Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Word of Mouth on the decision to use Wedding Organizer Eleven services in Makassar City. The independent variable in this study is Word Of Mouth while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The population in this study are WO Eleven users. While the sample used is as many as 65 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a simple random sample method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows. The results showed that the results showed that the Word of Mouth variable had a significant influence on the consumer purchasing decision variables of Wedding Organizer Eleven. The value of the regression coefficient of the Word of Mouth variable (b) is positive at 0.621, which means that for every additional one unit of Word of Mouth value, the value of the purchase decision will increase by 0.621. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the X variable on Y is positive

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Effect of Education Level and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency. The variables used are the level of education and individual characteristics as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sampling technique is to use a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is sampled. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires in which the number of respondents was 55 employees. The results obtained in this study are from the t-test statistics showing that the level of education has a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Manakarra Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than the value of individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Manakarra Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than Then the value of the F test shows that the level of education and individual characteristics simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than the value. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that the level of education and individual characteristics contributes an influence of 89 .2% on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the competency of employee performance at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa, Kolaka Regency. The independent variable in this research is competency while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study was all employees at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa, namely 70 people, while the sample in this study was 70 people using saturated sampling techniques. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 24.00. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires from 70 employees of PT. Satria Jaya Sentosa, Kolaka Regency. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant influence between competence on the performance of PT employees. Satria Jaya Sentosa, Kolaka Regency with a coefficient value of 0.666 (positive value) and tcount of 8.129 > 1.668 (ttable), it can be concluded that Competency (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value is 0.493 or 49.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bank soundness using the CAMEL method, namely Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity at PT. Bank Sulselbar Year 2016-2021. This type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data used is secondary data and uses data collection methods, namely documentation. The results showed that the soundness level of the Sulselbar bank for 6 years, namely 2016-2021, was included in the HEALTHY category in accordance with the applicable standards in terms of the CAMEL ratio.

Abstract

Abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the results or conclusions brief. The existence of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) plays an important role in economic growth. One of their most important tasks in economic growth is to revive economic dynamics. Even though MSMEs have been proven to have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, it does not mean that MSMEs do not face various challenges and limitations in doing business. Innovation and Entrepreneurial orientation are necessary for businesses to remain relevant to consumers, and several studies have also shown that innovation can help MSMEs grow and be able to identify new opportunities and make new combinations of their resources. This research is a conclusive research design that uses a single cross-sectional as a data collection method by means of a survey. The sampling method is a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique. The estimation method used in this research is Maximum Likelihood. This study uses the method of regression analysis to measure the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that (1) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage for MSMEs in Makassar City. (2) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know and analyse the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, (2) Know and analyse the effect of work environment on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, and (3) Know and analyse the effect of work discipline and work environment together on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees, especially education personnel as many as 55 people. Sampling in this study was all members of the population, namely 55 people with quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS).The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, 2) There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on employee performance at the Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, and 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline and work environment together on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of leadership style on work motivation of the Passimarannu Village apparatus, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The population and sample in this study were 30 people. Data collection is carried out by means of questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is Un Normality. Multicollinearterras and Un Heteroscedasticity tests were tested with Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study after the data was processed with IBM SPSS 25 it was found that it has a positive and significant influence on leadership gava on work motivation of the Passimarannu Village apparatus, East Sinjai District, Siniai Regency, it can be concluded that the gava leadership has an influence on employee work motivation at the Pasimarannu Village Office, Sinjax Timar District, Singar Regency

Abstract

Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang menjadi kunci bagi organisasi, khususnya perusahaan/unit bisnis, yaitu strategi promosi. Dalam melakukan strategi promosi ada beberapa cara dan salah satunya yaitu strategi personal selling melalui relationship marketing. Penelitian ini pun kemudian menemukan masalah yang masih sedikit terjawab di dalam literatur pemasaran yakni kia tapa saja yang sebaiknya dilakukan oleh unit bisnis dalam menentukan strategi pemasarannya, terkhusus personal selling melalui relationship marketing di era pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dengan pendekatan metode analisis literatur, penelitian ini kemudian menyimpulkan bahwa secara umum, strategi personal selling melalui relationship marketing pasca pandemi COVID-19 di antaranya: (1) berkembangnya  koneksi digital; (2) fokus pada kebutuhan pelanggan; (3) menyediakan nilai tambah; (4) membangun kepercayaan; (5) personalisasi komunikasi; dan (6) menjaga hubungan jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial distress at PT Blue Bird Tbk using the measurement model Springate and Zmijewski. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bluebird Tbk. Then the sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Blue Bird Tbk in 2016-2021. Data were analyzed using the measurement model Springate and Zmijewski. The results of the study illustrate that by using the model Springate PT Blue Bird Tbk in 2016-2018 is in good health. But in 2019-2021 PT Blue Bird Tbk experienced conditions financial distress. While the model Zmijewski shows that PT Blue Bird Tbk in 2016-2021 experienced a condition Non-Financial distress or in good health. Keywords: Financial distress, Springate, Zmijewski

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Barru Highway Market Mission Supermarket (Case Study on the Barru Highway Market Mission Supermarket) in Barru Regency. The free variables in this study are discipline and work motivation while the bound variables are employee performance. The population in this study was all employees at the Barru Market Mission, which was 30 employees. The sample determination technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows.From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis can be obtained the following formulation: Y = 10.807 + 0.399X1 + 0.509X2. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination = 0.414 means that the variables of discipline and work motivation have an influence of 41.4% on employee performance. While the rest is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. Partial Test results for X1 obtained Thitung > Ttabel (2.243 > 2.052) with a significance of 0.033 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partial Test Results for X2 obtained Thitung > Ttabel (2,909 > 2,052) with a significance of 0.007 then H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected From the results of this study, it can be concluded that discipline and work motivation are very important things to pay attention to the leadership of the Barru Regency Pasar Raya Mission Supermarket, the better the discipline and work and what is applied, the better the performance of employees at the Pasar Raya Mission Supermarket.
