Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Japfa Kota Makassar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Japfa Kota Makassar khususnya Staff Plant IPND sebanyak 107 orang. Dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 64 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan membagikan kusioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh yang Negatif dan Siginifikan antara Stres Kerja (X1) dan Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y1). Kata kunci: Stres Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan

Limbah plastik dapat ditransformasikan menjadi produk komersil. Hal ini dapat diciptakan dengan cara mengolah limbah tersebut menjadi berbagai kerajinan. Ketimbang menjadi masalah bagi lingkungan, limbah di Dusun Lengkese berpotensi untuk dioleh dan dijadikan sebagai kerajinan bagi warga Dusun Lengkese, hingga pada akhirnya diharapkan untuk dapat menghasilkan tambahan pendapatan bagi masyarakat itu sendiri. Daur ulang limbah rumah tangga yang diolah dapat mengatasi dan mengurangi pengangguran atau menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada pemerintah kota Dusun Lengkese tentang cara menangani limbah plastik untuk berbagai kerajinan. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, penduduk yang berdomisili di Dusun Lengkese Kabupaten Gowa dibagi menjadi kelompok pengrajin kemudian dilatih keterampilan membuat berbagai produk kerajinan dari sampah plastik. Juga, sebagian penduduk juga dispesialisasikan ke dalam kelompok yang bertugas untuk memasarkan produk dari kelompok pengrajin. Selain kegiatan dalam bentuk pelatihan memproduksi bahan kerajinan, kelompok-kelompok ini juga menerima materi pelatihan tentang pengelolaan kelompok usaha bersama. Kelompok dapat berkolaborasi atau mencari pengganti dari lembaga lain seperti koperasi atau bank untuk menjamin kelangsungan usaha. Produk-produk yang dibuat oleh kelompok masyarakat tersebut diharapkan akan digunakan langsung oleh kelompok pemuda Dusun Lengkese dan dapat dikomersialkan kepada masyarakat di desa Lengkese. Pada akhirnya, dalam jangka panjang, produk tersebut diharapkan akan dapat dipasarkan di luar Dusun Lengkese.

This study aims to determine the effect of operating income and operating costs on net profit in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables in this study are operating income and operating expenses, while the dependent variable is net profit. The population in this study is the financial statements of pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2021 of 10 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, the following formula can be obtained: Y = Y = -0.845+ 0.425x1 + 0.582x2 + e. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination = 0.933 means that the operating income and operational costs variables have an effect of 93.3% on net income. While the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Partial test results for X1 obtained Tcount > Ttable (2,847 > 2.052) with a significance of 0.007 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partial test results for X2 obtained Tcount > Ttable (3,833 > 2.052) with a significance of 0.000, H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. the value of operational costs, the profit earned will be smaller and vice versa if operational costs can be minimized, the profit generated will also be maximized.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk selama empat tahun (2016-2019) berdasarkan analisis likuiditas dan profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2019, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari neraca dan laba rugi PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2016 dan 2018 cukup baik dan pada tahun 2017 dan 2019 kurang baik karena berada dibawah rata-rata standar industri yang menunjukkan jaminan atas kewajiban jangka pendek rendah. Sehingga dikhawatirkan berpotensi tidak dapat memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Hasil analisis rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk dalam menghasilkan laba dari sisi NPM dan ROE baik  pada tahun 2016-2018, dan dari sisi ROA cukup baik. Namun pada tahun 2019, rasio profitabilitas PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk tidak baik dalam menghasilkan laba yang optimal dan perusahaan dikhawatirkan tidak mampu memaksimalkan sumber daya dalam menghasilkan laba bersih dan kurang mampu memenuhi kepentingan perusahaan dan kepentingan saham.Kata kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for four years (2016-2019) based on liquidity and profitability analysis. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the financial report data of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2016-2019 period, while the sample in this study is the financial report consisting of the balance sheet and profit and loss of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk period 2016-2019. The technique of data collection is done by documentation technique. The results show that the liquidity ratio in 2016 and 2018 is quite good and in 2017 and 2019 it is not good because it is below the industry standard average which indicates that the guarantee for short-term liabilities is low. So it is feared that it will potentially not be able to meet its short-term obligations. The results of the profitability ratio analysis show that PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk in generating profits in terms of NPM and ROE both in 2016-2018, and in terms of ROA is quite good. However, in 2019, the profitability ratio of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk is not good at generating optimal profits and the company is feared not to be able to maximize resources in generating net income and less able to meet the company's interests and share interests. Keyword: Financial Performance, Liquidity, Profitability

Influence of Leadership Style and Commitment to Employee Performance at Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency. Thesis. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics and Business. Makassar State University. Supervised by Nurman and M. Ikhwan Maulana Haeruddin. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted at the Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency with a sample of 53 people consisting of employees at the Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the t-test (partial) shows that leadership style (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.020, less than 0.05. Furthermore, commitment (X2) has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.027 less than 0.05. While the f (simultaneous) test results show that leadership style (X1) and commitment (X2) have a positive and significant simultaneous (together) effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.002 less than 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test (R²) shows an R Square value of 0.218 which means leadership style (X1) and commitment (X2) have an influence on employee performance variable (Y) of 21.8% while the remaining 78.2% is influenced by other factors in outside the independent variables in this study.

The sales promotion strategy carried out in the digital era like today which utilizes social media as a promotional medium is packaged very attractively. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of digital promotions on buyer decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic at Monerastore, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative data. The population in this study are Monerastore Consumers in Gowa Regency, 5,542 total Monerastore consumer data in February 2020-February 2021. The Non-probability sample collection technique and Purposive Sampling technique, the sample results in this study totaled 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study found digital promotion on purchasing decisions for Monerastore in Gowa Regency. It can be concluded that digital promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions or influencing purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 pandemic at Monerastore in Gowa Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Cab. Makassar Container Terminal. The independent variable in this study is Compensation while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. While the sample used was 54 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows. The results showed that the compensation variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. This is proven by obtaining the correlation value. Which means if the compensation is assumed to be zero or no compensation occurs, the performance of employees at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch has not changed, but if compensation has increased by one unit, then this can affect employee performance at PT. Companies must observe and analyze the company's performance in order to survive, one of which is to conduct a performance analysis from the financial side of the financial statements. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for six years (2015-2020) based on profitability analysis. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is the financial statement data of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2020, while the sample in this study is financial statements consisting of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2020. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques. The results showed that the ability of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk from profitability, namely in obtaining profits, generating profits using total assets, and the ability to generate profits using good equity in four years, namely 2015-2018 but in 2019-2020 it was not good and was unable to maximize returns. Profit and meet the interests of the company and shareholders. Overall, it can be said that the performance of PT. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee organizational commitment at PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, T test and F test. The results of the study after the data were processed with SPSS.23 showed that there was a positive influence between the variables Physical work environment (X1), Non-physical work environment (X2), Financial compensation (X3) and Non-financial compensation (X4) on Organizational Commitment variable (Y ) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely the variable X1 has a t count of 3.970 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.254 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.002 <0.05. Variable X3 has a t count of 4.653 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, (2) determine job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) determine work stress and job satisfaction jointly affect employee performance at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tonasa Unit, Pangkep Regency. The population of this research is all employees, especially supervisors, totaling 310 people. And the sample in this study were 175 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is a Negative and Significant Influence between Work Stress (X1) and a Positive and Significant Influence between Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).
