and guiding santri with full responsibility. These competencies reflect the four main characters of the Prophet Muhammad, namely Shiddiq (integrity), Tabligh (communicative), Amanah (professional), and Fathonah (innovative). The existence of santri caregivers who have these competencies has a positive impact on the education program at the Islamic Boarding School, creating a conducive and comfortable atmosphere for students in carrying out their daily activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis kompetensi pengasuh santri putri pondok pesantren tingkat SMP dalam kitab Ar-Rasul Al-Muallim Wa Asalibuhu Fi At-Ta'lim karya Abdul Fattah Abu Ghuddah dan Pondok Pesantren Putri Hidayatullah, Depok- Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan dan lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengasuh santri putri ini mencakup pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam merawat, memelihara, mendidik, membina, dan membimbing santri dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Kompetensi ini mencerminkan empat karakter utama Rasulullah SAW, yaitu Shiddiq (integritas), Tabligh (komunikatif), Amanah (profesional), dan Fathonah (inovatif). Keberadaan pengasuh santri yang memiliki kompetensi tersebut memberikan dampak positif bagi program pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren, menciptakan suasana kondusif dan nyaman bagi santri dalam melaksanakan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

Children aged 5-6 years or equivalent to Kindergarten level B should be presented with real stories that can be used as examples. Unfortunately, most parents at home and teachers at school still read their children more fictitious stories, commonly called fairy tales. Therefore, the intake of exemplary stories containing uswatun hasanah is needed to help children achieve religious maturity following the stages of their age development. This research aims to find the concept of exemplary stories in religious maturity in kindergarten. The researcher used a qualitative approach by using a literature study. The findings of this study are exemplary story materials in religious maturity that have been conceptualized specifically for kindergarten. The findings of this exemplary story concept material can be used by kindergarten teachers to increase the religious maturity of students in terms of faith, worship, and morals. Abstrak Anak-anak usia 5-6 tahun atau setara dengan Taman Kanak-kanak tingkat B seharusnya disuguhkan dengan kisah-kisah nyata yang dapat dijadikan teladan. Sayangnya, kebanyakan orang tua di rumah dan guru di sekolah masih lebih banyak membacakan anak-anaknya cerita-cerita khayalan yang bersifat fiktif atau biasa disebut dongeng. Oleh karena itu, asupan kisah-kisah teladan yang mengandung uswatun hasanah sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu anak mencapai kematangan beragama sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan usianya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan konsep kisah teladan dalam kematangan beragama pada taman kanak-kanak. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah materi kisah teladan dalam kematangan beragama yang telah dikonsep khusus untuk taman kanak-kanak. Temuan materi konsep kisah teladan ini dapat digunakan oleh para guru taman kanak-kanak dalam meningkatkan kematangan beragama anak didik dalam sisi akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak.

Abstract

National education has a noble goal. To achieve this noble goal is determined by the learning process. The implementation of learning in schools uses more conventional methods that place the teacher as the center of learning resources so that teachers are more involved in the learning process. In this regard, the teacher is in a position to develop a learning model that is able to increase student competence and activeness in learning. Among the learning approaches that can increase competition and student activity is the Student Centered Learning (SCL) learning approach. The purpose of this research is to collect data and information, as well as to study how the Student Centered Learning (SCL) learning model is considered relevant and most effective and how Islam sees this Student Centered Learning (SCL) approach and how it is implemented in Islamic boarding schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the Student Center Learning approach is a teaching and learning method that is centered on the needs and interests of students. This learning approach has several models including Discovery Learning, Inquiry Learning, Problem Solving Learning. The methods and characteristics of the Student Center are in line with Islam. As a result, this learning strategy can be utilized in the design of the Student Active Center-based Islamic boarding school curriculum development to encourage students to become active learners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning of the learning process of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an in Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD), as well as the constraints in the learning process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative type. Primary data sources were taken from several respondents, namely school principals, curriculum departments, and representatives of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ teachers randomly. Secondary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an, hadith, journals, books, and others. The background that prompted this research is that Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD) is an elementary level education institution that has serious concern for learning the Qur'an with the Nurul Bayan Method and the Asy-Syafi'i Method. The results of this study are: (1) the planning of the learning process for taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an in Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD) is generally neat and orderly according to the learning design model of Dick and Carrey (1985 ), which consists of 10 (ten) systematic learning steps, starting from identifying general learning objectives to designing and carrying out summative evaluations, and (2) some obstacles in the learning process of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an in Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD), among others, that there are students who stammer in reading the Qur'an, lack mastery of the rules of recitation, do not recognize hijā'iyyah letters, and lack motivation in learning. The difference with previous studies is that the focus of the discussion in this research is more broadly related to the analysis of planning the learning process of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an, as well as obstacles in the learning process at Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD) in under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture by using the learning design model Dick and Carrey (1985) as an analytical knife, and the method used refers to the Nurul Bayan Method and the Asy-Syafi'i Method.

Abstract

The science of Sharaf focuses on the study of word transformation in Arabic, emphasizing three core concepts: fi'il (verb), ism (noun), and harf (particle). Various reference books have been published on the subject, with al-Jurumiyah being one of the most well-known. In addition to traditional Arabic texts, there are also resources available in Indonesian that present the science of Sharaf in a concise and accessible manner. One such book is Sharaf for Beginners by Abu Razin and Ummu Razin. This study aims to analyze this book through a qualitative approach, employing descriptive analytical data analysis. The findings indicate that the book utilizes two primary teaching methods: the manhaji method and the tashrif method. From a technical perspective, the book incorporates three distinct techniques, which are categorized as mind mapping, descriptive, and testing techniques. These methods and techniques serve to enhance the understanding of Sharaf for beginners and provide a structured approach to learning the subject. The implications of this study suggest that the book effectively combines traditional and modern methods to facilitate a comprehensive learning experience for its readers.

Abstract

The moral decline that occurs today raises serious concerns, so that moral development becomes very important as an effort to prevent the negative impact of the times. This study aims to analyze the concept of moral development according to Hasan Al-Banna, especially through the usrah program approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research design, utilizing relevant primary and secondary literature. The results showed that Hasan Al-Banna emphasized the importance of the usrah program in moral development, with three main pillars, namely ta'aruf (knowing each other), tafahum (understanding each other), and takaful (bearing each other). This program aims to guide participants to achieve exemplary, strengthen ukhuwah, and apply moral values in real charity. The conclusion of this research is that the usrah program designed by Hasan Al-Banna can be a model of moral development that is relevant to building individual and community morality, especially in the modern era. Abstrak Kemerosotan moral yang terjadi dewasa ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang serius, sehingga pembinaan akhlak menjadi sangat penting sebagai upaya pencegahan terhadap dampak negatif perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pembinaan akhlak menurut Hasan Al-Banna, khususnya melalui pendekatan program usrah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian pustaka (library research), memanfaatkan literatur primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasan Al-Banna menekankan pentingnya program usrah dalam pembinaan akhlak, dengan tiga rukun utama, yaitu ta'aruf (saling mengenal), tafahum (saling memahami), dan takaful (saling menanggung). Program ini bertujuan untuk membimbing peserta mencapai keteladanan, memperkukuh ukhuwah, dan menerapkan nilai-nilai moral dalam amal nyata. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa program usrah yang dirancang Hasan Al-Banna dapat menjadi model pembinaan akhlak yang relevan untuk membangun moralitas individu dan masyarakat, khususnya di era modern.

Abstract

This research is motivated by curiosity about teacher competence according to a famous cleric called Ibn Jamaah which is written in his best work in Islamic education which is then relevant to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. This study covers the competence of teachers according to Ibn Jamaah, the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, and the relevance between the two. The research method used in this study is library research from the book Tadzkirah Al-Sami' Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'allim which is the primary source and several sources of journals & books that discuss related issues. the book Tadzkirah Al-Sami' Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'allim which is a secondary source. After reviewing the book Tadzkirah Al-Sami' Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'allim and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and relevance the two authors found the relevance between the two although there are several aspects there is nothing in Ibn Jamaah Al Kinani's thinking such as the use of technology, democratic aspects, stability, honesty, sportsmanship, objective evaluation of one's own performance, and self-development independently on an ongoing basis with the assumption that there was no technology in his time or these aspects were represented by competency indicators. the teacher's personality with each other. Abstrak         Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keingintahuan tentang kompetensi guru menurut seorang ulama yang terkenal dengan panggilan Ibn Jamaah yang tertulis dalam karya terbaiknya dalam pendidikan islam yang kemudian direlevansikan dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen. Penelitian ini mencakup kompetensi guru menurut Ibn Jamaah, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen, dan relevansi antara keduanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dari buku Tadzkirah Al-Sami’ Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al-Muta’allim yang menjadi sumber primer dan beberapa sumber jurnal & buku yang membahas terkait buku Tadzkirah Al-Sami’ Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al-Muta’allim yang menjadi sumber sekunder. Setelah mengkaji buku Tadzkirah Al-Sami’ Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al-Muta’allim dan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen dan merelevansikan keduanya penulis menemukan relevansi antara keduanya walaupun ada beberapa aspek tidak ada dalam pemikiran Ibn Jamaah Al Kinani seperti pemanfaatan teknologi, aspek demokratis, stabil, jujur, sportif, objektif mengevaluasi kinerja sendiri, dan mengembangkan diri secara mandiri berkelanjutan dengan asumsi belum adanya teknologi pada masa beliau atau aspek-aspek tersebut sudah terwakili dengan indikator kompetensi kepribadian Guru satu dengan yang lainnya.
